Chapter 465: [ Ice Phoenix ]

Chapter 465: [ Ice Phoenix ]

“Master, welcome to the Hall of Incarnations~” As Allen was wracking his brain, a familiar voice rang out. Allen turned his head only two see two people—one was a cute and adorable girl while another was a black haired man with red colored eyes glaring at him.

It was a rather… peculiar combination.

Seeing them, Allen frowned. It was certainly an odd sight, Lime, and his dark counterpart together..

“What are you doing here?” Allen’s brows furrowed as he shot a contemptuous gaze at him.

“Hmph,” But Dark Allen didn’t answer and instead snorted as he walked to a chair nearby. Afterward, he completely he ignored Allen as if he never existed.

“Master, don’t worry about master *Schwarz, he meant no harm.” Lime walked forward and smiled sweetly. Seeing Lime’s expression the anger and displeasure instantly vanished into thin air. He then looked at Lime, kneeled and hugged the adorable little girl.*(Schwarz – Black in German.)

“My dear, what is this place? Where did I come into again?”

“Master, this is the Hall of Incarnation within your soul.” Lime hugged Allen’s neck and responded with a happy smile.

“Hall of Incarnation?”

“Un, since you tried merging your incarnations into one, you were dragged into here. This is the place that manages every incarnation you have from the past and those you will have in the future.”

Every God has one or two incarnations. Some even possess multiple Incarnations!

These Incarnations refers to those beings that are the material manifestation of God or a Deity.

“I see,” Allen nodded in understanding. Then, Lime jumped down from Allen’s embrace and pointed at the golden throne.

“Master, that is your throne. The Throne of Existence, there you can control the Incarnations you have and rule them. When you sit there, you will then be able to possess your incarnation and control it—however, since you are still unable to materialize them at will, you can only use your body as a medium.”

Allen’s hand was being dragged by Lime towards the throne. He sat there and then in an instant; his field of view started to flicker and changed rapidly. All of a sudden a light came projecting his entire whole body.

Standing before him was himself completely naked and the two other figures behind it were the Ice Queen and the Firebird.

“This is quite complex and interesting…”

“He he,” Lime chuckled. “Well, this is like the personal version of the throne of heaven. You needed to do this to control every incarnation you have in the future when you finally become a High God…”

Allen frowned and then he stared at the Firebird’s figure—“But the Firebird is not my Incarnation at all. In due time, it would separate from me and leave my body…”

“That is where you are wrong, master…” Lime smiled faintly. “Even if the Firebird’s Soul Essence left your body, a soul imprint will be left in your soul and that soul imprint will then be turned into another of your Soul Incarnation!”

“…Oh?”

“When you became a High God, you will then be able to change into your incarnation without much problem or even separate them from the main body and become another being. Thus, when the time comes, even if one incarnation dies, you won’t perish and still be able to survive…”

As Allen was slowly digesting all the information he had just received, the hall suddenly shook and the figures slowly turned transparent. Allen was caught surprise.

“What’s going on?!”

“Master, it seems like the time is almost up.”

“My time?”

“Yes,” Lime nodded. “With Master’s level, you are still unable to completely control the Hall of Incarnation and stay here as long as you wanted. Unfortunately, for now, you can only stay here for a few minutes before you will return to reality—but it’s fine since you had finally arrived at the Hall of Incarnations, it means that you are already close to being a real god.”

“… …”

“Please be always careful, master—!” Lime muttered with a sweet and adorable smile and Allen’s consciousness sunk in.

[Ice Queen and Firebird Incarnation merging—Elements incompatible---Danger! —Force mutation—Successful!! [ Ice Phoenix ] merging successfully!! Duration of the Fusion—20-30 minutes till forced separation—!]

As Allen was feeling as if he was slowly floating down in a sea of water, in his hazy mind, he seemed to have heard a mechanical voice and an appearance of his appeared inside his mind.

[Multiple rib fracture. Liver and Lungs ruptured. Massive internal bleeding.]

[Combat level dropping below optimal conditions]

Allen wondered what these words meant for a moment when he finally realized and understands what it was.

His body was actually that heavily damaged. At this moment, his condition had become so bad that if not for his Lifeless Physique, he could have stopped breathing at any moment...

Allen had suffered major blood loss. His body had also been inflicted with serious injuries. If not for his abilities, his chances of survival looked very slim. At this moment, he was only being aided by his magical abilities such as [ Flawless Restoration ] and [ Lifeless Physique ] working to its limits, and if not for them, he would have already died or at least gone unconscious since long ago!

A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

During his fight, aside from the Death Mask’s Curse that was absorbing his life force and magic power; he had been injured in many places. There must be at least thirty places where he suffered injuries… perhaps more.

His lower abdomen was pierced by sharp burning claws, grilling some of his organs in the process and even his shoulder was damaged seriously by heat energy from Hanjin’s attack that was extremely difficult to expel even though he also has fire immunity from the Firebird; the sides of his body had been opened, the attacks on his chest had completely shattered his rib cage… Shockingly, fifteen of his ribs were broken in multiple places. His chest had sunken inwards due to this and yet he didn’t notice it and still kept on fighting.

In fact, his ribs were broken in about 35-45 places and worst was that his five vital points had been displaced.

He was in a very bad state indeed.

It was already a miracle that he had managed to survive and continued fighting up until now. And if he didn’t care about these wounds and injuries and still carried on fighting, Allen was certain that he would break like an old ancient doll. Broken to pieces!

This was the greatest advantage of losing the sense of pain!

As Allen was worrying—the voice carried on talking.

[Auto Restoration Ability \ Ice Phoenix [ Rebirth from the Ashes ]\ Auto Activate]

[Restoration \ Commence — Complete]

—This sequence was completed even before Allen could even consciously realize this.

By the time Allen realized he was restoring at an insane speed, his flesh and injuries had already been restored.

Seeing Allen’s motionless body, Hanjin gave a victory roar. Allen must have failed in his advancement and was suffering the backlash of the merging of two Soul Essences!

Serve you right!! Hanjin roared in happiness and immediately pounced at Allen and was preparing to have a taste of the valuable flesh. It was definitely going to be filled with the putrid taste of power.

However, just as Hanjin took a few steps forward, it immediately caught a whiff of intense danger. Don't ask it why it was able to catch a whiff of danger, he was a Monster King, and what kind of danger had it not experienced before…?

He had lived a very long time already and gained a knack for sensing danger. In short, as a meticulous and intelligent Monster King like him, Hanjin believed in his intuition and retreated far away at the fastest speed possible.

Just as it forebode, Allen who was hanging his face down shook a bit. Ice cold light permeated the air as if night winter had enveloped the whole sky.

CRYAAAAAAHHHH!!! A cry that sent chills down any creature’s spine blasted from within Allen’s body, echoing throughout the entire dimension. There were also countless booming sounds from the sky as if welcoming something.

Allen slowly raised his head. An exotic silvery snow colored flame emerged from the depths of his eyes. The Icy cold magic power that covered his body had also silently burst into beautiful white flames.

Allen’s blood red eyes became more profound at this moment. His mind raced and his nerves excited, like there was lava flowing underneath his feet and whirlwind in his head.

Inside his body, right at this moment, he felt like something had exploded. He turned into a mad, violent, and bloodthirsty force that couldn’t be restrained anymore—his power seemingly rose up by a hundred folds!

Furthermore, Allen felt his muscles and blood—all felt like they had become ‘excited’. His body’s senses felt sharper than before that he could even feel the blood flowing through his blood channels and his heart beating…!

Violence and Power covered his mental cognition—though the mysterious thing was that, Allen felt his awareness still remained completely clear despite all this!

The Allen became covered in silvery white flames. However, the flames weren't hurting him, but rather looked like they were protecting him as they covered the surface of his body.

Watching this from up in the sky, Hanjin’s expression suddenly became more intense.

“How can this be…”

Many creatures had also ceased what they were doing and halted their attacks. They then turned their head upwards, and with astonished gazes looked to the sky at once where a human figure was releasing thick white flames, looking strange and mysterious.

Fixating on their attention there, the pupils of the countless spectators immediately shrank.

They saw beautiful white colored flames violently raged around the human figure. Right now, those thick white flames seemed to have transformed into a pair of gigantic wings of snow white flame that has enclosed around the youth’s body as if shielding him from everything.

“This sensation…?!”

Identical thoughts flitted across Hanjin’s heart. His eyes rapidly turned blood red as he looked in front of him to see that Allen had suddenly grown a pair of gigantic wings of ice cold white flames.

From Hanjin’s sensation, the temperature was extremely hot, as if burning the air until it became somewhat distorted and illusory.

Hanjin’s eyes swept across the writhing white flame before his pupils suddenly shrunk. A moment later, shock suddenly flashed passed him… From his senses, he could clearly feel that despite the hot temperature emanated from the thick white flame, the flame clearly seemed to feel like pieces of Thousand Years Cold Ice.

However, how could ice release such a hot flame? What was this strange thing?

When the huge wings finally slowly opened up, revealing an intact Allen standing with his eyes closed. His appearance had greatly changed. He had transfigured into something halfway between dragon, demon, and human.

He had a pair of horns on his head, and his original silver hair had now had a tinged of red at the side of each sideburn. Sharp fangs fitting for beasts peeked out from under his lips. His arms and legs were covered with beautiful white scales as if they were armor. On his back, he had angelic-like wings and a long tail stretched out from the back of his waist.

Shiira! A few seconds later, the eyes of Allen, which were tightly closed, trembled slightly. An instant later, they were abruptly opened. The originally a pair of blood red colored pupils had been replaced by one red draconic eye and one strangely colored silver eye which resembles a hawk's eye, appearing extremely strange…

Allen then saw Hanjin staring at him with a shock expression. He had no clue why Hanjin stood there frozen and completely defenseless. However, that reason did not concern him as his lips curled up into a grin.

“It seems like your taking good care of my precious family… now, this time, I will repay the favor…” Allen’s strange eyes narrowed.

“Are you ready to learn your lesson…?”

“Master, are you alright?” When the thick white flames slowly shrunk as Allen woke up, Qin and the others immediately rushed over. They then stared at Allen in concern.

Allen shook his head. He saw the anxiety in Qin and the other women’s expression and smiled slightly: “Don’t worry. I’m okay.” Then he saw Qin and the others appearances and felt an intense heartache.

Qin’s body was filled with numerous wounds and lacerations. Fresh blood was dripping from all over her body almost; it was like a rain of blood, dripping onto the ground. Although she was smiling faintly as she looks at Allen, Allen could see that with both her body and mental completely exhausted, and with the addition of the mental strain from the dire situation she was facing just now, Qin should be almost depleted at this moment.

Her clothes were already tattered and it seemed as if something sharp had sliced through them. Allen had even noticed dark red fluid seeping out of a few of the tears...

Her originally beautiful face was now as white as paper. Streams of blood ran down her eyes and mouth. Her eyes were barely open.

… But she was still facing him with a smile—this character of her really make one loves her dearly.

Allen smiled sweetly as her stroke Qin’s hair, causing the girl to show a bashful expression despite the pain she was enduring.

Qin wasn’t the only one. Allen turned to see Sheeya, Fiona, Lan, and even Grafilia was not much better off.

“Father!”

“Master,”

Allen hugged them and then said softly, “Come down and rest. Leave this idiot to me,” His voice so soft and gentle as if he was coaxing children to sleep.
