Chapter 73: Saving Her.
(Celia’s POV)
Cut!
Using my sword, I had cut just above Quen’s head, much to the girl’s utter and cute confusion. But I now knew what had happened to her. The murderous personality of hers was… long since broken.
From the control of a Will, she was forced to commit murders every waking second of her life. This, of course, destroyed her mind. The only remaining personality was sane, but Quen had no way to get rid of the broken shell of a personality.
Celia: “You, or rather, the other personality, was being controlled by a Will of a universe. With the strings cut, now you should be fine.” I say with a warm tone, rubbing her head.
Quen: “(⊙︿⊙ ✿)”
Celia: “?”
Quen: “But… all the people that I murdered… And are you even sure that I am okay now?” She said with a sad tone.
Celia: “You aren’t responsible for those murders, Quen. The one responsible is the Will that controlled you.” I denied.
Quen: “…”
Celia: “If you do not feel safe yet, please stay at my estate. There, countless Supreme Goddess live. If you stay as a human, there is really no way for you to cause anyone any harm. That is, if you go there.” I advise.

Quen: “…Let me think about it.” She replied.
Since this area was not good, I did accept her thinking, but such a place wasn’t good for doing any kind of thinking about anything other than death. So I picked her up and took her far away from the carnage.
Hours of Thinking Later.
Faith: “Celia, if you didn’t notice, the strings were the same as the Will of our universe. It seems that she didn’t just weirdly mess with you and your family…” She informed.
Celia: “I noticed, yes. That Will… I still have no idea why she does certain things. Perhaps she is just bored and evil.” I reply with a sigh.
Faith: “Perhaps…” She somewhat agreed.
Sitting on a chair that I made appear for her, Quen then had a serious expression on her pretty face. Did she come to a conclusion?
Quen: “By now… that evil personality of mine would have already taken over… Can you take me to your estate? I would like to wait for at least a month to be sure that she is really gone…” She requested.
Celia: “Sure. First, you should join my guild. Ah, and, living there are quite a few doctors and those that can give you some therapy. They should be willing to help you out if you ask them to do so.” I agree.
With magic, there really wasn’t much need for such professions. But they were still nice to have. For instance, a well-versed doctor with access to healing magic… is far better than someone with only healing magic. On top of that, one of the Supreme Goddess living in those estates of mine actually has a Domain of Medicine. That person is Jessica, by the way.
Quen: “What is the name of…” I cut her words off.
I just showed her the System prompt where she could choose to join, and then handed her all the bribes that I have become accustomed to giving out to women.
At first, she was reluctant to accept the bribes, but I convinced her to do so. In my mind, Quen wasn’t a threat anymore. After some more coaxing, she joined my guild, and then we teleported back to my estate. Ah, finally… Now I can peacefully relax with one of my dear wives!!! I am not jinxing myself, right?…
