Chapter 438: [ Encounter in the Woods ]

This was a desolated area of mountains and fields. On the summit of a lone peak stood a youth dressed in black with his hands behind his back.

He has a beautiful silver hair and chilling blood red eyes. His delicate face showed no trace of masculinity, allowing people to easily mistake him for a girl.

An aura of extreme chill radiated from him, giving people a terrifying feeling that would make them tremble in fear.

That familiar appearance was Allen Bando.

Faintly panning his head, he looked at a distance far away in the north as a cruel and frosty smile surfaced at the corner of his mouth.

"Chasing me for so long… you two really have perseverance…well, since you seemed to have no thoughts of revealing yourself, I wouldn’t bother… however, if you are planning something, no matter where you hides, I will surely pluck you out like a weed."

"I truly look forward to it…"

A soft and chilling laughter slowly rang out from the mountain peak as the figure dressed in black started to slowly dissipate into the air.

It was terribly dark… like everything was covered in ink.

Amidst the darkness, a youth was running without the slightest bit of hesitation.

His eyes weren’t that of an ordinary person either.

Besides, for this man, things like the dark weren’t enough to scare him. In fact, it can be said that he can far better in the night compared to the day.

The man’s name was Allen Bando.

He was in the middle of his trip towards Water City. A harbor located in the East.

There, he was planning to take ride a boat and venture the Far East direction.

“Hm?!” As he was traversing through the forest, a slashing attack suddenly approached.

An enemy, huh.

This was Allen’s thought process as he dodged the blow.

Who the enemy was, or why they were trying to kill him, such analysis would be better left to when things were calmer. Well, not like he was interested in finding out anyway.

For him, those who had tried to kill him will certainly be his enemy!

And the treatment for that enemy, only one end would be—Death!

The naked blade that had swung down on him had been bloodthirsty, but he had dodged it easily and was still alive.

For now, that was more than enough.

Placing his hand on the ground, Allen swept his legs when a shadow leaped out from the bushes. Bam! The shadow was hit and sent flying away.

The enemies were ogres.

Looking at the shadows that had leaped out from the thick bushes, Allen immediately recognized them. Like something that would come out of a children’s book, they were two creatures with horns growing out of their heads.

They look like humans but much larger and brutish with notable strength. They had horns like demons but they were more grotesque and ugly compared to normal demons with that large stomach and boulders like muscles!

They are also over two times taller than normal human adults.

And in front of him now were the said monsters.

A group of eight Ogres.

3 of them were carrying large backpacks and at the very back 2 Ogres were dragging—in all likelihood, the fruits of the raid this time—were the figures of three young women who had their hands and feet bound and their mouths gagged to prevent them from becoming violent.

Judging from their clothes three were ordinary people, no, seeing that one of the females were dressed in beautiful clothes, it’s probably some princess of a high family and the last two were wearing leather armors that were only used underneath a steel armor –these two were probably knights.

As for their armors, seeing that two of the three standing at the front of the group, facing Allen, were wearing expensive looking armors, that was probably theirs. But still, it was mangled so badly that it can fit the frame of the large ogre. Thus, it can’t probably use again~

Only the two girls who seemed like knights or warriors had slight visible traces of having been hit on the face, and their clothes didn’t seem to be in disorder so they had probably not yet been raped. Though this is only a question of time.

Seeing Allen’s appearance, not only the Ogres were shocked but also the women. It’s as if they had just seen their hero.

Seriously though…

Well, fortunately for them, Allen wasn’t a bastard enough to let them suffer terrible fates~

But still, for this to happen just after leaving the Aryan Clan—the God of this world really likes force events, doesn’t he?

Grrr!!–The Ogres growled at Allen. Their weapons making clanking sounds.

Without hesitation, Allen was leaping upwards with the intention of aiming at the back of these monsters necks for clean kills.

“!”

Allen didn’t expect these monsters to take action later than he did.

It seems like he was just too fast… probably~

When people are about to move, their muscles will tense slightly in preparation for the movement. That was normal. Usually, that was hard to see but as someone carrying the Uchiha Clan’s very own Sharingan, that kind of thing was extremely easy for him.

Allen’s eyes never overlooked that “source” of imminent movement. That was why it was possible for him to move before his opponent did.

Woosh. Invisible blades cut through the dark.

This was wind blade. By creating pressure through the wind using the ability [ Wind Manipulation ], it allows Allen to project wind in a way that allows him to cut through matter from a distance.

Shriiing!! Blood spurted out.

However, it wasn’t a fatal wound. The ogres stumbled backward, and then pulled out weapons such as sword and broadaxe for a counterattack.

Thus, before they could raise their weapons, Allen teleported just in front of the ogres and clenched his fist. The Ogres saw Allen trying to punch them and snickered.

Bang!!!!

Allen’s clenched fist seemed like a normal punch but the moment it connected to the ogre’s skin, a huge gaping hole suddenly appeared on its chest. The Ogre fell down snickering. It seems like it still hasn’t realized he had already died.

Allen’s power startled the group of monsters and hastily retreated. But as expected of a monster with low intelligence, after seeing Allen not initiating the attack, they become extremely courageous and charged from all directions.

Allen’s lips curled upward. “A piece of advice. Don’t enter… my attack strange…or else…”

Bang!

Another Ogre fell down in the ground, burned.

“This is going to happen… next,”

Bang!!

–… less than 2 minutes after the fight started, inside the forest, eight ogres was already lying on the ground bathing in their own blood.

The captured women could only stare wide-eyed at the spectacle that had occurred in front of them.

What the heck happened…?

They only saw a golden flash and the ogres that had captured them had fallen in the ground one by one. What was that supposed to be…?

“Well, that was hardly a fight~” The silver-haired youth muttered. He then started walking towards the captured women and started cutting the ropes that were binding them.

“Th, thanks…”

“Uhm, excuse me, thank you for helping us out… we were really grateful!”

“Thank you,”

The three women bowed their heads at Allen. Even the one who was wearing a beautiful dress bowed to him.

“Nah, I’m just passing by,”

“No, you saved us…”

Allen awkwardly scratched the back of his head due to their attitudes.

“I’m a little late in introducing myself… I am, Rena Lygos, daughter of Marquis Duwei Lygos of the Water City Harbor…”

“I am Veda Strom and this is my little sister, Vera Strom. We are Lady Rena’s personal Knights…”

“I’m Sol Cris… just call me Sol,”

“Sol…?”
