Chapter 621: [ Appearance of the Dark Allen (2) ]

“The law of nature is not fixed and inviolable! One must know when to give up or you will be scorn for eternal!”

As soon as the words were out of his mouth, the massive amounts of cold magic power around the Throne suddenly began to spread out, transforming into a massive Throne in the sky.

It gives off an ancient sovereign aura, forbidden and kind of like a taboo that would destroy anyone who dared to go against its will. It then shook and the giant Ice Throne let out a cry of dominance. Then, Everything shook. The nine lightning bolts immediately shattered into pieces.

The black clouds in the sky began to disintegrate as if it was terrified.

Then, the giant Frozen Throne also started to fade after this…

After all of this occurred, Allen on the ground felt his body suddenly swelled. His hair grew longer and his aura rocketed up. Two times, eight times, sixteen times… all the way until his battle prowess was equivalent to that of a Mid God.

A brief instant was all it took for the explosive cold power to cause a whirlwind to scream into existence, filling the entire area with clouds of dust and cold fog.

The childish Allen was now slightly taller compared to before. If he was considered seven to eight years old, then the Allen right was now should be roughly eleven to twelve years old. He was a bit taller, and his demeanor was thoroughly that of a Devil.

“My body…feels light,”

Allen muttered as he looks at his hands. With a sudden wave of his right hand, a two-handed bastard sword, around 47" long and 12.5" wide materialized on his palm, emitting cold chill. Then, a bang was heard when one foot of the ground was smashed by the sword.

“However, you indeed have said enough, demon…”

A biting icy cold voice echoed from Allen’s mouth as his glance went towards the shivering old reptilian demon. This voice was completely different from Allen’s leisurely voice a while ago, that even Eerika who was behind him, was startled by the difference.

“Sol?!” Eerika called out.

At this moment, to her amazement, Allen’s aura had changed. To that black hazy mist of a coiling dragon, it suddenly transformed into an icy cold aura, that even the ground he was standing slowly freezes.

“Demon…” Allen raised his head and stared at the Old Demon. “…you can insult and mock anyone… but you better not humiliate those I loved…!” His killing intent surged in his eyes; the litters on the ground close to him were blown away by a sudden gust of wind.

The killing intent inside of him found a way to use a catharsis that was beyond peace.

“…You!!” The Old Demon was angered by Allen’s words. “You are a shame to our race!! A traitor needed to be purged!! You damn!! I will enact our race punishment and kill you here and now! You must not be left alive!!”

The Old Demon spoke firmly.

The killing intent that flashed in his eyes also made numerous experts in the field felt their hearts shiver.

That gaze is absolutely chilling. Could this be the power of the Peak Marquis Demonic Aura? Hmm…only a Duke class Demon is eligible to devour such a cold and evil demonic energy, but this Old Demon was able to consume it when he is only just a Marquis Class demon. Which meant that his power was not the same as others, he could even fight against a 2nd tier Mid God without a problem!

“You traitorous Demon!”

The Old Demon shouted ferociously with a touch of callousness and arrogance in his tone. His aura enveloped the world itself just like a vast ocean and swept towards Allen to engulf him completely.

"Die!!"

The Old Demon snarled aggressively which shook the space before shattering it into pieces. His grandiose imposing aura swept across and engulfed the surrounding area as he rushed towards Allen. At that time, he looked exceptionally scary, like a mountain hurling towards Allen.

“Sol!” Eerika called out anxiously.

But Allen turned around, his body flickered and appeared before Eerika, and calmly said, “Babe, go to your mother’s side first, I will deal with this bastard quick and fast,” Allen smiled at Eerika and placed a quick kiss on her lips before turning around, facing the charging demon.

“…It’s been a long time since I had a fight, you better not disappoint me!!” Allen snorted contemptuously. Both of his legs stepped on the ground. Immediately, countless white bone swords shot out from the ground, shooting towards the Old Demon.

The Old Demon saw countless bone swords shooting towards him.

His indifferent face had a cold sneer.

“It’s weak, it’s too weak!”

The Old Demon swung his hand and crushed countless Bone Swords instantly. Then with a cold expression in his eyes, he roared angrily. A solid sonic wave spread out of his body, covering miles of the area.

It was a technique of the Demons–

The Wail of an Angry Demon!

… …

Under the roar of the devil, every weak creature burst into a mist of blood without warning and died before they could utter a wail. Eerika who was close felt her blood reversed inside her body and her expression instantly distorted.

However, before something could happen, she suddenly felt a comfortable air enveloped her, calming her nerves and agitation. When she raised her head, she saw a white thin filament covering her body, seemingly protecting her.

“Sol…” Eerika’s heart softened as she looks at the barrier…

That’s her beloved…

Eerika felt touched by the care from the love of her life and felt blessed by this special care and protection. She then realized, that as long as Allen was with her, she would feel airtight security and sense of protection that she had never felt before!

Because of this, her love for him couldn’t help but become even stronger. No matter whom they are, as long as one felt such feeling from someone, that is the call of destiny that is extremely hard to avoid or ignore.

This is fate…

Be careful… she muttered inside her mind as she looks at the clear back of Allen.

Although his appearance right now was kind of different, still it overlapped by the figure that had engraved inside her mind.

That same back that exudes security and protection…would never change.

… …

“Humph! Just because you have such power doesn’t mean you are already qualified to face someone like me, you damn traitor! So die now!”

The Old Demon gave a cold smile.

When the old demon was about to send another attack, but at this moment, a slim and graceful killing intent emerged all of a sudden, crumbling all the defensive killing intent that had surrounded the Old Demon.

“What?!”

Then, a sword shadow that moved like a pale bluish starlight shot through the void into one of the Old Demon’s, instantly causing permanent damage to the eye.

A second later, a cold voice of a youth was heard.

“Damn Marquis…dared to act unruly in front of me…?!”

Within the immature voice was a trace of unresolved vicissitudes of life. It also had the same level of aura as the Old Demon, no, it should be, more powerful and stronger than the Old Demon emits.

“Wha—AaahhhHHH—!!!”

The Old Demon was caught off guard by the sudden attack from behind him. It was then followed by a stinging pain from his left eye, causing blue-colored blood to spurt out crazily along with his screams. The last image his left eye could see was the figure rushing towards him in front suddenly breaking into pieces like an ice block.

He was fooled…!! The Old Demon realized it too late. When he turned around and was about to counter-attack, Allen’s body has already flipped in the air and the Old Demon’s face was greeted by the expanding leg BaaAAAmmMMM—!! a clean hit!

The Old Demon was blasted off towards the ground.

“… …”

Silence pervaded into the entire battlefield.

They all turned their attention towards the battle that had occurred just now—in fact, it was not long. It all happened in an instant and before they knew it, the Old Demon who was acting unruly and arrogant a while ago was sent crashing on the ground without even able to counter or hit back.

Their gazes then turned towards the small and lithe figure hanging in the air.

Looking down at the location where the Old Demon crashed.

Instead of showing a contented look, he seemed as if he had expected such a result. Up until now, he only made a move for just a moment, but the trace of killing intent exuded from his body shook everyone’s heart and soul!

In this world, no one is above me—his slender and weak looking figure seemed to say.

His gaze narrowed.

“Mammon would even bow upon seeing me…and yet a small Marquis dared to raise his head in front of me…huh?”

A cold voice rang out.

It was so cold and horrifying that it makes everyone present shiver.

“It seems like the current Demon race had fallen so low they became arrogant, turning into frogs inside a well, not knowing how vast the sky is!”

“… …”

Then, Allen’s expression distorted in rage, “…Damn brother of mine always look down on me, and you are also going to do the same… do you really think you are so infallible, huh…?! Do you all think that I am so weak and fragile?! Today, you will know the immensity of heaven—by killing you and sending you back deep into the dark Abyss!”

His killing intent had already reached its peak.

“Hee hee, how does the saying go, no path to the Heavens, no door into Hell, yet here you are, desperately seeking for it!”

“I guess, I don’t have a choice but to humor you~”

Such a murderous intention could certainly draw the fear even from the illusory clouds in the sky.

At this moment, the Demons weren’t the only one who was shocked, even the God Clans, whether they were Elena, Eerika, Eric or those Mid Gods, they stared at the small figure in shock!

This cold aura is not the least bit weaker compared to Eric, the current strongest War God in Asgard.

This youth…

At the time of his emergence, the surroundings were filled with innumerable illusions of White Land of Snow. One of his hands was holding a two-handed bastard demonic-looking sword, giving horrifying chills. Dyed in obsidian black, there were strange runes carved deep into its blade. Almost similar to Rebellion, at the guard of the sword, a skull of a horned ram could be seen on it.

On the tip of the sword were traces of brilliant blood strings.

Yes, this wasn’t mere clone of Allen anymore—holding the sword [ Frostmourne ], it was none other than ‘the other Allen’ the demonic counterpart of him.

Due to him being freed from Lime’s shackles with the help of the [ Frostmourne ] he was able to move around freely compared to before. And with the connection of the clones, he was able to use their bodies like his own, jumping from one body to another.

Although, with Lime’s constant restriction, he was unable to do so before. However, now…he had already made a deal with her, giving him much freedom compared to before.

Though of course, he would only be able to do so, if the Clone’s body triggered the Devil Form. Since he was the personification and materialization of Allen’s evil, he would be able to sense it when one do so and was then eligible to possess it.

Despite the Clone’s body being extremely inferior compared to the original body, with its help, he would be able to exhibit at most half of his power. Especially if the place was full of negative energy such a battlefield full of death and war.

Strong gale accompanied by a biting cold chill wrapped the entire area. However, the youth just stood still in the wind. His eyes had the calmness that was as still as lake water. Even his azure colored pupils felt like it was a piece of glass, soulless yet full of charm and attraction, giving one a misconception of looking at them will make your soul be sucked into this pair of vortexes, unable to extract yourself for eternity.

“Hmph!” Allen snorted as his killing intent spiraled back into his body after the strike.

After one of his eyes was damaged by Allen, the Old Demon screamed agonizingly.

His voice reverberated the void like thunder.

The rubbles and trees burst apart, then an old scaly reptilian monster came out of it. This monster was no doubt the Old Demon. His left eye was blazing red while his right eye has a long vertical cut running through it, oozing out blue-colored blood.

He made another step and clawed at Allen. Immediately, an unexplainable and unimaginable tremendous magical force was sent out. However, before this magical power reached Allen, it was crushed by the invisible sword aura into a benign and cooling breeze.

The Old Demon turned angrier and roared.

“You Damn Traitor! You bastard betrayer!! I swear not to be a Demon if I don’t kill you!”

“You can’t do that,” Allen said coldly. His eyes were brimming with the composure of a very powerful expert. The combat intent in his eyes was soaring. He started to think that there was no danger in fighting this kind of enemy. However, he didn’t notice that the bleeding in the Old Demon’s left eye had stopped. Then, there was a wave of killing intent that caused an endless spiral of ripples in the sky.

All of a sudden, a foot made a step in the void and thousands of thunderous black dyed lightning emerged.

“Demonic Lightning that Annihilates the Ignorant!!”

Lightning was a Heavenly Might.

Even Eric who can be said to be the son of Thunder and Lightning frowned upon seeing it as he felt danger from it. This kind of demonic lightning was more evil and vile compared to his lightning—it has the power of corrosion as well as soul corruption! As expected of a Demon!

The Old Demon was a powerful demon that was almost at Duke Class, a real powerhouse among the Demon Legion.

As such, there was no problem for him sending out thousands of lightning strikes. Each strike of lightning was enough to destroy a Lesser Deity.

Allen, still as before stand calmly without care. It’s as if the threat from this lightning was non-existent.

BoooOOmmM—!!

Firework-like explosions filled the sky. The vast amount of magical power was spread across the area, shoving the people closer to the explosion several meters backward before they could regain their balance.

On the other hand, the Old Demon laughed happily when he saw the black lightning bolts struck Allen’s location unceasingly. There was even thick smoke covering the area because of it.

“Sol!!” Eerika cried out frantically. She was about to rush towards Allen’s location but she was stopped by her mother, Elena who grabbed her hand.

“Don’t! Surely, he would be alright…”

Elena muttered, though, in her heart, she was also not that confident. This is, after all, a Demon’s Smite, completely different from normal lightning, in power or nature...

Her sight returned towards Allen’s direction. The black lightning bolts still poured down without a stop, and the smoke becomes thicker and denser. Even Allen’s feet couldn’t be seen anymore.

Eerika’s face was full of anxiety and panic. Allen, you must survive well!! You, if you have an accident, I won’t be able to live! She suddenly recalls that tender feeling emitting from Allen as he looks at her—if he died, this world would no longer be the same anymore. Sol is my world. Without him, all have lost!!

What reason is there to live a life without Sol? What reason there is to protect the world without the one she loves most?

Nothing… Eerika’s heart replied without any hesitation. Whether this world dies or not, without Allen, Eerika didn’t have any reason or will to protect it anymore…!

Eerika seemed to have forgotten that the one in front of them right now, was nothing a single mere clone. Even if it died, only a clone would be destroyed, and Allen will still live. However, it seems this kind of fact had already alluded her as she prayed to all of her Gods for the safety of Allen.

Unbeknownst to the little girl’s strange and helpless thoughts that had taken nose dive, Elena and the people beside her watched the battle without even blinking. The people in the surrounding showed an expression of fear and anxiety amidst the sparkling of lightning.

This magical attack alone could annihilate the entire God Clan with ease. In fact, if not for the City’s barrier, this attack alone would have ended Asgard here and now, slaughtering many people in an instant!

As Old Demon was ecstatic, suddenly,

“Oi… what is this half-assed lightning?”

A cold voice rang out, like ice-cold water pouring down on him.

This voice seemed like a voice coming out from hell.

“What?!”

“Since it looks like a powerful attack, I wanted to test it out. But… that was nothing impressive.”

“Tha, that’s impossible!!”

The Old Demon’s remaining eye was wide open in shock as he stared at the source of the voice—can’t be! This can’t be happening!! Even if it was a Mid God of Lightning and Thunder like Eric Thor, he would not escape unscathed from his attack, much less taking it head on—this is impossible!!

The Old Demon cried out hysterically but reality kicks his ass hard.

Wooosh. A gust of wind from within and the smoke was blasted away, revealing a slender figure standing nonchalantly within the smoke. His expression was not the least bit distressed, and even his dress was not ruffled in any means.

His hand was holding a black long lightning bolt that was crackling with an exciting sound.

“H, How could this be…!!”

The Old Demon trembled shock and horror.

The Old Demon stepped back, staring at Allen in fear.

“Although I didn’t fear lightning due to this clone’s body inheriting the lightning body from the original but to think that it can’t even break through my Anti-Magic barrier… are you just too old? Or just too weak?”

Looking down at him, Allen smiled roguishly. Although not as clear as spring water, and a bit translucent but around him, a thin golden filament-like spherical barrier full of engraved runes surrounded Allen. This is a Barrier that only true Dragon’s possess, [Anti-Magic Barrier]!

“This is not possible!!”

The Old Demon roared in anger. He then lifted his hand above his head like he was trying to grab something in the air. Then, with a roar, a mass of black lightning started to swirl around his arm. He clutched the air and a large black lightning bolt immediately materializes.

With a deafening cry, he then throws the lightning bolt, not to Allen but instead, the sky above them, startling the latter.

“Oh?” Allen looks at the sky, the black lightning seemed to have struck an invisible wall as it scattered, turning into large cage-like barrier made up of lightning bolts. "Another trick, is it?"

Crackle! Crackle! Bang!! Crackle!! Booom!!

Lightning bolts rained down from the sky.

“Lightning Fury!!” The Old Demon cried out. “Now, you are inescapable! No matter how strong your barrier is, you wouldn’t be able to receive this attack of mine!! In this world, you will die!”

“Hmm…” Allen watched as the over two to five meters thick lightning bolts rain down from the sky. Its color was black and when it struck Allen’s anti-magic shield, the barrier actually started emitting smoke. Meaning it was already strong enough to affect his magic shield—

“Not bad… is this domain…?” he looked around in this bird-cage.

“Did you think Domains can only be used by Gods?!” The Old Demon sneered in contempt. “…I’ll give you another chance. You, as a demon, should understand our pains, our longings. Yet, why are you trying to go against us?!”

“… …”

“There’s a reason as to why we are attacking this world. Our long-standing wish! A Demon like you who wields such power…should understand which is right, given the situation!”

The Old Demon gritted his teeth in anger and hatred.

“I have a rough idea…”

But Allen simply responded leisurely.
