Time passed quickly when reading.
The library was covered with stained glass, giving beautiful colors shining on everything inside the library.
Allen leaned on the bookshelf, incessantly reading the things that interested him. Although the first floor had only the most basic history knowledge, he felt as if he had discovered a treasure trove. One by one, he received the answers to the things that he needed and wanted to know.
However, some were actually still a mystery for him. Especially the reason for his world’s change, the Superhumans transmigration to their past selves in another world, and lastly, Virgil’s current force.
As the sky became progressively darker, small orbs like stones started giving off light.
It was probably magic stones.
It was still quite dim, not suited for reading. However, Allen did not have any intention to leave yet, so he started to read another book, relying on his augmented vision as well as the moon as a light source.
Clang!
As he was reading quietly, just then, the doors suddenly made a sound. Although Allen was immersed in reading, he was actually still on alert. He subconsciously raised his head towards the large doors to see a familiar figure walking towards him.
“… It’s already late. You haven’t eaten dinner yet,” Eerika said while walking towards him. As usual, her expression was gentle as if she was talking to a younger brother of hers or close intimate individuals.
“I’m fine…” Allen’s lips immediately turned into a gentle smile. “Skipping one meal won’t hurt me~”
Eerika looked warmly at Allen. Her eyes smiled.
When Allen turned his gaze towards her, his eyes were very focused because he had just been reading a book. Along with his handsome appearance, this immediately made Eerika felt moved.
Although she had seen many handsome people before but, for some reason, Allen has this inexplicable charm that draws people in. A kind charm only descendant of Gods and Goddesses of Love possess.
Is he a descendant of a God or Goddesses of Love…?
But which Clan…?
It was certainly not the Freya Clan. Allen's appearance was Asian... probably from a small ethnic group? Is he really a survivor from a destroyed small clan in the far east...?
Eerika set the question aside and said, “Even so. Even Gods don’t want to skip a single meal, you know~” Eerika wore a faint smile. “Come,”
“I’ll go later, I want to finish this first~” Allen raised the book he was reading. < The Confession of Warlocks and Witches by Petrus Binsfeldius>
It was a record of confessions of alleged witches by Peter Binsfeld, giving classifications of Demons known as Princes of Hell.
“A book about demons…?” Eerika asked doubtfully.
Eerika walked towards Allen’s side, and then sat down. Her body emitted a faint, sweet scent that could not help but arouse Allen’s dormant spirit. If not for his extraordinary fortitude, he would have been charmed by now.
Eerika raised her head to look at Allen and said: “You are really eager to learn. I heard from the guard that you haven’t left here until now.”
Allen shrugs as he smiled slightly and said, “There’s no way around it! I can’t remember anything yet but from what you had said, demons are having a blast right now. Curious. In addition, I had a feeling that I might face them in the future… I can’t fight blindly… right?”
“That was actually good… we can certainly use another helping hand,” Eerika nodded appreciatively. “However, have you fought before…?”
Allen shook his head, “I think I have. There were some memories but all of it was vague. But at least I know some of my abilities…”
“Oh? Care to tell?” Eerika showed a curious look.
“I am… I’m not clear but I think am a Dragon Slayer…”
!!? Eerika’s eyes widened in shock and her mouth turned into a small ‘o’. She had never, in her wildest expectations, thought Allen was a Dragon Slayer. A profession that is extremely rare and mighty.
Seeing Eerika’s shock, Allen’s smile turned wider. “That is right, I am a Dragon Slayer and my name … I think its Sol. As for what Clan I came from, I don’t know. I can’t remember anything about my origin… nothing comes to mind yet...”
Unauthorized duplication: this narrative has been taken without consent. Report sightings.
“… …” Eerika stared at Allen in shock and couldn’t respond for a moment.
Allen had said this because… on his body, although he didn’t want it but even if he tried to hide his Dragon Aura, it would still leak even a bit. And with these Demi–Gods eyes, they would likely notice it. Especially, now that his power is slowly recovering.
And one must know, there were only two possible reasons why he would have a Dragon’s Aura; first, he was a descendant of a Dragon and judging from his aura, he would be a main descendant and second, he had usurped a Dragon’s power!
And those people who usurped the Dragon’s power can only be… a Dragon Slayer!
Dragons in the Celestial Realm are one of the powerful races. Always aloof in the world and although they didn’t always seek a fight against people but sometimes they come and play –and this play would not make other people feel good and happy.
They are terrible and most of them have a superiority complex. Always thinking themselves affable and superior.
However, even Gods would admit the power of Dragons was certainly one of a kind. They even have the ability to kill Gods. Thus, most God Clans avoid making any skirmish against the Dragon Race.
Still, some people, especially heroes stand up against this humiliation and fight against them. Some die but some also managed to emerge victorious, all the while, gaining unbelievable power.
However, what public knows is that becoming a Dragon Slayer isn’t just because of simply killing a Dragonkin. One must be acknowledged by the Dragon it fought and let it give all of it to the one who had killed it and eaten its heart and bathe in its blood.
That is the real ritual of becoming a Dragon Slayer…!
Still, Dragon Slayers in this world are very few in number.
And most of them became unparalleled heroes in the world!
Thus, Eerika was extremely shocked to know that Allen was actually a Dragon Slayer. If he was indeed one, he would be a powerful warrior!
“…apart from that, can you really not remember anything…?”
Allen shook his head with a wry smile. “Unfortunately, my memories are still a mess and I don’t know what’s real or not…”
One other reason why he can’t completely hide his Dragon Aura is that, if he does so, his other physique would certainly be noticed. Although he can be called
If this was known, he would be considered a Demon!
Fallen Angels, after all, are allied of the Demons!
Then, one aura must be released to cover the other. And that is his Dragon Aura.
“A Dragon Slayer…” Eerika can’t help but feel astonished. A youth like him can’t possibly be older than me… then how is it possible for to become a Dragon Slayer…?
“Your power rank… do you remember…?”
Allen shook his head and smiled regrettably.
Eerika frowned. “We had a power measuring stone… we can actually measure your power if you want… of course, that is if you want…” she said, to avoid making Allen awkward.
“… okay,” Allen nodded. His rank being known isn’t really important…
Though he can’t disclose it himself since it would be seen as him having recovered his memory and even if not, he would become suspicious. Might as well, play safe…

The two exited the library.
Eerika led Allen towards the east side of the mansion and into a luxurious looking ceremonial hall.
And in the east side of the hall was a huge bluish-white crystal, probably around 3 –4 meters tall in height.
After a short introduction to the place, Eerika asked Allen to touch the crystal’s surface and in an instant, the entire place was covered by a dark orange light.
Seeing this, Eerika was dumbfounded immediately and she was rooted in her position. “No, no way…!?”
“Peak Emperor Rank!?” Eerika stared at the crystal and then into Allen in horror. He was actually almost Lesser Deity Rank…!?
Isn’t this too exaggerated…!?
Eerika had always thought that, although Allen’s power can be considered high but with his age, he should be about peak King Realm at most or Initial Emperor Rank, just like her. But never did she expect, Allen to be a Peak Emperor Realm…!!
That is already one step away to in becoming a real powerhouse… a Lesser Deity!
Isn’t he too young…!?
She had never doubted Allen’s age because from what her mother had once told her when she had examined Allen’s condition; Allen’s age can’t pass twenty in years. He was indeed a youth with a young age!
But…
How is it possible for him to reach peak Emperor Realm in this age…? Even she, who has been hailed as a Genius was still in the Initial Emperor Realm rank and her age has been almost reaching 40 years old…!
–Though, her appearance actually looked like at most 20 years old…
High Humans age slower by double compared to mortals while Godkins trice or fourth of those mortals.
But Allen’s rank was just too unrealistic and unbelievable!
Allen, on the other hand, was in disbelief. Peak Emperor Rank…?
When did he level up? It would be fine if it’s still middle rank but peak…?
“You, you’re a peak Emperor rank Godkin…?!” Eerika can’t help but exclaim in shock!
However, after seeing Allen’s calm gaze, whether he didn’t know how shocking this is or is just that he was indifferent to it at all, Eerika’s mind slowly calm down. Still, doubt surged through her heart.
If Allen was this powerful… why does she not know him at all?
If he was an extraordinary genius, why does she not hear of him at all!
Sometimes, the God Clans would gather and make a competition in the Colosseum to show off their children’s power and this had also become a way to raise the God clan’s prestige against other clans. Obviously, they would choose their best people to participate and carry their banner…
In fact; she has always been the chosen one of her clan, the Norse and had once sat in the 1st seat of all generation but now she was defeated and had become the 2nd top Genius of all clans.
However, even the 1st was still just above her in terms of power and strength and his rank was still even an initial Emperor rank close to breaking through middle-rank realm and this had become a sensational speed of growth and yet…
Eerika can’t help but stare at the black clothed youth in front of him who was still wearing an indifferent and naïve innocent appearance… she didn’t know his fighting power since she hadn’t seen him fight but judging from him having a high-level slime as a pet and the truth that he was a Dragon Slayer… surely, his power wouldn’t be that weak…
In fact, he’s probably even stronger than her!
How is this possible…!?
From what her mother had told her, Allen’s real age can’t pass 20 years. Her age was already close to 40 while the first Genius was still at his mid-thirties…
Age alone defeated the two of them so easily!
But she never heard of such a genius… did his clan tried to hide him or something…?
