Chapter 703: [Chance Encounter]
Allen didn’t respond to him and just sip calmly on his wine.
His expression one of boredom. However, Somakiel seemed to be quite bored on his own and was looking for a company as he kept on talking and trying to converse with him.
Allen also speaks some words, hiding his true intent behind some simple words of follow up. Therefore, Somakiel rattled on many issues regarding the current situation of the Demon World as well as the Imperial Court through hearsays and rumors he had heard in the Capital.
It was not a secret, so Somakiel didn’t hide too much.
From their conversation, Allen knows about what was happening on the Demon World as well as the war on the surface.
Apart from most Knights that were dispatched, almost 26 Great Clans remaining from the 72 Pillars were dispatched as well. Though, there were also several Clans who remained hidden and closed off, not compelling to the orders of the New Demon King; Vergil. Two of these were the Gremory and Sitri.
Although in the public, it was known that Gremory and Sitri were slaughtered for rebelling, most major members of the Great Clans were actually held imprisoned in the Dungeon under the Imperial Palace.
Due to the relationship of the two Great Clans to the new Demon King, they were given another chance of consideration—until they kneeled and submit.
Not only the Gremory and Sitri but also the Phenex Clan and still several still surviving Great Clans.
And also… just like what Allen had surmised, Mammon is indeed looking for him.
Desperately!
As the two were talking, the gathering safely reached its conclusion. After the Prince and the Princess bid their good-byes, the elites began to depart.
As Allen and Asmodeus were preparing to leave, Somakiel offered him a small orb, saying that he wants to gather some time and have a drink. The reason why he chatted with Allen was primarily that he wanted to keep an eye on him, and also because he was quite bored. Since the gathering was over, he didn’t need to stay there any longer.
This small orb was a communication tool and was quite common in the Demon World.
Allen shrugging throws the small orb into his storage rings, as he would unlikely meet Somakiel again. He didn’t want to create too much attention in the Demon World, but he kept the orb in case he ever needed something from Somakiel.
Who knows, he might be able to use that fellow~
After Somakiel left, Allen and Asmodeus were once again alone in the deck.
However, not long later, Allen was left alone, smiling bitterly. Asmodeus was talking about some girls that caught her attention and asking for Allen’s permission to leave for a while, and of course, he wouldn’t stop her from doing what she wanted. And so, he nodded, feeling a bit overwhelmed.
This girl… he was not even thinking about it and yet this girl beat him to the punch.
Allen could only sigh in defeat.
As long as it was not a man, he wouldn’t care about it. And Asmodeus knew that… her body only belongs to him and Asmodeus would not even think of violating that fact. Although Allen would not actually care if Asmodeus would hook up with other men, as she was different from his other women, it was in her very existence as a demon… even still, Allen still can’t hold himself in acceptance that other men embrace his women.
For him, all his women are only for his, and only for him to hold.
He was such a selfish person.
Well, if it was other women… Allen would not really mind about it. He doesn’t know why—probably because he saw it as kittens playing around…?
Strange…
As he was minding his own business, suddenly… he spotted her.
A feathery woman with beautiful azure-colored feather wings on her back. On her arm and shoulders, as well as each side of her waist has some beautiful and colorful feathers, much like that of a peacock. She stood at the far end of the deck, just near the doors leading inside the cruise ship, talking to some beast-like demons as well.
Should I…?
Allen asked himself. Since Asmodeus had left him for some fun of her own, he also had a sudden urge to find a company himself. He hesitated on a threshold for a moment, before taking one step forward, scrutinizing her intently.
Her face was in profile and in the shadows, and it was difficult to ascertain whether she was beautiful or not. And then, suddenly, as if noticing his scrutinizing gaze, the woman turned her head and spotted him.
She was indeed beautiful.
She had red-colored hair that was like an aureole of bright amber light around her lovely tranquil face, and her eyes were vividly red, showing her status and full of her irrepressible laughter.
She smiled at him. Allen’s lips curled into a faint smile as he raised his cup of wine in response. She nodded, mirth appearing in her red-colored eyes that looked like lustrous rubies. Then, she returned her attention to the people she was talking with—
Allen’s lips curled into a smile. Decided.
Allen didn’t make his move for a while and just stand, waiting. Then, the group laughed, and then she waved her hand as most of the people around her started leaving and entering inside. As for her, she turned towards the bar to refill her drinks.
A waiter suddenly came up to him with a tray of new goblets filled with wine, and then he took a glass, murmured his thanks, and started walking towards the direction of the bar counter.
... ...
The beautiful woman asks the bartender for shots, when—
"Hello, Porcelain."

A voice roused the woman from the attention she had given to her glass and looked to her right. A tall white-haired handsome youth in black pants and a black shirt and coat was walking towards her and smiling at her with a slightly cocky look in his eyes.
“Porcelain?"
The woman asked, amused. It was the man she had seen a while ago, though he didn't look familiar at all and she never forgot a face. It’s him… she mused. He was quiet and quite mysterious a while ago, much to the fact that he had caught not only her friends' eyes but also hers.
"You look like a sexy version of a porcelain doll. Wanna come out to play? I’m quite free,"
The white-haired youth ran a single finger down her arm. The woman was in shock. She had never been picked up or hit on by someone as forward as this guy.
She couldn’t help but laugh in amusement.
She then gestured her face at the seat next to her, “…let’s see about that,”
Allen grinned and sat next to her.
“Are you here with someone?"
"No."
"Then let's get out of here,"
"Oh! Um. N-no no, thank you. That's just not my thing." she replied with a wry grin, amused by how straightforward Allen was. Her first impression on his as a mysterious loner entirely collapsed. She then saw the white-haired narrowed his eyes, but still smiled.
"Girl, look around you, that's everyone's thing."
"Not mine."
Allen popped his elbow and then look at her, “Then what are you doing here?"
The woman smiled but she didn’t say anything.
"Sorry. I think I just stepped out of line. I see that you're almost finished with your drink. Let me apologize by buying you another."
"…No thank you. I'm leaving when this one is done."
“Please? I want to buy you a drink."
Allen ignored the woman and leaned across the bar.
“Brother!" he called to the bartender.
The handsome demonic bartender, who was still having his juggling performance, came over and spread his arms onto the wooden bar. He was short, but not too short and had the most incredibly attractive roman haircut that went perfectly with his dark brown curls. He wore a form-fitted, very tight, black tank top.
“I apologize, but my friends are waiting for me…so, really, I don't want another drink. I appreciate-"
“Nonsense.” Allen dismissed her words. “I'll leave you alone. I just want to get you a drink."
"What can I get for you, brother?" the bartender asked with an expression that read as forced pleasantry from a person who was being paid to be nice to everyone, even the people he knew and disliked.
"Get this beautiful here anything she wants, on me." He put his hand on the woman’s shoulder. "See? Not so bad. Just a drink. I hope to see you again, Porcelain."
Allen smiled gently and turned and melted into the endless crowd of dancing men.
The woman followed Allen’s back who was casually walking away—
“He had quite an attitude, doesn’t he…?” T
he woman muttered with a wry smile, saying ‘Bloody Mary’ and then the bartender immediately whip her one drink and gave it to her.
“…Though, I don’t think he’s a bad one…” the bartender responded. “…Lucy, if you want to find someone tonight, I think that man is a good candidate~”
“Did he pay you…?”
The woman named Lucy rolled her eyes.
“Of course not,” The bartender rolled his eyes. Then, he continued, “But I saw him a while ago… many approached him but not one succeeds. I think he was not casual and instead someone quite picky—you just got his attention~”
“… …”
“…besides…”
“Besides, what…?” Lucy tilted her head.
The bartender smiled, “He’s a purple-eyed,”
Lucy’s eyes widened slightly.
“I thought Knights were recalled…?”
“Not all, I suppose…”
The bartender replied as he cleaned the glass with a clean towel.
“Dereliction…?”
“Nope, I think not…”
The Bartender shook his head.
“I felt his aura…and it’s quite something. Even Somakiel the Blood Dripper was overwhelmed… though only for a moment, his power is not something that the Imperial would surely pass out.”
“… …”
Lucy's expression turned solemn.
“No matter how troublesome he is, in this warring state, all Knights cannot be eliminated.”
“You really have a good eye, Sebastian… but what do you think is a Knight doing in this kind of place…?” she asked. Her gaze sparkling in curiosity and her lips arching into a faint smile.
“…The Demon Prince Dante…”
“…?! So the rumors are true…?”
Lucy frowned.
The Bartender nodded his head.
“I heard he was last seen on Luxuria… probably Knights of Hell was scattered in every part of Luxuria right now,”
“Then, he is as well…is that what you are saying…?”
The Bartender nodded.
The woman looks down at her glass, and then smiled, “That’s interesting…”
… …
"Hi, handsome. Are you by yourself?"
A beauty with the most pleasant smile appeared before Allen.
“Did you enjoy the drink…?” seeing the woman who came unto him, Allen's lips curved upward.
“Most certainly~”
The elegant curves of her breasts were at least a D cup. Her delicate and thin waist matched with her long and flawless legs and a slightly curled hairstyle gave her a vibe that was both pure and graceful. And the feathers in some parts of her body give her another set of allure and attraction.
"I thought you dislike my company…?"
Allen gazed at her dazzling smile and smiled as well. Although he was just playing a while ago and was killing time, he had no moral grounds to hold back. If the possibility of a one night stand presented itself, he would not resist the offer.
“You are quite blunt and direct… had anyone told you that women might get scared if you are too forward…?” She grinned.
Allen shrugged, “I’m not one into flowery words and patience if you are asking me about it. I guess you can also say that all I’m looking forward to a night of pleasure, not a lifetime of commitment…so why bother wooing…? I guess I’m just too forward by saying that?”
“Indeed, you are…” She chuckled, finding Allen's words amusing. “However, I think I’m going to say this once though, I’m married…”
Allen turned at her, surprised.
“And my husband is the current leader of Zagan… you sure are brave for trying to hit on me… though, I sure find it interesting as to whether you really didn’t know or just have the guts to pick up the wife the Zagan County.”
She giggled as she passed a glass of drink to him.
But Allen was just surprised for a moment.
“…called it. However, I wasn’t proposing to you, beautiful. Merely propositioning you, my dear,” he grinned. Looking highly amused at his retort, she made a moue but did not comment.
“…quite charming of you, Lucy Zagan,” she said, stretching out her hand. “I’m so pleased to meet you,”
Allen took her hand, shook it, half smiled, “I’m delighted to meet you too, Lucy, my name is Allen, Allen Lilith…”
“Lilith…?”
Lucy was startled.
Allen grinned.
They stared at each other, sizing each other up.
Her beautiful red-colored hair was like strands of the River of Sorrow, with a beautiful phoenix hairpin, clipped on the right side of her hair that was absolutely straight and fell in smooth fluid folds around her face and down her back to the top of her shoulder blades. Her face was extremely pale, without a spot of color in the cheeks. It looked carved from alabaster, the features cleanly defined.
She had a narrow nose, high cheekbones, predatory red eyes, and her mouth, wide, sensual, and was painted brilliant red. At first glance, this was very startling in the very white face, yet somehow it was right on her. She was dressed in an elegant white silk dress, plain and simple yet seemed as if the dress was just exactly for her. She was the kind of woman that men looked at twice. And women, too, for that matter.
Lucy was studying Allen as intently as he was on her.
Now, staring at the person before her, she realized that nothing could have prepared her for Allen Lilith. She had felt this a while ago, but she tried to avert her eyes from it but now—his presence overwhelmed her, moved her in a way she had never been moved before by any other man.
She felt an indescribable unsteadiness, breathless, almost as if she had been punched in the stomach—
Lilith’s Child…!
Nevertheless…a man…!
Lucy was quite surprised as she knows that the Great Lilith birthed most were girls but not a boy… in fact, only one in a century would she gave birth to a male. It’s extremely rare and uncommon. But she didn’t doubt his words, as this kind of charm can only be released by those of the Demon Prince of Lust, the King of Incubus, as well as the Great Lilith, the Queen of Succubus.
Looking at the man before her, she could not help thinking how debonair and dashing Allen looked. His clean-cut handsomeness and silver-gilt hair and those marvelous serpentine-like red eyes were arresting and made him exceptionally photogenic. It had been windy and his beautiful white hair was ruffled, his laughing red slitted eyes screwed up against the glare of the blood-dyed sun.
How irresistible he seemed.
Lucy felt that she was most powerfully drawn to him, and this disturbed and worried her for a number of reasons.
He was one of the few that were crowned as Knights of Hell, an incredible background as the son of the Primordial Demon, and devastatingly attractive, and therefore he could have any woman in the world he wanted.
His actions and behavior a while ago, only verified this as a fact.
She liked what she saw.
So did Allen.
