Chapter 55: Planning the Carnage.

(Celia’s POV)

Celia: “Now that you’re strong enough, what should we do to start this rebellion?” I ask.

Kami: “For now, we should start by taking over the slums. I shouldn’t be too hard, I just need to kill all the guards and the gangs.” She proposed.

Ria: “I agree with that plan.” She said with a thumbs up.

Kami: “…Am I not going to get any help with it?” She asked with a sigh.

Celia: “Do you need help?” I reply with a head tilt.

Kami: “Not really…” She said with a sigh.

Celia: “Do you want us to stay with you?” I ask.

Kami: “…”

Celia: “Surely you have been lonely for a while, right? Ria and I can be invisible to everyone else besides you, so you can start the rebellion without people knowing about our involvement.” I suggest.

Kami: “How did you… No. The woman who accepted Alisa as her daughter surely understands how to take care of someone. Yes, I would like that. And I admit to being lonely.” She said with a slightly embarrassed tone and expression.

Hmm… yup. Girls sure are cute. Regardless of how many times that I’ve said this, it will never ever be even close to being enough times. What’s better, is that every girl is cute in their own way.

Ria: “Celia, I forbid you to adopt this girl as well.” She said with a serious tone.

Kami: “…”

Celia: “Why can’t I adopt her?” I say with a pout.

Ria: “Kami doesn’t need a mother, she just needs a family. And right now, she just needs us to keep her company. As good of a higher being that you are, Celia, most of us see mortal beings as lesser, and not worth even considering to be people.” She explained.

Kami: “I won’t deny that, either. Though my parents in this life were horrible, I probably would have still killed them, even if they were decent or good people. It is nice to talk to beings that I actually respect as people once more.” She agreed.

Celia: “…”

I feel like most people would either treat higher beings as all powerful God’s and Goddesses, or treat them like pure evil and uncaring beings. They don’t really try to win most on the latter side over, either…

Though I am one of those higher beings, I don’t really act like one. In reality, that is probably due to my age. I got way too powerful, far too quickly. Actually… am I really that much of an oddity?

Celia: “Hey, Ria?” I say with a nervous tone.

Ria: “Yes, dear?” She replied.

Celia: “In history, how old was the youngest person to ever become a Supreme Goddess?” I ask.

Ria: “Hm… If I remember correctly, it was a woman named Pam, who was well over 85,000 years old when she finally evolved into a Supreme Goddess.” She answered.

Celia: “…”

Kami: “Sure, you got strong at a young age, but with Ria’s time traveling, you had a lot of karmic destiny built up. If it wasn’t right, or you cheated in some way, the will of existence would have erased you long ago.” She explained with a confident tone.

It would have erased me? What the hell… Ah, whatever! At least I now know why all these higher beings find me so damn interesting… Even just this early into my life, I am clearly a major anomaly, to say the least. I am just only a little afraid of what I will end up becoming in the future…

A Day Later.

Kami: “This going better than I thought that it would.” She happily said.

Seeing a cute little girl like her being so happy… should normally be something that anyone could be happy about seeing. The problem was that Kami was sitting on a pile of bodies. Well, they were the still warm bodies of a last gang that controlled the slums.

Celia: “Kami… you’re kinda scary, you know?” I say with a laugh.

Kami: “Scary? I guess that I am. Come to think of it, you two aren’t aware of my domain, right? Ah, by the way, I am actually a Supreme Goddess, just like Celia is.” She replied.

Ria: “You’re right, we don’t know your domain, Kami.” She replied.

Kami: “Haha. I am Kami, the Supreme Goddess of Murder.” She said with a proud tone.

Ria: “…”

Celia: “…”

Supreme Goddess of Murder!? Should I be worried that Kami is Alisa’s wife?…

Kami: “Oh, don’t give me that look. In my hundreds of thousands of years, I have rarely ever killed any innocent beings. I got that domain, simply because my kill count is in the trillions.” She said with a giggle.

Ria: “Trillions? Not even I have a kill count close to that…” She said with a sigh.

Celia: “It is pretty high, but it’s probably just due to her age.” I say with a shrug.

Ria: “Probably…” She reluctantly agreed.

Kami: “And you two? What are your domains?” She asked with a curious tone.

It was weird being addressed by a little girl that was covered in blood like this. Was I also weird for finding her still very cute? Eh, perhaps I had lost my mind long ago… Wait… what is Ria’s domain? I never asked.

Ria: “…”

Celia: “I am Celia, Supreme Goddess of Lesbian Love.” I answer.

Kami: “Lesbian love? How fitting… you seem to love all females. And you, Ria. What is your domain?” She asked once more.

Ria: “…”

Celia: “Ria, not even I know it…” I say, nudging her arm.

Ria: “It’s an embarrassing domain…” She said with a red face.

Kami: “Surely it isn’t that embarrassing. Please satisfy our curiosity.” She pleaded.

Ria: “Fine… I am Ria, Highest Goddess of Loving my Wives…” She admitted with a blush and an embarrassed tone.

Kami: “…”

Celia: “…”

The domain wasn’t that surprising. After all, Ria did go back in time just to change the future. All so I could be happy. Sure, her methods of doing so were wrong, but her love for Amelie and I were never in question.

Kami: “You’re a Highest Goddess!? No fucking wonder you have so much power and authority…” She said with a shocked tone.

Celia: “What’s a Highest Goddess?” I ask with a confused tone.

Ria: “The strongest race that you can ever really get to become. The next evolution above it would be being God. Of course, I was once God, but the living one in this timeline demoted me to this race.” She explained.

Kami: “There are surely higher races than God, but no one knows them. Those beings… if a human or mortal being thinks of us higher beings to be incompressible, then those beings are the same to us.” She informed.

Celia: “…”

I was already aware that there were beings higher than God. But the fact that even beings like God, Kami, and Ria don’t know about them, is still terrifying. While Ria and Kami started to leave the base that once housed a now dead gang, this was all that was on my mind…
