The Crimsons Sweep Through The Galaxy
4 years. What the Crimsons spent preparing for 20 years, setting off after the Lsefattern Upper Kingdom basked in its light of their Ascension Era, to conquer the Instranoff Middle Kingdom, was 4 years. It would've been more, of course, as always, with the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory if they had not… Of course, the Crimsons wouldn't just invade. The infiltrated special force within acted at the right moment.
As the Middle Kingdom completely fell into war, they mobilized and prepared to stop the Crimson advancement after giving a few inches, intending to keep a few feet away from the Crimsons’ reach. It went well, and despite the loses on their side amounting to several billion, which was an enormous loss to any Middle Kingdom force, even with countless mercenaries. They momentarily held the Crimsons. But in the 3rd year, the special force flipped the switch.
The Instranoff Kingdom’s leading figures were either assassinated or kidnapped. While it was a Middle Kingdom, and the usual limit for these is the Second Step, as a bordering Universe, the world always intended to be ‘generous’ with their set laws and nature. Thus, there were many Third Step inhabitant cultivators in the Kingdom.
Even then, they relied on the mercenaries a lot to keep up with the Crimsons’ numbers. However, when their leading figures were taken from them, they were in slight turmoil. It wouldn’t last more than a couple of months. However, such a thing was deadly against the Crimsons.
Before long, a year passed. During the year, the Crimsons rushed like never before in their lives. They moved with utmost speed, destroying any source of resistance they could find, subjugating anyone who wasn’t an enemy.
Like this, a Middle Kingdom fell to more than a hundred billion soldier units who rapidly spread and conquered Regions with less effort than in the Lsefattern Kingdom. A 2* Region here was like 3 or 4 1* Regions there. Yet, a 2* Region in the Lsefattern Kingdom was like 15 2* Regions here. They had little to no chance of resisting. Anyone who did was massacred, no questions asked.
The world wasn’t too shocked to hear this. After all, the Fourth Step organizations have records of conquering entire galaxies in below 50 years, let alone a measly Middle Kingdom. However, they didn’t have and couldn’t do what the Crimsons could. They didn’t have a citizen army that could attack any cultivator.
Either way, after the Instranoff Kingdom fell, no one managed to escape. The Kingdom was surrounded by the Crimson armada, forming a blockade where every sneaky fellow or gal was captured. Doubtlessly, the majority weren’t from this Universal Land. The rest were traitors who eventually realized their mistake and wished to find somewhere to hole in.
On the other hand, as the Kingdom was conquered, the Crimsons offered a parade. Of the 30,000,000 soldier units the Dynasty, Nation, and Empire could send, only 2 million remained alive. With 1 million belonging to the Dynasty, Heian Ciemnosc kept his word and put the prisoners on sale.
The idea was to let those 3 decide how much they’ll pay for them. Of course, Heian Ciemnosc placed the initial prize high, and the military was allowed to know what these riches would be used for. The Chief’s forces. Thus, they were more hectic to see these prisoners be sold as soon as possible.
When the news of their people being sold reached those 3’s ears, they acted like any haughty Existential Sixth Step organization would. However, after a few days, the Dynasty immediately sent an envoy to buy their people. More than 10,000 of their Dynasty’s members had been bought before that could happen.
On the other hand, the Nation and Empire were too slow to act, believing no one in the world would dare do that to someone wearing their emblem, or even a vassal of their organization. Thus, once the black monster understood the matters of status, he’d be too ashamed to keep selling them. Then, they’d get their members back.
Unfortunately, they underestimated the black monster’s actions. They had influenced the Ossinox Galaxy too much, or even Collariverse Universe entirely. Their sense of victory over a foreign, abusive organization that could easily turn them to dust sent shivers down their spine.
With Heian Ciemnosc’s prison sale, the Nation and Empire acted a little too late. They could only rescue 7,000 and 400 of their members, respectively, at the end. The rest became either slaves, maids, wives, husbands, or breeding tools.
The Est Soul Empire’s people were sold the best. Who didn’t want to have uncommon, half-Soul offspring? They could prepare now, and as their breeding tools became pregnant or impregnated them, they would prepare the future for their offspring, laying a foundation for a new organization. Besides, love could bud anywhere. Not many would use them as slaves though, they were too capable to just become sexual partners and nothing else.
The momentum of the Crimsons only slightly raised with their expected halt after the Instranoff Kingdom was conquered. The world watched, but they didn’t need to, as it was the same as before. The only difference was that a lot of information was leaked amidst the Kingdom war.
With the prospect of the enemy attacking at any time, the Crimson armada remained on the Kingdom’s space territory. Thus, they couldn’t send auxiliary units into space to build orbiting space stations. Besides not being cheap, they could endanger their precious builders.
Thus, the communications jamming and Universal Conveyance ban weren’t too effective. Either way, the world had a closer view of the Crimsons’ ferocity, coordination, and ‘new’ ranks, which created a lot of discussion even after the war ended and the Kingdom’s reconstruction began.
It was a strange thing that the other 3 Kingdoms neighboring the Lsefattern Kingdom had already expected that the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory would also eventually come knocking at their doors before the war ended. They even prepared and bought many mercenaries, whose prize elevated after the Instranoff Kingdom’s mercenaries were left without survivors.
After meeting their demands, with several discussions, the Kingdoms amassed a tremendous number of ‘traitorous’, mercenary cultivators. It was good, but only ‘more’ compared to the Instranoff Kingdom’s forces before they were obliterated by the Lsefattern Kingdom’s forces.
Now that the Crimsons conquered another Kingdom, albeit lesser than an Upper Kingdom, only the Chief knew how much their military force would tremendously rise. It was already a lot with the Lsefattern Kingdom, with about 300 billion rumored soldier units. One just didn’t know if this was the tip of an iceberg or a close call. Only the Chief did…
Yet, those Kingdoms’ thoughts and precautions… weren’t wrong.
About 14 years after the Instranoff Kingdom was turned into a shade of Crimson, the Lsefattern Kingdom’s forces were once again seen flying to another Kingdom. No warnings were needed, if anything, Heian Ciemnosc has given these Kingdoms 154 years after his war declaration. His words had been a little tricky, but now it didn’t matter, his actions were exposed by himself.
This time, it was 1 of the other 2 Upper-classified Kingdoms besides the Lsefattern Kingdom. This one was just ‘behind’ the Instranoff Middle Kingdom, according to the Lsefattern Kingdom’s universal focus. The Portable Memories Upper Kingdom wasn’t expecting to become the next dish so soon. There was another ‘easy’ target closer to the Lsefattern Kingdom, but that didn’t matter to the Crimsons, and the Upper Kingdom was too late to understand that.
Without further ado, the Crimsons showed before the Portable Memories Upper Kingdom, silently displaying their armada’s might, and offered a few words to those in the Kingdom who wished to surrender before destroying the enemy’s space territory.
The Upper Kingdom did their very best. After seeing the Instranoff Kingdom fall with such decisive infiltration taking place, the rest of the Kingdoms were alarmed, and they became overly strict in their measures. However, the Crimsons didn’t bother with it. Instead, they placed their efforts on the land forces again. The Portable Memories Kingdom didn’t have many bodies of water. Although the navy wasn’t that necessary in the Instranoff Kingdom, it was the only way to fully bombard inland.
Thus, for the Instranoff Kingdom's invasion, they were transported there through extra large vessels. On the other hand, the Portable Memories Kingdom’s conquest didn’t move the Crimson’s navy. Their land forces were fully prepared to set their feet in the enemy territory and not leave it until it was crimson’ed with blood. Only then would they deem themselves fit for a short break.
Nevertheless, the Crimson troops became more and more experienced as they moved through 2 Kingdoms. While not everyone fought on the Crimsons’s side since the beginning, they have accompanied the older generations of soldier and auxiliary units since then. The number of elite soldier units increased with time as war continued, not as their territory expanded. The elite soldier units’ increase only meant… a scarier Crimsonbreaking Faction territory.
32 years later, the Portable Memories Upper Kingdom became another extension of the Crimsons’ reach. Heian Ciemnosc was now 300 years old as the Ossinox Galaxy welcomed another Ascension Era expansion. The world and nature didn’t react, allowing Heian Ciemnosc’s actions to go unpunished.
5 years after the war started, the Crimsons sent brave auxiliary units to the Portable Memories Kingdom space territory. They built orbiting space stations in under a few months. From then on, the rest of the war became a black canvass. Only the Crimsons and the surviving enemy soldier units, now prisoners, knew how simple yet hair-rising their war was across the Kingdom.
Either way, the Chief ordered 40 years of peace between the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory. While the other Kingdoms wouldn’t hear him, much less obey him, they also didn’t launch a ‘counterattack’ and patiently waited, strengthening their forces.
The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
As the 226th year since the ambiguous declaration of war, the Crimsons set off again. This time, they targeted their neighbor. Located to the right of the Lsefattern Kingdom, according to the universal focus, the Eviscerating Mammoth Middle Kingdom helplessly welcomed them.
Their space territory was immediately given up, even vacating their orbiting space stations. The Crimsons didn’t stop there, rushing to the Middle Kingdom as they casually neutralized the orbiting space stations after ensuring there wasn’t any trap in them. Then, the war commenced. This time, their goal to conquer had numerous, large bodies of water. Thus, the Crimsons made use of their navy.
With the navy’s thorough’s aid during the whole war, the Kingdom war didn’t need much time to be decided. In 9 short years, the Eviscerating Mammoth Middle Kingdom was subjugated by the Crimsons. The world was no longer surprised, but the remaining Upper Kingdom, neighbor of the Lsefattern Kingdom, felt lonely in their group of Kingdoms…
Surrounded completely from one side, the Adjacent Orange Upper Kingdom’s people weren’t sure in what move to make. Some wanted to flee, others to stay and fight, while others just wanted to live peacefully without conflict. In the end, the Crimsons didn’t even waste a year before setting off again, putting the Adjacent Orange Upper Kingdom under heavy pressure.
This time, the Instranoff and Portable Memories Kingdoms’ forces joined the fray. After ample preparation, with the Middle Kingdom having less immediate resources at their disposal, hence coordinating their debut with the Portable Memories Kingdom, they were finally put to work.
The Crimson armada nearly doubled, but it was still a fair distance from achieving double the numbers the Lsefattern Kingdom, core of the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory, could employ. As the Eviscerating Mammoth Middle Kingdom barely started their reconstruction phase. Meanwhile, a full-out Kingdom war erupted in the Adjacent Orange Kingdom.
They were prepared to slow the Crimsons before their space territory. However, they didn’t imagine they would have done so well and actually stopped the Crimsons’ advancement for 2 years! Unfortunately, their glory lasted only so long, and once they were in elevated spirits, the Crimson forces employed everything they had. The enemy orbiting space stations thundered along their Kingdom-wide protective array formations, too poor to buy a universal shield, with rockets making short work of every space station.
On the same day, as if a coincidence, the Crimsons descended on the Upper Kingdom in the deep of the night. From then on, the Adjacent Orange Kingdom only knew war. For 10 years, an entire Upper Kingdom was drowned in war, incapable of defending their territories and Cities for long, forced to retreat. Once was understandable, but when the same enemy was pushed back, cleverly avoiding a life-and-death battle against the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory, tens of times, they became hopeless.
Finally, on the 11th year, the Adjacent Orange Kingdom, with slightly less than half their land remaining as theirs, surrendered. This was the only Kingdom who were not only capable to keep their numbers up despite endless defeats, but also gained the Crimsons’ recognition to surrender.
While the Crimsons found many Regions in the Kingdoms they conquered to be similar to the Tase and Asabas Regions, it was nowhere near enough for the enemy Kingdom to gain their recognition. Now that the Lsefattern Kingdom’s group of Kingdoms was occupied by one organization entirely, with prisoners from all 3 Existential Sixth Step organizations, the world was left breathless.
A Third Step organization in their Transition Era could do this, the world would excitedly acclaim them as they went, and if they failed, they would be embraced by it in their deaths. However, this wasn’t even an organization, but a small force of one. Yet, they’ve… conquered Kingdoms…
Did this stir the other Existential Sixth Step organizations? Of course, they did.
The Crimsonbreaking Faction entered their peaceful Ascension Era, the other groups of Kingdoms weren’t left feeling at ease, not even the nearest group a couple of billion kilometers away. Subsequently, the other Kingdoms and Godly Space Stations closed their portals off towards the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory, now encompassing 5 Kingdoms.
Meanwhile, the 6 Existential Sixth Step organizations had another meeting. This time, the Heraxle Clan excused themselves, acting mysterious and, to be fair, suspiciously. Nevertheless, the meeting was held, and the 6 Existential Sixth Step’s representatives met like before.
The Crimsonbreaking Faction territory was the sole discussion; main subject in the meeting. It went from how they humiliated their honor as rulers of a Universal Land, and acted with their selective righteousness, but threatened the peace of the Universal Lands. If others were to rise like the Crimsons, with clearly not the same capabilities, it would raise chaos.
To avoid this, and put the Universal Lands’ unrest at bay, the 6 of them would send their forces to the Heraxle Clan. Of course, they didn’t dare to show themselves at the Heraxle Clan’s doors now, much less uninvited or unannounced. It wouldn’t have happened before, but back then…
The Heraxle Clan wasn’t the weak link, but with their previous concessions after the 10 year war, their image was a bit weak. Nevertheless, that wasn’t the case anymore. Sending hundreds of Fleets to both their Universal Land borders wasn’t a joke… It was a reminder.
Thus, they must ‘ask for permission’ with the Heraxle Clan to enter their territory. Their imprisoned comrades were being sold everywhere, and their prize increased with every Kingdom conquest. With the other people they’ve sent to the other Kingdoms in the Ossinox Galaxy, the Existential Sixth Step organizations were worried about their image, about to be further tarnished.
While the other 6 initiated talks with the Heraxle Clan to arrive at a consensus, with the latter clearly making things so difficult for that to happen. Years passed, and the Ossinox Galaxy could have a rest as a bordering Galaxy when the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory remained inactive for more than 50 years.
Only 245 years passed before the Crimsonbreaking Faction managed to conquer a group of Kingdoms. Moreover, that was after fighting from the start, with only a few armored vehicles and spaceships which the Crimsons couldn’t freely employ like now.
When Heian Ciemnosc was close to another birthday, and the Change would welcome its 410th year… the world was, without the slightest of doubts, shocked once more.
“What… What are the Crimsons doing right now?” - “Have you seen? Their news anchor suddenly started streaming some footage… it’s live… It feels like they’re hiding. What’s going on?” - “Yeah, this is just spa- wait! What is that?!”
Suddenly, the endless blackness of the world changed, painted by ‘small’ structures forming a circle… The Crimson news anchor suddenly became world-wide popular after 50 years of peace. The Crimsonbreaking Faction wanted to do something under everyone’s noses, sneaky.
However, their news anchor seemed to betray them, streaming these images without their knowledge. While the world, immensely increasing the news anchor’s views by the minute, watched these structures form several dozen rings in space, they were too busy to question the nature of these actions.
When they were still watching as these structures formed rings, they were unimpressed after a while, when a particular nickname dropped a bomb. The person’s message in the Universal Conveyance was simple. ‘I’m a Universal God. These structures aren’t small. Each should be about a Minor Kingdom’s diameter. Have you seen how they work? They’re mountable. Didn’t the Chief’s forces employed some similar things before? Maybe…’
“!!!” At last, the world seemed to slowly come to a terrible realization… Did the Chief… the rumored allrounder master of Craftsmaking… create universe-transporting ‘rings’ like the portals usually used to traverse the world? And they… were mountable?!
When these thoughts arrived in their minds, they didn’t stay… because spaceships suddenly rumbled across space. This could only mean a ton of these were preparing all their engines. Then, the rings were finally finished. They were activated as a dark lightning turned into smoke seemed to spread throughout.
The rings commenced a black glow in the middle as violet lights with the shape of stripes spread from the middle to its inner perimeter. A violet luster spread from its perimeter, coloring the world a little. But at that time, the news anchors seemed to have been discovered, and a Crimson grabbed the camera’s lens. He lifted it and frowned. The stream was disconnected, leaving only his blurry yet discernible expression as the last thing to remain in a freezing frame for a few seconds before the news anchor’s forum completely disappeared.
“Hey, what are you doing here? This… how dare you!” -beep.
“… … … … … …” The world became absurdly quiet, not a single piece of life or reaction echoed through the Universal Conveyance net. It was like it never happened, or that everyone’s memories were wiped out. However, after 3 minutes, a new forum was opened by different people. The subject was simple and straight to the point, ‘What the hell just happened with the news anchor?!’.
… Unfortunately for the Universal Conveyance netizens, they weren’t in the Ossinox Galaxy to observe what was about to occur. In the future, it might be recognized with numerous titles or infamous names despite their exceptional achievement. But right now… it was… war.
The closest group of Kingdoms to the Crimsonbreaking Faction territory were near several other groups of Kingdoms. Although these were hundreds and hundreds of millions of kilometers away, they were close neighbors and yearly exchanged a good deal of good stuff between each other.
Now, they were about to face disaster together.
FUTOMP, FUTOMP, FUTOMP, FUTOMP, FUTOMP, FUTOMP, FUTOMP, FUTOMP…
“The Crimsons! The Crimsons are here!! Hurry, report to the-” BOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!
The orbiting space stations of dozens of Kingdoms belonging to several groups of Kingdoms reacted at once. There was no need to alarm the other Kingdoms, or groups, for that matter. After all, tens of thousands of Frigates, numerous thousands of Destroyers, and several hundred Cruisers appearing everywhere around their Kingdoms was unmistakable.
The Crimsons only spent a few seconds receiving information about everything around them before guiding their arsenal’s systems. They could’ve preemptively had set the targets beforehand, but that would’ve given their intentions away. Besides, every near Kingdom to their territory watched them in fear and apprehension. Thus, they fired at will once they teleported and their targets were locked.
Space stations became rubble in just a minute, falling either way to space or the Kingdoms they couldn’t protect for even that minute. Their people were thoroughly annihilated, along with whoever else was inside the orbiting space stations.
The Crimson armada made their appearance! Obscenely invading the space territory of dozens of Kingdoms at once! How dare they?! Who can ever be capable of such a feat while just a force from a Third Step organization?!!
“Hohoho!! This is why!” - “Ah… my gods… they really did it! They’ve done it!” - “They’re going for the entire Galaxy, haha!” - “Incredible! I can’t believe it! We’re witnessing a Galaxy conquest so soon, ahahaha!” - “Bro, that’s our Galaxy you’re talking about…”
The world didn’t take long to see what these Kingdoms have suffered, albeit with delay, and by random sources in space who captured the footage and survived. When the Crimsons arrived, they destroyed even speeding spaceships, let alone those whose Universal Conveyance was detected active. Some even died just after uploading the videos, which could be seen by a few missiles or a rocket flying towards the camera, or an explosion frozen in a frame.
“Ah shit, you’re right…” In the Universal Conveyance, some people became aware of the drastic situation they were suddenly in. But this was a war only the 10 year war could make it seem like a baby…
Indeed… the time to extend the Chief’s Ascension Era to the Ossinox Galaxy, the border Upper Galaxy, commenced.
…
