Chapter 451: [ Harsh Wild ]

Chapter 451: [ Harsh Wild ]

BOOOOM!!!

The instant the collision occurred, the free energy of the entire area descended into a dull state in an instant. The clear sky had also become slightly dark and there was a dead silence in the air.

Like a stone being thrown into a quiet lake, transparent ripples of energy spread throughout the sky, running through till a few miles away. However, the dull state lasted for merely an instant before the two frightening energies violently erupted in the sky.

BOOOOM!!! A roar of thunder abruptly blasted in the sunny sky. Deafening, loud, startling.

The fire pillar and the flame breathe violently collided, unleashing an uncontrolled and frightening energy. At the point of contact, ripples seemed to appear in the air.

But, each of them knows that this wasn’t anything special, thus, amidst the fluctuating magic power, Bang! Bang! Bang! Countless afterimages appeared as the winged tiger king and Allen clashed several times in the whirling storm of magic power. Their speed reaches the pinnacle, explosions after an explosion occurred in the air.

However, even once neither had gained an upper hand!

Allen frowned a bit as his hand turned into sharp dragon claws slashing forward. Ice cold energy was formed at the left claw while fiery blaze burned at the right claw.

Clank! Clank!

The sharp claws that can easily tear apart steel, slashed at the body of the Winged Tiger King, creating a clear sound in midair. However, the flashing slashes of the claws only left a number of white scars. These white scars were present for a short moment before they disappeared.

“Oh?!” It didn’t leave a single wound at the monster king’s body at all.

Ignoring the ordinary attack from its opponent, the Winged Tiger King swung its head, shooting a strong large crimson flame about half a meter in size from its mouth.

In this, Allen only sweeps his leg in the air and several flame cold and lightning arcs shot out, canceling the monster’s attacks.

BOOOM!

“Gu—!?” A sudden explosion and the winged tiger king were sent flying backward.

However, Allen was also not unharmed. He was also pushed back by seven to eight steps from the impact, and he nearly staggered down. Half of his face was red with blood coming from his forehead as a severe cut appeared on it. His left arm broken and dangling to his side, he seemed to have injuries all over his body.

The worst part was his arm as his flesh and blood were in terrible shape. Burnt black and blood seeped continuously from it. One can even see a white thing protruding from his mangled arm—bones. His arm was wounded with its bones already showing—giving a terrible appearance.

The blood dripping on the ground squirmed, turning into small poisonous insects and snakes.

“Befitting of a monster...!” This time, the prideful winged tiger king was truly a little dumbfounded.

In that earlier strike, not only did it use seventy percent of its overall power, it had even used origin to strengthen its attack and yet, it did not really expect Allen to actually block that as well…

It was even pushed back from the impact, losing in that exchange of blows.

How terrifying…!

Origin.

It was the highest and purest form of mana that only High God can possess and utilize. It’s destructive power, strength and force were hundred times higher than normal mana.

It was the power of God… the real essence of the world!

The winged tiger king could utilize origin because; it was already a peak Mid God and was on the verge of breaking through to High God! Sadly, although it only needed a few years of cultivation to successfully broke through, it can only now be considered as a pseudo-High God and thus, can only utilize a small amount of Origin.

Being struck by that kind of force with Origin, most Mid Gods would certainly fall from the sky, fatally injured –probably even trigger an instant death.

And yet… this guy actually managed to block most of the Origin force and protect himself from near death. How crazily absurd!

It was a nightmare!

If the opponent was the same level as him, or at least a late Mid God, it would be able to accept it. But not only was the opponent still a Lesser Deity, it still hasn’t reached the realm of Mid God! How is this possible…?

This feeling was like a fierce tiger pouncing on a little cat, only to find himself unexpectedly struck away by the little cat.

What a monster!

“What was that destructive power… if I didn’t notice it immediately; half of my body would certainly be blown away.” Allen steadied his body’s aura and said with his eyes narrowed.

Crackle! Crackle! Lightning sparks surrounded Allen’s body, especially his arm and under the winged tiger king’s complicated gaze, it slowly recovered and healed itself.

If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.

Even the bones mended perfectly. In less than five minutes, the wounds on Allen’s body completely disappeared and there was not even a trace of blood. Even the windbreaker Allen was wearing has been fixed and was good as new!

The winged tiger king’s entire person stood in a stupor while looking at Allen’s completely fixed appearance as if those sorry state from earlier was just an illusion, and didn’t recover from its shock for quite a while.

Damn! This monster was an anomaly!!

There were many freaks and eccentric among Monster Kings that it had acquainted with but this was the first time for it to encounter as an aberration as this!

Is meeting this abnormal a good thing for it…?

Of course, Allen didn’t share the same thoughts as the winged tiger king. That monster’s attack was incredibly overbearing. Even though he forcefully blocked it just now, he still suffered some grave injuries, though forget about his outer appearance—his internal injuries suffer the worst!

If not for him activating [ Lifeless Physique ] at the right moment, he would certainly die or at least faint from that attack! The pain was tremendous, above that of he could endure. Fortunately, he had [ Lifeless Physique ] that made his internal organs unnecessary for him to live, as well as erasing the pain.

Thus, he had managed to maintain his calm appearance and not show any weakness to the winged tiger king, until his [ Flawless Restoration ] can be fixed everything. Of course, his [Flawless Restoration ] wasn’t that outwordly Overpowered and it cannot fix the damage in his internal organs as easily and fast as his arm and outer body.

Well, not that it was necessary since he had already activated his [ Lifeless Physique ], no matter how much pain assaulted him, he wouldn’t be able to feel it. Of course, that also the same goes with his ignorance of how much damage his body had suffered.

Normally, this would be dangerous –but since his [ Flawless restoration ] that was continually working overtime –he wouldn’t mind it for the meantime.

But that doesn’t mean, he would let himself suffer another blow no matter how weak they are. Just as the saying goes, ‘Little strokes fell great oaks,’ continuous damage will break his body apart!

As for his magic power, Allen wasn’t worried about it anymore. Ever since he had assimilated with the Bennu and the Ice Queen’s essence, his life force, as well as his mana, had increased significantly. Although he was still suffering from the Death Mask’s curse, with his spare magic power, he was still comparable that of an Emperor Realm and with his incredible control, he can be a bit more…

With his unique physique, his mana regeneration had increased and was now terrifyingly fast as it was comparable to an innate magical being which was that of natural magic monsters. He only took more than 8–10minutes to fill up to 20% of his mana.

Even with all of these, still… Power… strength… speed… with all his skills and abilities stacked together, he could only barely contend. So this is a Celestial Monster King…?

Up until now, Allen surmised that Hanjin was the strongest monster he had met up until now…

Allen floated in the air with a white glow beaming down from the sky. It looked like a giant spotlight shining on him. Golden lightning filled his body and his aura was getting more and more powerful.

At this moment, the winged tiger king finally couldn’t take the battle casually and acknowledge Allen as a real enemy!

“You are indeed powerful, much powerful than I had ever imagined.” The winged tiger king stared at Allen with an ominous gleam. “Although I didn’t know all the Monster Kings in this world but you are the first Monster King I acknowledge as a real monster… really, I just wonder what kind of being are you…!”

“… …” The corners of Allen’s mouth moved, revealing a touch of a very slight smile. At this moment, he seemed like a snow lotus on a mountain stepping down from its summit, with an unsurpassable cold and clear aura.

Like an aloof celestial being that always stood alone, leaving behind worldly life, his black windbreaker floated and turned over, drawing arc after arc in mid-air. The golden arcs of lightning added to his mysteriousness, but also alienated him from other beings.

“I had also been long forgotten, just what I really am.” He shrugged. “A God, a Human, a Monster, a Demon… I was called as such… but nothing seemed a fitting description of what I am now.” Allen grinned. Then, his eyes gleamed and his aura exploded.

“Even still, I had already lost interest in knowing that for a long time already—as long as I know who I am and what do I live for, that is enough for me!”

“That is enough to describe what I am!” Allen muttered with a cold but proudful voice.

“… …” The winged tiger king stared at Allen for a moment before it spoke again; “It seems that I am left with no other option but to use all my power to defeat you. Withdrawal is not an option anymore. We had met in this world for a reason, but that reason would need me to kill you.”

“… …”

“I don’t know what you are, but one thing I know—you are a monster king that doesn’t belong in this place. An intruder—now I know why I wanted to kill you the moment I saw you—my duty and obligation demanded me.”

“How did you know?” Hearing what the winged tiger king’s sudden words, Allen’s brows furrowed.

Is the World’s Law treating him as a Criminal because of his status as a Monster King of another world…?

If that really happens then, his life would be much more problematic from here on out.

“It’s not that I knew—It would be fine if I hadn’t encountered you as I don’t have any obligation to chase every intruder in this vast world but now that I meet you, I will do my duty that the world had given me…”

“Withdrawing or Retreating isn’t an option anymore. You had been sentenced!” The winged tiger king roared.

“And this, Hanjin, Monster King of the Blood Desert Oasis, shall deliver your deserve punishment—Death! Accept it!!”

“… ?!!” Allen’s pupils narrowed and then he sighs. “I did not wish for this to happen.”

“[ Harsh Wild ]” The Winged Tiger King coldly muttered, then a black fog-shrouded with the range of ten to twenty miles in radius.

The entire forest around the winged tiger king and Allen became as dark as the night, and one would not be able to see the fingers on an extended hand.

“This is…” Allen frowned as he surveyed his surroundings.

“This is my domain… [ Harsh Wild ]…” A voice rang out from somewhere.

The world before Allen’s eyes spun once again. Moments later, the darkness entirely disappeared, and the world around him impressively transformed into a field of deep red.

The scene before his eyes stunned him for a long time.

“What…?!”

Allen actually found himself, not in the usual forest he was just at but an area with many volcanoes.

There was a pungent sulfuric stench surrounding the air. He looked at the burnt ground with a couple of volcanoes, smoke twisting out above them. There were up to 100 active volcanoes with smoke billowing out of them.

There were big and small ones, high and low. It was quite a scene to behold.

But what’s more interesting was that, in this kind of harsh place, a vast and abundant forest actually appeared around him. The leaves were not the usual green but red crimson. The trees seemed like burning if one looks from afar but it was just actually normal red leaves.
