Chapter 60: Burning Some Things Down.
(Celia’s POV)
Screams and terror erupted in this kingdom, whose name I didn’t get, as it will soon be destroyed. The screams were very funny, as no innocent person had died.
Not even bothering to fly down, I just directly sniped at my targets, killing them dead from the air. Hm… it would seem that a Higher Beings strength is… very scary for the average person.
I haven’t actually fought that many weak humans while being so powerful before, so this was somewhat eye opening to me. From far above the kingdom, sharp and faster than light, my magic attacks reaped life after life.
No one could stop this in the least, and as it was night, and with how fast my magic was, they probably didn’t even know where the attacks were coming from. Which was something that I found somewhat funny.
Faith: “Ah, this is terrifying…” She said with an awed tone.
Celia: “You don’t sound scared, though?” I reply, still killing target after target.
Faith: “If you weren’t my sister, then I would be kneeling on the ground, willingly licking your feet right now. Celia… not worshipping you, is kinda sinful.” She replied with a slightly lewd tone.
Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.
Celia: “Hm… I don’t have anything against lesbian incest, but I have too many wives. And I am not one to play around.” I say with a stern tone.
Faith: “What about that one maid of Ria’s? Tina, I think, was her name. You played with her a lot.” She asked with a hurt tone.
Celia: “I did that to not upset my wives, and it will not happen again. At this point in my life, and my relationship, I am fully loyal to them, and will not be playing around with other women.” I explain with a serious tone.
Faith: “Fine… I’ll just have to snatch you in the next life.” She said with a pout before becoming all quiet.
Celia: “…”
The oddly sexual conversation was even more offputting, as I was killing a lot of people every second. I’ll admit to finding Faith attractive, but my heart is full. In a million years from now, when I do possibly die, I wouldn’t mind her chasing after me in my next life.
The Next Morning.
The guards, most of the nobles, and evil people, were killed by me. Oh, and I mean, for the second kingdom. I finished slaughtering my targets of that kingdom, shortly after my conversation with Faith ended.
As such, I didn’t get to see the aftermath of my slaughter there, but I could witness it for this kingdom. It was… oddly comforting? Rather than have looks of suffering on their faces, the people started a grand festival.
Damn… Atlas wasn’t lying about these kingdoms, it seems. While I was about to fly away, I got a message from Marin. She hadn’t messaged me before, so I was curious about what she had to say to me.
Marin: “Celia, there is a woman here who says that she is one of your wives. Her name is Lia.”
Celia: “Check her Status, and see if she is immortal.”
Marin: “Wow… She is immortal.”
Celia: “I’ll be right there.”
Faster than I could think, I had started to fly back to Bearta. Of course, it was actually miles and miles away. So this method would take a while. Soon, I realized that I was being silly, and I just teleported back to my estate. Waiting there… was one of my wives.
