“Overdrive Punch!” Joy shouted before his body enveloped in strands of thunder. Making a swirl in midair, he slammed his fist on to the midsection of the dragon. Chiba came around that time and sent a few ice javelins toward’s the same spot where Joy had punched.
“Hya!” with a shout, Ena slammed her hammer into Chiba’s half penetrated javelins, making them dig even deeper. Suddenly the javelin that she hit her hammer into started to glow yellow before a ‘chichi’ sound came from them. Seeing this, Ena screamed everyone to back away, as they did so, not even a second later, a huge explosion occurred, creating mushroom clouds that went on towards the sky.
Boom!!
But that's not the end of it, another bigger and stronger explosion occurred, creating another mushroom cloud.
Standing a few meters away from the dragon, Kenshin narrowed his eyes and saw the dragon’s HP had fallen below 50% with this blow. Nodding to himself, he looked at the other dragon that was relentlessly attacking a group of hunters made up of a perfect party, that means, a tank, an assassin, a mage, and a thief… sort of. Even so, they were still disadvantaged due to the ariel nature of the monster.
“Let me give you a hand,” Kenshin muttered under his breath, before pointing his fingers towards the dragon’s wing before charging the same Plasma Blast and Starfall Dominion combo, he was aiming to make it fall to the ground like before. But it seems, the creature had seen its companions’ fall at his hands, and thus was ready to evade it on a moment’s notice.
Unfortunately, it still underestimated the speed of Kenshin’s Plasma Blast that traveled at near light-speeds. The plasma blast went through its black wings, although the plasma blast was blocked, there was no way to block the absolute attack [Starfall Dominion].
Roar!!!
The dragon replica screeched loudly before it’s uniform flying was interrupted.
“It’s falling down!! Everyone concentrates on the wound on its wing. Bring it down!!” Suguro shouted, before all the hunters who were above at least level 80 concentrated their attacks on the creature’s wing. Earlier, Suguro had seen how disastrous these creatures were to those who had yet to reach level 100; therefore, he had made all the hunters who were yet to reach at least level 80, return back to the edge of the battlefield. There was some dissatisfaction among some hunters, but when they carefully observed the might of the beats they were fighting just now, they carefully kept their mouths shut.
They considered it a miracle that they even survived the first half of the fight without fatally wounded. That’s why, after the filtration, only a scant few, probably around 30 or so, hunters left who were confronting the dragons. Even among them, a few had to retire due to heavily wounded, leaving a handful of hunters who were confronting the three dragons.
Before Kenshin’s arrival, the situation looked very grim. A few hunters even gave up any hope of a turnaround, after all, their side had already eaten losses after losses, while they had yet to inflict permanent damage on those disgusting dragons. But, even in this abyss of despair, they finally saw in the form of two massive hands that killed a dragon effortlessly, as if it was nothing but a bug.

Even before they could get over the shock, they saw another dragon falling from the sky due to what looked like a laser attack before a group of hunters ganged up on it and were still doing numbers on it. This was yet another surprise to them.
“Did our help finally arrived?” a hunter under Suguro’s command asked tentatively as he observed the group of hunters as well as the one who stood, holding a sword in his hands leisurely. There was a not a shred of hastiness on his expression as if everything was under his control.
“Yeah, it arrived indeed. Why are you guys dillydallying? He had given us a chance, why aren’t you guys attacking it while you can?” Suguro’s shout was followed by a huge battle cry before the remaining hunters concentrated on the haphazardly flying dragon, who would fall at any moment. Before Suguro too dived into the battle frenzy, he discreetly gave Kenshin a thumbs up to which he nodded and returned with another.
Then he turned back and saw Joy and others were nearly done with the monster they were handling. The dragon replica’s HP was at an all-time low, with just less than 1% remaining. He knew the biggest contributing factor of this outcome was his two zombie minions, whom he had given two strongest skills at his disposal.
Then he pointed his fingers at the sky before firing another plasma blast towards the ruptured wings of the dragon, who was trying its hardest to survive. The plasma beam went through its already destroyed wing and made the previous hole wider. As he did so, the dragon could no longer support itself and dived down towards the ground while erratically flapping its wings throughout the way.
Kenshin then pointed his palm towards it, as a flame pillar burst out of his body before transforming into a huge hand with protrusions on it. He grabbed the falling dragon, before slamming it on the ground with all his strength. As he did so, a huge carter created on the ground before fissures formed. But he wasn’t done, the flame hand that caught it suddenly started to shine brightly, before a huge explosion, not unlike the two before occurred.
BOOM!!!
The mushroom cloud formed from it reached the sky, as for the hunters, they could only stare at the scene with bewilderment. Narrowing his eyes, Kenshin saw the creature’s HP was only reduced by some 40%. Shaking his head, he raised his hands above his head as he concentrated. He suddenly had a bright idea om how to use his skills, which allowed him to manipulate its shape at his will. Besides, he also had a shapeshift skill, he wanted to try out some ideas.
Purple flame exploded out of his body before gathering above his head, gradually taking the shape of a huge long sword, around 10 or so meters. The purple sword hung atop his head like a sword of Damocles and gradually solidified. With the help of [Shapeshift], Kenshin gave the sword a solid form. He wanted to see if this could make his magic created objects do physical damage together with magical damage or not.
It took a few seconds to do so. after the sword’s completion, he pointed his index finger towards the middle of the still-rising mushroom cloud. The sword moved under his command and gradually entered into the cloud that blocked everyone’s view. Narrowing his eyes, Kenshin pointed his fingers down.
Suddenly the earth trembled as if an earthquake occurred, before everyone’s eyes grand fissures occurred, splitting the ground apart. Kenshin then raised his fingers up again, and down. Another earthquake occurred, but this time no fissures formed. The gathered hunters finally understood what’s happening. This hunter was carefully controlling that massive sword to attack the fallen dragon.
Kenshin’s vision was although blocked. His system’s wasn’t. He carefully observed the HP bar on his screen, as a frown marred his face. The massive sword failed to deal any significant damage to it. Each attack only dealt a few thousands of damage, compared to its massive bar, that damage was nothing.
‘Shapeshift, fire,’ Kenshin mumbled under his breath, changing the outer frame of the purple sword into that of a hot molting fire. Currently he used shapeshift for two things, one to give the purple sword a solid form in hopes of dealing the creature some physical damage. The second shapeshift was to transform the edge of the sword into hot molding fire, so that outer layer of the creature couldn’t block it.
The fire was absolute kryptonite to them.
