Chapter 75: Departure.
(Ria’s POV)
It took yet another month for me to recover well enough to leave. Zia was more than willing to let me be in control, as I was stronger than her. God said that it will probably take years before Zia can use our full potential.
That is, after we recover fully. God’s words were correct, as even after waiting so long, we aren’t fully healed. Rather, my Status was still pretty heartbreaking to look at… Well, Celia would be heartbroken to see it, I mean.

Apart from my Hunger Stat, my HP and MP wouldn’t go any higher. And until we save everyone, which will deal with the strains on our body, they won’t go higher than they currently are.
If Celia was here, I am sure that she would have already pointed at my race level. The level requirement to evolve was just question marks, after all. In reality, this isn’t anything special.
God is one step up from my race, only due to her having more rights that being God gives her. But she is basically a Highest Goddess as well.
Generally, the theory is that there isn’t any higher race to evolve into. Instead, once you get to this race, there is no level cap. Rather, you can just get as many levels as you want to get.
Highest Goddesses tend to have many dimensions under their control, and they need SIP’s to properly take care of them. That is, the ones with Systems, I mean.
But even without a System, the amount of divinity that you can hold greatly depends on your level. Even if they cannot see their level, they can tell that the stronger they get, the more divinity that they can hold.
The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
Yona: “Are you leaving now, Ria?” She asked.
Ria: “Yeah, I am. Specifically, I will be going to right my mistake of separating our family.” I answer.
Mena: “And after you do, Celia will be able to come back home to an estate full of her family!” She happily exclaimed.
Solia: “Ria, you should go get Lia and Nia first. Their time wasn’t frozen, which makes them a higher priority to save.” She proposed.
Ria: “That is my plan, Solia. They have suffered the most, and I, of course, will be getting them back first.” I agree.
To have everyone here to see me off… I have said this countless times, telling myself that I am a horrible person. But that doesn’t change the fact that these people are my family. My family that I truly love with all my heart. My actions had hurt them, but I will be correcting that mistake.
Zia: “Oh, why aren’t any of you saying goodbye to me? I will be going too, you know. Not like I veto this excursion.” She jokingly pouted.
Letting Zia take control, I watched as the family said their goodbyes to her as well. It was funny to listen to her speak. This Ria… Celia has influenced her so much. Frankly, I would say the same about the rest of our family…
It was like we all had decided to hide away our true selves. Celia taught us to not only accept that aspect of us, but to let it show. Zia acted so similar to Celia, and the others did so, too.
Of course, it makes sense that those with similar true personalities would flock to Celia. And if you want to be philosophical about it, you could say that Celia had unfrozen our hearts. What an amazing woman…
Guinevere: “Don’t do anything that I wouldn’t do, Ria.” She advised with a yawn.
Ria: “…Are you okay?” I ask with a concerned tone.
Guinevere looked almost like a zombie… How much worked did she do to look like that? With her race, even being dead, she should always look absolutely beautiful… Did Guinevere not take my advice to heart?…
Guinevere: “Don’t give me that look, Ria. I did take your advice, but God gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse.” She said with a serious tone.
God: “That’s right! And said offer requires the use of her soul. Of course, I will not let her soul be destroyed. But the effect on her soul and body is very blatant for all to see.” She added with a remorseful tone.
God showed up out of thin air once more, and all of have long since gotten use to her antics. It was to the point where we didn’t even blink when God shows up at random now.
Ria: “For what kind of offer requires the use of someone’s soul? Are you abusing yet another one of Celia’s family members?” I ask with a stern tone and expression.
Not that long ago, Guinevere finally accepted living with us. Her reluctance to do so was odd, as this place was owned by her. But her reasoning was simple. It was also so very simple to convince her to stay with us.
God: “That is a literal secret of Heaven, so I will keep it a secret, sorry.” She replied with a shrug.
Ria: “…”
God: “Enough with the goodbyes! You should go save the rest of them.” She ordered.
Ria: “Oh? And when were you in a position to order me around?” I reply with a smug tone.
God: “…I am the one true God of this universe!” She pouted out.
Tia: “You know, I once killed you…” She added with a nervous tone.
God: “…Wife, defend me!” She said after vanishing, and then reappearing with the Devil in tow.
Everyone: “…”
Being put on the spot, the Devil was at a loss for what to say or do. And we cannot blame her for it. God has had to step up and run Heaven. Her childlike nature never went away, and her acting out like this was due to her not getting a fill of said childlike acting and antics.
Devil: “Please forgive my wife. Both Guinevere and her have worked very hard lately.” She said with a bow.
Everyone Again: “…”
Here she was, the Devil herself, bowing to us and asking for forgiveness of her wife. This could only happen to us because of Celia and her actions. The various changes that she had caused should not be understated at all.
Perhaps it is her absurd level of karmic destiny that makes it almost impossible to predict her future. Regardless of why, the weight of her actions is on an extreme level. And that just makes us love her even more. Anyone, regardless of who they are, will always love to see their family member be so damn important.
With various goodbyes, and a few more exchanges with God, I left Heaven. First, I plan to go find Lia. Unlike Nia, Lia was very young. Honestly, she was about the same age as Celia is. I will have to apologize to Nia later, but Lia takes priority over her right now. I just have to trust that neither of them has lost their minds yet…
