Chapter 16: Finally Back Home!

(Celia’s POV)

Did Sava leak our arrival to the rest of our family? Looking around a bit, I could tell that this was Heaven. I mean, this is as home as it gets for us. Our dimension is still destroyed, after all. But why is everyone so shocked? I’m not naked, right!?

No. Prior to leaving, it seems that Sava had secretly dressed us both up. If so, why are they so shocked at the moment? Ria looks like she is trying to kill Sava via her mind right now, staring daggers at her…

Putting my vision above them, I saw very thin strings upon a few of my family members. Specifically, on Mena and Lia. With them being so small, I was very happy. This meant that the Will’s control over them was practically nothing.

Celia: “What’s wrong, everyone?” I ask with a head tilt.

Ria: “You’re holding onto Sava like…” She replied.

Celia: “Oh, come on now. You all know me. Either I seduced her, made Sava my daughter, or got yet another new mother.” I say with a giggle.

Ah, so they were shocked because I was holding Sava’s hand so dearly. Which does make sense. To them, they aren’t aware of how much Sava has helped me out lately. Just something that I have to inform them of, though.

Zia: “So you let her adopt you?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.

Celia: “Yes. Also… are you this timelines Ria? You seem different from other timeline Ria…” I reply with a thinking pose.

Zia: “That’s right. I’ve decided to call myself Zia. Both Ria and I share the same body.” She answered.

Celia: “So… you’re saying that, when we have sex, it will be a threesome, even with just two people!?” I jokingly exclaimed.

Everyone: “…”

Cut!

I had made most of my family members laugh, and while they were distracted, I used silent wind magic to cut the strings on Lia and Mena. With those strings cut, they’re free forever now. Sava said that the Wills tend to place small strings on people, so that it could easily add far stronger ones later. That is, if said person becomes someone of interest.

Celia: “Though she kidnapped me, Sava isn’t a bad person. To prove it… here are my memories.” I say, giving them all magical flashbacks.

For fun, Sava had taught me such magic. Ria and Zia were the first ones to fully digest all the information. Scoffing at Sava for a bit, they eventually accepted her into our family. While the rest were busy, Ria gave me their up-to-date information.

Information Processing Later.

Celia: “…”

Sarah and Lady Grey were dead… Judging from what Ria had shown to me, she must have been controlled by the Will at that time. Why else would she agree to hide away her memories? The grief struck me instantly, tears falling down my face.

Taken into the estate, I was comforted by my family. Besides Sarah and a few of our friends, my entire family was here for me. My daughters, mothers, and wives were all present. Even Guinevere, who now had a living body, was here.

Though we hadn’t seen each other for a decent while, she was already a wife to me, and I treated her as such. Which was something that clearly made the woman happy to an extreme.

Am I a horrible person? I had lost my sister, but my grief wasn’t that potent. Instead, I felt a longing desire for revenge… Was I ever a woman who was this petty? Hearing that Sava’s daughter was erased by the Will, I felt pity and remorse toward Sava. But now it was one of my family members…

I felt pure anger. The Will of this universe had controlled Ria, causing Sarah to die far too early. Sarah wanted to die of old age with her wife? If only I didn’t know that she wouldn’t do such a thing… I wouldn’t be so damn furious!

Sarah confided in me many times, saying how she hoped that I could one day make Sarah and her wife immortal. Such a drastic change in beliefs and wishes… can only be explained by the Will controlling her. Which just upsets me further.

Ria: “Celia… We’ll have our revenge one day.” She swore.

Celia: “Revenge will not bring Sarah back, but I still wish for it, regardless… If so, I hope that day comes within the next few years.” I reply with a sigh.

Sava said that the Will of this universe was too annoying. It messed with people’s lives too often, and far too extremely as well. In truth, Sava knows that this Will has many reports made about it, and it has been charged several times.

The only reason that she wasn’t killed off or imprisoned… is due to the fact that the game is near. This is a major benefit to us, though. Since it is a criminal, I will not be charged with any crime once I finally murder her. Well, at least, that is what Sava thinks. I just hope that she is correct on this matter…

Lots of Reunions Later.

It was very nice to have practically my entire family together in one place. I wish that I could have been here for my daughters meetings, but it seems like they all get along, regardless of me not being able to introduce them to each other.

Alisa: “Mother, you must not have any more children.” She said with a stern tone.

Celia: “Huh? Why not?” I reply with a head tilt.

Mena: “Mom… your heart is vast, but any more daughters will make us beyond jealous.” She answered in her sister’s stead.

Celia: “Ah, I see… But what if my wives want to have children born from us? Not adopted, I mean.” I reply.

Nia: “Your current children are more than enough for us, Celia.” She said with a smile.

Lia: “Enough? I feel like I haven’t gotten to know them all fully yet…” She said with a sigh.

Ria: “We have more than enough time to relax and let everyone build up stronger relationships with each other, Lia.” She added.

Tia: “When it comes to closeness, Guinevere and I are the least close to our daughters…” She said with a wistful tone.

More conversations like that went on and on, much to my own happiness. Being able to talk to them all like this, to be a full family once more… such a feeling, honor, and privilege, isn’t something that I would ever willingly give up. That’s right… I lost my sister, but most of my family is still alive, and I can protect them now. Oh, right! I haven’t shown them my Status!!!
