Chapter 60: Mother Daughter Hunt.
(*Celia’s POV*)
On the morning of the day where I was going to go have some “fun” with Yona, I was standing at the front of Victoria’s estate, with a vein bulging on my forehead. Can’t you be a little more subtle!?
Yona: “Lady Celia, are you ready to go?” She asked.
Why not a carriage? Does she think that I am stupid or something? Yeah, just bring ONE single horse to come pick me up. I totally have to sit behind and hug you for the entire ride, right? Speaking of which, do I even know how to ride a horse?
If I think about it, I was able to fly around wherever I wanted to go pretty early in my new life, so I don’t recall if I ever learned how to ride a horse. I think that I knew how to ride a horse in my first life, but that was so long ago…
Celia: “Lady Yona, why only one horse?” I ask with a feigned nonchalant tone.
Yona: “It would have been hard to take two horses with me, Lady Celia. And a carriage would be cumbersome, don’t you think?” She replied, reaching out her hand toward me.
Celia: “Yes… I guess that it would be.” I reply with a sigh, before grabbing her hand, to which Yona helped me up onto her horse.
Yona: “Alright, please hold on tight, Lady Celia.” She advised.
Doing as I was told, I wrapped my arms around Yona’s waist. I could see that her ears were slightly red. But for me, I didn’t get excited about this at all. Rather than arousal, this feels comforting. Hugging your loving mother is nice, you know.
Despite advising me to hold on, Yona didn’t ride that fast at all. Only twenty minutes later did we actually make it out of the capital city. I wonder where she wants to travel to? Selen, Clarisa, and I had dealt with most of the monsters and troubles that were close to the city already.
Celia: “Selen, Clarisa, and I have already dealt with a lot of the problems around here. Do you plan on us going far away?” I ask.
Yona: “I am aware of that. It will be a few days trip, but there were talks of a village being destroyed by skeletons. Either it was a fabrication, or there is a necromancer active around here.” She answered.
Skeletons? The last time that I had to deal with that kind of monster, they used firearms against me… Luckily, I highly doubt that they will be using such modern weapons in this kind of dimension. Oh, this might be fun!
Yona: “Why the silence? Are you scared, Lady Celia?” She asked in a teasing tone.
Celia: “No. Are you?” I reply with an undisturbed tone.
Yona: “…Not at all.” She replied with a defeated sigh.
You cheeky girl!!! You’re taking me to go fight some skeletons, just so that you could flirt by protecting me from them! Just because she assumed that I would be scared!!! One of my wives is a Death Goddess! Death doesn’t scare me at all!
Not bothering to call out her blatant attempt at seduction, we silently rode on our way. When we stopped riding, the sun was in the process of going down. Yona got off of her horse and then she helped me get down as well.
The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.
Yona: “We should go further into the forest and make a camp.” She proposed.
Celia: “Okay, fine with me.” I reply.
Yona led the way into the forest. Camping next to the road probably isn’t a bad idea, but who knows what kind of monsters or horrible people would show up? Instead, we walked a mile into the forest, with the horse in tow.
Yona: “This seems to be a good spot.” She said with a smile.
Celia: “As good as any.” I reply with a shrug.
Yona: “Ah… Lady Celia, I am sorry. But I seem to have only packed one tent in my storage ring. Will you be… fine sleeping in the same tent as me?” She asked.
Celia: “…Do you have no shame, Lady Yona?” I reply with a slightly annoyed tone.
Yona: “I’ll admit to picking you up with just one horse, and taking you to fight skeletons was a method of seducing you. But me forgetting to store one more tent is absolutely an accident.” She replied.
Celia: “Really?” I ask.
Yona: “I swear it upon my family name, Lady Celia. I never planned this, and it is far too soon in our relationship to do anything sexual. My hands will not wander tonight. If they do, then I will willingly let you cut them off.” She swore with a serious tone and expression.
Celia: “Fine… I believe you. Knowing you, you were probably too excited yesterday, which caused you to forget.” I reply with a sigh.
Yona: “As embarrassing as it is to admit that, I did, in fact, get too excited yesterday. After all, this is the first time you’ve accepted going out with me. Although it isn’t a date, it is progress in the right direction.” She said with a smile.
Celia: “Enough flirting, pitch the tent already. I can see that you also didn’t get much sleep last night, either.” I say with a stern tone.
Yona: “Yes, Queen Celia!” She said with a joking tone and salute.
Celia: “…”
Heh… I guess I should be grateful to Yona? From what I’ve heard, Yona barely spoke at all, and always had a cold, emotionless face. But here she is, being so cheery. Maybe… maybe I should figure out magic to disguise myself in the future? I feel like almost all of my problems come from me being too attractive…
This body isn’t an exemption, either. When I woke up from my coma, I looked even more like my original self. In fact, I look basically the same, just smaller due to my current age. Actually, it is no wonder so many people want to marry me…
Yona: “Lady Celia? The tent is ready.” She informed.
Celia: “…”
Looking at the tent, it wasn’t just a fucking tent! I mean, it was… But it was the kind of tent that a general in a war would reside in. Wordlessly following Yona inside the tent, she took out an entire bed from her storage ring. Next, she took out a table and two chairs before taking out some fresh tea and prepared meals.
Yona: “Before going to sleep, let us eat dinner first.” She proposed.
Celia: “Okay.” I reply.
After eating, Yona went over to the side of the tent, took out one of those folding, changing divider thingies, and then change. When she came out from around the divider, she was wearing a very revealing nightgown. Really? Not trying to seduce me? I can see your nipples poking through the nightgown, and if it wasn’t for the candle’s light being feint, I could see your entire body!!! At least she was wearing panties…
Yona: “What’s wrong? Ah!…” She said before looking down at herself, and then blushing and running back behind the divider.
Celia: “…”
Yona: “This… this is just what I normally wear to sleep, Lady Celia… I wasn’t trying to seduce you.” She explained after coming out of hiding.
Now, she wore the same nightgown, but with it she was wearing a bra now.
Celia: “From your reaction, I can tell that is the truth. Will I be wearing this dress tonight?” I ask.
Yona: “It seems comfortable, so you can if you want to. Though, I had some of your maids help me borrow some of your clothes. Just in case your current ones get dirty or damaged.” She answered.
Taking out a nightgown of mine, I thanked and took it from her. Then I went behind the divider and changed. Mine wasn’t as see-through as Yona’s, as I wasn’t trying to seduce one of my wives into having sex tonight. Not like I could, given the circumstances…
When I looked around the tent, Yona was already in bed, sleeping. It seems that she really didn’t get any sleep last night. With a sigh, I got into bed as well. The bed was big, so it wasn’t like we’d end up close to each other. So, me, if that is the case, why did I wake up to me cuddling my head in Yona’s breasts in the morning?…
