Chapter 807 — Insights Whilst Meditating

Insights Whilst Meditating

Heian Ciemnosc arrived at the same zone and landed on his feet for the second time. He basked in the relaxation of the green plains with the nearest trees between 2,000 and 3,000 kilometers to the west and east, before finally looking down at his feet. His darkest eyes seemed to look at something. Then, when Heian Ciemnosc opened his lips, the ground shook a little before a tiny leaf sprouted from underneath. “Why are you hiding still? Don't want to greet me? Come out for me. It's time!”

Pup!

The leaf was less than a baby’s pinky tip long. It was so tiny and baby-like that only Heian Ciemnosc, not even Halonso, knew how terribly into the Divine Kingdom’s soil they were connected. The leaf shuddered at Heian Ciemnosc’s shout. It tried rising into the air, to grow bigger, but it couldn’t.

Just when it was becoming hectic, Heian Ciemnosc lifted his right arm and extended it forwards as his sleeve opened, along with the overly pale skin of his wrist. Dark blood seeped out of Heian Ciemnosc’s wrist. It all fell on the leaf, which insanely trembled before starting to absorb it.

Wuuuuub~.

The leaf began growing at a visible, naked eyesight. From its diminutive proportions, it quickly grew to the size of an adult’s torso. Then, the leaf became as large as an ordinary tree when it finally grew its trunk. As the leaf continued to grow, with Heian Ciemnosc leaving a 2 meters deep pool of his dark blood with a diameter of 100 meters around the tiny sapling, he stepped backwards and lifted his arms.

The [All-Devouring Force Chronicles] easily replenished Heian Ciemnosc’s dark blood, effortlessly and rapidly. As long as he wasn’t doing something else, it wouldn’t even take more than 10 seconds for Heian Ciemnosc to replenish half his dark blood. Besides, his Dark Energy also helped and spread it around the drunk sapling.

“These few thousand kilometers will be enough for now,” Heian Ciemnosc said as his Dark Energy flew into the air and rapidly turned into inscriptions. His 3 power sources were at work, with the surrounding world as his canvas. Everything became engulfed by the dark inscriptions as the tree continued to grow to several dozen meters long and a few meters in diameter.

The dark blood continued being consumed, while Heian Ciemnosc made a shovel out of the ground’s mud and began digging. He first did so around the tree, as it continued to grow and Heian Ciemnosc didn’t want it to spread cracks outside the array formations he just inscribed.

Then, he started making several holes throughout the few thousand kilometers his dark array formations comprised. The perimeter was set, and despite a tree already growing past a few hundred meters in height, the world outside this perimeter only saw Heian Ciemnosc and the holes he dug in the ground.

After making many of these, Heian Ciemnosc walked to the perimeter and started digging again. This time, he focused on only the south. The inner perimeter would be his organization’s individual territory, while the outer perimeter in the south the testing grounds.

There, everyone will be tested according to his standards. They would only be allowed to see the tree after becoming a member of his organization. Heian Ciemnosc began his hard work there. The training ground was dug over 20 square kilometers to the south, and with a depth of 5 meters. A few days after, Heian Ciemnosc finished the digging before beginning building.

The materials he took with his very own hands during his trips here and there were placed out of his Covert Space bags as his array formations and furnace were prepared to work their wonders. After a few days, the materials were finished, and Heian Ciemnosc had already begun building his testing grounds as the world was oblivious to the happenings around here.

Not only because of Heian Ciemnosc’s array formations, but the utmost center was a sort of taboo. There used to be another organization a couple of tens of thousands of kilometers up north from where Heian Ciemnosc was building his organization’s inner territory.

With that organization, a Dynasty, the Vrida Region formed 14. However, situations arose. This Dynasty wanted the Vrida Region to let go of the conflict between organizations, especially of those within the same territory. That was fine, of course. Although half the other organizations were bothered by this, it was nothing.

However, the Dynasty’s dealings with the forest people were much better than any other organization. Little by little, they were practically willing to step out of their homes just to visit the Dynasty’s inner territory. When the 13 organizations believed the Dynasty to have become their master, they found enough reasons and declarations to gang upon it.

This happened during this Change, of which even the youngest civilians knew about, speaking with some pity, loss, and fear at the mines. The Dynasty never had a chance. Soon after it was banished of life, another organization formed in the small western territory. This one was pretty new, and with it, they once again formed 14 organizations.

A few weeks later, Heian Ciemnosc finished the training grounds. It had a metallic, chrome blue color inside out on the walls and roof, but its floor was obscure gray with smooth flooring. It had thin pillars, which gave entrance and exit to the outside in a semi-open fashion. Once finished with that, Heian Ciemnosc began working the buildings within the inner territory.

Not too long after he began, just a couple of months later, Heian Ciemnosc was revisited by his pet and mount. Alejandro couldn’t help much, besides downsizing and preparing the foundation and columns or pillars. Evans had better use of his body, and with his lovers and children, they quickly aided in the construction of the organization’s inner territory.

Finally, nearly 6 months later, Heian Ciemnosc and his Fauna had finished building everything. From Fauna to Craftsmaking. Of course, an organization’s vital structures were also there, but there was no central building.

Instead, sitting before the no longer continuously growing tree, now at 4,000 meters tall and 100 meters in diameter, was a stone cottage. It was 40 square meters and was only 4 meters tall. It had a door frame 2.6 meters tall and 1 meter wide. Its exterior was pale gray and looked peculiarly ghostly, with the door frame obstructing sight from inside with strange darkness.

It was only a few meters before the towering tree, on its south, which was the tallest in the Vrida Region. Its interior was purely black, with a few separate rooms. Among them, one had a bed to spend time, and another was the meditation room where Heian Ciemnosc planned spending most if not all of his time during the organization’s First Step lifetime.

At the eastern, southern, northern, and western entrances, they welcomed and would guide the members of the organization in a few hundred meters long path with black fences at the sides into the inner territory. A letter stood 8 meters tall at each entrance, standing just before the perimeter of the array formations. It read…

Forbloffende Traes Sect.

This was the moment Heian Ciemnosc had waited for, endured, and learned enough of the world before finally becoming confident enough in bringing the definitive organization into the world. His organization.

Naturally, there was only 1 member, without counting the Fauna. Heian Ciemnosc was the Sect Master of the Forbloffende Traes Sect. Thus, the Forbloffende Traes Sect was founded in the Change’s 563rd year, 1st month, 1st week, and 6th day.

Everything had just started…

The Sect’s buildings were as follows: The Servant Quarters were at the southwest but near the center. They were approximately 140 square kilometers, and they were meant to be the first little baby step in the new members’ path to cultivation.

It included 300 meters tall walls as its perimeter. The Book Instruction building, which had a strange variety of writings and records which Heian Ciemnosc personally rewrote for the Servants. These either were meant to provoke thoughts in the Servants, or teach subtly teach them. They could also learn combat or mental state before cultivating or managing to refine their first strand of pure energy into Power Energy.

The Servant Task Delegation building, where those with higher or older status will gain a position and will provide the Servants their tasks. For now, it could only work automatized, as the Sect was empty.

The Supervisor Quarters were meant for Outer Sect Disciples, but those were also empty. They would supervise the Servants, with each such precincts within the Servant’s Quarters located to manage from 10,000 to a couple of hundred thousand Servants. Once again, these were empty, so it didn’t matter.

The Body Testing building, where the Servants could understand their body more and learn what was efficient for them, perfect for them, even if not for others. They could also learn their probabilities of becoming an Outer Sect Disciple. If their potential showed exemplary results, they would be sent to be tested immediately.

The medical bay and the training grounds were for treating the Servants, and so they could practice anything they’ve learnt. Be it by themselves or with others’ knowledge imparted on them, as guidance or mistake. There were also diners, where these non-cultivators could replenish their energy.

Lastly, their housing is for 16 million people. Their residences are as tall as 800 meters, with each floor consisting of 8 meters high. There were only individual beds, but there were no rules about not bringing anyone to live there with them. However, everyone’s bedroom was still in their names, and they must take care of it.

The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

Furthermore, Servants get 10 silver coins and 1 Inferior Powerful Stone per month. However, those 80 years old or older must pay a rent of 20 silver coins per month. No lazy bums were allowed.

The Disciple Quarters were located in the inner territory’s southeast corner. It was 400 square kilometers long, with 150 square kilometers for Outer Sect Disciples, 100 square kilometers for Inner Sect Disciples, and 50 square kilometers for Core Sect Disciples. The remaining 100 square kilometers were for training grounds, Book Instruction, Mission Delegation, Disciplinary Quarters, Body Testing, medical bay, training grounds, diners, and paid cultivation, meditation, or Craftsmaking rooms.

Additionally, there were the Outer Promotion, Inner Promotion, and Core Achievement buildings, which were for the disciples of the Sect who looked to, or were getting promoted to the higher step in the ladder.

Likewise, the Exemplary Fauna, Crystal Garden, and the Weaponry & Armor Storage were for what their names implied. Renting Fauna for inner territory travel, or even buying mounts and pets. Renting a spot in the well-kept, enormous gardens to grow a piece or several stalks of flora with the Craftspeople’s help or by oneself, or directly buying them. Lastly, they could get even Mortal weapons and pieces of armor with slight Elemental affinity or those with increased slightly speed or planing in the air with small array formations.

Lastly, there were the Merit Trade and Universal Trade buildings, where the disciples could exchange things with their merit points for anything in the ‘golden lists’ of the Sect. From alchemy products to even just posting a looking-for-a-lifelong partner notice, where only those who exchange merit points first can read. To exchanging their currency with the rest of the Neutral Existences. All things through the latter were analyzed by the Sect’s array formations for safety measures.

These were meant to hold about… double the capacity that a First Step Sect would have for its military forces. Either way, everything was perfectly built. Their walls were 400 meters tall, just slightly more than the Servant Quarters, but with array formations added within.

The Outer Sect Disciples receive 10 Inferior Powerful Stones but have a rent of 50 silver coins per month. The Inner Sect Disciples receive 100 Inferior Powerful Stones with a rent of 400 silver coins per month. The Core Sect Disciples gain 400 Inferior Powerful Stones with a rent of 800 silver coins per month. Their Stones cannot be exchanged for anything, except merit points.

Moreover, the Outer Sect Disciples must take on 1 mission every 3 months; the Inner Sect Disciples 4 missions, and the Core Sect Disciples 10 missions, at the very least. Or else, they’ll no longer receive any payment, not even missions, for a hundred years. They can leave anytime they want, but never return. Furthermore, the more missions they take, the higher their evaluation is.

The Throne Halls were the buildings designated for the purple clothed of the Sect. The Throne Halls were at the center of the inner territory, with 800 meters tall walls and 80 kilometers long. These had the Tuition Course, where they could be taught by the older generation, or someone with vaster knowledge. In this case, Heian Ciemnosc was the only one. They could also debate, but it was mainly to learn from one’s seniors.

The Security Quarters belonged to the purple clothed, who wished to take the matters within the inner territory into their hands. The paid for the purple clothed varied depending on what they did, if they wanted to do more than just cultivate and teach others.

The Merit Hall was of similar use to the Merit Trade, but this one was for good things. Not only those that they couldn’t easily buy with their Universal Conveyance or in their Throne Hall’s Universal Trade. Here, even war tools and Arts were exchangeable. Of course, that was for the future, and only 1 Art was in there. But these would be cheaper than in other buildings.

The Mentorship Lobby was to take the Sect’s disciples as one’s personal disciple/s, or teach them there instead of at the Throne Hall, which was more personal. The Concourse Lesson building was to grant all the disciples lessons. Some were free, others weren’t, but the Sect took a small fee from those who required payment to attend the lessons.

The Garden Garth was where the purple clothed could do as they wished with their learned Craftsmaking. It wasn’t limited to alchemy, but the features there were unlike the cultivation, meditation, and Craftsmaking rooms in the Throne Halls. The latter were semi-permanent and rented, but the former was just perfect for any creation. Of course, they had a higher fee per day.

The Assembled Equipment is where the purple clothed can buy their tools and armor. There, everything is top-notch, and they can make custom orders, either for themselves, as a gift, or for their disciples. Mortal weapons are the norm.

The purple clothed receive the same base payment per month, but instead of renting their stay in the Sect, and more, they must keep their activity and contribution to the Sect. They receive 10,000 Inferior Powerful Stones, but they must forge the worth of 10 merit points to the Sect, assign 30 missions at the very least, and lecture at least thrice a month.

Moreover, those in the Security Quarters are paid 4,000 Inferior Powerful Stones extra. Those who make money out of the lessons in the Concourse Lesson have a maximum wage of 300 silver coins or 30 Inferior Powerful Stones, of which the Sect gets 5 Inferior Powerful Stones or 50 silver coins.

Additionally, the ‘most vital’ buildings in the sect were either spread through the inner territory, or were located in intricate, unique spots in it.

The Darkened Treasury was to the northeast of the center, with a foundation 40 meters tall, and 80 square kilometers big. Its main floor is 400 meters tall, with all sorts of items, materials, ingredients, and raw cultivation resources filling everything where the top-notch ordinary weapons didn’t shine.

It had 3 other upper floors. The 1st upper floor is 20 meters tall, with any imaginable top-notch Mortal weapon with Elemental affinity. One can also custom order their own. It is the same for Elemental affinity-armor pieces. There are also high-end First Step pills in it. The 2nd upper floor is 40 meters tall and has all sorts of killing, shielding, escaping tools and talismans of the greatest quality. It also has severely costly pills to break into the Second Step.

Lastly, the 3rd upper floor is 80 meters tall. In this one, there are only Arts. Heian Ciemnosc wrote all these for the numerous disciples in the Sect. There was no worst among them, and the cheapest was 200,000 Inferior Powerful Stones. While the Sect seemed lenient with their disciples’ mission intake, this was enough to bolster them to crazily go out on missions.

How many Arts were in the entire Vrida Region? Yet, this place had countless Arts of all kinds. Furthermore, the array formation and technological system could guide the person to those that they had better synergy with.

The missions were more or less already set, with those pertaining to going outside the Sect, managing the Sect, or helping the purple clothed rewarding the heftiest. The rewards would only increase if the task was too difficult or risky. Besides, the missions from the Region’s settlements were also prepared in case someone wanted to task the Sect with it.

In the west, the arenas were built. These were spread for 60 kilometers in a half moon shape. A couple million of people could fight in all of them at the same time, for any type of battle, with tens of times that amount for spectators in the bleachers. Bets were allowed, but the Sect takes 20%.

Additionally, the inner territory had all the necessities any living being needed, and could give home to 400+ million civilians, citizens, and cultivators without counting the Sect’s members. These were all safely designed so transporting vehicles, aircraft, and cultivators could seamlessly mingle with civilians and citizens.

Finally, the Forbloffende Traes Sect had the military, taking up 1,200 square kilometers, located in the south. It had 5 different sections. The Learning Section, for civilians to become engineers. The Training Section, for civilians to become citizens. The Mastering Section, for cultivators to learn everything about the cultivation world, and how tos. The Military College, where everyone would spend their first years after being accepted as an Outer Core Disciple or higher from nothing, and the Drill Section.

It also counted with small sections for self-study, recruitment, offices, diners, meditation, and mingling. All in all, this was where the disciples would spend their daily lives whenever they ought to learn and couldn’t or wouldn’t meet their Master or a Senior to help them.

It is also where the brand-new citizens and engineers would live before being kicked out of the military dormitories, and rejoin society while traveling to the military daily from that point. Even with pills, the non-cultivators had to continue exerting their potential and smarts.

There were numerous Fauna caretaking and flora alchemy gardening areas of 50 square kilometers each throughout the inner territory, which disciples and some purple clothed would be in charge in the future.

All Sect buildings have obscure gray, smooth floor with tiles whose pattern change every day, week, or month with array formations, depending on their future manager. Their exterior is black, and their interior is smooth midnight black color.

With this, the Forbloffende Traes Sect was founded. Heian Ciemnosc sat in front of his central cottage as he looked at the place he built with his very own hands and his Fauna. He was completely alone, having sent those fellows back to have some fun. He looked at the Darkened Treasury, with its underground storage holding every Inferior Powerful Stone and resource he had gathered since arriving at the Vrida Region.

“…Huu!” Heian Ciemnosc let out a loud sigh before standing up to enter his central cottage. He directly went into his meditation bedroom and sat down cross-legged with his fingers semi-intertwined and intertwined. The silver coins he gained by selling some little stuff in the Universal Conveyance looked safe and shining in the Darkened Treasury’s underground storage.

Heian Ciemnosc immediately entered meditation. He could still feel his body far from being close to the High Dark God, but his battle prowess allowed him to understand the severity of his Godliness after breaking into the Dark Godhood Step. If there was an Ancient God like Celestial Isayid, he wouldn’t lay on the ground defeated, but fight as equals instead.

. . .

30 years passed by.

To become a First Step organization, one needed people and territory. However, one could have people or just territory and be considered a First Step organization. Its progress was what truly mattered, unlike the subsequent Step organizations, who had to meet strict requirements, so the world accepted it as such. It was such a quirky feature of nature, of life.

When a new organization showed in the center, between the 2 forests, the Region overlooked this trying fella. The scouts from the other organizations only saw a new hill formed unnaturally, with some buildings atop, no taller than 30 meters, and placed uglily together. They felt too lazy to fly over there and ask questions, so they returned without knowing there were array formations. The hill was immense, but useless.

The organizations rapidly became disinterested, and the inhabitants didn’t have any sudden interest in yet another organization that might end up joining one of the other 14 organizations. It wasn’t coercion or battles that made the same story repeat itself, but that those new organizations received no help from the others.

If the now newest organization from the 14 hadn’t received their help, it wouldn’t have been founded and stabilized with ample numbers in just a couple of years, as it has experienced.

Yet, that wouldn’t stop some people from wandering near the center, which was taboo enough for the paths across to no longer be visible to even cultivators’ eyes. Some people watched the Sect from afar, bypassing it without blinking an eye. The forest people were curious, but they weren’t interested in another piece of flat, green land.

One young man dejectedly returned from his second and 15th attempt to enter any of the 14 organizations. Straight from the largest territory.
