Chapter 67: It is not if I Should Kidnap her, it is When...

(*Yona’s POV*)

I spent the entire night just staring at Celia. Playing with her hair on occasion. I felt like an insane pervert… Not only do I covet a woman who has no feelings for me, but I won’t even or ever give up the idea of kidnapping and locking her up.

Now, I’ve spent the whole night just looking at Celia. She would surely think that I am some kind of creep doing this… But I just couldn’t help myself. I was lost in her… everything.

For now, even if she does get stronger, I need to stay with her longer. Once my visage in her mind is something that she likes and trusts, then I will take her. At that point, regaining her trust, as well as gaining her love, would be far more easy to do.

Celia is the type of person that allows herself to be abused if doing so helps someone else. Which is most likely why she protected me so much, even getting injured in the process. How can this be? She does this for others as well, right? I can’t let that happen… it is far too vexing of an idea. I’ve always known that I was a cold woman, but I never knew that I could be such a jealous one…

Celia: “Good morning.” She said with a yawn, that I happen to find incredibly cute.

Yona: “Good morning, Celia.” I reply with a smile.

Celia: “Was the horse safe?” She asked with a groggy tone.

Yona: “Yes. Although some bandits were trying to take her, so I had to deal with.” I lie through my teeth.

Celia: “Really? Well, I am glad that you were okay in the end.” She replied with a smile.

Resisting every urge in my body to pin Celia down onto the bed and make her my wife, I handed her a new dress and lingerie for her to wear. After all, with that fight she went through, her outfit was completely ruined. I will keep the fact that I couldn’t take my eyes off of the parts of her skin that her ruined outfit revealed yesterday hidden…

Once she finished changing into a new dress, I changed into a new dress as well. Why does Celia only wear white dresses? I did pick out a few of her dresses and lingerie that weren’t white, but it took a while to find them…

Yona: “Celia, why do you only wear white clothes?” I ask with a curious tone.

Celia: “The same reason why I only ever wear dresses.” She replied.

Yona: “And what reason would that be?” I ask.

Celia: “Because being soaked in blood looks even more affective while wearing white. Seeing such a beautiful woman like me, completely drenched in blood, is a very good method of make the enemy scared, which would make them slip up.” She answered.

Yona: “…”

How practical? I was honestly expecting her to answer that she just liked to wear white clothes. Now that I think about it, that wouldn’t have been the answer at all. Despite her light pink hair, pink eyes, Celia could really look absolutely gorgeous in any color dress. She is right… Dresses suit her the best.

Celia: “Will we be going back home now?” She asked.

Yona: “I think that we should. We have to report that necromancer to the queen, after all. Please leave the reporting to me.” I reply.

Not that I would ever actually report it to her. I would be stupid to report my own people, after all. Besides, once I get more and more into Celia’s heart, I will kidnap her. Once in my Demon Lordess kingdom, she won’t ever be able to escape me. Leaving the house, I helped Celia up onto Gale. Then we were off.

*A Day Later.*

Celia: “…”

Yona: “…”

We weren’t gone that long, so why is an army surrounding the capital city? From the flags, I could tell that it wasn’t Coltern’s soldiers at all. Instead, they were from the kingdom of Cestren. How cleaver…

With Victoria, Selen, and Clarisa gone, they took advantage of it. Victoria took a large army with, which were the Queen’s troops. After all, Victoria left to fight off Coltern at her request. A kingdom ripe for the picking. Stupidly, I will have to save this damn kingdom. If I don’t, my grand scheme will be ruined.

Celia: “Who the hell are those knights?” She asked.

Yona: “Those are knights of the Cestren kingdom. With your mother being gone, they decided to strike. Although, I don’t know how they managed to get past the border with such a large army.” I reply.

They were at least a fifty thousand troops positioned around the capital city of Brestia. I could win against them, but doing so would alert everyone to the true extent of my power. Is this… a perfect chance to kidnap Celia? No. I still need more time with her before I do something like that…

Celia: “I want to fight them.” She said with an excited tone.

Yona: “Celia… that would be complete and utter suicide if you attempt to do that!” I exclaimed.

Celia: “I feel like I can manage it decently easily.” She replied with a confident tone.

Yona: “I refuse to let you try, Celia.” I say with a stern tone, while looking back at her.

Celia: “I don’t recall needing your permission to do things, Yona.” She said with a laugh before jumping off of Gale.

Yona: “…”

Before I could stop her, Celia was so far ahead of me. Clearly, she was hiding her true strength. Unless I wanted to show that Gale wasn’t just a normal horse, Celia would get away from me. She is oddly faster than a horse; it seems…

But it’s not like I am slower than her! Unsummoning Gale, I went on foot to get to Celia. Before she could reach an outpost that was, at most, ten minutes away, I grabbed her waist. Softly slamming her onto a tree, I held both of her hands onto it, preventing her escape.

Celia: “Can I help you?” She said with a head tilt.

Yona: “Do you have a death wish?” I ask with an annoyed tone and expression.

Celia: “Not at all. Why ask? I’ll have you know, humans are far easier to deal with than that skeleton army was.” She replied.

Yona: “So you think that it is a good idea to fight them head on?” I ask.

Celia: “Head on? That wasn’t my plan at all.” She replied.

Yona: “What is your plan, then?” I ask with a raised eyebrow.

Celia: “I was planning on invading each outpost, killing as much people as I can, and then running away.” She answered.

Yona: “Reject!” I yell.

Before she could yap anymore, I sealed her lips with my own. Slipping some demonic power into her, I made her fall asleep. With Celia limply lying in my arms, I gave out an order for my army to deal with the Cestren. But secretly.

Rather than an enemy force destroying Cestren’s army, it will be destroyed from the inside out. I even invited Asmerelda to come add more skeletons to her army. She was good at being sneaky when she doesn’t think that she has the upper hand.

Creator: “If you had just taken her last night, you wouldn’t have had this problem. Celia just loves to send herself into battles with impossible odds. At least you’ve made the decision to kidnap her now.” She said with a smug tone.

Yona: “…”

Before I could respond, the woman had already vanished from my sight. How annoying… Regardless, despite wanting to spend more time fostering my relationship with Celia, my hand was forced into kidnapping her far sooner than I wanted to do so.

I feel bad about kissing her forcefully, but that shouldn’t have counted as a kiss. And, what’s more, is that Celia won’t remember what I did to her. Though, that won’t really matter, as she we will wake up and realize that I’ve kidnapped her…
