Chapter 46: Explain the Current World, and go to a Cool Hideout.

(Celia’s POV)

As you might guess, the people of this world act like it is fully a fantasy one, and they have no recollection of there ever being a modern world that was once destroyed. Why would they act like this? It has only been five years, right?

Well… I kinda lied. Vesta had a very, very rapid advancement, as Ria and I cheated greatly with it. Calling Alisa’s place a “camp” is a major understatement, as well. And frankly, we just call it that as an inside joke. It is just a whole country now.

For Vesta, which is connected to Alisa’s secret country, and Alisa’s country, time was altered greatly via magic. While only five years passed for us, the outside world went through many more. Ria, as she was distracted, says that it was at least a few hundred years.

So, that’s that. The reason people act like it is a fantasy world is because a fantasy world is all that they knew of. Like how Fetichia mentioned her grandmother, most of the remaining people living have only known this world, and not a modern one.

Fetichia: “We’re here.” She informed, shaking me a bit.

Celia: “Okay, thanks for waking me up.” I reply.

One of the cool things that I learned many years ago, that I can do even in a weak body, is being able to be fully aware while asleep. Like, my soul is awake, but my body is sleeping. A very nice trick if you have a mortal body!

Fetichia: “I never caught your name, miss.” She said while stepping out of the carriage.

Celia: “It’s Celia.” I answer her subtle question while getting out after her.

Fetichia: “What a pretty name. And, Lady Celia, are you willing to help me?” She asked with a serious tone.

Celia: “It will depend on what you want of me, Fetichia.” I reply.

Fetichia: “I’ll explain it once we go inside.” She said with a smile.

Not going to answer me? You heartless beautiful idiot! Don’t you know that I am already beyond curious by now!? Fetichia is truly a cruel woman, messing with my maidenly heart like this…

A Small Walk Later.

Now inside the hideout, I was surprised to see that it was actually an estate. The owner of it was housing Fetichia, probably in support of her most likely illegal actions and plans.

Fetichia: “We can talk in this room safely.” She said, pointing to a door.

Going inside with her, I soon had various weapons pointed at me. Did I scammed? Why does this always happen to me?…

Fetichia: “Sorry, Celia. But we need to ensure that you aren’t a spy, and will actually be an asset to us.” She said with a slightly remorseful tone.

Celia: “And how will you prove any of that? Do note, I am only trapped by you right now, as I am interested in what you will do. Please don't believe that any of these knights could hope to do anything to me at all.” I reply with an unbothered tone.

Fetichia: “I am aware of that, and I am fully willing to compensate you when everything is confirmed. For now, please just wait until our main benefactor arrives.” She replied.

Celia: “Benefactor?” I say with a head tilt.

Fetichia: “Yes. Without her, this rebellion wouldn’t have been able to get off the ground.” She explained.

A benefactor? I do wonder who it will be… Hopefully it is someone interesting. Though, it is nice to know that I was absolutely right about Fetichia wanting to take over this kingdom. Ah, since I know her last name, this kingdom is probably called Alburn, huh? Eh, kinda a stupid name, in my opinion. Heh…

Hours of Waiting Later.

Knock!

Fetichia: “That’s her!” She happily exclaimed, opening up the door.

There was a knock on the door, and Fetichia looked excited. The knock was in a certain pattern, which was probably a code. A secretive! The problem was, that behind the door… was someone that I already knew. I have slept with her, too!

Celia: “…”

Ria: “…”

Fetichia: “Ria? What’s wrong? Ah, this girl is someone who I think will be a great help to us.” She explained.

Though, Ria ignored her, and walked over to me. Yeah, I should have expected this… Of course it would have been Ria orchestrating this entire thing. I should have tried to get in contact with her before leaving…

Anyway, Ria walked over to me, and used magic to push all the knights away, leaving me just standing there safely. Ria then wrapped her arms around me, and gave me a deep kiss. A long awaited kiss… Not really, though. As we had sex just a week ago. Though, once a week would never be enough for us, as you would expect.

Fetichia and the Knights: “…”

Ria: “I was going to come here and praise you for your efforts in leading this rebellion, Fetichia. But I come here only to find my wife being held captive by you? Tell me, how should I react to this?” She said with an angry tone while holding my waist with one of her arms.

Fetichia: “I…” Ria cut her words off.

Ria: “Though, no one here could hope to hold my dear wife, Celia, captive. So she was surely just playing along.” She said with a laugh.

Celia: “Oh, I was.” I add.

Yeaaaah! Goddess, I love my wife with all of my very being! She kissed me, all just to have them show even more amazing reactions. Ria really does get me in far more ways than one. Fetichia’s reaction was cute, as well.

Fetichia: “…I didn’t realize that Celia was your wife…” She said in defense.

Ria: “Now you know, don’t let this happen again.” She said with a stern tone.

Fetichia: “It won’t, I swear!” She said with a nervous tone.

The girl was no longer grandstanding, which was good. Before, she still had that aura of a noble princess. But now she feared and respected me just as much as she does Ria.

Ria: “Celia, I am surprised to find you here… What did you come to Alburn for?” She asked with a curious tone.

Celia: “Alisa promised to listen to the truth if the rest of the kingdoms get dealt with.” I answer.

Ria: “Oh? So you’ve come to take over Alburn? With Fetichia, we can easily control it from the inside out.” She said with a happy tone.

Celia: “Nope.” I deny with a shake of my head.

Ria: “Then… what did you come here for?” She asked with a confused expression.

Celia: “My plan was just to burn each kingdom down to the ground. It would be the fastest way to deal with them, after all.” I answer while playing with my hair.

Everyone: “…”

Is Ria playing at not knowing my intentions? Here’s the fun thing, she isn’t! Instead, she cannot listen in on my thoughts, nor can anyone else. Even God agreed to this. After a long talk, it was agreed that them listening in on my every thought was a major violation of my rights. And as I was now a higher being, they actually respected such rights.

Ruina won’t either, as she isn’t in charge of my System anymore. God and Ria even developed a new magic, which blocks anyone, or anything from listening in on your thoughts. That’s right! Now, my thoughts are my own, and no one will be able to stop me from doing crazy things!

Setting boundaries was a good step in making sure that Ria and I’s relationship stays strong forever. Also, it allows me to be cheeky and unpredictable more easily. The results speak for themselves, as Ria has a very, very nice reaction on her face. Hmm… I will have sex with her later, I am sure of it!!!
