Chapter 406: [ 2nd day War starts ]
“Sol…” Eerika involuntarily covered her mouth with her delicate hand.
Her voice was filled with a shock that was difficult to hide. She had never thought Allen would suddenly show an aggressive and warlike character.
Her pulse raced as she stared at the young man that seemed to have been covered by a halo that was created due to the blinding sun. Even his eyes at this very moment were surprisingly beautiful – outer corners turned up slightly, very large, and monolid.
Two words… so cool… appeared inside her mind and her cheeks started to get rosy. Unconsciously, she raised her hand and patted her own chest furiously with her other hand
It was still beating madly.
She wasn’t the only one though. Allen’s dynamic and bold character almost stole every woman’s heart that their eyes showed intense passion.
The excitement level of every person in the City wall, especially women were rocketing off the meter.
This was something that could only be happened upon and not asked for. Only happened upon and not asked for, ah.
All that the women could feel, besides feeling being hit by an invisible Hawk-eye Cupid, being hit by an invisible Cupid, and feeling as if the Cupid has an innate hatred for them for showering with arrows, was just being hit by rain-like arrows of love. Aside from the feeling of being struck by Cupid, there was nothing that could express the exhilaration they were feeling.
If the ferocious and famous generals that people had seen in their lifetimes were ferocious and King-like, then Allen at this very moment gave the feeling of someone standing with arms crossed as an onlooker over the world.
Misty-eyed.
“Ha ha, I never knew the young lord could be so passionate!” Lord Rajmund could not resist and laughed out loud as he watched the countless respectful, worshipping, and even adoration-filled gazes pointed toward Allen, who was standing in front of them with a background of hundreds of monsters and demons, as though there was no one else around.
His eyes had shrunk. However, anyone could see that a smile that was difficult to hide had appeared within those eyes which were usually filled with indifferentness.
Regardless of what the reason was, the name ‘Allen’ would from this moment forth, shake the whole Celestial Realm! He suddenly had that thought, for some reason…
From the surrounding audience’s point of view, this action and words were undoubtedly a hope that was scattered down at a time when things were very bleak. Therefore, the Aryan Clan citizens in the City wall being unruffled by emotion was entirely normal.
“Yes.” Even Anahita standing beside her father nodded her head slightly. Her pretty eyes stared at the young man who appeared large despite being skinny in size. Her indifferent face could not help but display a strange smile, “He’s really outstanding!”
Aytan who was standing behind Princess Anahita didn’t say anything but her eyes had always followed Allen. She didn’t know why but whenever she saw him, she just can’t avert her eyes away from him.
However, due to the differences in status, she could only watch him from the distance… nothing more.
In this story, she wasn’t the Hero or one of the Heroines. She was only one of the mob, admiring him from the distance, like a speck of the background. Still, she was satisfied. Just like a fangirl watching her idol and following him.
That’s more than enough…
“He’s more than outstanding.” One of the Elders smacks his lips. “This has raised their morale, don’t you think…?”
That tension that covered the entire City wall was…
“Yeaaaahhhhhh!!!”
“Well, show them!!! We’ll show them what real warriors areeeee!!!”
“Monsters be damned!!! What cares about their numbers!! All of them will still fall down underneath my bladeeee!!!”
– Completely replaced by another tension…!!!

However, this… looking at the crazed reaction of the crowd, each and every elder including Lord Rajmund could only smile bitterly. Allen certainly stole the spotlight from them.
A younger generation had done so just in front of them…
Realizing this, they don’t know how to take it… smile or just cry from embarrassment…
Unbeknownst to their deep feelings, Allen continued with a taunt and evil grin; “Don’t hold back, this is a war of extermination, you know? Don’t cut corners.” He had said all this, with a muffled, gentle, doting tone, while giving a low laugh.
“… …”
A hush settled momentarily because of Allen's voice.
Considering that a while ago, this outstanding youth’s few words had sent everyone’s blood surging much too fast, they were all extremely looking forward to how he was going to conclude his speech.
“Put everything in your abilities.” Allen’s blood red eyes narrowed and the dragon-like eyes he had started to transform into a very thin slit.
His coat and sleeves floated upon his tall stature. And, it seemed like he wasn’t a regular human being of that world.
An ominous looking sword materializes in his hand and then he raises it upwards. The steel black blade glittered in the sun, gleaming ominously. However, if one looks closely that gleam in his eyes seemed sharper than the sword.
He looked like a beautiful and heavenly creature.
He looked like someone who would float above the earth at any time.
However, any man would still feel that the said-youngster currently standing in front of them right now was a blood-crazed demon that had been unleashed from the gates of the underworld.
“… Do you dare charge with me in the front?” A deep emotionless voice echoed as if trying to suck the soul to those who were listening. “Oh, great warriors…?”
The silence on the City wall persisted for a long time before it gradually recovered.
One man proudly replied, “What is there to fear?”
That’s right! What is there to fear?!
Real warriors never fear!!
Hearing these words, Lord Rajmund and the other Elders of different Clans also felt the same way. It appeared that their senses had become sharper as the large-scale war got closer. It was probably a feeling shared by those experienced in fighting wars.
“Don’t hold yourself, enjoy the fun… wars like this prove what real men really was!!”
“OOOoooooohhhhh!!!”
“Killlll!!!!!”
Allen was holding Rebellion, proudly like a war god. Joyous cries appeared like a flash flood as they were transmitted into his ear. This caused him to slowly exhale, turn around, and lift his head to look at Lord Rajmund’s group, who was smiling at him.
Looking at the excited and heated crowd, Allen chuckled and finally jump down. He noticed the overly passionate stares directed at him but he completely ignores it as he made his way towards Lord Rajmund and the others.
“Sol, you seem to be overly excited.” Eerika smiled as she walked over and spoke to Allen. “For you to be so proactive, that’s kinda…”
“Nah, I was just bored.” Allen smiled and said. Once again, he had used the same excuse that he had used a countless number of times.
“Never thought that young lord can also be as passionate and bold as this,” Lord Rajmund muttered in undisguised admiration.
“I’m just not fond of seeing such low spirits just before the battle.” Allen shrugs.
“However, don’t let your guard down!”
“You don’t have to tell me.”
“Then I’ll leave my back to you.” Allen nodded at him.
“Yeah, go!”
In response to Lord Rajmund’s parting words, Allen walked towards the City wall again. When he passed Eerika, they nodded to each other.
“Please be careful,”
“Certainly.”

“The monsters are so eager…”
Right at that moment, monster hordes began invading Allen’s perception range.
“Well then, shall we go? Ladies and Gents…” Allen turned around and faced the crowd. “Have fun… for all monsters buffet…”
The surging morale was lit by Allen’s words. His expression was completely different from the usual… he is more… demonic and evil at this very moment, especially when that unfamiliar killing intent flowed out and covered the entire City wall.
*Ding! Ding! Ding!* The sound of clanging metal surrounded the City wall. The sounds of swords and blades tapping on shields and armor…
Spears stomping the stone ground on the defensive wall……
Warriors used this method to express their respect and awe to their enemies no matter who it was.
“Then, let the fun begins...”
The preparations were already complete. All of the long ranged mages and magic casters shot magic attacks one after another.
“Here it comes!”
When the incoming monsters were close enough to see even with normal human’s naked eyes, Allen felt several magic power sources rise behind him. The Elders power had noticeably larger presences, so the smaller one was probably those who were low-level warriors and Clan’s younger generations.
In a short amount of time, their magic power ascended and ran through the air. Several magic impacted the front of the monster hordes, while those done by clearly high-level people kept rising high in the sky.
Fireballs poured down like rain. Each fireball crushed several of the monsters rushing in the frontlines.
Boom!! Banggg!! Booom!!
Gyaaaahhh –!!!?
Aarrrrrooooaaa –!!!!
Woooooaaarrrr –!!!
Bang! Bang! Boom!
Monster screams and roars enveloped the entire battlefield as explosions rang out one after another. Furthermore, nearby monsters were blown away due to the resulting explosion. The many fireballs and their explosive aftermaths poured down constantly. The ones exposed to the attacks were helpless to escape.
“Then, let me give you my present as well...” Allen grins.
As if answering his muttering, a jet black cloud appeared in the clear sky.
It had a strange motion like a recorded video being fast-forwarded.
Thunderous booms like giant monsters roaring echoed and the Crack! Crack! Lights akin to camera flashes appeared from time to time.
“Enjoy it well…!” The wind was blowing as violently as ever, and the dark clouds covering the sky continued to rumble with thunder, reaching the ground.
The wind began to moan.
Several monsters bodies were blown back by a heavy explosion of air pressure.
Boooooooommmmm!!!! Then came the thunder.
