Chapter 11: Do Level’s Exist to be Easily Overtaken?
(Celia’s POV)
Celia: “Okay, Sava. Now we can go and train my levels, right?” I say with my arms crossed.
Sava: “The skills, which I thought would take far longer for you to acquire, all have been learned by you. So… yes. Do you want the easy route, or the skilled route?” She agreed, but asked another question in reply.
Easy or skilled? What exactly does it matter? No… Considering it is Sava, her definitions for easy and skilled, are very likely to be more extreme than what I am thinking of. Ah, I must go for the easy route!
Celia: “Easy.” I answer.
Sava: “Easy? How boring… I’ll only agree to this method… if you don’t get a big head, Celia.” She replied.
Celia: “A big head? Sava, surely, you’ve known me long enough to know that I won’t do such a thing.” I reply with a pout.
Sava: “I know… Regardless, we cannot let you evolve in this universe. At most, we can get you to level 9,999.” She informed.
Level 9,999, huh? What a high level… This sorta feels like a game, if I am being honest about it. Come to think of it… my next evolution is a Highest Goddess, I think? Isn’t that the same race as Ria? She is a far higher level, though…
Celia: “That’s fine! Wait… won’t I evolve into a Highest Goddess?” I reply with a head tilt.
Sava: “You will, yes.” She answered.
Celia: “Then… why am I such a lower level than Ria?” I ask with a confused tone.
Sava: “It is hard to say for sure… It could be due to my daughter’s soul within your soul, or the Will has favored you so much that it made things easier for you. Though I made the System, the Will had the most influence on your soul. And, I also noticed that some other higher beings had messed with your soul as well. It could be either of those, really…” She answered with an unsure tone while doing a thinking pose.
Celia: “…”
Some say that uncertainty is the spice of life, but I would have to heavily disagree with that notion. For me, I am still very worried about this whole thing. Though the Will favors me, why am I having such an easy second life? Isn’t this ease not that entertaining? While thinking this, Sava had… conjured up giant fucking spiders!!?
Celia: “…”
Sava: “…”
Currently, at the first sight of those spiders, I had hid behind Sava. Using her back as a means to block my vision, so it wasn’t assaulted by… such grotesque beings that were just a little bit ahead of us.

Celia: “…”
Sava: “Ah, you dislike bugs, huh? Though, not on a very high level. But these spiders would surely make even the toughest person with a slight dislike of insects squirm like a little child.” She said with a giggle.
The spiders were the size of a fucking skyscraper! Sure, I don’t like bugs at all, but these are completely different! I am sure that at least a few movies in my old life had monsters like this in them… It isn’t that crazy for me to be so freaked out by them…
Snap!
Sava snapped her fingers, and then the spiders had transformed into… giant blocky beings? Heh… this makes them far less scary to me. Not to mention, but the blocks were solid colors. Thanks, Mom!
Sava: “I had secretly led your family members to a dimension with spiders like these. In that universe, these spiders were the most powerful monsters that can spawn without the Will doing something on their own.” She explained.
Celia: “My family fought giant spiders?” I repeat with a worrisome tone.
Sava: “Yes, they did. But unlike you, they weren’t particularly afraid of insects. Now, start killing them, and I will spawn more and more as you go along with the grinding.” She said with a reassuring tone.
Slash!
Taking out my sword, I used it to cut one of the block monsters in half. The experience from such a large being was immense, and I felt like I just dipped into a nice hot spring… How much EXP did I get from just one of them?

Celia: “…”
Huh!? Ten levels up… but that isn’t the most surprising thing. From those ten levels, my Stats had increased so damn high, and I got so many SIP’s… What the hell did that water do to me!?
Sava: “What’s up?” She asked, noticing that I stopped for a bit.
Celia: “See for yourself.” I reply, showing her my Status.
Sava: “…”
Seeing my overly inflated Status, Sava was shocked to her core. Diving into more research, she suggested that it was fine, and that I should keep on killing the monsters. Well, it’s her crisis… I’ll just kill and kill until I get to my self imposed level cap!
Endless Amounts of Killing Later.
The water was now stained with blood, the blocky remains of the spiders littered the water as well. Not! Sava made it so those spiders didn’t bleed, nor leave their parts behind once I killed them. The water was clear as always. Now, my Status…
Sava: “No! Don’t look!” She exclaimed, quickly stopping me.
Celia: “Huh? Why not?…” I reply.
Sava: “I might have broken a law… And when you check your Status out, I will be instantly reported! Listen, stay here for a bit, I need to go to a specific universe.” She said, sitting me down on a chair that she made appear.
Various snacks and tea showed up on a table as well, so I guess she wants me to wait for a while… Where is she even going, though? My curiosity begged me to figure it out, so, of course, I asked this to Sava.
Sava: “I am going to see a lawyer, Celia.” She answered before vanishing.
Celia: “…”
Higher beings use lawyers? Yet another new thing that I didn’t know about… Ah, right. Since she had control over it, Sava made it so my System would alert me once I was close to level 9,999. She even set it to eat whatever EXP goes over that, as we didn’t want me to accidentally evolve right now.
Unlike the other evolutions, no one really governs Highest Beings. And the evolution is swift, as well as something that happens the exact moment that you reach the required level. Sava said that, if I evolve in her universe, I will be blocked off from my original one. With nothing else left to do… I had to wait for my dear mother to return from meeting a lawyer…
