Chapter 68: Once Again, Goblin Cave...
(*Celia’s POV*)
To find the nest of Goblins, we had to look for another group of them. Which didn’t take that long, as this place seems to be their stomping ground. We killed most of their group, and then we followed the one that we left alive.
The stupid little guy just lead us straight to their nest. Which was actually a cave. How fitting… If I was G*blin Sl*yer, I would just set this entire cave ablaze. But too bad! There are people we have to save within it.
Celia: “How should we go about this?” I ask.
Cenri: “I’ll follow you two on what you decided to do. I know when I am outclassed, and you two are absurdly powerful.” She said with a laugh.
Ria: “Cenri, do you happen to have a short sword?” She asked.
Cenri: “No, sorry.” She replied.
Ria: “Then take this one. Fighting with a normal length sword in this cave would be a bad idea.” She said before taking a knife out of her inventory.
Cenri: “Thanks!” She said with a smile.
Ria: “As for our plan, we should just carefully explore the cave, and kill any Goblins that we come across.” She proposed.
Celia: “That is an alright plan, in my opinion.” I reply.
My wife is very smart, you know? Anyway, we descended into the cave. As Ria has an absurdly high amount of MP, she used light magic to light our way. Which worked out quite well.
Whatever specific light spell Ria used would blind our enemies, but not us. The Goblins waiting in hiding in small holes had their plans fail because of this magic.
Further into the cave, we came across a wide open and lit area. It was similar to the area where I fought that big Goblin dude many years ago. And as you would expect, there was another big one just chilling out on a throne.

:Summary:
Goblin Champions in general, are a just Goblins that have lived for a long time. It takes over 50 years for a Goblin to mature into a Champion. But most of them die before they turn ten years of age.

Ah, so like before, it was a Goblin Champion? He is strong, but not a match for my wife and I. Though, he may give us some fun from fighting him. I looked toward Ria, and she nodded.
As we started to walk toward the Goblin Champion and the rest of the Goblins, Cenri stopped us. Um… can we help you out?
Cenri: “Are you two crazy!? That thing will need at least one S Grade Adventurers to deal with it! Are you trying to throw your lives away?” She asked with a quiet but serious tone.
Celia: “I assure you, this is something that my wife and I can easily deal with. Just sit back and watch.” I say with an assured tone.
Cenri: “Fine… But the moment it kills you two, I will run away to get help from some S Grade.” She said with a sigh.
With that, Ria and I went off to fight the rest of the Goblins. Ria said that she would deal with the small fries, and I should deal with the Goblin Champion. I agreed with this arrangement, as I had a score to settle with his kind.
And by that, I mean that Yona dealt with the Goblin Champion last time. Now it is finally my turn to kill one of them. With a sadistic smile on my face, I lunged at the Goblin Champion with my sword.
*Some Time Later.*
Celia: “How boring…” I say with a pout.
Ria: “Truly… I thought that he would at least be fun to kill.” She said with a sigh.
Cenri: “…”
Five minutes… Five minutes was all it took for Ria and I to deal with ALL of the Goblins in this cave. At least, in this last section of it. It wasn’t any fun, though…
Cenri: “Are you two S Grade adventurers?” She asked with a nervous tone.
Celia: “No? We aren’t even adventurers.” I reply.
Cenri: “…”
While Cenri was left in thought, Ria and I went to look for the captives. Behind a huge makeshift door were a hundred women. Most of them had dead eyes, so they were probably long since broken by the Goblins…
Cenri: “You three?… Hey, don’t you remember me?” She asked with a sad tone as she tried talking to her friends that didn’t respond at all.
Ria: “It looks like they have gone through too much, so their minds were destroyed.” She said with a thinking pose.
Cenri: “No… We came all this way, and yet we cannot save them?” She said with tears flowing down her face.
Ria: “I can.” She replied.
Cenri: “How!? Wait, I don’t even care! Just save them, please, I beg you!” She exclaimed.
Ria’s idea was very simple, just remove their memories of what happened here. They will still be aware of what happened to them, they just won’t remember any of it.
*An Hour Later.*
That idea worked out well, and all of the women came back to their senses. A lot of them were distraught, as you would expect. Ria gave them all new clothes to wear, as they were stark naked at the moment.
Cenri: “Okay… I am thankful for all of your help, Ria, Celia, but how will we get these women back to town?” She asked with a thinking pose.
Celia: “We walk.” I reply.
Cenri: “But… why we quickly run out of food? I haven’t actually eaten in over a day myself…” She said with a nervous tone.
Ria: “You see that we can use spatial magic, right? Both Celia and I have countless meals stored, so no one will go hungry. Of course, we have water as well.” She said with a smile.
Cenri: “You two are really well prepared…” She said with a sigh.
Before setting off to town, we had all of the women eat some food. Well, Ria and I were hungry as well, so we ate too. Now, all we have to do is safely escort these women back to safety…
Which should be easy, as most of them could fight to some degree. Very few of them were just weak people. So we would basically be a small army marching to the town. I wonder what looks that the people of that town will give us when we get there?…
