Chapter 749: [Si Louxi (3)]
“What are you going to do?”
“…I won’t do anything, sadly,”
Deva muttered with indifference.
“You might have suspected this given my appearance but I am not of Divine Martial Continent. I’m a God Clan’s Member, so interfering in this war of yours is not possible.”
“… …”
Si Louxi has suspected his answer but still hearing from him still caused her some disappointment.
A powerful combatant like the Master of DAWN, even if it was a clone like Deva, would have been a great source of support. She was not an ignorant woman. As the current acting head of the Imperial Si Clan, she has access to several classified information and was aware of the impending chaos that was looming around the corner.
One was from the rumored rebellion of several high ranking families and also another from the threat of the detestable Evil Sect and lastly the Demon Race. One can even be said that the time of peace had already been broken and small skirmishes had appeared from several parts of the continent these past few years. No one had noticed it yet because few only cared about it. In the Divine Continent, several conflicts are normal and common. Not knowing this time, it was something else…!
Due to arrogance, they only focused on internal affairs and never bothered with the threat of the outside.
Probably some was worrying about it, just like Si Louxi but they have no options as the danger level of the internal affairs of the imperial court is much higher than the outside…for the time being, that is.
However, now, Si Louxi finally realized, she still thought poorly.
The matter at hand is more dangerous than she imagined.
However, now that Deva had put down his decision, Si Louxi thinks that it was a regrettable matter. And she understands why.
The celestial realm has always been boundless as if there is no limit. Here, there are millions of islands and continents—and even the smallest island would be much bigger than the smallest Mortal World.
As for the biggest continents, they are more like the size of a universe—they are almost boundless, having secrets of the ancients hiding within that have yet to be uncovered. Furthermore, each continent signifies different mythology clans which were commonly divided by people into two mythology categories; the Eastern and the Western Mythology Clans.
Eastern and Western Mythology Clans had always been at odds against each other, never like to poke their noses at each other’s business or else there would be war occurring. This is a common rule.
In the Celestial Realm, there were three big well-known Continents, the Three Great Continents; The largest and most powerful God Clan with their varying powerful Clans, the Land of Immortals; Divine Martial Continent with the largest population, and lastly the enigmatic and secretive Shinto Continent with their mystical strange powers and abilities.
Although it was not officially stated, without permission, Divine Martial Continent was a Closed Country just like the Shinto Continent. Whether it was a God Member or any other races of other Celestial Clans, couldn’t easily enter the Continent or else they would be seen as invaders.
Relations and trade between the Divine Martial Continent and other Mythology Clans were severely limited, nearly all foreign races were barred from entering inside and common people from the Divine Martial Continent were kept from leaving the borders of the Divine Martial Continent.
As for someone like Allen who had managed to enter the Continent, it is extremely rare and is almost a miracle. Even the Jade Emperor or the Imperial Court was not aware of his existence. Whether Allen was just too good in hiding himself or the fact that the Imperial Court was busy they couldn’t bother to worry about a single daredevil, Si Louxi was uncertain.
Even still, this shows how much perilous the situation of the Divine Martial Continent is!
As for the God Continent, although they seemed to be just like the same as the two Great Continents, a Closed Country, they are actually a bit more carefree. Thus, rather than following Isolationism, the God Continent follows the Non-interventionism Policy.
Well, the God Continent is much bigger and extremely diverse compared to the other countries so it’s extremely hard for it to be united, much less, completely closing off the entire continent from unwanted intruders.
Si Louxi couldn’t help but sigh.
Although she was not the type of person that asked for help from anyone, much less a strange and mysterious people like Deva or Allen, she was a smart girl and understands what is right or wrong. At this time, she fears that this would not be just a mere war against the Evil Sect or the Demon Race. She was aware of the crisis that was assaulting the God Continent because she had once gone into the Water City for an auction along with the elders of her clan for some sort of experience after becoming the new head of the Imperial Clan. And there, she had already heard about the ongoing war.
Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.
And just as the elders of her clan had suspected this war didn’t only stop in the God Continent and also affected the Divine Martial Continent, or probably even all the rest of the Celestial Realm.
“What are your Organizations going to do? If what you said is right, then, don’t you think everyone needs to be united?”
“United or not, the DAWN cannot make a move carelessly. Besides, even if we try to make an alliance with the Divine Martial Continent, we would not be able to have a fair deal. Most of the DAWN members are busy fighting in the God Continent and couldn’t allocate their manpower elsewhere. While the Divine Martial Continent this time would be extremely busy defending your land that you would probably not be able to send reinforcement either. Hence, having a commitment with either party would be useless.”
Deva muttered coldly.
“This time, we can only see your ability to resolve the internal affairs of the Divine Martial Continent on your own, or else, the current rule would surely be destroyed.”
“… …”
Si Louxi felt bitter by Deva’s rejection.
“What about your... your real self. Si Mulan’s master? Is he still in the Despair Grieving Mountain?”
Deva look at her, bewildered. But he didn’t think much about it and just credited it as her curiosity; “No,” he answered.
This answer surprised Si Louxi. What she knows was that Si Mulan’s master was still inside the Despair Grieving Mountain. But once the Despair Grieving Mountain closed, it cannot be reopened again after a few years. Much less, to open it, one must need the powers of several Great Elders together.
She thought that Si Mulan’s master was trapped inside the Despair Grieving Mountain or having a retreat for a breakthrough or something. But for him to be able to leave the Despair Grieving Mountain was something out of her expectation.
“My real self right now is in another place, or rather, another world. He had already left all-important instructions for us…”
“Another world…?”
“Demon World,”
Si Louxi’s eyes widened in shock.
“The Land of the Demons, the World of the Sinners…in any case, it’s a place just like you think it is.”
“What is he doing there?!”
Deva stared at Si Louxi but he didn’t say anything.
They continued chatting for a while longer, discussing several things before finally, his business ended. He found no reason to stay anymore. Deva only stayed for a while before leaving. Despite Si Louxi’s insistence, Deva didn’t have any purpose to stay anymore. Si Louxi could only watch as Deva disappeared into thin air, not knowing where he had gone.
And a few days after Deva’s visit, the entire Imperial Capital was shaken because the war had occurred!
Fortunately, although there were conflicts between clans within the Imperial Capital, the Si Family, under Si Louxi’s leadership had avoided any battle as much as possible and slowly accumulated her force. In addition, what made others doubtful was that, for some strange reason, the Lan Family who should have taken the first lead into rebellion had actually stayed silent during this time.
All they did was closed off their doors and forbid anyone to go out much less enter their courtyard.
And the moment the war broke out, even though the other family was caught off-guard, Si Louxi managed to immediately put their guard and defend.
If not for her persistence and wisdom, with how chaotic the Imperial Capital was, the enemy's force would have already made their way through the Capital’s streets.
The other Clans managed to stabilized their own forces and immediately follow the Si Clan’s forces and fortified the Imperial Capital’s defense.
Well, this and their thrilling experience was set for another story.
Allen didn’t have the time to care for it as the DAWN, led by the Deva Path of Pain was completing their missions all over the Divine Martial Continent—wandering around, closing wormholes that connected to the Demon World, killing monsters and demons, and collecting materials and supplies to support the God Clans and the Mortal World’s war.
With the Summoning Grimoire, it was the best and safest route to circulate supplies and foods to every stronghold without chances of being intercepted.
With how intense each of the God Clans battles of defense was, collecting foods and supplies would have been much more troublesome as they would need to go out and hunt, wasting another effort. Their supplies are not endless; they are bound to be limitations. But with Allen’s help and support, this had basically been averted.
God knows how important Allen’s help was in this, almost impossible battle!
Fortunately, Allen had many sources of supplies and food— whether it was in his own personal world, or in both the Mortal and Celestial Realm. At this moment, the DAWN Organization had shown its true worth.
From the mortal world, which was also experiencing a war but not as intense as the Celestial Realm, the God’s Continent where several clones of Allen and his monster creations were traveling incognito, the Divine Martial Continent where Si Mulan and the others are also doing it under the leadership of the Paths of Pain, and Romeia’s Dungeon where most worlds within the Thousand Worlds are connected had basically turned into a large-scale trade market!
Even though Allen had disbursed many things on a daily basis, but the supply was still able to keep up with the demand.
Of course, foods, items, and weapons are not the only things he was supplying but also elixirs and manpower.
With his creation ability, creating monsters and golems is as easy as flipping his hand. Although the real Allen was in the Demon World, fighting, there are still many clones left in the Solheim, acting like factory workers. They were completely busy- not a single one was left lazing around.
Monsters and Golems produced by him were the greatest valuable assets that Allen could give because they are expendable, loyal, unafraid of death, and powerful!
Without caring about their intelligence and power levels, Allen could create hundreds in a day. As for those powerful monsters such as Gashadokuro or those that Allen was carrying with him in the Demon World, they are the cream of the crop.
They are special and extremely difficult to create.
But even then, the rest of the other creations were being created and distributed without any issue.
Whether this was Allen's true purpose when he created this organization, however, in this time of war, the DAWN had become the center of all worlds.
… …
