Chapter 25: Alisa's Warning.

(*Alisa’s POV*)

Celia was a strange woman. Frankly, I half assumed that she only saved me because I could be of use to her. But that clearly wasn’t her intention at all. She well and truly wanted me to be her daughter, and this opportunity that she had given me, isn’t something that I will ever be able to repay.

Even in the future when she loses herself, regardless of if I help her, it won’t even pay back one percent. Fate isn’t something that I like to think about. If fate really exists, and some higher being just plans out people’s lives, it would be horrible.

Luckily, I know now that it isn’t always the case. Unless a specific Creator of a dimension is involved, things will just happen. My horrible life wasn’t the evil machinations of a cruel God or Goddess. I was just unlucky.

In that sense, meeting Celia is the one time that I have ever truly been lucky. Our meeting wasn’t planned, and I met her on a whim. The woman was living, even though this is Heaven, so I was automatically interested in her. Who would think that she would be the one too well and truly save me?

Celia was already intent on spoiling me rotten, as the food wasn’t some average meal. The overwhelmingly amazing taste, and the realization that food actually had taste to me, was enough to make me cry once more. Truly, I have never actually really eaten anything before.

She saved me? But I only know her for less than a day, right? It was already enough. I might not be repaired yet, but I know that Celia’s warmth will eventually heal me. Which, like I’ve already mentioned, will lead to Celia’s self-destruction in time.

Like it was absolutely natural, she probably even didn’t think about it, she gave me various means of entertainment before she left. Celia even gave me a kiss on my forehead. Something that only my father ever did for me. I know that it is wrong, but I need to ask a favor of Celia, eventually…

I have a wife, someone that I have avoided for a very long time. Like me, she is immortal. Like Celia and I, she is a Supreme Goddess, so she can travel to different dimensions. Finding her will be difficult, but it is something that I want more than anything.

But that is a request for another time. Celia explained what her current job here was, and even I was shocked to hear about it. Let alone the realization that I was being controlled as well. Something that made me happy was that she told me the entire story.

Celia is clearly very partial to her family. She didn’t even inform God and the Devil of the things she told me. Funnily enough, she asked me to inform Amelie about it, as she had forgotten to do so before she left. And what luck! Amelie is here.

Amelie: “Aaa! Celia just always picks up such cute daughters!!!” She exclaimed while rubbing her face on mine.

Alisa: “…”

Amelie: “Sorry, sorry! I know that you’re actually way older than me. But you’re just so damn cute!” She apologized.

This woman is one of Celia’s mothers? I barely see the resemblance… Regardless, I relayed the information that Celia asked me to relay to Amelie. She was slightly shocked, but then gave a shrug. Ah, so such a revelation is boring to her, huh?…

Alisa: “Amelie…” She cut my words off.

Amelie: “Call me Grandma.” She said with a stern tone.

Alisa: “…Grandma, Celia will eventually break. You know that, right?” I ask with a serious tone.

Amelie: “We’re well aware of that possibility. When we pass the angel’s exams and tests, the plan was to force Celia to rest for many years. That girl… I swear that the longest we’ve gotten her to take a break was less than a month…” She replied with a sigh.

Alisa: “Really? That’s good.” I reply with a smile.

Amelie: “Oh? So you can smile, huh? How cute!” She said with a happy tone.

And once again, the pampering from her continued. I kept a pout on my face, but in reality, I was so fucking happy… Enough to make me want to cry once again. Only my wife had ever pampered me like this. And as she is very cold and distant, it wasn’t on the same level as Celia and Amelie’s pampering.

Alisa: “I still feel unsure about it, though.” I say with a thinking pose.

Amelie: “We can’t predict the future, especially since that bitch of a Creator changed the rules, so we will just have to act according to what happens to Celia.” She replied with a shrug.

Creator: “Bitch of a Creator? It’s good to know that you still think of me, Amelie.” She said with a giggle.

Amelie was weaker than me, but she still used her body to block me from this woman. Another thing that made me happy. A Creator? That is the feeling I get from her… This is bad! My wife always told me to stay the hell away from any and all Creators!!!

Creator: “No need to be so alarmed. I am just here to figure out why it is taking you all so long to return.” She said with a smile while playing with her hair.

Before Amelie could answer, it seemed that the woman looked deep into our souls, easily figuring out everything. The woman’s face was blurred, so it was somewhat hard to tell. This isn’t a normal Creator at all. What is her relation to Celia and the rest?…

Creator: “I see, I see… I can’t even let Celia out of my dimension without her doing interesting things. What a shame…” She said with a defeated sigh.

Amelie: “Well, now you know, so could you please leave?” She said with an angry tone.

Creator: “Of course. Ah, right! Amelie, it has been a very long time since you and Celia left my dimension. The world has changed drastically, and you both will need to support Celia so that she doesn’t lose her mind.” She said with a serious tone.

Both Amelie and I wanted to ask her what she meant by that, but she quickly disappeared. Is she the Creator of their dimension? If her words hold any water, then we should keep Celia here in Heaven for as long as possible…

Amelie: “Alisa, don’t mention this to Celia. That bitch was far too vague, and Celia will still be destroyed by such information.” She warned.

Alisa: “I am aware. I don’t want my new mother to have her mind broken. Especially not shortly after she became my mother…” I reply.

After that, it turned into a planning session on how we would deal with Celia’s mental state when we get back. Unfortunately, that woman didn’t give us much to go on, so our plans probably won’t be perfect. Either way, we will be there for Celia. Even if she loses herself, we will help her. Both Amelie and I swore as such. I just hope that it takes a long time to finish the business in Heaven…
