-Vol 4: To The North Pole!-
-LUCK!!-
Kenshin used every ounce of his stamina and energy to run out of that place. He knew that after knowing that the pentagram was destroyed, the member of Golden Skull will lose it and would fight in a frenzy without a care for anything else. With his measly strength, he gets caught in the crossfire, not even bones would be left.
A few minutes after he started to flee from there, he realized how correct was that decision was, for the whole area up to a few hundred meters was enveloped in a black aura. After that followed loud explosions that seemed as if it rocked the whole area. Had he been in that area, death was sure shot for him.
It was not until he reached a few thousand miles from that cave that he came out of the ground. Wiping away some imaginary sweat, he looked towards the direction of the cave, he could still see the black mass that covered the area.
“Damn, these peoples are real monsters! their auras are able to change the environment around them…sigh…when can I have such power?” Kenshin wondered as he sighed in longing. With the type of enemies he was facing and would be facing in the future, such strength was necessary to remain alive.
After a few seconds of sighing, he finally regained his composure and pulled out his map to see how far was the next pentagram point.

In a secluded place, a cloaked individual was sitting on a rock, with his/her legs crossed as he/she was meditating. The rock was not any normal colour, for it was pure red in color like a ruby while black runes were across it in the shape of a large pentagram that goes beyond the rock and drawn on the ground. Although the room he/she was sitting was completely dark, there could be seen at least hundreds of small blue flames flickering.
Suddenly his/her head jerked as he looked towards a particular direction, and noticed in a row of five flames, two were no longer present while the other three was close to dying.
“This!! What’s happening? Why did these fires suddenly became so weak? What's happening? Shit!! Two of them has already died!? I must inform it to the master…something bad has happened!” the voice was very feminine, indication that it belonged to a female. The lady them stood up and ran towards another direction while repeatedly muttering ‘shit’. Had she looked closer, he would have noticed that not only three but the flames in the whole left side of her were gradually dimming as if they would go out any moment.

The lady ran with her full speed along a dark corridor and finally reached an open room. Inside the room, two other people were wearing the same cloak as her, loitering around.
“Everyone, something terrible has happened. The connecting dimensional flames were looking lifeless, and two already died. Inform master as soon as possible, something bad was going on as we speak.” the lady hastily shouted out orders.
A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.
“What? Are you speaking the truth?” one of the cloaked individuals who was laying on the ground suddenly woke up as if there was fire on his ass and asked.
“of course I am, if you don't believe, why don’t you check yourself?” the lady rebuked with an annoyed tone.
“I am not saying that you are not telling the truth, but the event itself is something that shouldn’t happen so I just couldn’t believe it. sorry if it hurt your feelings.” The man from earlier apologized.
“I understand. Please inform master as soon as possible, he must know about this.” the lady’s tone becomes softer as she heard him apologizing.
“Of course, I am going now.” The man said and ran out hastily.
“I hope nothing bad had happened!” the lady muttered as she saw out the man, after that she ran back into the room, not knowing that there was a huge surprise waiting for her when she comes back.

It was finally at this moment that Kenshin believed in his 200+ luck that until today was sitting idly on his stats screen. After running away with his life, Kenshin started tracking the next pentagram point. After reaching there, he discovered that, like the previous point, this pentagram was also guarded by someone, but the thing was the one who was supposed to defend this point was currently a few km away from his spot. Upon further investigation, and that was after destroying that pentagram, of course, he discovered that the person was engaged in a fight against two individuals.
It was the second time today where he had done nothing except reaping benefits. Its like meat pies were falling on his lap. At first, he thought it was a coincidence, but when the same thing happened when he began searching for the fourth point, he finally believed in his luck.
There was also a guard here, but the point was that that guard was busy against two people as well. But unlike the last two times, the fight was happening closer to the place where the pentagram was located, making it very difficult for Kenshin to sneak in there and destroy it.
He had already wasted thirty minutes in thinking how to get close enough to destroy that thing, but he couldn’t come up with anything that would accomplish his task without exposing him.
Standing a few hundred meters away from where the fight was taking place, Kenshin observed in silence. Unlike the fight he had seen the first time, this one was not that blood boiling or majestic. Nonetheless, it was also a fight for powerhouses. Watching it will also benefit him.
This time, the opponent of the cloaked person was a pair of women. One was using sabres as her weapon while the other was dressed up like a witch, holding a wand in her hand. Her dress containing a long black cloak accompanied by a pointed hat. With big glasses on her eyes, she had perfectly pulled the witch look of a certain movie he had seen.
As he watched the perfect coordination between the two women, with one fighting aggressively while the other supporting her, Kenshin realized the advantage of having an ally while fighting a powerful enemy.
‘If only I had someone like that helping me, I wouldn’t have to do anything sneakily. We together would be enough to shake our enemies…wait to shake!! That’s it!!!” as he was thinking of something trivial, a sudden inspiration hit him at the force of a speeding train.
Didn’t he copied a very powerful skill recently and had it levelled up to a very high degree! Besides wouldn’t that skill be a killer when used together with his Burrow? Kenshin was exactly thinking about using Shake with the conjecture of Burrow. Shake was a skill that hacks into earth’s natural vibration and messes it up, causing massive earthquakes as a result. What if he used that skill inside the earth itself? Wouldn’t the effect be doubled?
Behind the helmet, a grin spread across his face. Yes, that could work!
‘Unless I try how would I know if it works or not? If it really works, then I might not have to expose myself…’ thinking of such, Kenshin steeled his resolve and used Burrow to get into the ground.
He had to make this gamble.
