Chapter 453: [ Intense Monster King’s Duel ]

“This is how possible…?” As far as Hanjin could remember, a Lesser Deity with a Mid God fleshly body was a legendary stage that only existed in ancient times. Even among Monster Kings, no such precedence occurred!

It was both Mid God and not Mid God because it did not have a Domain. And yet, even without a Domain, such a fleshly body could compare to the peak of anyone in the Mid God realm.

Were he to also possess a Mid God realm power, then, any other Mid God or even High God, in that case, would surely view him to be nothing less than… a nightmare!

Body tempering and cultivation is not a focus on the current generation. Such a thing has long since become a thing of the past. From what Hanjin knew, aside from that particular continent—where life was splurge by tempering the body to accumulate massive power—this kind of tempering body practice was a rarity in the God Continent…!

God Clans was confident in their bodies due to their lineage but all of them didn’t care about it as they all give importance to magic abilities and spells. In fact, only God of War lineages cultivated their bodies to this extinct since them prone to fight wars using their bodies.

Where would you find the lineage of wisdom and beauty, endure hardships just to cultivate their physical body?

God Clans possess different aspects they tend to prioritize over many things. They didn’t care if they don’t have overpowered and destructive offensive abilities as long as they mastered the powers their bloodline focused on!

They would rather choose to prioritize one rather than biting off more than they can chew…!

And yet this monster… just what kind of body does he have…?

Hanjin’s scalp was numb. However, although he was shocked, he did not fumble as he quickly retreats to lessen the impact he had received. Using all his strength to stop his flight, he escaped from the range of that pressing force.

He snorted coldly as he continuously jumped backward for a distance of over dozen meters; only then did he manage to rid himself of that frightening impact that almost pierced through his defense.

Still, in his attacking position, Allen let out an amused smile. He slowly pulled back his arm and looked at Hanjin and sent him a teasing glance but his expression was extremely calm and indifferent. “Are you alright?”

“… …”

“Aaah, I’m sorry, I didn’t manage to regulate my strength properly. If you died accidentally, please don’t blame me in hell~”

“Keep talking, in the end, you will die!” Hanjin growled coldly. At that moment, his facial expression was extremely evil.

“Haha, then try harder~” Allen chuckled.

Starting with those words, Allen and Hanji began to run once again. With that sudden acceleration, the figure of the two people became blurry. Surprisingly, they each didn’t run towards each other but instead, they rushed towards the forest while keeping tabs on each other.

Allen and Hanjin ran between the trees, they were headed straight towards the center of the forest.

By the way, this [ Harsh Wild ]was quite spacious. One could imagine the vastness when it can be assumed that it was as wide as Hong Kong in the mortal world.

Just what kind of dimension was this…?

Domain…?

Are all Mid Gods needed to create Domains they own…?

Is that something he had needed to completely break through the Mid God Realm…?

The size and appearance of this dimension caused many questions to fill his mind but Allen immediately shook them away as his full attention was needed completely in his battle! He can worry about this when he managed to win and survive!

Hanjin was indeed a Monster King. His power and might was one of the strongest Allen had encountered in his entire two lifetimes. Even with his current capabilities, if he didn’t put his all and go all out, he would surely be sent packing down towards Hell!

Hanjin was strong… so strong, even Allen was somehow worried that he would lose for the very first time in his rebirth.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Along the way, clouds of dust looking like explosions and thousands of sliced trees flying off could be seen. Even though their figures couldn’t be seen, that track of destruction informed the others of their existence.

Then, almost simultaneously, Allen and Hanjin suddenly turned towards each other. BOOOM!!! The place where each of them turned around, large craters appeared due to the sonic boom bursting from point of their rotation!

“Kill—”

“Die—!!”

As Hanjin shot toward him, Allen’s aura burst out sending out ripples in all directions.

Rumbling sounds filled the air, and Hanjin’s figure flickered. He disappeared.

Bang! Bang! Bang! BOOOM!!!

The two of them teleported back and forth in mid-air as they fought. Booming sounds echoed out in all directions as a dance of magic power played out. Colorful explosions rang out—blue, red, purple, silvery white—the sky looked like a kaleidoscope, as different powers and spells clashed midair.

“Aaaaaaahhhh!!!”

Hanjin swiftly pounced downwards from the sky, preparing to launch a sneak attack on Allen.

This book's true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience.

However, his face was immediately stamped upon by Allen’s leg that had moved like a tornado. In an instant, Hanjin has entirely blasted away.

Guha—?!! Hanjin coughed up blood but he was still entirely fearless even after receiving such powerful attack as he rushed once again and brandished his fiery claws, he moved horizontally, whirling and slashing. Mad and storms like move and attacks, Hanjin fought like an enraged wild beast!

Hanjin swiftly chopped across Allen’s head. However, he did not actually hit his target before Allen disappeared in mid-air without making a sound. Hanjin grunted in annoyance due to Allen’s speed.

On seeing that the claws had passed and the battle situation was in a deadlock yet again, Allen heaved a sigh of relief inwardly. While wiping away the cold sweat on his forehead, “This bastard…his really much powerful than those I had encountered before…”

Although he was complaining, Allen’s eyes were flickering, exploding with an overflowing will to fight. What he needed right now was an unrestrained, massive battle. He would refine his newly acquired abilities in fire and ice while tempering his fleshly body, making it so that his new abilities would work together inside his body in perfect harmony.

“I will kill you for sure! You bastard!!”

BANG!

Allen’s body expanded and his aura exploded out. His battle prowess rocketed up and his fleshly body also exploded up in power. He then rushed towards Hanjin, continuing the battle.

“Hanjin!!” Allen cried out. The sound descended, turning into what sounded like Heavenly Thunder.

Blood sprayed from Hanjin’s mouth as if he had just received a mental attack but he immediately recovered himself and snorted. He also rushed out.

Roaring sounds exploded out across the entire land as the battle raged.

Lighting flashed through the dark clouds as the wind seemed to have picked up as if it was heralding an upcoming heavy storm. The desolate blue sky full of haze seemed to be mourning.

Lightning streaked across the skies amidst the thick clouds. The wind roared, and the sound of thunder echoed out, like a divine beast howling, seemingly suggesting an even stronger storm.

“Kill me? You overestimate yourself!” despite his words, Hanjin was actually inwardly shocked.

His face was grimmer than ever as he exchanged blows after blows with Allen.

A figure leaped into the sky, like an eagle soaring through the clouds. At a glance, Allen raised his arm and his muscles bulged out like stone boulders, completely different from his slender one--giving off the impression of raw and explosive power contained deep inside.

With one foot, the falling figure trampled on Hanjin from up above before brutally raining blows from Allen’s boulder-like fist onto Hanjin’s exposed back.

ROOOOAAARRR!!!

Explosive sounds, combined with the crackling thunderous echoes, sounded like the crisp shattering of bone. Hanjin roared in agony as he tried raised his leg and sweep a roundhouse kick.

Speck of colorful lights and blood splattered in all directions. Some splashed onto Allen’s handsome face in between his eyes. This diverted Hanjin’s attention to his eyes.

That pair of eyes radiated an immense murderous aura. Akin to the violent fury of a ferocious beast shaken awake from its slumber.

A bone-chilling sensation crept down Hanjin’s spine of, insinuating doubts in his mind. Who was the wild beast? Was it him, the real beast or was it the previously harmless-looking handsome youth that was now acting like an enraged war god…?

At the same time, Hanjin’s mind stiffened, Allen, flashed right above him. With a light touch of his hand, a frost storm that was far colder than a millennium year’s ice block was summoned. Woosh. Woosh. Under the echoes of the frost storm, the place where he had attacked turned into a continuously growing and freezing piece of ice with unparalleled power. In the end, even the flames and boiling lava and magma it passed by were sealed up in the ice…

Seeing this attack, Hanjin’s face once again fell. Allen’s ice ability is really a wonder even for him. His ice could actually even freeze the magic power filled lava in his dimension solid. From this, it could be seen how terrifying Allen’s ice ability was. Hanjin figured that Allen’s power in this aspect was already far above the borders of his own imagination.

If he was hit by it, he would surely not feel well.

However, his amazement would remain only as amazement.

Hanjin’s reaction was not slow at all. Currently, it was a matter of life and death. He had no room to care about hiding his strength now. Hanjin immediately burst out his own flames, covering his body with blazing hellish flames releasing an ancient fiery aura, while slowly dodging the frost storm.

Fortunately, the frost storm only lasted for a few minutes in this dimension, as it was greatly weakened by the dimension’s domain restriction.

Now, Hanjin could not think of anything else. The most important thing to do now was to immediately kill Allen or at least severely injure him. As long as he can disturb his powerful battle intuition causing for Allen to had an even slight mistake, breaking his almost unexplainable defense, even a few seconds opportunity—this battle’s victory would be his.

“In this world… I am God!!!”

Hanjin moved. Several flame whips appeared around him and immediately lashed out at Allen’s direction, moving like dreadful pythons wanting to bit Allen.

A whizzing sound was heard after the flame whips struck.

The speed was so fast that one could not see the flashing whip at all.

It’s as if they were traveling at a speed that broke the sound barrier, causing explosions in the air.

From the look of it, Allen knew that he would have a hard time defending against it. If he was whipped by the whips even once, he would be badly injured if he even managed to survive the attack. He would lose his strength completely by then.

Not only because of how powerful these whips were but also because his body has still yet to completely recover. If he still receives more grave injuries, even if he didn’t feel or notice anything, his body would surely break down without him realizing it!

And that would be the worst outcome for him who was on the weaker side of this battle…!

Without thinking twice, Allen increased his speed to the utmost limit as well as his custom skill [ Phantom ] which should have already broken through Lesser Saint technique in terms of Martial Arts Cultivation aspect, was fully utilized—as the whips were coming at him.

He even used Sharingan to the point that a small line of blood appeared from the corner of his eyes. all his abilities were utilized to its utmost peak!

Allen looked like he was dancing on the tip of swords as he was surrounded by the dozen whips. The whips did not stop attacking him even for a moment. However, he was not hit once, not even the corner of his clothes was touched.

He appeared and disappeared like lightning and move as if he was a ghost. He left dozens of afterimages in the sky as if he had just split into dozen numbers!

Boom! Booom! Bang!!

The forest and volcanoes in the ground were burnt black with marks made by the whips. Each of the marks was hundreds of meters long and a couple of meters deep. Those were the traces left by the flaming whips.

Fortunately, the ground around them was much thicker—or probably because this was an independent dimension—if this happened in the outside world, in the forest of the Blood Desert Oasis, mountains and valley would have already collapsed from the very beginning.

At this moment, Allen and Hanjin’s whips moved incredibly fast. If someone was out there, watching, they would surely only catch a glimpse of what was happening at the speed they were moving at was too intense. If they the one being attacked by the whips were a normal Lesser Deity and even if it was a peak Lesser Deity, they would have been chopped into pieces within a second.

Under Mid God, no one should have the ability to escape this kind of onslaught—and since Allen can do that, he was certainly a monster!!

… And Hanjin thought of this as well!!

Dozens of fire whips streaked across the sky, creating enormous cracks that were a few hundred meters long all over the ground like a spider web. The fire whips were so powerful that each of the attacks launched had enough force to even break metal, forming gaping gullies on the ground.

However, such an attack could not even affect Allen, let alone cause any injuries. Seeing this, Hanjin was filled with a murderous aura and rushed at Allen to finish him off personally!

When Allen saw Hanjin pounced over to fight him, he immediately roared in fighting spirit, not budging a single inch.

Hanjin summoned a flame spear and throw it towards Allen’s chest …
