Chapter 93: Home at Last… Why is it on Fire!?
(*Celia’s POV*)
The trip to our home continent was very peaceful, unlike our trip to June’s continent. Stupidly, I feel like the Creator likes to fuck with us… Everything that should be simple, never is… When we made it close to home, we saw fleets of enemy ships.
They were trying to take over our port city, which we couldn’t allow. Whoever the fuck was trying to invade us, we had no idea. But we weren’t going to nicely ask who they work for. Those that could fly set off from our ship to destroy theirs.
As the enemy ships weren’t even close on the same level of tech that our ships were, burning the ships down was easy. Their ships were almost entirely made out of wood. So a well-placed fire spell was all it took to destroy them.
For the soldiers who fell into the water, we killed them with various different types of magic. Within hours, their entire fleet and army were completely destroyed. With the only surviving member of the enemy being a cute commander. She looked surprised by our easy win.
Celia: “Who the hell do you think you’re!? Invading my Empire like it would be child’s play…” I ask with a serious tone.
Cenri: “Mom…” She said with a shocked tone.
She is your mother!? Fucking what… I am beginning to get confused by how fucking everyone we met ends up being related somewhat… Though, they do look alike…
Cemi: “Cenri? What… I thought that I would never see you again…” She said with a sad tone.
Celia: “Cenri, could you please explain what is happening?” I ask with a sigh.
Cenri: “Okay, but this might take a while…” She replied.
Cenri was actually a princess… Do I just attract royalty?… Regardless, many years ago, while she was only a few years old, Cenri was kidnapped. According to Cemi, no one could find out who had kidnapped her. And they focused their efforts on their continent.
Unfortunately, Cenri was taken far away to June’s continent. There really was no way for them to find her. As for her kidnapper, Cenri only now realized what had happened. To her, the kidnapper was her grandma. Cenri was too young at the time, so she easily believed the woman when she said that Cenri would be living with her from now on.
Due to her age, the woman has long since passed away. Cenri still somehow remembered what her mother looked like, which was lucky in itself. If she didn’t, we would have just thrown the woman overboard, depending on her answers.
Cemi: “Monsters have gotten too strong lately, and our kingdom was destroyed. That fleet was the last of my kingdom.” She explained.
Celia: “Ah, so you sought to take over a kingdom on a new land? That might have worked on some other continent, but not ours. My Empire is very powerful. Besides, we have a monster problem as well. Though, we have the strength to deal with them.” I reply with a proud tone.
Cemi: “Please, don’t hurt my daughter. Just kill me instead.” She pleaded.
Celia: “Why would we hurt Cenri? She is our friend.” I reply with a raised eyebrow.

Cenri: “Celia, please spare my mother.” She pleaded.
Celia: “Not you too… Cenri, I will not murder your mother. You do recall that my entire trip to that continent was just to find a cure for one of my own mothers, right?” I reply with a sigh.
Amelie: “Besides, Cemi is pretty cute, and Celia can rarely ever bring herself to kill cute women.” She said with a joking tone.
Ria, being the overpowered Goddess she is, made sure to thoroughly examine Cemi. Both her body and her memories. We needed to make sure that it was safe to keep her with us. Once it was confirmed that everything was more than above board, we continued our fleet and docked every boat. Once I stepped onto solid ground, I damn near kissed it…
I feel like I was just being brave… I still super hated boats. If I was a crazed princess, then I would have burned the boats out of spite… To make it easier on June and her people, we decided to let her control the port city for now. She vowed to eventually get strong enough to leave on her own and take back her kingdom. Of course, she would have to take me along with her when she does try. I have no desire to lose the life of one of my friends.
Cenri decided to stay within the port city for now, so we left for Yona’s castle. As a joke, I convinced Amelie to carry Ria in a princess carry. And she did. Unlike with me, somehow Ria was still the top with Amelie, even in that kind of position. With a giggle, I continued our flight back home.
Luckily, the fires from Cemi’s troops were very easy to deal with, as there are many people in our Empire that can use magic. So at least I won’t have to write up a report about damages to it… The nobles were all making a fuss, but then they saw that I had come back and they all went silent. What’s up with that reaction? They look like they’ve seen a ghost…
Solia: “Ah, Celia. It’s good to see you again. Don’t worry about them. They all thought that you died.” She said with a smile after she gave me a hug.
Celia: “But Amelie even came to pick us up?” I reply with a head tilt.
Lia: “Stupidly, they thought that it was just a stalling tactic.” She answered in Solia’s stead with a laugh.
Nia was there as well, so I gave them both hugs and kisses. Despite it being both Ria and I’s effort, they all decided that I should be the one to give Yona the Elixir of Life alone. With a heavy mood, I slowly walked to Yona’s room, where my mother slept to this very day.
Oddly, I was stopped dead in my tracts… From Sarah’s room; I heard loud moaning, and sounds that were clearly that of two women having sex. Did Sarah find a wife while I was gone? My curiosity was piqued, so I jokingly opened the door as if I didn’t hear the obvious sounds of people making love.
Celia: “Lady Grey!?” I exclaim with a shocked tone.
Grey: “…”
Sarah: “…”
Really? I haven’t seen you in months, and you get with a woman that had been after my hand in marriage!? This wasn’t just a fling, either. They were having the kind of sex that only lovers have…
Sarah: “Celia… I can explain.” She said with a nervous tone.
Grey: “Wait, you have nothing to explain, Sarah. I once sought out Celia, so it is my responsibility to explain.” She said with a warm tone.
Celia: “I am not upset, just confused. Please explain what happened, Lady Grey.” I ask with a sigh.
The explanation was very simple. One day, Grey wanted to talk to someone about me. As far as she knew at the time, I was said to be actually dead, so she was worried. Luckily, my family knew that I was actually alive, so that calmed her down.
Sarah accidentally met Grey during her visit, and they started talking. A small chat over tea turned into a hundred similar chats. One thing led to the next, and they started dating. Grey found that Sarah was very similar to me, so it was quite easy for her to fall in love with Sarah.
Grey: “I know that it’s wrong, but please understand! Sarah isn’t your replacement. I truly love her, just as much as I once loved you.” She said with a confident tone.
Celia: “What changed your mind?” I ask with a curious tone.
Grey: “Our lifestyles were just too different. I wouldn’t mind living with Sarah for all of eternity. As she is very calm and lives a peaceful life.” She replied.
Celia: “And my life is very hectic and crazy, right?” I ask.
Grey: “Yes, I am sorry. What’s more, I don’t think that you will ever take any more wives than the ones you already have.” She replied.
Celia: “We can’t see into the future, so it is hard to say. As for now, I approve of you twos relationship. Not like you needed my permission. Though please do lock the door in the future.” I say with a laugh before leaving the room.
That delay was fun, and gave me enough time to collect myself. Now I can wake Yona up with a smile on my face! Ah, I just can’t wait to finally be able to talk to her again! It’s been too long, after all…
