-The Longest Night(2)-
The massive flame dragon floated towards the approaching Shades. As ghost types, they are very weak against fire type attacks as they contain a purifying effect. The flame dragon only touched them once before they burned to death. Kenshin also didn’t remain idle; he slew all the shades that he can reach.
The flame dragon was controlled by his will. It moved as he wished, that’s why he had to constantly on the lookout for any slipped shades. It was only after ten minutes that he was able to kill all the shades that had came out of the gate.
He again contracted on the dungeon and found out that like the second floor, the third floor was now empty. Of course, that would be the case as he had erased all the shades from the existence. He then shifted his sight to the fourth floor.
This floor was crawling with bandaged corpses, in other words, mummies. Right now they were arranged in a neat formation and were walking towards the gate. In front was a rather intelligent mummy who was holding a golden rod in its hand. They will be here in the next ten seconds.
“There's a troublesome one amidst!” Kenshin muttered when he saw the one leading the troop of mummies. This was clearly an intelligent mummy with the ability to command other mummies. But he was not afraid; with his current strength, he could one-shot all of them.
A few seconds later, the gate flickered again as a bandaged corpse holding a golden rod emerged. Behind him was a huge army of bandaged mummies. The lead mummy looked around as if searching for something. Then its eyes landed on Kenshin, who was standing in front of it holding a massive scythe.
“Kyradd” it growled something while pointing its rod towards him.
“?” unable to understand and not interested to do so; he looked towards them without an expression.
Seemingly offended by Kenshin’s lack of reply, the lead mummy slammed the rod in the ground loudly. Several hundred mummies parted from the group and ran towards Kenshin.
Narrowing his eyes, Kenshin threw his scythe into the sky. Then he threw a punch towards the approaching mummies. With his ATK above 6000%, a shock wave was created due to his swing. The shock wave managed to carve a bloody path off the mummies. With just a swing, more than a hundred mummies died just like that!
Pulling his hand back, he again threw another punch. This time it was with his left hand. Like before, another shockwave was created, killing more than two hundred mummies in one shot. At that time the scythe descended, Kenshin caught it with his left hand, then with a twirl he placed it in his shoulders.
“Kwau!?” the mummy with rod frowned. It then slammed the rod in the ground once again. This time, more than five hundred mummies zoomed on him. Kenshin placed the scythe back on his inventory and decided to fight them barehand.
As the mummies neared, he clenched his fist tightly before punching the ground with everything he had. For a second nothing happened, before spider wave cracks appeared around his fist. Before a circle formed around him and the floor inside the circle caved in. A moment later another bigger circle formed around him as the same thing happened again. Within a few seconds, the whole first floor was cracked and caved in, sending those five hundred mummies and another thousand extra to ground.

The notifications popped one after another, but he didn’t give it any attention. He would check it out later. Right now he mustn’t let these monsters to slip past him.
Currently, the whole first floor was reduced to rumbles after Kenshin’s full powered attack. Rocks and debris were scattered everywhere haphazardly. A massive hole has formed where his fist landed as it was the epicenter of the attack.
Using his strength, Kenshin jumped out of his self-created hole. ATK can also be converted to STR, hence having a huge ATK was also mean having huge STR. Using his high STR Kenshin can also increase his AGI to an astonishing degree.
Deciding to go on the attack, he glared towards the remaining thousand or two mummies who had survived his all-out attack earlier.
Suddenly he vanished from his spot, following which a very loud sound was heard. His AGI was above 300 initially, added with his STR boost, his speed surpassed that of sound. Due to this, he had managed to break the sound barrier, hence the loud noise.
With a loud noise, he appeared in the middle of the mummies. They were low intelligence beings in the first place, it’as no wonder that the sudden appearance of Kenshin elicited no reaction of them even though he had appeared with a bang, literally. Kenshin just simply swiped his hands amidst the hoard. A concentrated air pressure was created before transforming into a lethal shockwave. The shockwave traveled on its path unobstructed while shredding the as many mummies in its path. He then lifted his right leg, before sending a kick towards another hoard.
By now the mummies, especially the one with the rod became aware of his existence among them. The shock wave from his kick had killed another hundred of them. Finally, the one with the rod decided to fight with Kenshin.
It pointed its golden rod towards him; a large amount of white and black bandage-like cloth appeared out of nowhere and wrapped tightly around him. The bandage circled around him thrice before it stopped. As of right now, Kenshin looked like a mummy himself. The purpose of the bandage was to restrict Kenshin, it also had another function. It sucked away Kenshin’s life force, in other words, his HP.
But he wasn’t afraid. Due to his title bonus, he was receiving 50% less effect of all attacks, add to that his above 4000 HP. At the rate his HP depleting, it would take forever for him to die. With an action that resembled flexing of muscles, he tore away all the bandages from his body. During this time, the mummies were crazily attacking him, but none of them were managing to deal him any damage.
“Hmph!” with a snort, he killed another hundred mummies surrounding him. Turing around, he set his sights on the leader mummy. Currently, it was running towards a hoard of zombies that were recently spawned.
Just as he was about to give it a chase, the gate near him spasmed again. Kenshin stopped on his tracks and stared at the gate intently. With clinking noise, a large number of armored skeletons descended from within. They were the inhabitants of the fifth floor of the dungeon, The Shogun Skeletons. Leading them was clearly an intelligent Shogun Skeleton. Their strength lied in their formations. These skeletons were no different from an ordinary skeleton, but they follow the rules of the military.
As weird as that sounds.
Each of these monsters was dressed in old time armors and held a rusty katana, hence the name of Shogun Skeleton.
Seeing this, Kenshin realized that he might not be able to keep all of them inside anymore. Some of them were bound to slip by.
‘Suguro, I hope you are prepared!’
