Chapter 79: Broken Promise.
(*Celia’s POV*)
Eventually, Ria and I got so into helping June out with her new kingdom that we forgot to do anything else… Like I just had a revelation, in the morning, I sprung up in bed, with the memory of our goal on this continent…
Ria: “Celia, what’s wrong?” She asked with a yawn.
Celia: “We forgot about the cure for Yona…” I reply.
Ria: “We didn’t forget, we just planned on helping June out first. It’s been a month, and by now, it will be fine if we leave June on her own.” She replied.
Celia: “I don’t recall ever making that plan… So, do we go ask her about the cure now?” I ask.
Ria: “Yes, it’s been long enough that we’ve worked without any reward.” She answered.
Ria and I helped each other get dressed, and then we headed to breakfast. June should be awake by this time, and she was luckily in the process of eating breakfast. We sat down to eat, and after taking a few bites, I decided to ask June about the cure.
Celia: “June, now that everything is settled, how do we help Yona wake up?” I ask with a serious tone.
June: “You haven’t figured it out yet?” She asked with a head tilt.
Ria: “What do you mean?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.
June: “I slightly lied, but Miracle should be the one that can help you out.” She replied.
Miracle: “Sorry, but I actually can’t directly help.” She said with a remorseful tone.
Celia: “Huh? Don’t tell me that we did all this work for nothing…” I ask with sad tone.
June: “What… can you really not help, Miracle? You seem so powerful…” She asked with an unsure tone.
Miracle: “If it was months ago, then I could, but the Creator of this world has already warned me about interfering.” She answered.
What the fuck… Does that mean that we have to figure out some other way to wake Yona up? What’s worse, is that we’ve wasted all of this time… No. It wasn’t a waste. June is a good new friend. Helping her out will surely help us out in the future.

Miracle: “Keep in mind, I said that I couldn’t help directly.” She said with a giggle.
Celia: “Then how can we wake Yona up?” I ask.
Miracle: “Well, if you were on the same level as me, you could just heal her. But since you aren’t, then you need an Elixir of Life.” She answered.
June: “…”
Celia: “…”
Ria: “…”
Miracle: “What? I am not joking.” She asked with a confused tone and expression on her face.
Celia: “No, it’s just that, the fact that we have to go after a MacGuffin is a little annoying.” I reply with a sigh.
June: “I’m sorry that I couldn’t be of more help…” She said with a remorseful tone.
Celia: “It’s fine… We just have to find the elixir now.” I reply.
Miracle: “I wouldn’t tell you the answer to your problem if I didn’t know where you could get one.” She said with a pout.
Wait… She actually knows where we can get an Elixir of life? I’ve never even heard of something like that existing in this dimension… Ria didn’t even look happy at figuring out the cure, as if she knew that such a thing would be hard to come by…
Celia: “Where?” I ask with a serious tone.
Miracle: “A dragon has one. She doesn’t need it either, as she is an immortal ancient dragon. Soma is actually on this continent.” She answered.
Celia: “And where can we find her?” I ask.
Miracle: “In a volcano.” She replied with a nonchalant tone.
June: “…”
Ria: “…”
Celia: “…”
This really sucks… I highly doubt that this Soma chick will actually give us the Elixir of life for free… And we have to find her in a fucking volcano!? No… I should just be happy that we’re so close to saving Yona…
For now, we continued to eat breakfast. Miracle couldn’t even point us in the direction of the volcano, as just telling us about the Elixir of life was pushing the Creator’s limits. Luckily, June knew of one volcano that we could check out. We said our goodbyes, and then set off from June’s new kingdom.
Even though we worked in the shadows, it oddly seemed like damn near everyone knew about Ria and I… Holy shit… Is that a fucking statue of June, Ria, and I?… When the fuck was this built? Damn… No wonder people knew who we are… There is even a plaque on the Statues stating what we did…
While leaving, it was very hard to turn down all of the gifts that were tossed our way. In just a month, this kingdom turned into almost a paradise. Sure, it couldn’t compare to our Empire, but it was at the very least the second best place to live in this world.
Celia: “Isn’t this the same reason why we barely go out back home?” I ask with a sigh.
Ria: “Absolutely, but it is still entertaining, regardless.” She said with a laugh.
Celia: “Oh, yeah, I forgot to ask, but what happened to Velta and your sisters?” I ask with a curious tone.
Ria: “They got addicted to your dungeon, so that is where they live now.” She answered.
Celia: “…”
Great… now those perverts have permanent residence within my dungeon… Oh, well. It’s not like they can even leave now, all thanks to that Creator… Flying magic takes some concentration to use, so thinking about what kind of perverted rampage that family of perverts will cause, made it hard to fly…
Currently, we were flying toward the volcano. Stupidly, it was called Soma’s volcano. It seems like most people are aware of Soma. Which is weird… Dragons are known for hoarding a lot of treasure, and Solia proves that stereotype is true as well. If Soma was so known, then why hasn’t anyone ever tried to steal her treasure? I am starting to get a bad feeling about this…
