Chapter 73: Plan?
(*Celia’s POV*)
Celia: “So, June, what are we going to do about your mother?” I ask with a curious tone.
June: “Huh? Damn... I didn't think that I could deal with her so soon, so I don't have any plan at the moment…” She replied with a thinking pose.
Ria: “That's bad, June. We usually don't bother with plans. But that only works out due to how powerful we are.” She advised.
Celia: “Yeah, you really need to think of some plan for us to carry out. We barely know anything about this place, after all.” I agree.
June: “…”
I mean, going with no plan led us to June, so it isn't always a bad idea. But we should at least come up with one, when we're trying to overthrow some queen of a foreign land. Knowing us, we would just rush right into her audience chamber, and try to kill her then and there...
June: “Just killing her wouldn't work...” She said after thinking for a bit.
Celia: “Why not?” I ask with a head tilt.
June: “Because it will cause a power vacuum, and I have no one really backing me.” She replied with a sigh.
Celia: “Don't tell me that we have to deal with a bunch a nobles...” I ask with a groan.
June: “We will have to. I know this will be annoying, but I leave it up to your discretion.” She replied.
Celia: “Really? Oh, cool! Now then, Ria? Could you please mind control all of our opposition?” I ask with a pleading tone.
Ria: “No, I cannot.” She denied.
Celia: “Aw... But why?” I ask with a sad tone.
Ria: “Because I can only control someone's mind for, at most, a week. We're better off just killing any of the nobles who will not go along with our plans.” She explained.
Damn... This is going to be even more annoying than I thought that it would be... Sure, we could just kill everyone that gets in our way, but that wouldn't be productive at all. We do actually have to leave enough people alive to run this kingdom, after all.
Celia: “June, please give us a list of nobles that you want to keep alive, and who you want to join you.” I ask with a serious tone.
June: “As much as it pains me to basically tell you who I want killed, I will write a list for you.” She replied with a sigh.

June took out some paper and an ink pen from her bag. While waiting for her to finish writing the list, Ria and I ate various sweets. The sweets were very tempting, so we accidentally made June take longer to write down her list for us. Not that I mind. Cute girls should always be given what they want.
June: “Alright, here is the entire list.” She said with a relieved sigh.
Celia: “Thanks.” I reply with a smile.
Taking a look at the list, it was oddly clear that June only wanted to get women on her side. At least, all of the names were feminine sounding. Is she similar to Yona? As in, does she only like women? Not that I would scorn her for it, I am just confused by the layout of names...
Ria: “Why are there only women on your list, June?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.
June: “Well, it just so happens that no male is decent in this kingdom. At least on the nobles side, that is.” She replied.
Celia: “That is oddly specific...“ I say with a raised eyebrow.
June: “Okay, look. I am not sexist. It's just that I have been planning this coup since I was eight.” She replied.
Ria: “That doesn't explain why there are only women on this list, June.” She replied.
June: “I was getting to that part! Anyway, I said that I had no backing, but that isn't really the case. I have no one in power backing me, but pretty much all of the noble women in powerful houses are on my side. In fact, they already have it in place for when their fathers and brothers die, they will get control of their entire family.” She explained.
It seems like June has been planning this for a long time... Well, she admitted that, but even still... All we have to do, which is something that she most likely planned on doing herself, is to kill off all of the males in power, and then she can take over this kingdom. That is, once her mother is dead.
A decent plan, I guess? With just Ria and I, it will take a while to assassinate our targets. Maybe we should call the others over? It would leave our Empire open to attack, so I should probably only call a few of them here...
Ria: “That won't work, Celia.” She advised.
Celia: “Huh? Why not?” I ask with a head tilt.
Ria: “Contact distance between both our fantasy phones, and through Ruina, have been limited. I couldn't contact our family at all.” She replied with a sigh.
Celia: “…”
That sucks... Wait does that mean that Ruina can't talk to me anymore? I would hate to not be able to talk to that cute girl again...
Ruina: “Stop flirting! You're married! And yes, I can still talk to you, but I am mainly focused on the others with a System. You're pretty used to your System, and there isn't much else I can help you with.” She said.
Hm? Ah, I guess that I did give a few people a System, to which Ruina has to help them with. That isn't mentioning if Amelie gave someone a System either... I hope she didn't... Not because I want to keep the System to myself, but because it is still dangerous to give someone a System...
Celia: “Your help is nice, but I still like talking to you, Ruina.” I say with a pout.
Ruina: “...I like talking to you as well, Celia. But these times are quite busy, so my time to talk with you is very limited.” She said with a sad sigh.
Celia: “It's fine just as long as you talk to me every once in a while. Ruina, I don't know if you think this yourself, but to me, you're family.” I say with a warm tone.
Ruina: “I know... And it makes me happy that you think of me like that, Celia. But really, what am I to you?” She asked with a curious tone.
Celia: “I do tease you a lot, but I think that I see you in the same way that I see Mena.” I reply with a thinking pose.
Ruina: “So I am one of your daughters? Okay, I can live with that. Anyway, good luck with your plan.” She replied with a happy tone.
Okay, that's my cute girl teased and consoled for today's quota filled. Now we just have to focus on killing a bunch of rich assholes! Of course, I won't just go off of the people who aren't on June's list. I won't kill anyone that I think isn't too bad. Hopefully, for some of them, they're somewhat decent people...
