Coronation
"She is a powerful young girl," sitting in the most outstanding seats in the arena, the Crustaceous Defense Faction's Chairman said. His arms were crossed, and he leaned to the left to speak with Heian Ciemnosc. Heian Ciemnosc sat on just another seat, with the other King vassals to the Chairman's right, while the Blauw Empire's Empress and the Matriarch were seated together. Heian Ciemnosc leaned a little to the right and commented, “She’s the person with the greatest cultivation talent I have ever seen.”
“Is that so? Would she be willing to spread her Bloodline through my most capable warriors?” The Chairman’s eyebrows jumped a little, and he became interested. His eyes looked at Ishikyy as if trying to see through her talent while his Region’s mightiest younger generation stepped up the stage. Heian Ciemnosc chuckled with his shoulders moving before saying and adopting a light, derisive smile, “There’s no such thing as someone worthy in these sea Regions, perhaps the whole Blackotia Kingdom, of her. Why would she waste her time and body on them?”
“?!” The Chairman felt insulted as he gave Heian Ciemnosc a look, but he didn’t see any mockery from Heian Ciemnosc… at least not without basis. The Chairman looked at Heian Ciemnosc silently, but the latter didn’t feel weirded out or like backing his stare and continued staring at the former. The Chairman finally sighed and redirected his gaze, saying, “I guess not even you, black monster, can compare to her, then? Quite overprotective. I’d expect this from… the Empress. But you?”
“Haha…” Heian Ciemnosc let out a slightly hearty laugh before leaning on his seat. It was comfy but wasn’t overly extravagant. Heian Ciemnosc shook his head and said while placing his fists under his armpits, “Oh, if she is compared to me, I guess she has a fourth of what I am and can achieve. Mn. Someone like her cannot waste things such as lifestyle and time with people who aren’t at least at the same level as her without needing for any talent or Bloodline. Your people are just nothing compared to the Azure Dragon’s Bloodline, let alone Ishikyy.”
“What if she accepts one of my Region’s younger generation then?” The Chairman said, still unwilling to let his previously mightiest Region be slighted like this, even if it was Heian Ciemnosc with his ‘nonsensical’ words. Heian Ciemnosc looked at Ishikyy’s back as the first fighter started the fight by flying 1 foot above the arena’s floor. “If she does, then she does. She isn’t a civilian princess. Besides, someone as strong as her has the right to choose her lover after all the merit she brought to her home and family. Enough. Quiet, and watch.”
“...” The Chairman was stunned when hearing Heian Ciemnosc’s words, simple but quite telling. Even now, for him, a Blossoming realm cultivator had problems believing his Region had really become a vassal Region of a generational organization, let alone its elders or their younger generations. However, after he processed everything Heian Ciemnosc told him, he became dumbfounded and silently stared at Heian Ciemnosc as if saying: how the hell are you really?
Whooosh! Bam- whoosh! Thud~! Crack!...
Just as Heian Ciemnosc felt Shuna’s strongly determined eyes gently land on his nape, the first duel on stage finished rapidly. The Neutral Encephalon realm 3rd stage cultivator was surprised after Ishikyy stepped forth with her right foot, but her azure tail was out. It slapped the air upside down once, slightly, and she reappeared before her opponent. Immediately after, she grabbed his wrist and slammed his back against the floor.
Before Ishikyy’s opponent felt the pain travel everywhere on his body, she had penetrated his chest with her left azure claw, lifted him in the air, jumped slightly, and nose-dived with all her might! The fighter was struck again as his back broke on the second strike against the ground. He lost consciousness, and before the Chairman’s jaws widened fully, halfway through, Ishikyy threw the ‘sleeping’ sparring partner away like a bag of trash.
“Next!” The young girl shouted, brimming with the youth of a 17 year old immortal but showing the fierceness of a cruel Fauna ruling the land. The other fighters were temporarily startled, but they recomposed quickly, and her next opponent walked out of their group to step on the stage. Meanwhile, in the VIP seats, the Chairman felt like he understood another portion of Heian Ciemnosc’s words. Heian Ciemnosc crossed his arms and said nothing, continuing to watch the last bits of the event.
Boom!... Thud~!... Crassshhh!... Snap!... Bang, pum, pom, pam! Punch~!... Slap!... Stab! Swipe!.... Ppppah!... Pshift- pshift, boooom! Baaang!...
“...” The Chairman became semi-paralyzed. He could only watch as Ishikyy made quick work of his strongest younger generation. Those in the Neutral Encephalon realm 5th stage, as the others were only in the 4th stage, lasted a couple rounds more of exchanging attacks, but none of them remained uninjured when Ishikyy’s azure transformation completed and she was covered in her dragon scales.
The last fighter Ishikyy faced was a naturally bodily strength-mighty half-Dwarf and half-Human. Ishikyy had the upper hand at the beginning of the fight, using her Earth trident, Neutral Energy, and Soul Art techniques. But she decided to defeat this fella with what he was most proud of and ended in a fiery bout against him at melee. After the battle concluded, she had a few bruisers on the sides of her front, and her fists, feet, and forehead were a little bloody, but nothing else.
This last rival she had to face was indeed the toughest among them all, even compared to the Far East Region, which has already been years since they have experienced the Blauw Empire’s military reforms, granting them much more advantage than the eastern and southeastern Regions. Nevertheless, Ishikyy beat the shit out of that young man, who, after being flown off the stage and as the Chairman finally managed to move his body and gulp, went back to it and knelt on the edge while facing Ishikyy.
“Royal princess, I have never seen someone so… naturally powerful as you…!” The young man said, and everyone knew where this was going. Heian Ciemnosc’s darkest eyes only had his sweet apprentice, though. The young man continued, “This is an unprecedented talent! Your future is to let others bear witness to an authentic actor in the Change to come. I cannot move from here, from today… without trying my best. Royal princess Blauw Ishikyy, would you marry me?!”
“Nah,” Ishikyy remained polite until the young man looked up at her with a deadly stern, serious expression and finished his words. She swung her Earth trident and turned around, immediately looking at her personal Imperial Teacher, and grinned. Her mood was noticeable from Galaxies away, she was content to have performed well, and when she saw Heian Ciemnosc nod at her, she felt stupid ass butterflies trying to turn her insides to mush.
“WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!” the crowd was, of course, not slow to get to cheering. Although they seemed delayed, nothing stopped them, and Ishikyy was bathed in the loud clamors of several million people in the arena. But those weren’t all, and the Small City roared at the same time as the City islands, fortified islands… and the entire Far East Region. The cries’ sounds were strange, somewhat awkward to hear, although everyone knew it was the well-known ‘battle cry’ of the Blauw Empire.
The rest of the Empire’s Regions were astounded, even worshiping the young royal princess of her incredible, undeniable strength. However, the cry did make them feel slightly awkward… However! When they listened to it over several seconds, they began feeling it and became slightly used to the sound. A few settlements’ children civilians tried it, sounding silly, but more and more people did it. And even the grumpy grandpas felt alive again when they did…
Slowly but surely, the Blauw Empire’s extension over its brand new Regions was forming solid inside its brand new inhabitants’ hearts. In the arena, however, the new Kings and Queen were just starting to see the Blauw Empire from the inside as its influence reached outwards. They had experienced the other way, and this was the first time they felt a difference between their Region and the ruling organization, where even Matriarch Zenevella couldn’t honestly compare her Clan and the Empire.
“... You know, let me give you advice, you’ll need it.” Heian Ciemnosc suddenly said after gazing at the Chairman. The latter was silent but recomposed as if none of this and his previous words had been for real, but who could hide their nature before Heian Ciemnosc’s darkest eyes? Before those darkest eyes?
“Hm?” The Chairman looked towards Heian Ciemnosc and frowned in confusion. What could a young lad teach him? But he didn’t slight the black monster. Doing it once before, even if he really goddamn wanted to fight Heian Ciemnosc, was enough to get him to behave. Heian Ciemnosc faced the bulky man and said while gesturing with his slender right-handed fingers. “You shouldn’t worry about asking anymore. Just go and bring her somewhere. Say it’s a meeting, then bring her to talk somewhere. Don’t let her get stolen by others. Have you not seen my handsomeness? I have had the best Mother.”

“... …?” The Chairman’s eyes lost focus as he heard Heian Ciemnosc’s words like a wake-up call. He could barely discern Heian Ciemnosc’s pale, red smile and intentions being just bona fide. But the end of his words left him… startled? He blinked, but when his eyes opened again, Heian Ciemnosc was gone. The Chairman felt something at the back of his head and blinked again, this time while turning his head towards the Queen and Empress’s seats, but the latter was gone, and the former looked at him.
Matriarch Zenevella looked to be caught casually looking at the Chairman, but the latter didn’t notice it until 3 seconds later when she had already looked up after cutely making surprised faces, the dumbfack. However, before the Chairman could bush, he received Heian Ciemnosc’s Soul message, “You’re invited to the banquet after the meeting. It will be the one where we discuss all Region’s future roads. Up to you whether you attend the banquet or not, though.”
“...” The Chairman felt like a bucket of cold water rushing down his shoulders, streaming to his butt and thighs, ushering the incoming blush away. Before he noticed it, he stood up and walked to the girl, then shot his goddamn shot…
. . .
28th year, 1st month, 2nd week, and 3rd day of the new change. Anniversary of the Blauw Empire’s Glorious Victory day. At the Palace.
It was the morning, but the skies were obscured with gray and black clouds as some thunder danced among them, and several rains threatened to pour down at any moment. At the top of the Palace, where a new platform had been built and was currently in activation, turning the entire rooftop into a golden, majestic wonder, Ishikyy stood before a long chair. The chair was of old, time-passed brown cushions with black borders and backrest.
A golden, seemingly endless cloth laid atop the chair, with barely any height from its back, but the whole seat elongated for several tens of meters. Ishikyy wore a light, pristine azure dress, but her shoulders were covered by a powerful golden mantle. Her short, azure, aquamarine, exquisitely smooth hair fluctuated with the wind, and her expression was serene and serious. She looked majestic, even if not as much as her mother standing behind her and on a lower step, looking up at her daughter, looking simply wonderful.
Shuna could remember when this was her stage. Although the platform wasn’t there, it was this chair that told the whole Blauw Empire’s territory that she, his daughter, would take his role when he stepped down from the ruler’s position and became their protecting Ancestral Emperor. However, unlike before, she wasn’t too old to start worrying about her lineage, yet she got herself an impressive daughter. Shuna would’ve had enough even with just having her child by her side, let alone taking after her and learning under her partner of life’s teachings.
“The Blauw Empire’s royal princess has shown herself!” - “Hua!!” Heian Ciemnosc had the honor to speak in at Ishikyy’s coronation, and as his phrases commenced, the Imperial Prosecutors echoed with surging roars, followed by the crew members aboard their warships down below where the Empire’s fleets circled the Palace. Heian Ciemnosc continued after the beginning of the coronation started by his words alone, and Ishikyy slowly walked towards the chair covered by the golden mantle.
“Empress Blauw Shuna has brought glory to the Empire!” - “Huaa!!!!” - “The Blauw Empire has won, time after time, under the royal princess’s warring command!” - “Huaa!!” - “The royal princess is victorious!” - “Huaa!!!” - “Glorious!” - “Huaaa!!!”
“...” To Heian Ciemnosc, it was a little funny. But he was doing this for his apprentice, and she was finally receiving the official takeover after the Blauw Empire’s continuous expansion. This meant more than her appearance in the already loyal Blauw Empire’s aboriginals’ eyes from back then when she was a snotty little shit of 10 years of age.
“From now on, this royal princess rules the Blauw Empire, together with Her Majesty’s Mother, the Blauw Empire’s Empress, Blauw Shuna!” - “...” - “If the Empress steps down from her positions, in case she is absent if she so perishes of old age… The royal princess thus will rule the Blauw Empire as the legitimate next Empress of the Blauw Empire! Ruler and Mother of the Empire’s people, its lands, and beat of its heart!!”
“... HUAAAAAAAA~~~~!!!!” The Far East Region seemed to take some time to respond, but it was because taking so much air into their lungs was difficult, even for the Elves and Demons among the rest of the Races. Because, once they were done accumulating enough in their lungs, they exploded with the solemn ‘oath’ of roaring, claiming Heian Ciemnosc’s words and coronating of royal princess Ishikyy… true!
Rumble, rumble, rumble, rubble ~!!
The Far East Region roared in turn to the Empire’s people’s roar. It had been just days from the arena’s show-off, but the Blauw Empire hosted another event, and what other than the coronation of its royal princess! The earth trembled a little, as not only cultivators and citizens called their lungs out of their goddamn bodies to receive their new ruler, even the civilians were standing in attention to give their welcome to the royal princess’s rulership!
The ocean rippled, shocking against other already formed waves that had become unmoving but retained their shape and momentum. The commotion was so great that it affected the middle ocean between all the sea Regions. Just as the notion was becoming stronger, Ishikyy’s feet landed on the chair’s seating cushion at the same time as she floated downwards.
“... … … …” Silence ensued when the section under her toes contacted the chair. Ishikyy slowly landed on the rest of the chair with her back against its backrest, and her eyes were already closed. Shuna walked forward, stepping into the air as a crowd formed from her left and right hands, seemingly merging them into one as she united them. Shuna’s eyes slowly closed, and in retrospect, Ishikyy’s gradually opened.
When Ishikyy’s eyes opened fully, and her brightest, cutest azure, aquamarine eyes were once again revealed to the world, they flashed with a sudden, instantaneous lightning bolt. And at the same time, a crystal, silver-platinum crowd molded to her head’s size as it landed on her. The chair slowly let go of the golden mantle as it drifted towards the front, leaving with the wind. But before it departed from the Palace, it folded into 2 and rapidly returned to the backrest where Ishikyy owned her crown.
Flutter! Whoosh, whoosh! Ruuuustle~!
“!” - “!!” - “!!!” The Empire turned silent but shocked as Ishikyy’s golden coat covering her shoulders became thin and lithe, as delicate as her body frame, and was accompanied by a golden dress that was simply breathtaking. Her body and legs were fully covered, but as the chair levitated upwards, it became more defined and showed its unearthed beauty.
Meanwhile, Ishikyy’s eyes gazed ahead to where the ocean looked calm yet strangely overly silent. And as Ishikyy felt all her people’s eyes on her, with different emotions, some more touched than others, she felt like she could do anything she wanted. Her forearms tapped the armrests at the sides, and she floated higher than the chair. She no longer needed to rest her body there. Ishikyy wasn’t in need of receiving any status… she didn’t need a throne to rule. She was above any throne!
Crack! Zzzz- pah! Zaaaapp~!... Pitter-patter, pitter-patter… PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER PITTER-PATTER…!!
“...” Ishikyy looked up after the sky above her thundered, not finally, but to her coronation!
Ishikyy extended her hands. Her palms were filled with droplets as the rain started downpouring everywhere, and waves became shorter but longer and no longer moved together or from one extreme to another with a certain delay. They were like wiggling, long bodies that formed ‘bulkier’ bodies of water at each extreme, from one end of the beach to another, like… dragons!
“People of my Empire,” Ishikyy voiced after she felt godly with the water falling on her face, cold and simply… marvelous. The Far East Region responded, and even the civilians turned their heads in her direction, away or past the hologram or screens they were witnessing just now. Like a Regionwide hypnotic notion, everyone seemed to be able to see her as if their eyes could perfectly zoom in an unthinkable distance.
Only Shuna and Heian Ciemnosc, the only ones at and above the Spirit Magna realm, could keep their cool under the strange phenomenon. Shuna felt the proudest in the world, like the best mother with the best daughter. As for Heian Ciemnosc, his darkest eyes watched every single iota of his apprentice’s body and surrounding air as if he could see more than just colors and the space in between.
Ishikyy continued, her voice thundered everywhere the thunder above her head went, and that was even past the Region’s boundaries, even reaching the borders of the western Regions. “This is the beginning of our Era, the start of our Change!”
“Our Blauw Empire has skyrocketed in power by our own hands, dominating the many faces we must wear, from now on, to live in the world of cultivation, in this broken and fragmented Universal Lands! From today onwards, we will continue to grow, and it won’t be just numbers and a bigger arsenal. Our time starts here. From now on, we will thrive past our limits. We will grow as the Change grants us the opportunity to raise!”
“But just like us, there are many more like us in other Existences, let alone the other Universal Land… the road to this Change’s rulers is coming, and everyone knows the abundance of opportunities in every beginning. Just as every ending has to culminate in something. Before, it was the Great Sage! And it was brought down! From today, it is our time! Our raise! Our chance!!”
“We are only beginning to prepare to end anyone who thinks they can deal with us, and we haven’t finished beginning preparations… Just like many others have done in the past, we will become victors of this Change… We will find what’s beyond!!!”
“HUAAA!...”
…
