“Disgusting!” Lily’s baritone voice came like a blizzard in cold weather, freezing the mellow mood in an instant.

How can you think about ditching work?” as if having a bunch of piled of stress, Lily started to rain down her anger on a guilty looking Yuki.

“I can leave that to those perverted old men and baldy Ke” Yuki said with unusual seriousness.

‘Yuki…you…Ah! I am speechless.’ Shaking his head, Kenshin could only see the two quarreling with a straight face while holding in laughter. He also felt bad for those so-called perverted old men and that baldy Ke.

At the same time, he ran his hands through her hair, feeling their silkiness in between his fingers. Yuki blushed at this before anger flashed in her eyes when she remembered Kenshin’s ability.

“Wait a moment, speaking of ability, you didn’t tell me about having such a mysterious ability like controlling time?” Kenshin caught off guard by her question before letting out an embarrassed laugh.

“Its because you didn’t ask me about it. Besides, it wasn’t controlling time. It’s a little different than that.”

“What’s the difference?”

“I don’t know. I just awakened this ability recently.”
