Chapter 750: [Zepar]

Chapter 750: [Zepar]

Chapter 750: [Zepar]

Just above the head of the twin-headed giant, a sword made of crimson light materialized and dropped.

The massive sword was crimson-colored and appeared to be forged from blazing flames. It was almost transparent in form, looking like a gigantic mirage of a sword.

It has an entirely straight handle that is dyed darker than the rest of the blade.

The cross guard, which resembles two linked, curved dagger blades, is located directly perpendicular to the grip.

At the center of the guard is a large ruby gem with a serpentine eye on the center. It gives off an aura that it is alive. Just by looking at it felt as if being stared by a vicious snake.

The colossal figure of the war giant, a being of immense strength and terror, was suddenly encircled by a series of radiant lights.

They were not the flickering flames of war, but rather, resembled the delicate tracings of magic circles that had emerged from the ground.

The magical formations took the shape of a magnificent hexagonal star, the very symbol of protection and binding.

The intricate pattern of the star was further accentuated by twelve smaller hexagonal magic circles, evenly spaced and positioned at each point along the star. The very air seemed to hum with energy as the magical symbols locked into place, glowing with an ethereal light that was both mesmerizing and fearsome.

As the war giant, with its two grotesque heads, bellowed in agony, the atmosphere shifted dramatically.

Flames danced and rolled around the monstrous figure, as if in response to its pain, yet they could not compare to the inferno that burned within.

The giant never stopped roaring in agony, its flesh slowly burned and peeled off.

Although its healing was as fast as the flames burned its flesh, at this moment, it had almost become its own form of torture.

The giant's immense body, once feared for its invulnerability, now trembled under the relentless onslaught of a force greater than itself.

But its suffering was just beginning.

The enormous sword hanging above the giant glimmered with an eerie light, a sight that both entranced and terrified those who beheld it.

The blade was as tall as a twenty-story skyscraper, the likes of which had never been seen before, pierced through the war giant's form, stabbing deep into its body without resistance, as though it were but a phantom in the material realm.

From there, huge red chains sprouted, wrapping around the war giant, forming a tight cage.

Dakna's face twisted in anger.

Her two hands extended downward, seemingly pressing against something solid.

In reaction, the twin-headed giant inside the barrier dome knelt, trying desperately to stand up, but it felt as though a heavy object was pushing it down—no, it felt more like gravity pressing down!

If one looks closely, a force field descended from the hilt of the sword to create a dome-like cage.

Trapped inside the dome, the twin-headed war giant's outstretched right arm fell to the ground, followed closely by its knees.

It screamed in pain as the ground beneath it collapsed under the pressure of Dakna’s {Fiend Prison} magic.

The twin-headed giant, known for its destructive power, was now at the mercy of her magic. Unable to move or fight back, the monster could only succumb to the pressure and the weight of the magic that held it down.

But Dakna was not satisfied.

She knew this would not kill the ferocious monster.

With a deep breath, she began to mumble her next incantation, calling upon the very forces of nature.

As she spoke, the sky above her rumbled and roared, splitting open with a deafening crash of thunder.

A moment later, hundreds of small orbs surrounded by swirling bright golden sparks appeared around her.

They danced and pulsed with an energy that was both beautiful and terrifying to behold.

With a fierce thrust of her arm, the small orbs hurtled forward, slamming into the giant monster in a torrent of magical energy, piercing wind, and destructive lightning power.

Each hit carved away a piece of the monster’s skin, causing countless bursts of blood every second.

The giant howled in pain and rage, its movements becoming more erratic as the magical assault continued. It desperately struggled to free itself, unfortunately, the chains that bound it were stronger than imagined, and its every attempt failed. Its fearsome strength, which was its pride and glory, now failed it.

But Dakna was relentless, her incantations growing louder and more powerful with each passing moment.

This was her trump card.

Her Magical Domain.

An ability, only she knows and could use.

A fearsome magic that combines her own Fire Magic, Gravity Magic, the power granted to her by her Master- the Lightning Attribute Magic, and lastly, her own inherent, and unique skill- Bondage of Sodomy.

However, this power has a huge chance of affecting her allies, she barely uses it since she is still not completely in control.

But when she sees Fiona and Mireya in danger, something snaps in her and her thoughts sharpen.

Not anymore, would she lose her friends and family!

Dakna burst into action. Lightning coursed through her nerves and she pierced through the speed of light, and even her magical power exploded.

“You dare hurt my family! I’ll crush your bones till it becomes dust!” Dakna roared in rage.

Completely different from her usual self, she was cold, angry, and murderous, and Mireya and Fiona were shocked to see her like this.

This was the first time she snapped like this.

Mireya and Fiona exchanged worried glances.

They had never seen Dakna like this before – her normally vibrant and lively demeanor replaced by an icy coldness that sent shivers down their spines.

“Dakna, are you okay?” Mireya asked, her voice filled with concern.

“This—what is happening?!”

However, the two of them stared in shock when suddenly, black and crimson lights appeared from Dakna’s body.

“I am fine,” Dakna replied with a callous expression.

Red molten lava seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, covering her entire body. Then, it hardened and transformed into a red-colored armor.

It was a dual-toned armor composed of a simple crimson breastplate joined to the collar, which sports a heart, centered between two wing-shaped epaulets.

The pauldrons are structured into two red dragon heads, opening their jaws with feral and demonic expressions.

They were then adorned by intricate ornamental wings on each pauldron.

The gauntlets completely envelop her arms and feature prominent draconic claws, with reverse dragon scales-like pointing backward in correspondence to her wrists.

The waistguards are made up of plates attached to the breastplate, surrounded by a thin belt around her waist. A short, red skirt underneath, covered her upper thighs. Her greaves reach up to the center of her bare thighs and possess red feather-like ornaments protruding from the upper edges of her greaves and the lower edges of her knee guards, which have coiling dragon motifs carved on them, and each sport a pair of small wings, one attached to the knee guard and one in correspondence to Dakna’s ankles.

The armor is complemented by a large red scaled-like tiara adorning her head, with demonic horns jutting out horizontally, and a large purplish-red cape.

Her hair was styled into a pair of braids that flowed down from the back of her head.

“This is not possible…!!! You, how could it be you!!?”

Elena shrieked in seeing her appearance.

She had seen her before- this armor, this appearance, in one of the records hidden behind the archives of Asgard.

A demon who had wreaked havoc in the heavens and struck fear to many gods.

“Zepar?!!”

“Lady Elena…?”

Ignoring Qin’s confusion, Elena shrieked in shock and hurriedly jumped away, calling the name that had appeared inside her mind.

“This is not possible!! You are Zepar?! The Great Duke of Hell!”

“Zepar?! Lady Elena! What are you saying!! She is my Sister Dakna!” Qin frowned.

“No! This can’t be a mistake!”

“Enough drama and get out of there if you don’t want to die!”

As Elena was trying to understand what was happening, a voice rang out from above.

There, Grafilia was stretching her arms upward, a vicious grin on her pretty face. Above her was an enormous black orb—with a radius of roughly seven to eight meters; it was coated with bright golden sparks.

Seeing Grafilia’s wide savage grin, Qin immediately leaps away in fear, while Dakna grabs Mireya and Fiona by the waist and disappears from their position.

Her speed was incredibly fast, seemingly teleporting away.

Grafilia’s crazy antics were already known by the group, and because of that, they didn’t hesitate to run away.

“OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”

While being restricted by Dakna’s {Fiend Prison}, the eyes of the burning Twin-Headed War Giant caught a glimpse of Grafilia’s figure and her terrifying black orb and instantly felt its heart shivering.

It bellowed with a mixture of anger and fear as it tried to pull one of its massive, burning arms behind its back. Unable to do it, it made a desperate move, cutting its arm to free itself. The arm regenerated rapidly.

“DIE!!!”

Grafilia’s lips arched into a savage wolf grin.

At the same time, power flowed into her body, adrenaline coursing through her veins.

“YAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!”

“That idiot!”

Seeing Grafilia’s attack, even Allen who was fighting against two Twin-Headed War Giants and several high-ranking demons felt his heart stop and his eyes widened in trepidation.

If that exploded right here and there, even Asgard would not be unscathed!

“Lady Mair, please hurry inside!”

Just outside Asgard’s City Wall, fighting monsters and demons was a group of young God members.

They were doing their best to support one another.

However, after noticing the enormous moon-like object descending from above, their faces paled and hurriedly called out to Mair who was standing at the center of the group.

“No way! Since you are all here, how can I keep myself hiding behind walls?!”

Mair replied with a frown.

“Forget about safeguarding me. Go and help the other warriors! It’s only natural for comrades to help each other!”

“Lady Mair!”

The War God Tyr who was fighting against several opponents felt his expression darken after seeing the enormous black sphere.

“Brat Byleistr! If she be your servant, stop her!! D’you want Asgard be destroyed?!”

“… …”

Allen smiled bitterly.

“I’m sure d’ou know the extent of damage this spell will cause! If this power be set free, Asgard will be obliterated!”

“Do you think I didn’t know that,” Allen let out a sigh. “But rest assured, Grafilia knows what she can and cannot do. Since she decided to use it in these circumstances, I expect an extra level of precaution from her. She should be confident in narrowing it down to only her enemy—"

Then his playful expression turned serious.

“Besides, I’m here… cleaning up my family's dirty work is my sole responsibility…"

“You brat!! Even if that’s be case, this is not something to be done! Even if she manages to aim at her target, the force, enough to kill the rest of me people!”

The War God Tyr cried out with a dark and angry expression.

“Well, when it happens, it happens, just suck it up…”

Although he said that, Allen could understand the War God and the other Asgardians' worries. Looking at Grafilia’s expression, somehow he started to doubt that she was thinking about her allies as well.

This can’t be good.

“...fine.”

With a sigh, he discharged all his power, causing all the enemies surrounding him to get blown away from him. Then, with one leap, he traversed a few kilometers distance, standing just in front of the barrier protecting Asgard.

“But that girl sure gives me too much headache! She'll get a good scolding later."

Allen spread his arms wide—countless magic circles appeared around him, and then a Leviathan-like dragon image appeared shooting out of his body, turning into countless shards of blue light raining down from above Asgard—

“That’s right, a barrier!”

“Shield!”

“Gather around here! Hurry!”

“—Protection—”
