Arriving
Inside the Frigate, already 1 week away from the Wrath Nihility Academy through portals.
"To all students, prepare to come out in a few minutes," a voice suddenly sounded everywhere in the training room as Heian Ciemnosc sat cross-legged, meditating. Even as he had just finished training, he had rapidly entered into meditation without needing any isolation. When the voice sounded, Heian Ciemnosc's pale eyelids remained low for a minute before sliding up. Heian Ciemnosc looked around at the 'corpses' moaning and saying their last words to their beloved. Even Cari and Elena joined this final sparring session.
Heian Ciemnosc wasn’t merciful to Elena, also beating her up quite a bit. However, with how she leaned on Sakura and Sakura became her pillow, Heian Ciemnosc could see their excitement after sparring ‘a little’ with him. It wasn’t just them. Every CO and Cry felt pain and wanted to recuperate, cursing in their minds. But they were also aware of how much their simplest combat movements had improved with having one sparring session, let alone many.
“Get up, time to go.” Heian Ciemnosc stood up and voiced. His words caused groan after groan to appear in the training room. Heian Ciemnosc halted and looked at his people without caring about their pain. He said. “What are you planning to show the others? I assure you, you’ll meet people on your level once you go there. Every overlord organization is sending their best Broken Crystallization realm cultivators. You’re just a bunch of newbies and will face some younger generation. You may even lose. Is this the face you want me to have?”
“No…” - “Naaah~...” - “Eeggh, no…” - “Team leader, just 5 more-” His COs and the others replied. Heian Ciemnosc sensed Arla walking towards the training room’s entrance and shouted at those lazy bums. “Get up!”
“Ugh…” - “My butt…” - “Team leader, next time, slap my butt, you don’t have to kick it. Don’t worry, Esteban knows you’re trying to hit me and not on me.” - “Yeah, boss, next time, slap my but-” - “Hey!” - “Sorry, Cari…”
With groaning and attempting to put up a front, everyone stood up and did their best to become presentable. They heard the door open, and coupled with Heian Ciemnosc’s words just now, they immediately stiffened and looked at the door as if about to meet an enemy. But it was just Arla who had even banged their team leader right in front of them in the showers and during a couple meals. Yeah, that crazy good girl, bad girlfriend one.
She came walking forward with a smile, hugged Heian Ciemnosc’s neck for a second, and walked in front of everyone else before relaying some news. “We are of the last few batch to arrive. Hundreds of thousands of other overlord organizations have been here for a couple months to decades. How is everybody feeling? We are coming out right now. No staying behind and hiding from the world.”
Everyone felt apprehensive. Even Elena and Heian Ciemnosc, who had the usual yearly competition for resources that the Wrath Nihility Academy gives every student in at least the Spirit Rebirth realm the chance to participate, now became the Academy’s representatives as an overlord organization in a major event organized by Fourth Step organizations. It was a crazy change but an evolution nonetheless.
They felt pretty shaken when they heard hundreds of others like them were here to partake in the event. Of course, most might be First or Second Step organizations, but only a minority should be from the Third or Fourth Step. After all, those who could participate to the end of the event were those of enough cultivation. While those who had enough qualifications could go all the way. Of course, there was a particular chance of death for those who reached the finishing line, but it was to be expected.
“Mn, we’re ready,” Heian Ciemnosc nodded and made Arla turn her body around. She nodded at him and smiled before taking her leave. As she walked out, she waved her arm up in the air at the group and yelled, “Hurry up! Everyone’s already lined up before the hatches. Get to your nearest ones. Ah, Heian Ciemnosc. Biston and Sahnyr said they wanted to hang out with you. I already checked. They are more than ‘free’ minded as the rumors said.”
“...” Heian Ciemnosc formed a little grin, but it was helpless, just how he felt at these moments. He slowly blinked at her and watched Arla’s bum sway as she turned around the corner and the door slid to a close. Slowly turning around after a pause, Heian Ciemnosc saw his wife, lover, COs, and Cari look at him weirdly. Before they could ask, he said with a helpless grin. “Before the sparring session began. I didn’t know she would still eat somewhere else after I was done. Not my fault. She’s just that hungry for dick and twat.”
“Puchi…” - “Cheeky.” - “...” Sakura held a laugh, something rare in her, as the COs looked at her with astounded expressions and shook their heads. Elena ‘berated’ him with narrowed eyes, and Fera looked at everyone as if her mind had been blown. As if the evil world of adults was revealed before her. At least, this meant Fera was doing well in becoming a dainty little lady who would let only his future hubby take her like a toy and engage in the magnificence of lust.
“Let’s go.” For the umpteenth time, Heian Ciemnosc said. And as if they had all recuperated but still felt pain over their bruised bodies, his people started walking out directly. They took some pills and started circulating their Power Energy. Elena was studying with Sakura and studied Sakura in particular. She was dutifully engrossed in knowing the differences between a First Step cultivator and a Second Step cultivator’s Power Energy.
They walked around the Frigate, not taking more than a few minutes to arrive at a hatch as they hopped into a transporting vehicle. Heian Ciemnosc continued to meditate as everyone was excited, in pain, about knowing what a Godly Station looked like. After all, Elena had only seen a few from the distance when she was still a bratty punk and daddy’s little girl. Heian Ciemnosc missed his adoptive Aunt and Uncle and even chatting with his Foster Father. But duty called, and this was a huge opportunity even for himself.
As he meditated with closed eyes, Sakura’s head leaning on his left thigh and Elena leaning her whole body back on the right side of his cross-legged sitting position, he asserted his path’s progress. Everything was almost like before. His stabilization had reached beyond perfect state, but his foundation proved far too challenging to achieve. His rupture with nature was no matter, and he had already taken almost 2 weeks in order to stabilize his cultivation base. According to what Heian Ciemnosc read, experienced during the war, and deduced from the former, this was the allocated time one in the Neutrality realm would need if their foundation before breaking through was shaky.
Heian Ciemnosc’s path was, by far, the most beyond perfect in the entire world, and he was still just in the First Step. One could only imagine what it would be like if anyone else attempted — and for whatever reason succeeded without exploding — what he did and how he did it. He was barely starting to solidify his foundation with this last day of leisure’s sparring session. It could barely be said that Heian Ciemnosc was in the elementary stages of solidifying his foundation.
His cultivation base was perfect now, beyond that, and a few levels more… if anything. But his solidification might take more… so much more time than when he stabilized his path. If anything could comfort Heian Ciemnosc, it was his mighty and unreadable dark Soul. Heian Ciemnosc didn’t know which stage he might be in, but he knew he was the absolute ‘best’ regarding Souls. If anyone with a similar power level faced him, the other party would be met with kicking a metal plate, at the very least.
Rapidly, Heian Ciemnosc met up with a few of Elena’s Crystal Fist Team’s elites and Cari’s fewer elites from his Team. Afterwards, they rushed to the nearest hatch. Heian Ciemnosc’s entourage exited the Frigate, which would naturally remain until the event ended and its crew returned. Namely every student and the few Supervisors in charge of representing them and securing these students’ safety.
… As they did…
“Woah!” - “It’s… so large!” - “My god, this… It’s like we’re inside a City hundreds of times larger than a Large City!” - “Team leader, look!” The COs and others immediately became excited, not just seeing the seemingly endless up and down, endless scenery of half the entire Middle level Space Structure, a Godly Station. There was a digital map to the side where their Frigate. one of many hatch doors, was positioned. Below the digital map, a smallish device protruded from the ground. When they were finished committing it to memory, it went underneath and moved under the floor.
Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
“...” Heian Ciemnosca, the knowledge worm, looked on interested as the first layer of whatever was underneath the whole Godly Station’s floor was unobstructed to his Spirit Sense. Not because he was unique but because this layer was simply left alone. Heian Ciemnosc studied the mechanisms, and tentacle-like metallic tubes with a mixed state between solid and liquid formed and mobilized everywhere. Just as he looked down like a fool, Arla’s shouting voice was heard again.
“Those are for anyone with Spirit Sense to know where to go!” Arla skipped over and balanced her body by softly landing on his, smelling his natural scent with closed eyes, and immediately standing on her own. “Yep, no matter how many men and women I am passed around with, I still like your scent the second most!”
“First is Franky?” - “Yup!” Heian Ciemnosc chatted quickly with Arla before she continued from before, turning around and pointing at the ground. “These aren’t seen everywhere. Only Middle level Godly Stations or above have them. After all, they are too vast, so the important stuff is hidden deeper below, which no one can catch a glimpse of. Besides guiding you, they can also help you detect which place has a helper so they can exchange directly with you. They have the functions of a Universal Conveyance, robotic guide, and communications channel.”
“Ah! For example,” Arla pointed at a robot helper below, and it immediately came towards her. As the helper raised and headed to the surface, Arla spoke in annoyance and a frown on her face. “Ever since I got here, I received many invitations and requests to meet up. I just wanted to see what the app Frank told me about was about. When I read it could help me spend time alone, I ignored everything else and just wrote a bio with my hobbies. Can you imagine the first few minutes of my life after I arrived here? I received so many notifi-”
Beep beep beep, bee beep beep, beep beep beep, beep beep beep…
“...” Heian Ciemnosc’s eyebrows jumped to the highest as the helper gave Arla a small, portable panel still connected to the underground, and whose materials Heian Ciemnosc could never hope to even leave a tiny dot of a spot with a full-out attack on it. But what caused Heian Ciemnosc’s eyebrows to arise so much and remain there for a while was the thousands of pictures and tens of thousands of messages the panel showed to Arla. Every pic was at least 1 dick pick, and some sent the rest. Arla’s eyelids slightly narrowed, but she looked at Heian Ciemnosc as if remembering he existed.
She looked innocent and charming as she lifted her chin to look at him, but seeing his expression, she giggled and closed her messaging box. She continued explaining as Sakura, who knew when, appeared peeking over Heian Ciemnosc’s left shoulder. “Who would’ve known? Right? But that’s what my Franky told me to make good use of. Hehe.”
“Are you really going to meet with some?” Heian Ciemnosc’s eyebrows relaxed, but they were again slightly raised as he asked Arla. She scrunched up her face and shook her head negligibly several times. “Of course not. I did not come here to be used as a toy unless it’s by you and whoever you share me with. It’s a pity your team members are so loyal despite always hearing screeching in their bedrooms at night.”
‘Jealous?’ Heian Ciemnosc exaggeratedly blinked his eyes as he thought. Arla saw this, and eskimo kissed her in frustration as she held her cheeks. Sakura said after their frolicking ended. “Tsk, men are always like this. Look at how much they want you to look. Imagine how sad they’d get after their mood lowers just somewhat?”
“Uhuh?” Arla’s eyes flashed as she looked at Sakura, knowing the other’s sweetest spots and whatnot. Arla asked with a defiant but polite and curious tone. “Then what?”
“I prefer to receive for girls only,” Sakura closed her eyes proudly. Arla narrowed hers and commented. “Only? So you’re okay with getting some dick or just pics on occasion?”
“Hmph, of course not. Only Heian Ciemnosc can be a dick in my eyes. Anything else is a little arm.” Sakura said, and Heian Ciemnosc almost chuckled through his nostrils at the comment. Sakura added, “Besides, women’s breasts and crotches are fabulous, even among cultivators. Wouldn’t you like to receive many pictures from them instead?”
“Hmmm,” Arla’s eyes went from narrowed to relaxed and fully, naturally open. She crossed her arms and started nodding. Upon seeing these unfiltered young women chat it out, Heian Ciemnosc’s alarms rang off. He started backing away. However, Arla caught his coat’s arm and made him look back. She had a casual expression as she flirtily asked him, “Sahnyr and Biston already went on their way. Will you meet with them now, or should I leave them a message?”
“Mn, I will explore around first.” Heian Ciemnosc answered. Arla nodded at him before ignoring him and started to chat with Sakura about women’s body beauty and anatomy. Heian Ciemnosc walked to Elena and chatted a bit before taking a different path, and Fera deciding to follow her Big Brother. Elena had a few hidden Supervisors guarding her, so he wasn’t worried. Besides, with how that Sanz Kingdom treated the Wrath Nihlity Academy, Heian Ciemnosc was already waiting to see the interaction between the Academy and the Obscure Orb Sect. Who knew if more such possible allies could be around.
After bidding farewell and sharing a few tens of thousands of Supreme Powerful Stones with his wife as an allowance, Heian Ciemnosc brought his little beauty under his right arm as she leaned on him, her left arm hugging his lower back. Fera was much shorter than him. She was a genuine 16-year-old, not a behemoth in growth as her Big Bro.
Heian Ciemnosc watched as he walked around a little before taking a speedy vehicle. He had to rent it, paying it with 10 Supreme Powerful Stones. He wasn’t going to buy anything, even if he was interested. He had his list of things he needed, from trying new experiments and creations to ingredients for alchemy so he could heal his Master and Alyona faster.
The speedy vehicle was for 4 people but had luxury seats. Fera was like a little girl, unhindered and spoiled as she played around it. Meanwhile, Heian Ciemnosc drove and kept watching over her as she crawled everywhere as if playing around like a toddler. When she finally regained composure and returned to sit on the co-driver seat, Heian Ciemnosc patted her head partially affectionately.
Fera was thus like a shy, big-brother-adoring younger sister as he drove and looked everywhere. He wasn’t worried about his Spirit Sense being felt. He avoided people from all Races walking around and inside the buildings, studying everything with his Spirit Sense as he went from one place to another faster than any land vehicle he had driven in his life. Fera began asking him about many things as she saw them. Heian Ciemnosc responded to each of them with nearly 100% exactitude.
At last, when Heian Ciemnosc arrived at a portal, he stored the speedy vehicle, taking Fera through it like holding a child’s hand. She was content and glad with his treatment of her. She really… lacked everything in life that Heian Ciemnosc almost did. However, she had a motivative nature, high-spirited, and determined. The latter was shown to him and Elena in the most precarious moments. Even when she wasn’t needed and would have been better if she did nothing, she still chose to partake in their fight. In a sense, she would’ve died anyway, from how things had looked.
Fera didn’t see her Big Bro deal with the situation, but she saw that powerful Flood Dragon pinned down like a fly trapped in one’s palm against a surface. Yet, her Big Brother killed that disgusting man in the end. She wasn’t stupid. Fera was, of course, glad to have such an almighty figure as her sworn relative. In fact, she felt so lucky that she wanted to stay with him forever! However, she still had joined the Obscure Orb Sect first, and she was committed.
Her Big Bro had to wait until she was very stronk, and the Sect valued her many, many lots. Until then, she could be a good girl for a period of time before returning, so she had to enjoy this time the most she could!
“... Ooh, Big Bro! There!” Fera walked with Heian Ciemnosc and held his left arm through the sidewalk. Occasionally, they were observed as a cute couple or family. It didn’t matter as she kept her eyes closed in tranquility as Heian Ciemnosc marveled, looking everywhere even a few hours after arriving here.
Heian Ciemnosc looked in the direction Fera pointed and directly walked over. He had nothing to say about this young girl, seemingly used and uncaring for the Fourth Step infrastructure. Heian Ciemnosc could see a Titan every few hundred meters on the sidewalk that didn’t bother reducing their size, walking among ants without causing trouble, noise, or rumbling. Unless one was a Godly powerhouse and was going all out to shake this place, it wouldn’t happen.
Heian Ciemnosc briefly glanced at the store’s sign, saying ‘Doll Ornament House’ before entering it. When he came in, a female, middle-aged civilian with slightly curly brown hair and skin was actually working. She looked at them and, knowing better but being mistaken, she smiled at them with squinted eyes. “Welcome, ah! Is she your daughter? So pretty~. What would you like? I have anything, from weapon accessories to indoor spaceship items. What would you like?”
“Ah…” Fera felt absolutely embarrassed being called a daughter from someone a couple years older than her. But Heian Ciemnosc interrupted her already melted brain with his right hand, pushing her head against his body. His palm was on her left cheek, and her whole face went beet red after hearing his words. “Oh, yes, she is. She’s such a cutie but very spoiled, too. I’ll let her decide.”
‘Mooouuu~~...’ Fera thought inside her mind as she suddenly became someone’s baby, at last…? She scurried away like a naive kid to search for costly stuff in the store. Meanwhile, Heian Ciemnosc chatted with the auntie, waiting for his ‘daughter’ to return. Life was strange sometimes, ah.
