Chapter 442: [ Allen’s Confusion ]

Allen chuckled and when he rubbed his ring, two old ancient books appeared on his hand. They appeared extremely old and overused due to their tattered edges and binding. However, even though it’s like this, Allen paid quite an amount just to have it.

“Take this. I bought it for you,” He said.

“Eh?!” Agathi stared at the two books and when she opened it, her eyes widened in shock. Her cheeks turned rosy with excitement.

“Master!!” Agathi embraced the two books lovingly as if it was her child and throw herself into Allen again.

One was a book about different magic plants and herbs while the other was a book of recipes for different kinds of potion.

This was one of Allen’s greatest goals in the Celestial Realm. Because right now, the potions and elixirs in the mortal world were very far behind that of the Celestial Realm, it would certainly give a huge boost to Mia and the others.

However, finding this book was a very arduous thing to do.

It was mostly coveted and hidden by large clans due to its importance.

Fortunately, one book he found in the Norse Clan, conveniently taken away, while the other was in the treasury of the Mummy Lord, along with other rare books and items.

As Allen was calming down the excited Agathi that looked like an adorable little kid who had got a new toy, just then a violent energy wave and a thunderous tiger’s roar suddenly exploded in the sky.

Hearing the ferocious tiger’s roar, Allen’s complexion slightly changed, his eyes turned to stare at the sky in the distance. There, was the origin of the violent energy. With the aid of his keen eyesight, Allen seemed to faintly catch a glimpse of a beautiful and graceful figure of a woman.

“T, this tremor is…!?”

“Wahh!! What is this?!”

As Allen heard the sound that came from afar, he concentrated his gaze. His hands touched his chin as he lowered his brow.

In the far distance, probably a mile away… someone was fighting.

Allen’s lips curled upwards and then, he turned at Agathi who was a bit panicking and anxious. Due to her, always doing Alchemy, her power slowly rise compared to the others.

Baishe and the others were already at Mid to Peak Queen realm at least but Agathi was actually still lingering at the Peak of Knight Realm. In fact, in terms of offensive power, Agathi was the lowest among all the tamed beasts, even barely compared to Lightning and Silver. However, even still, she was one of the most important among them due to her profession and skills.

Allen strokes the girl’s restless head and said with a gentle tone, “Stay here with Baishe. You don’t need to worry about anything and just pick whatever you want—though you need to be careful. Understand…?”

“…Un…” Agathi obediently nodded her head.

“Baishe, please take care of her,”

“Understood, master…” Baishe nodded confidently.

“I’ll leave for a while… remember, both of you be careful… okay?”

“Yes, master!”

“Please be careful as well, master!”

Allen waved at the two girls with a smile before turning into a flash of light and disappeared.

Meanwhile, in Demon Sinister Forest, a dark current was rippling.

There was a large Demon Tiger King looking at a gorgeous Butterfly Mother.

These two monsters stand at the peak of the monster realm. Monster Kings.

They were the monarch of monsters and beasts that would cause disaster to the land. This was because the both of them were Peak Mid God experts!

However, the gorgeous Butterfly Mother spurted out a mouthful of blood and her eyes were full of hate whereas Demon Tiger King let out a great laugh.

“Princess Aurora! Why aren’t you surrendering yet? If you submit yourself now, you would become the queen of this land. I won’t mind it even if you are not dead.”

“Disgusting…”

The gorgeous Butterfly gritted her silver teeth. She circulated the magical power inside her body to have a battle with Demon Tiger King.

Their auras had shaken the entire mountain region. Plenty of monsters, and beasts that were stronger than normal monsters stood on the summit of a mountain and looked at the direction of the battleground astonishingly.

Two Peak Mid Gods were battling.

Countless monsters and beasts felt fear, including the King and Emperor realm monsters. Only some lesser Deities could maintain their composure but they were still scared deep inside.

The power of a peak Mid God would be able to annihilate the entire mountain range easily much less these two monsters were... Monster Kings!

The auras from the battle were getting weaker with every kilometer that it passed. When it reached the direction where Allen was currently at, it had already become very mild, and when it reached the outer most regions where Rena and the others were, it couldn’t be felt anymore.

Rena and the others, who were walking together with ‘Allen’ towards the Water City, didn’t have a power perception enough to feel anything from miles away. Thus, they couldn’t sense the threat from the monster kings and the magic power emitted from the battle.

However, the monsters and beasts in the surrounding were shaking and crawling on the ground. They became unresponsive towards any attack or any intruders. And this causes Rena and the other’s journey to be quite peaceful.

As for Dakna and Asmodeus who were protecting the three women secretly as well as Baishe and Agathi, they felt the violent magic power and felt a bit terrified.

The master was…?!

Dakna and Asmodeus wanted to find Allen but after noticing Allen’s shadow clone that was looking at their direction, smiling and waving his hand, they felt relief. It means that Allen didn’t encounter any sort of danger… but this power…

This power was a bit similar to Allen’s aura…

Dakna, Agathi and Baishe’s pupils contracted. This wasn’t the first time they felt this kind of aura… Monster kings… though the power they felt from it was much powerful compared to those kings in the mortal world that even the blood inside their bodies started trembling, as if in fear.

In the deepest region, the battle between monster kings finally stopped after the last collision of magical skills. The place was in ruins and a large chasm was created. In the black mist, a female figure left in hurry away from the battlefield.

After a while, a howl of anger was heard from the Demon Tiger King.

“Princess Aurora, you dare run away from this battle and escape?! You don’t have pride in your status!!” The Tiger King growled. “Members of the Fang Clan, find Princess Aurora and bring her to meee!!!”

The entire sky rumbled with the angry howls of the Demon Tiger King. It made every expert and monsters within the forest tremble with fear, none of them dared to ignore its orders and hastily rushed out.

“Hmph! You really thought that you could run away from me, the great Hanjin the Demonic Tiger King! As long as you are in the Blood Desert Oasis, you can never run away from me, Princess Aurora!!”

In the outer region of the Blood Desert Oasis…

“I didn’t expect that this forest would be so unusual. I wonder what is hidden in its deeper regions.”

Allen pondered on the possibilities as he walked. With his current strength, it wasn’t a problem for him to dominate almost anything that would appear in front of him if he was careful enough.

However, the problem is… he didn’t know what kind of monsters were hiding in the deepest region of this strange forest.

And what he had seen a while ago was actually bugging him. A woman… what is a woman doing here?

And what was that Tiger roar?

And if he wasn’t mistaken, both were Monster Kings…!

Just from its roar alone was enough for Allen to feel that that monster that had let out that roar wasn’t an ordinary monster. Even the beast essence in his body was affected by it –albeit, slightly.

Two Celestial Monster Kings? Now, that’s unusual!

From what he had learned, unlike the Monster Kings in his world, the Monster Kings in the Celestial Realm, or what they call, Celestial Monster Kings were not as generous and reasonable compared to those from Earth. They were selfish, power monger, territorial idiots!

Befitting the word Monster Kings, they follow what Bataliel desired and wanted—typically a Bandit concept kind of relationship. Fist makes right. You can talk it out if you have an argument, and you can fight it out if you don’t want to discuss your argument.

It was an aggressive kind of relationship. And most of all, all of them are territorial stupid lords.

The moment another Monster King stepped into another Monster King’s territory without permission, a war would certainly break out! And this war, forget about the Monster World, even the human world will be affected gravely!

In this world, aside from the influential God Clans, Demon Clan, and the Dragon Clan, the force that anyone would never dare to cross with was none other than… Monster Kings!

Their power was among the very best in this world…

However, just as before, as long as no one dared to break the law of the world, breaking the balance, Monster King wouldn’t interfere in any kind of dispute. Even this time, when Demons ran amock, they are still keeping silent… why?

Because Demons had Mammon… that wise demon!

He knows about the Monster King’s power, thus, instead of blatantly conquering the world, they first stirred a fight against the influential large God Clans, wanting to exterminate them first before starting the conquest of the entire Celestial Realm…!

And they are doing a very good job…!

Most of the large Clans in the God Continent were already routed out and some were already weakened. From here on, Allen surmised that Mammon would surely start towards the next one… one of the large Clan, occupying another large Continent—Divine Martial Continent, where the Gods of the Chinese, Japanese and other Buddhism culture was located.

The moment this continent weakened, Mammon would then have confidence in taking out the Dragon Clan and the Monster Kings one by one…

If this wasn’t wrong, then that would be what Mammon was planning all this time… Allen concluded that after analyzing all the information he had gotten from the Norse, Olympian, and Aryan Clan.

It was a meticulous and careful way of scheming that befitting Mammon’s character…

As for the relationship between conquering the world, Virgil, the True God’s disappearance along with the Christians, and lastly… Lucifer’s Seal… Allen still thought he was missing one last piece or clue…

And this piece was the most significant one that was capable of completing the entire picture!

Was this related to the ongoing Ragnarok…?

The One True God would never let anyone unseal Lucifer and end the worlds he had created but why had he disappeared so suddenly? Was he defeated….? No, that wasn’t possible. One True God was the real Immortal Existence. The Creator, no one was capable of defeating him, much less sealing him… but why did he disappeared…?

Even the Son of God had vanished!

Why? What was going on in this world…?

Allen couldn’t understand. If the Creator wanted it, he can easily stop Mammon and Virgil’s ambition and stop this nonsensical war but why didn’t he do it…?

Where did he go?

Allen couldn’t think of any reason to answer his question. All he knows was that this Ragnarok was not as simple as it shown on the surface.

The more Allen walked deeper into the forest the more shock he was. He had even thought that probably he was sent into some unknown dimension.

This was a mountainous region; innumerable hills that weren’t too tall spread throughout the entire field of vision. Even though the area was gushing with greenery, it emitted a kind of extremely desolate air.

The smell of fresh leaves lingered within the Enchanted Forest. While walking inside, you would be pounced by a sinister beast that let out low and obscure howls at any time.

From far away, drawn-out roars of profound beasts could be frequently heard.

Some hissing sounds were heard from the inside or somewhere around the forest. The monsters and beasts in the outer region didn’t have intelligence and feeling. They were very ferocious towards those lower level rankers as if they weren’t afraid of death. Killing monsters could be easy but being unhurt wasn’t.

As Allen was immersed in his contemplation, he unknowingly walked deeper into the region. On the way, he had found precious looking magical herbs but they didn’t catch his eyes. He continued to walk further and some powerful monsters sneaked attacked him.

Allen only had to wave his hand at these monsters. In about half an incense stick time, more than fifteen ferocious monsters were killed instantly.

After more than one hour had passed, the corner of his brow suddenly flickered as he looked toward his right. In his vision, five people were currently walking here; three adults, and two children.
