Chapter 78: Pineapple.
(*Celia’s POV*)
In the morning, we three set off to the castle. With the key goal being to kill April. As you would expect, we just easily flew onto a high balcony, so entering the castle was easy. Ria helped June by carrying her, as she couldn’t fly.
June: “I can’t believe that we entered the castle so easily…” She said with a sigh.
Celia: “Why not?” I ask with a head tilt.
June: “Because usually, I have to go through an inspection before I am allowed into the castle. We just skipped all of that.” She answered.
Ria: “April seems to be a very crafty woman, then… Where is the throne room, June?” She asked.
June: “I’ll guide you.” She replied.
Security on the higher floors of the castle was nonexistent. I guess that April was confident that she only had to secure the lower floors? How stupid… What’s worse, is that since we could go invisible, but June couldn’t, none of the guards even bothered to stop her. Again, they probably just assumed that she was cleared to enter the castle.
After walking for ten minutes, we came to a very large door. As expected of a rich royal that abused their power, the door was for a fucking giant… No, the real door was smaller, but was a decorative door this big really necessary?… We were easily let into the audience chamber, which was just April’s throne. Soon to be June’s throne. There weren’t any guards inside…
April: “Hm? Dear daughter of mine, I don’t recall ordering your presence.” She said with a raised eyebrow.
June: “Yes, mother. And the reason for my presence here today is very simple.” She replied.
April: “Oh? Have you found those who were running amok in my kingdom?” She asked.
June: “No, for today is the day you die, mother!” She exclaimed before taking her sword out of its sheath.
April: “Foolishness! I’ve been meaning to kill you for a long time, but you ended up being useful. At least you’ve given me a reason to kill you now. Miracle, dispose of my daughter.” She ordered.
Miracle, being a true Goddess, was so damn fast. Luckily, as she is being mind controlled, she isn’t even using her full capabilities. I was able to rush in front of June and block Miracle’s spear.
April: “Who the hell are you!?” She yelled.
Celia: “My name isn’t important. What is important is… PINEAPPLE!” I yell with a smug tone.
April: “…”

Miracle: “…”
April: “Do you think that I wouldn’t have changed the safe word? Idiots! I don’t even know how you found out about that, but it doesn’t matter.” She gloated.
What the fuck? Would Miracle really let someone change the safe word? That sounds waaay too dangerous. I looked at Miracle, and she gave me a smug grin. She also gave a warm smile to Ria. Hey! That’s my wife you’re oogling!…
Miracle: “April, dear… To think that you would betray my trust and use me as a tool. Though, I don’t really regret it, as you were a good lay in the end.” She said with a laugh.
April: “…”
Miracle: “Now then, could someone tell me how long I was mind controlled for?” She asked.
June: “I don’t know, Miracle. At the very least, you’ve been her tool since I was born.” She replied with an unsure tone.
Miracle: “Hm… I say that April is in for some divine intervention…” She said with an evil gaze toward April.
Celia: “Are you going to kill her?” I ask with a curious tone.
Miracle: “Kill? No, that would be a waste. I’d say that making her my mind controlled slave would be a good enough punishment.” She answered with a giggle.
April looked scared at Miracle’s answer. Which is understandable, considering who she fucked with. April was a monster for so many years, and that was partly thanks to Miracle being under her control. Now she will get what’s coming to her.
Ria: “It’s funny that April thought that she could change the safe word. That is a glaring safety hazard.” She said with a laugh.
Miracle: “Yes, that is one of the safety measures that I have in place. Clearly, I wasn’t safe enough. Considering that I was her tool for many years. Now then, I wonder what you’ve done while using me.” She said with a thinking pose.
Like the Creator of this dimension, Miracle seemed to be able to look into the past. Quickly, she went from a calm smile and disposition to being absolutely furious. What the hell did she see to make her this angry?…
Miracle: “You’ve had me in your control for YEARS, and yet you never had sex with me the entire time?” She yelled with an angry tone.
That’s what she is upset about!? Right… I shouldn’t try to reason with beings like her. Ria, on the other hand, is far more reasonable. Even though she is a Goddess as well…
April: “Why would I!? I lied about being a lesbian!” She replied.
Miracle: “…I seem to have bad taste in women…” She said while rubbing her head in annoyance.
Celia: “Hey, you used to sleep with my wife, so take those words back!” I exclaim.
Miracle: “You married Ria? I never thought that she would ever marry a girl…” She said with a thinking pose.
June: “Um… could we please deal with my mother now? Look! She is trying to get away!” She yelled.
Miracle: “I don’t want to make her my slave anymore…” She replied after sending chains to restrain April.
Huh? Then what the hell should we do with her? I don’t want her either… April seems like a lucky idiot as well, so I would feel bad about killing her… I guess that we have to leave the decision up to June?
Miracle: “June, she is your mother, so what do you want to do with her?” She asked.
June: “I don’t know… I thought that I wanted to her dead, but now that I am here, I don’t know what to do…” She replied with an unsure tone.
Miracle: “Fine… I’ll just put her in a personal Hell for a while.” She replied with a shrug before snapping her fingers.
April disappeared after that, and we were all confused about what Miracle meant. Is she like, dead now?…
Miracle: “I didn’t kill her, if that is what you all’s shock is about. Think of it like a spatial storage, except it is an empty void that will keep a being alive.” She explained.
June: “I guess that works out…” She said with a sigh.
Miracle: “Good, good. Now then, I will be getting some sleep. April hasn’t let me get any sleep for many years, after all.” She said with a yawn.
It took a while for us to wake up from the absurd situation. I thought that we would have to kill April, but that wasn’t the case. Now, we just have to help June secure her position as the queen. Which won’t be hard, as we already laid the ground work for her to be a good queen. Soon, I will be able to wake up Yona…
