Chapter 66: Kingdom Fall and Rise.
(Ria’s POV)
With them glancing at each other here and there, it was clear that Yemi and Fetichia already had a deep connection with each other, even though they had just met just minutes prior.
Kami: “Hm… It is always nice to see soulmates meet each other for the first time.” She said with a happy tone.
Ria: “That’s true… Now that I recall, it was kinda like that for Celia and all her wives. The moment I laid my eyes on her, I was fated to be her wife.” I reply with a reminiscing tone.
Fetichia: “…”
Yemi: “…”
Ria: “Oh? Did you two think that I was lying, or making light of your connection?” I ask.
Fetichia: “…It’s not that. It’s just… why do I feel like she is already my wife?” She replied with a confused tone.
Yemi: “I feel the same as well, oddly…” She added.
Ria: “You two are each other’s soulmates. This isn’t just a saying, mind you. I mean that your souls are best matched together.” I answer.
Fetichia: “Why do I want to kiss her? I don’t even know her name…” She asked.
Ria: “I could look into the past lives of you two, but I don’t think that it would be needed. In reality, it is very likely that you were married in a past life, or in many past lives.” I propose.
At my words, Yemi and Fetichia introduced themselves. It didn’t take much talking for them to embrace each other and kiss. Such a strong connection… Oh, oh… I see, I see… How funny… Is this due to Celia’s karmic destiny? I would have to guess so. Yet two more powerful allies to owe her favors…
Fetichia: “Ria… I’ll let you burn down this kingdom… if you can give us the memories of our past lives back.” She said with a bow.
Ria: “…”
How frustrating… My years of planning this whole rebellion will now go up in smoke. Once they gain their memories back, they won’t care about taking over a small and silly kingdom.
Kami: “Ria’s noticed, just as I have. Fetichia, you and your wife will change with those memories. Now that you two are together, there is power slowly returning to you. In all likelihood, you two are probably higher beings, just like Ria and I.” She explained.
Fetichia: “…Regardless, I need to know why she is so important to me. It doesn’t make any sense, even if we’re soulmates. Please, I ask you again, Ria. Give us our memories.” She pleaded, getting down on her knees.
Even Yemi did the same, clearly wanting her memories back as well. I don’t know who these people are, I definitely don’t know them. If I did, I would have recognized them, even with different bodies, as their souls would remain the same.
In a sense, them being in the same dimension as Sava might be destiny. It is very likely that Sava was the one to kill them. Typically, soulmates will always end up in the same dimension.

That is just the basic karmic destiny that the universe grants to soulmates. But Sava killing higher beings goes against the order of the Will of the Universe. Which would explain why they ended up in separate dimensions from each other.
Ria: “Very well, you two seem to understand the weight of this decision. And if Celia was here, she wouldn’t even think twice about helping you. In honor of her, I will do this for you, against my better judgment.” I agree.
Yemi: “…Why would it be wrong for us to remember?” She asked after raising her head.
Ria: “You both are only aware of your simple and short lives. But with the memories of being like us, you will welcome thousands, possibly millions of years’ worth of memories.” I reply.
Yemi: “…”
Fetichia: “…”
Ria: “These memories… there is a chance that you cannot accept them, and they will drive you mad. Knowing that, do you still want to remember?” I ask with a serious tone.
Yemi and Fetichia: “…We do.” They both say at the same time, and both with confident expressions on their faces.
Ria: “I see… I hope that you two won’t regret this decision.” I say with a sigh.
Placing my hands on their heads, I used their souls to map out their memories, and then returned said memories to them. As you would expect, this caused them to have major head pains. Which I soothed via healing magic.
Fetichia: “…”
Yemi: “…”
With the memories being so vast, they both needed time to adjust and process them. With this, the game was up. There was no need for a rebellion, so I called everyone away.
A Few Hours Later.
Fetichia: “Ria, I will not forget your and Celia’s help in returning my wife to my side.” She said with a smile.
Yemi: “I also owe you two a favor or two.” She added.
Both of their personalities were now different. Their names were the same, funnily enough. But Fetichia was a Supreme Goddess of Peace, and Yemi a Supreme Goddess of Love. Such domains weren’t uncommon, mind you.
Though it was uncommon for such domains to be attached to Supreme Gods or Goddesses. Like how my domain changed, most higher beings go through a few before landing on their perfect. Such as with Celia and I. That just means that their domains are perfect for them.
Ria: “I am just glad that the memories stuck, and didn’t cause you two to go mad.” I reply.
Yemi: “Yes, that was a good thing. If we want to be philosophical about it, you could say that our love for each other was the reason it all worked out.” She jokingly replied.
Not only did the memories stick, but they both regained their power as well. Such a thing was very dangerous, especially when they received their memories at the same time.
The two bid us farewell, and they soon left this dimension. They didn’t seem to be the kind of higher beings that enjoyed meddling in small dimensions like this, so they left. If Celia was here, would she find this outcome to be happy, or boring?…
A few Days Later.
With no more human element to deal with, and my grand and fun plans ruined, I took over Alburn with ease. It only took a few days to move everyone to Vesta, and lay rest to this kingdom.
Kami: “With this, Alisa has no more reason to stay in this world.” She said.
Ria: “That’s right. Soon, I will be able to find myself, and then I can go look for Celia.” I reply.
Kami: “It is frustrating that I cannot be of much help in such a search…” She said with a sad tone.
She barely knew Celia, but due to how Celia is… Celia, Kami already sees her as her real and true daughter. The loss of which is just as painful to her as it is painful to me. Let alone not being able to do anything to save her.
Ria: “For now, you and the rest need to leave that to God and I.” I reply with a stern tone.
Kami: “…”
Ria: “Instead of that, shouldn’t you be thinking about your reunion with Alisa?” I suggest.
Kami: “Hah… I’ve thought about it this entire time. What should I even say to her? Much like how you seem to think that you’ve failed Celia, I feel as if I have failed Alisa long ago.” She replied with a sad tone.
Ria: “You will know the answer upon meeting her again. Which is why you have avoided doing so until now.” I reply with a warm tone.
Kami: “…”
Destroying the rest of Alburn, so that only nature was left, Kami and I left to go to Alisa’s side. Rather than teleport, we just slowly flew to her “camp”, as Celia still called it. Kami needed time to prepare, and I wasn’t in much of a hurry myself. God was right in that I needed to stay calm and focus. Again, my thoughts go to Celia, and I wonder about how she is doing at the current moment…
