Chapter 619 — Days Pass By

Days Pass By

Heian Ciemnosc stepped up the stage and watched the thousands of soldier units lowly cheering at them. The commander didn't waste time, and after they lined up behind her, she walked backwards to Beto and stood before him strictly. She wore a formal suit and a skirt, looking decent and stern but like a leader. The commander began speaking, her hands raised, and a subordinate brought her a box with a few medals. "Beto, as the Team's leader, you've overcome this mission, leading your Team to the definitive survival and success."

"With only the loss of 2 Fighters, your Team went through bitter and tough struggles until the mission was completed. Congratulations, Team Leader, this is your honor." The commander placed the medals in the box around Beto's chest, decorating his uniform and gaining low cheering from the soldier units below the stage. Heian Ciemnosc looked at this happening from the side and became curious. This was one of the methods the Great Sage used and turned popular as he gained power, granting his subordinate medals, and it was adopted by the Crimsonbreaking Faction.

Not many use this method nowadays, but it was something that meant more than achievement. It was recognition from one's superiors and acknowledgment from fellow soldier units. The Crimsonbreaking Faction was one of the few in the world to use this tradition, so to speak. They were well-known for their emblem's medals, which differed from those still in the lower statuses in the Faction's forces to those who were the top best. It brought honor and pride to anyone who wore them.

Shift, shift! As Heian Ciemnosc watched the process, the 5 medals placed on Beto's chest turned into lights and shot into his emblem, forming tiny icons with a little star below them. Heian Ciemnosc's eyebrows rose, and he became interested in such a feature, as it would've been quite strange to see icons the size of one's thumb hanging from one's chest all the time when wearing their uniforms. It would also waste a lot of time putting them on, even if Soul or energy was used.

"Many thanks, commander. Me and my Team are deeply grateful. Our service to the Faction won't change!" Beto half-knelt with his right knee and vowed. The commander nodded slightly before moving on to Cara. She looked at the beautiful blondie before placing her left hand on Cara's right shoulder. "You've overcome the challenge and contributed as everyone else did to complete your task. Felicitations to you!"

The command thus placed 2 medals on Cara's uniform, careful to avoid her breasts, of course, and stepped backwards once she was done. The commander looked at Cara and commenced, "These 2 medals represent your advancement. Bring honor and pride to the Faction with your Team and gain the recognition you deserve..."

After Cara was Clanton, followed by Ruo Wei, Moy, Sandra, Loma, and finally, Heian Ciemnosc. Each teammate before Heian Ciemnosc was congratulated by the commander properly, and the cheers on them from the crowd were the same as Beto. They were more disciplined, but that didn't take away their need to make a mess of a sounding situation. Beto received 5 medals, while the other 6 received 2. One was their honorable deed, commended by their actions, and the other was a sort of teamwork prize for attaining a positive result in an tough-impossible mission.

"..." But then, as the commander finished placing Loma's medals, and they shot into her emblem, the crowd became deadly silent as the commander's congratulatory light smile 'stiffened' as she looked at Heian Ciemnosc. No more boxes were left, and she stepped towards him with her hands empty. Her smile gradually relaxed, revealing her natural expression. The momentum slowly rose under the soldier units' eyes and Heian Ciemnosc's Teammates' as they craned their necks to look at Heian Ciemnosc's moment.

"... Heian Ciemnosc, the black monster," the commander said as she stood before Heian Ciemnosc. Her eyes landed on him, but there was no mockery or playfulness other than the fact she had no more medals for him. "Your participation in this mission was fundamental, indeed. Through your small sacrifices, you were the key to keeping every box in those spaceships safe. You even know how to return a favor and take advantage of it. You've given the Crimsonbreaking Faction the reputation it deserves. But this was just a trifling mission. In the future, if you really desire gains, it must be bigger than you."

"..." Heian Ciemnosc slowly raised his head and eyes as he bowed his head slightly in respect for his superior and looked into the commander's eyes. The latter looked at the former's darkest eyes, studying them as if to see through his limits, but she shook her head in the end, unable to tell where it could...

"You are granted an extra medal in comparison to your Teammates," the commander said and smiled a little. Heian Ciemnosc knew such words were enough to make one's people jealous or envious, but Heian Ciemnosc and his Team knew this was the commander's slight playfulness. She continued, "You are given the Honorary Experience medal, and you will forever remain as one of the few soldier units to wear this 'crowning' medal. Do not lose it, black monster."

"?!" - "!!!" - "Wooo-uat?!"

"... thank you, commander." Heian Ciemnosc bowed and kept his waist low for a few seconds before coming back up, but the commander remained there and smiled at Heian Ciemnosc. The crowd behind the commander was still silent, though. And when one of them tried to start cheering, they were still stopped by the thought of such a medal being gifted to the outcast! The outcast!!

One had to understand... Only 2 Honorary Experience medals were granted in the 10 year war! Not one more! And there haven't been more than 150 in the entire history of the Crimsonbreaking Faction. When Heian Ciemnosc received such a medal, could anyone be allowed to treat him like a puppet and toy to play with? Their time playing and abusing Heian Ciemnosc as the newbie was over!

"Well, that is it for today. This year, month... these weeks, the Crimsonbreaking Faction welcomes a new Team into our higher standards, and even an Honorary Experience medal has been attained. Why are you not cheering already?" The commander strictly spoke despite wearing a trace of a smile. Her words left the crowd astounded, but before they could continue being silent... Ruo Wei howled up the stage. "Yuuuwhuuuuu~~!"

"Woooo!" - "Yiahaaaaa!" The crowd followed suit. Nobody wanted to wake up, finding their Fighter or armor looking kinda funny from their infrastructure if a battle occurred. They would lose their chance to fight, and the times a Second Step, First Step, or new Third Step soldier unit had to fight an authentic space battle were diminutive.

"He heheh," Ruo Wei looked to her left, where Heian Ciemnosc stood, looking at her. Seeing him thank her with his darkest eyes, she nodded and looked ahead, adopting a proud stance with the other members of the Team. The commander didn't miss this view, but she continued looking at the crowd as the ceremony finally ended, and Beto's Team became one of the renowned Teams in the Faction. It was a prideful event that they belonged to her Frigate, in an incomplete Fleet, yet achieved this much.

. . .

A day and several hours later, in the Carrier. Heian Ciemnosc's bedroom.

"... grrryagghh!" Kitty- no, Milyy played with a pill between her fingertips as she elevated her arms, and the left side of her body rested on Heian Ciemnosc's body. His right arm was around her and pulled her towards him, keeping her closer to himself. Meanwhile, the kitty cat kept playing with her 'toy' that took sweat and utmost effort for Heian Ciemnosc to concoct.

"Like it?" Heian Ciemnosc asked, feeling his left arm wholly, but his fingers were still regenerating, and he had received tremendously high-end pills that were notorious even in the Fourth Step. Of course, all this happened after he received the Honorary Experience medal. Milyy parted her narrowed, enjoying eyes from the pill, and turned her head leftwards. She faced Heian Ciemnosc's right cheek and smooched it before returning her turquoise hot pink eyes to the 'marble' rolling around her fingers.

"Of course!" Milyy contentedly said. Her eyes dangerously narrowed, and she lowered her voice until it turned innately soft. "How could you not know my Mom's gifts from the past? Hehe."

Heian Ciemnosc smiled and said nothing. Of course, he knew that his Master wanted to bring Milyy a bunch of pills for the Steps. Those were the Herbal-Wonder Orange and Herbal-Wonder Tear pills and their evolved forms. However, they were all useless when, one day, his Master returned to the black emptiness, and a kitty cat became a little girl and advanced through leaps and bounds with nobody's help.

Rustle, fuff... Milyy turned around, brought the pill to her lips, and held it in between. Her slender body rested atop Heian Ciemnosc as she looked at his pervertedly handsome face. Heian Ciemnosc looked at his wifey and slowly felt somewhat threatened as if a foreshadowing was about to take effect!

"Gulp... Ahem, I mean, look at you. Don't you have a sense of being? Your left arm was destroyed! If the Crimsonbreaking Faction didn't have so many connections, would they have a pill even Fourth Step cultivators seek?" Milyy dropped a wifey attitude, and what could Heian Ciemnosc do but to comply? He nodded and acquiesced, "I know, I know. I was in the wrong. Next time, I will only let those much stronger than me harm a little, okay?"

"Mn! You better." Milyy furtively nodded, with the pill inside her mouth, and said as her pupils dilated, and she straddled Heian Ciemnosc below her smaller-frame body. Then, Heian Ciemnosc had a revelation as he wanted to flee, but Milyy asked, "You have like... 3 days free, right?"

"Aha..." Heian Ciemnosc nodded. Milyy looked at him, and her eyes dilated even more. Her jaw munched on something, and a potent medicinal scent that made Heian Ciemnosc want to go all-out to grab onto rushed into his nostrils. She spoke with a mouthful, "Then if shu want to meehk it upf to mee... heheeh..."

'Oh boy,' this was the moment Heian Ciemnosc knew what true terror meant. Before he knew it, his lips were sealed, and his mouth was invaded by the medicinal fragrance and properties of the pills he made for her.

That time, although his Master's Herbal-Wonder pills for all Steps became useless, she still gave them to Milyy, who loved to play with them. As for the potions, Milyy used them as sauce or add-ons to her drinks. Even if it was just milk or a glass of water. Incenses were always on and were 'used up' the fastest. However, although Heian Ciemnosc had made them for her, she was giving all of their properties to him! Mouth to mouth! Heian Ciemnosc was astounded by her crazy actions as she forced him to take it all and as bubbles covered the medicinal effects and stored them inside his body.

"Mwah! Don't worry," Milyy finished the kiss, sat on his crotch with her thin pajamas, and cleaned her lips that were only smeared by their mixed saliva. After she licked her forearm with that mixed saliva, she said as she took another Herbal-Wonder Tear pill and put it in her mouth. "I'll store them for when you want to breakthrough. You can use them whenever you are riddled with tough situations, like in those silly stories you've told me. Hehe!"

‘But I already can do that, sigh…’ Heian Ciemnosc looked at his unaware wife for a few seconds before nodding and telling her how smart she was with his lovable, darkest eyes. Before he could say something, opening his mouth, Heian Ciemnosc was assaulted again by Milyy’s mouth, which put more medicinal properties into his mouth for the second time. The second pill’s properties entered his mouth, and before he knew it— again, the third came in with Milyy not giving him a chance.

‘Sigh…’ Heian Ciemnosc gave in and let Milyy do with him as she wished. How could he stop a determined wife from helping her husband?

Yet, before Heian Ciemnosc could let himself go and enjoy the long, long ride, Milyy placed their married couple’s objects of intimacy against each other, and she only needed to lower herself a little to start eating her husband. When she said, “You can’t deny me now, not after you let Cara do that to you.”

“?!” Heian Ciemnosc’s darkest eyes widened. He lifted his head and ate his neck to look at Milyy, who was still straddling him and only needed to lower her hips to self-impale herself with his prick. He looked at her and loudly questioned, “How can you know that?! I know she hadn’t told you!”

“Are you kidding?” Milyy said, slowly lowering herself as her eyes narrowed lovingly. She smiled deviously and softly whispered, “You only took a turn around a corner, and you think I won’t be able to see that? Silly… At least she knows her place.”

“...” Heian Ciemnosc shut up and obediently let Milyy start the long ride. He had fucked up before. There was nothing he could say now. As he felt his manhood tightened by the world’s top pleasure, Heian Ciemnosc relaxed and laid his hands behind his back.

. . .

Time passed since Heian Ciemnosc took his first mission. Things continued as usual, but changes were visible by the naked eye in the daily livelihood as the Team became recognized in the entire Faction.

For starters, the Team was more talked to whenever they were seen by the incomplete Fleet’s soldier units, and some Third Step cultivators even started chatting with Beto occasionally. They were more visited by other Fighter Teams who came to exchange experience and debate over the possible maneuvers and plans they could use, making them beforehand.

On the other hand, Heian Ciemnosc did as he was told before leaving the mission and started going to the main hangar every few days to spend with the Third Step cultivators who wanted to know more about him and his Ornament. While they weren’t interested in making an Armada of Ornaments, they wanted to know more about the brains behind the creation of such. Ruo Wei followed, of course, with Cara and Sandra occasionally following them.

Heian Ciemnosc was more of an observer there than anything else. Whenever he went to the main hangar, it was to a small space, and he couldn’t do much. All Heian Ciemnosc did was hear and then respond to a few things, but it wasn’t that bad. He learned more from watching and answering simple questions than anything else. While it would be better to have someone guide him in the creation of spaceships, it wasn’t urgently needed. And Heian Ciemnosc wasn’t starved to gain that knowledge.

Heian Ciemnosc couldn’t see Alyona and Hong Mei that often anymore, and only once per week. However, when they visited him with kitty Milyy, even if she was feigning sleep, they forced Heian Ciemnosc to brutally violate her as he entered her squishy wetness as if it was his or something. Either way, the time he spent training with his Team, cultivating and honing his already perfect-enough Craftsmaking capabilities, increased. Heian Ciemnosc was really getting into developing what he already knew to prepare for the future, and he wasn’t being wasteful about it.

Even though he could breakthrough whenever he wished, Heian Ciemnosc still spent weeks training, cultivating, and so on before deciding to take another stage forwards. His cultivation path might be simple or easy even. But Heian Ciemnosc wouldn’t treat his future that way. The more he had a clear path to walk through, the more he would put his body and mind under intense training and honing.

Days went on as weeks passed without another mission sending their Team away. It was natural, however. Second Step organizations usually didn’t need to hire the Crimsonbreaking Faction as their problems weren’t in space but in their Kingdoms still. It was also only the Crimsonbreaking Faction that was faced with constantly moving around, unable to form a headquarters in a Kingdom. But that was a whole different matter.

Heian Ciemnosc still had many things to consider in the future. He had already started his career in the world and was touching space almost every week. The previous mission could serve as a proof of what he lacked and needed, but also the beginning of what he should aim for. However, that was still his decision to make. And it would be one where he might be stubborn, but he won’t deny any possible help, that includes the Crimsonbreaking Faction.

Months went by. Like this, the 31st year’ 11th month arrived. With it, the Crimsonbreaking Faction’s forces returned to their mobile space station.

… Heian Ciemnosc and the incomplete Fleet he’s part of waited in their hangar. Their Fighters were at the sides, and the Frigates, Destroyers, and some Cruisers were already floating above the floor level. Heian Ciemnosc and his Team were waiting, just like the rest, for the Carrier to dock at its designated port, separate from the rest and only for the Carrier. Heian Ciemnosc saw many Third Step cultivators go out during these 3 months and 2 weeks.

They were required to go out as Third Step organizations had more contact with space matters. And what’s more, the Crimsonbreaking Faction’s principal source of income was the Third Step Teams that went on missions and claimed success everywhere they went. The other Steps weren’t too far behind, but the consistency and speed of the Third Step soldiers was simply higher than everywhere else.

At this moment, Heian Ciemnosc wore his uniform with 3 icons in his emblem, one with a unique, black-crimson star below it. He could feel the sneaky stares of dozens of soldier units who stretched their necks and bent their backs. He ignored them, though, and looked ahead into space, where the Supreme Battleship floated, and their incomplete Fleet’s commander was still waiting for instructions from his superiors.

“... Advance! Dock and report in the headquarters! We will reunite with the rest of the Faction’s soldiers and hierarchy shortly after! Welcome back home!”

“HUAAA!!!”
