Demonstration Of Power, A Word With Celestial Isayid
Pat. "Hey, man..." Riquel walked forth first, beating Yun Tang to bid farewell to Heian Ciemnosc, patted the latter's left arm, and said. Riquel smiled and continued, "Huu- sigh! It's been a blast, I suppose. It was good seeing you again. Ey, there's someone other than the Tenos waiting to meet you. You've become somewhat of an outcast back at my Sect. But don't worry, I'm sure they'll drop dead on their knees and pray to you so you don't come to their dreams."
Heian Ciemnosc smiled thinly and tilted his head to the right, but Riquel wasn’t scared since he knew he hadn’t said anything wrong… yet. Riquel didn’t waste time and changed that fact, quietly speaking while leaning towards Heian Ciemnosc, “Cara, she is the one. I have to say I’ll have many difficulties staying faithful, but I’ll try my best. Just look at her, ah. I can’t abandon such a little puppy who can’t live without me. I’d like your permission to have her as my partner for life, Heian Ciemnosc. Would you let me?”
“Who? Lil’ Cara? Yeah, sure, why not.” Heian Ciemnosc returned his head to its standard position and looked down at Riquel. A few millimeters were added to Heian Ciemnosc’s height during the last couple of years. Riquel smiled, but before he could turn around and bid buh-byes to his girl, Heian Ciemnosc added. “You do anything to hurt her, and I’ll tell the Tenos and Pera to let me hunt you.”
“Ah, shit. You do know each other!” Riquel, aghast and with his left knee up as his arms flung in a pathetic defensive stance, opened his eyes wide and let his fears speak for himself. Heian Ciemnosc lowered his head to the right and shook it. Riquel’s lips quivered as he pleaded, “I would not! Cara is Cara, okay? I know you’re just her Team Leader now, but I just needed to verify it.”
“Alright, Riquel,” Heian Ciemnosc slightly opened his smile and landed his left palm on Riquel’s right arm. “Go and bid farewell to her. They aren’t like me and have families, even if not all of them do. Their lives are in the Crimsonbreaking base, not somewhere in the world, so she won’t be able to visit you.”
Pat, pat. Riquel didn’t even feel the hand on his shoulder as he received Heian Ciemnosc’s blessing, even if it was indirectly. His face relaxed and became enlightened. He suddenly turned his head towards Heian Ciemnosc and held his shoulders before giving Heian Ciemnosc a hug. Heian Ciemnosc didn’t feel violated, and as if he was hugged by a cute lady, he just let Riquel feel relieved.
Thankfully, Riquel didn’t extend their hug any longer and separated. Nodding at his benefactor, Riquel turned around and walked towards Cara. Anyone with eyes could see her eyes enlarging and glistening as she watched Riquel walk towards her.
“Hey, Heian Ciemnosc,” Yun Tang called out to Heian Ciemnosc. The latter looked at the former and blinked before nodding. Yun Tang nodded back, and so far, that was it. Yun Tang suddenly laughed uproariously and slapped Heian Ciemnosc’s back. Fortunately, Yun Tang wasn’t a Gifted for nothing and wasn’t hurt after doing so. “Hahahahahahaha!!”
“Hey, Heian Ciemnosc. I’m sorry for your Team’s loss. That Beto was brave. Even in my Sect, few can prepare themselves so quickly in a short time to do what he did. I hope you can let that warrior return to the world sooner than later. Even though they aren’t a Fourth Step organization, they have their Celestial.” Yun Tang said, reassuring a calm Heian Ciemnosc. Then, he became pensive and thought for a moment before adding, grabbing his chin and frowning as he stared at the sky.
“Now that I think about it, that organization must have had some way of obtaining that thing they shouldn’t have…” Yun Tang pondered for some extra seconds, but he burned out quickly and shook his head. Yun Tang shrugged and slightly lifted his eyes. “That’ll be it for me. I’ll recommend you to the Sect for a special occasion.”
“?” Heian Ciemnosc blinked confusedly. Yun Tang grinned and said as he turned around before walking away, “It’s about something recent. I’ve seen your nature reading in person, and every time you did, it made my Genoa’s Descent shift strangely. I’ve got to tell the Sect Master!”
Daassh~...
Thus, Heian Ciemnosc was left behind by a running Yun Tang, who was probably getting late to his port or was too anxious and excited to work with him Heian Ciemnosc. Heian Ciemnosc somehow felt like he had picked up a new errand just by randomly talking with Yun Tang in his farewell mini-ceremony. He shook his head and looked at his Team members. Ruo Wei had returned with a bruised, nose-bleeding Clanton.
“Mww, amwalala~, chu- mwaaaah♡!” Meanwhile, Cara and Riquel were cupping each other’s faces and eating the shit out of each other’s mouths. Their noses weren’t spared and were already coated with a layer of saliva. Heian Ciemnosc’s nature reading told him they had spoken too many life and death sentences to each other, stimulating their budding love too much. Hence, the current situation.
“I’ll miss you,” Riquel ‘softly’ whispered to Cara’s face as they finally broke their entanglement, and an extra sonorous pop echoed between their faces. Cara eskimo kissed him and smiled, saying through her smiley teeth, “I know you will, Babyquel~.”
“Aaaaaggh~!” The Team groaned, but the lovebirds didn’t care. Love was in the air~. They finally separated after a minute, looked at their surroundings, and discovered Heian Ciemnosc’s Team looking at them. Heian Ciemnosc included. Feeling awkward, Riquel gave Cara his last nod and walked away. Cara watched his back as he left and until he turned around the corner of the port’s entrance.
“Sigh,” Cara waved her hand at the departed figure of her man before turning around. She looked at her teammates, already in their Fighters and waiting for her to board hers. Cara tilted her head to the right and innocently asked, “What?”
… After rolling their eyes, Heian Ciemnosc’s Team departed the port along with other Fighter Teams. Frigates and their Fighters were to reunite before exiting the Galaxy’s territory. As they flew out of the Kingdom they used as a guest room, the Team noticed how Fighters and spaceships left the Kingdom from every possible angle, especially from Cities.
It seemed like some of the coalition’s people settled their repairing stations in the wild but near Middle Cities, allowing them to obtain materials for their spaceships quickly and efficiently, even if somewhat tardy. They weren’t everyone from the coalition since others still had to repair their spaceships, but they were the first batch to depart from the Kingdom.
Heian Ciemnosc watched as an upturned rain of Frigates and Fighters moved spacewards. His batch was amidst the long trail from the Crimsonbreaking Faction in the center. They passed 1,000 km from where the Interconnecting Rupture Dimension once was.
Beep. “Everyone is to immediately stop!” Suddenly, Heian Ciemnosc’s Ornament’s general channel automatically turned on, and Alyona’s voice came from it. The entire caravan of spaceships stopped at her call and looked where the Godly beings from the Existence were still working to keep the Motherblood Expiritus’s explosion at bay. A tiny glow was still coming off in between the Godly cultivators before, but it was now gone.
Heian Ciemnosc was surprised to hear Alyona’s voice. It had been a long time since he heard it, but it was just as irresistibly tantalizing and seductive as the image of her writhing, bare body he remembered. He also turned his head to the left and looked at the Godly cultivators.
The Fighters and Frigates were extended in a slight arch to a side from the previous entrance, which then moved directly outside what was once the Interchanging Dust Dynasty’s spatial territory outside their Kingdom. Everything was quiet as they waited, thinking their most cherished Chairwoman must have her reasons to stop them out of nowhere.
And their answer was sure as hell received quickly after…
PPUUUUK- CLASHaaaaasssssshhhh~~!!!! STOMP!
“!!” Nobody could tell what was happening. All they saw was like an invisible cocoon had just broken apart in the middle of the Godly cultivators. A nebula-like extension sprouted from the midpoint upwards according to the universal focus before suddenly imploding and turning into smoke within space. The Crimson cultivators were amazed by this succession of events while Heian Ciemnosc’s darkest eyes reading nature widened, and its contents constricted!
The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
FUTOMP!!!
“!!” Heian Ciemnosc suddenly felt his scalp numbing so impossible to resist that his head shook with an intensity that made Heian Ciemnosc feel as if his nape was breaking into two or many twos. That was because… there was a man suddenly standing in stopped motion beside his Ornament!!
Pshiiiiiiift- PSHIIIIIIFFFFTT~!! SHACKLAAA!
The middle-aged man was nearly an elder-looking tall dwarf with pointy ears nearly as long as his head. He wrote a tattered, dull-green robe, and his arms were stretched forwards with gold-colored energy trying to extend from the skin of his hands. But it became gold dust as if something was stopping him. The man’s eyes trembled, struggling to move, but they were fixated on Heian Ciemnosc. His gaze was enough to make Heian Ciemnosc feel like knives stabbed deep into his pale skin all over his body.
Gray, blue, and golden chains, whose appearance was ephemeral as if surrounded by a holy or ghostly light, appeared behind the man. They seemed regular-sized at first, but that was because, unbeknownst to Heian Ciemnosc, they were several tens of kilometers away. It was impossible for Heian Ciemnosc to notice because other than this happening in a moment, not allowing Heian Ciemnosc’s Spirit Sense or himself to catch it, they entangled around the man’s body at the next moment.
“GGGGGHH- graaawwghhh!” The man seemed about to bleed from under his eyes, but at that moment, his body was pulled upwards, and with a tug from the chains, they forced the man into a kneeling-prostrating position. The man was forcibly dragged back to where he came from, between the other Godly beings nearby. Meanwhile, Heian Ciemnosc was still shaken to his core, and the other spaceships barely realized what nearly happened.
“It’s black monster!” - “Is he fine?” - “What the fuck was that?!” - “That was a Godly cultivator!” - “He was nearly assassinated? Daaaa fuck?!” - “That must be the Tortoise Glabella Pavilion’s Head… didn’t Heian Ciemnosc kill his son and his son’s protectors inside the Dimension?” - “Ah, shit…”
SHACKLAAA!!! PSHIIIIIFFFT…!
“AAAAGH!” The man was forced to kneel in space. His legs folded behind him, and his arms held up. He tried freeing his body, but the chains didn’t budge, and all his attempts did was to break apart his arms before they were rapidly regenerated by a golden-colored energy. The regeneration was complete, but mainly to one’s body's superficial wounds, but it was still hair-raising for Second and Third Steps cultivators watching the demonstration for free.
“That is enough, Estafar,” Celestial Isayid’s voice echoed throughout space. It immediately calmed the restless Crimsons. She appeared floating upwards behind the man, Head Estafar, who looked helpless when she spoke. His eyes darted to his left corners, and his chest heaved up and down as Celestial Isayid showed her face. Her back was illuminated by her destroyed home. Her back was straight and slightly arched backwards as she looked down at her prisoner.
“Guwwaaaaagh! Let go of me! You cannot break the rules and attack me for vende-” PSHIFT- PAAAAHK!!!
The Celestial lifted her right hand to her waist level and retracted it. An energy palm strike was sent out. At first, it did not seem like much and was the size of her small, fair hands. But when it struck the man’s back, his bones collapsed, immediately shooting away but stopped by an unknown force. His blood spluttered away, and his flesh turned into tiny, paper-thin traces that were quickly washed away by the Elemental Poisoning. Not even Gods and Goddesses can escape such.
“Cough!” The man dropped a bucket of blood, his face paled, and his face became haggard as if pulled by gravity, stretched saggy. His skull showed, and tiny traces of golden-colored energy were absorbed into the tri-colored chains. Just as he was about to say something after catching sight of the Blue Elf man, Celestial Isayid interrupted him with hatred!
“You have no right to speak! No value to your person!!” Celestial Isayid’s words made the space around her tremble, reaching even outside the Galaxy, although it was harmless. Heian Ciemnosc looked at this scenery as his body breathed heavily through his nostrils.
“What you’ve done… not even war was declared… how… dare you?!” Celestial Isayid leaned over the man’s left shoulder, whispering like a little devil. The man felt more pressured as if countless mountains weighed on him. The Celestial’s expression turned furious, and her hands held thin chains. Some sections entangled the man’s body, but most chains floated around, seemingly as thick as several tens of meters, and who knew how long.
“Hereby,” Celestial Isayid suddenly spoke. Heian Ciemnosc felt a tremor in his chest, a palpitation like a call was made to his body, from the world… from the Entente! She continued, “My Interchanging Dust Dynasty wedges war to anyone who participated in the destruction of my home, my Kingdom!!”
Her voice became pained. She placed her left foot on the man’s upper back, towards the center. Then, she continued, “Let their extinction start with yours.”
PPPSPSPSSSHIIIFFT~!!!... Golden-colored energy rushed from Celestial Isayid’s arms as her chains tightened around the man. His skin started rupturing, and the meat and blood he lost started superficially regeneration in his body while his bones slowly returned to his body. As the man felt his skin invaded, and the Celestial’s energy effortlessly overrode his, he laughed out loud, “HAHAKUHAHAHAHAHA…!!”
SPLAAASSSHHHCSSHHH… PSHIFT- SHAAAAAAAAAAA~~~~!!!
The Celestial gently flung her arms backwards. Her chains constricted until they were up against each other, colliding with ‘clink, clank’ sounds that overcame the muffledness of space. The man’s body immediately disappeared, leaving nothing behind but slight traces of golden and a godly glow, but his body was wholly turned into nothingness.
However, a moment later, the man’s Soul appeared in space, dull and lost. It had… Soul-like chains around its body!!
Celestial Isayid slowly raised her head and looked at the Soul. Her expression was serene, and after looking at the person responsible for all this damage, she stared at the blob of fire her Kingdom once was, perhaps for the last time. The Celestial returned to face the Soul. Her nostrils suddenly bled, and the Soul chains around the Pavilion Head constricted, too. However, it was tough and challenging this time.
The Blue Elf man seemed concerned but only moved his head slightly while the others didn’t dare say anything to their comrade. Celestial Isayid’s nostrils bled more as time passed, and the Soul body slowly turned grayish, as if it was having a rookie’s mistake in operating a large spaceship’s communications channel. That was… extinction!
Pfsssttt… “...Uaaf…! Haa- huff, huff.” The Pavilion Head’s Soul didn’t last long, and it crumbled to the worst fate and destination any life could have in the world. Extinction. Needless to say, this was recorded, but it hardly made the Godly cultivators care one bit. The Celestial took several seconds to compose herself. Meanwhile, the Crimsonbreaking Faction fell deeply silent.
“Celestial Isayid, may I?” The Blue Elf man approached her with an extended right hand. The Celestial took her time to respond, flinging her left hand to summon all the bones remaining from the Head Pavilion’s body. They were rapidly disintegrating, along with some items in his Covert Space bags floating in space. It was only 3. One was part of a skull, and the others were femurs.
She silently passed them to the Blue Elf, who nodded and thanked her. “Thank you. I will give you an answer soon enough.”
“...” The Celestial lightly nodded. The other Godly cultivators nodded and bowed at her respectfully. Nobody dared to leave without bowing. Even the Blue Elf courteously nodded at her, and the black woman held her hands before bowing at the same level Celestial Isayid dropped her head. They took their leave by flying away.
‘Huh, is my Master a being? Godly beings cannot teleport…’ Heian Ciemnosc raised his left eyebrow, silently asking himself. Then, his Ornament sounded with a ‘beep’ and Heian Ciemnosc’s commander’s voice. He figured every Fighter received orders from their superiors. “Resume your path. Reunite with your spaceship or Fighters to return home.”
Beep. “?” Heian Ciemnosc rapidly passed the order to his Team, but before he could move his Ornament more than a couple centimeters, his commander’s voice sounded on his Ornament again. This time, it came from the private channel from superior to subordinate. “Heian Ciemnosc, move your Fighter towards the Celestial. She has requested you for a meeting. Go ahead, the Chairwoman warned me beforehand. We’ll wait for you.”
“Thank you, commander. Please excuse me, I won’t take long.” Heian Ciemnosc was pleasantly surprised. He spoke some extra words to his commander out of appreciation and respect after seeing how she managed her Frigate and waited for her response before moving.
“... Hm, heard. Go ahead, kid,” the commander kept silent for a few seconds before responding. Heian Ciemnosc felt relieved inside and finally spun his Ornament. He gave indications and descended before flying at maximum speed towards the Celestial. He didn’t want to let such an important figure that may be his benefactor waiting… It was also awkward to see such a figure as he slowly flew towards her. At least compared to her definition of speed.
Tiling~~...! VAYIUUUUMVVVP~~!!
“!” Before Heian Ciemnosc could react, however, pale violet dust scintillated on his cabin’s windows. Next thing he knew, everything around his Ornament turned obscure gray, and his sense of time and direction felt violated. All Heian Ciemnosc could do was accept it and praise Celestial Isayid’s swiftness. ‘Oh.’
…

Let It Rain's note: Riquel has known and worked with Cara and her Team for more than a year, and this is with HC's act of not entangling with her since then. They're so far lost that they know each other enough to trust each other... What, you thought only MCs can get devoted loved ones? Nuh-uh!
