Cultivating And Reconstructing
“Finish? Oh, what does that mean?” Heian Ciemnosc turned his darkest eyes to the Snow Fox beauty before him and smiled. The smile drew attention from both people around the table before Xue Yoler responded with a light tone, “Sir black monster, we're talking about your activity. It is related to the Heraxle Clan, but the Crimsonbreaking Faction won't step out of their boundaries, I presume… and hope.”
“…” Heian Ciemnosc’s expression changed slightly. His appearance made the 2 before him narrow their eyes a bit. However, he gave them a grin in the next moment and said in a lighthearted tune, “I am in no condition to suddenly barge into your territories and claim the border Kingdom as completely under the Heraxle Clan’s control. I don’t currently have the time for that.”
“…” Xue Yoler’s lips parted, but she didn’t say anything just yet. Her eyes narrowed a little more, becoming seductive yet exuding a decent womanly charm. Then, she smiled lightly and thinly, “Here are the documents, so sir can remember what to do next.”
She passed a few documents to Heian Ciemnosc containing the rules and agreements that the 3 territories accorded after the 10 year war with these people and the representative he killed a year ago in charge. These documents were the same that Heian Ciemnosc read before coming to the Lsefattern Kingdom. He gave them a passing glance before directly staring into the Snow Fox’s eyes without fear.
Xue Yoler didn’t seem to see or care about Heian Ciemnosc’s glare as Ogork looked from the side. She stood up a little and pointed at a few documents, “Here, you can see you are doing great already by building the towns and cities, but the villagers don’t need to have a new home. You didn’t have to, especially those north of your territory.”
She smiled, tilting her head to the left. When Heian Ciemnosc seemed about to say something, she pointed at the documents again, “Ah! And here. This isn’t necessary, but you must offer growth to the inhabitants so they can build their Third Step organizations. Sir black monster killed them all, mostly. But those prisoners you have might make things easier.”
“If you desire it, the Dynasty is willing to dedicate some resources to aid your inhabitants. We can’t help too much since they aren’t in our territory, but what are neutral parties for, ey?” Xue Yoler announced, giving Heian Ciemnosc a beaming, sweet smile. Ogork chipped in and added, looking at Heian Ciemnosc without much reaction from his previous words, “Your Heraxle Clan and my Est Soul Empire have been allies for decades after the 10 year war.”
“Before that, we were already in good terms, like the Sweet-Flora White-Heavens Dynasty is with the Bluenet Nation… or even the Toreon Clan.” Said Ogork. Xue Yoler’s eyelids and eyelashes twitched when she heard the last part, but she didn’t say anything in response. Ogork concluded his words, “We will also offer resources for your inhabitants’ growth.”
‘I see.’ Heian Ciemnosc didn’t respond immediately, staring at these 2 before opening his overly pale red lips. Their movement was calculated and read by them. “You’re generous, and I thank you for that. But no need. As you already know, I own quite the store in the Universal Conveyance. Don’t you? Miss Yoler?”
“Ah, aha. Indeed,” Xue Yoler opened her lips before forming a little smile. She narrowed her eyes and supported her jaw with her left palm as she added, “I have bought from sir’s online store for a few decades already. If my memory is correct, you gave my people a slight discount since a decade ago. Thank you for that, sir black monster.”
“Mn,” Heian Ciemnosc slightly nodded before lowering his gaze. He changed it to Ogork, who was letting Xue Yoler work her magic. But it didn’t seem to be working. Heian Ciemnosc smiled slightly as his gaze traveled between their faces before finally saying with a little smile. However, his tone wasn’t nice to hear.
“You think you can tell me what to build? In my territory, the Crimsons will do as the Crimsons desire to do,” Heian Ciemnosc crossed his forearms before his chest like a child and waited for their response.
“Supreme commander, is it?” Xue Yoler continued the battle, not growing tired after a few stalemates. But before she could continue, Heian Ciemnosc interjected and corrected her, making it a big deal with his lengthy explanation. “Chief, or chief of operations. I’m not under any organization to aid or work with. I’m here to rule by myself. Oh, but don’t fret. I’m not trying to change the statu quo of a border Kingdom.”
“…” The 3 of them exchanged rapid glances. Heian Ciemnosc grinned a little from the left corner of his mouth and added, sounding playful yet slightly threatening, “That is for the fact that the border Kingdoms’ order is not to be disrupted by the Existential Sixth Step organization ruling over it. And that the very same will secure the border Kingdom’s stability.”
“… As allies,” Ogork spoke after the silence became tense and somewhat heavy. “We don’t have to see each other warily. We’ve been working good for several decades. There’s no way a trifling… border Kingdom is going to change that. How about… we just relax and discuss our territories’ new agreements? Sir black monster keeps longing for one, we should grant it.”
“…” Heian Ciemnosc looked at the Soul Race member with a humored, nice guy expression. Although Xue Yoler had an expression of not being contented by this change, since 2 parties already agreed to it, she’d be a lesser person to blatantly opposite it. She rubbed the left side of her forehead while mentally sighing.
“How about we continue this later? You’ve just arrived, and we’d like to take our time with this new set of agreements.” At last, something came in her mind and she spoke to Heian Ciemnosc while smiling. Her eyes glowed a little snow white in the center of her pupils.
“Good idea, I carried heavy luggage and need to unpack. See you later,” Heian Ciemnosc directly acted. He stood up and nodded-bowed at the 2 representatives before turning around and walking away. When he disappeared and closed the doors, the pair of cousins looked at each other before feeling the heavy helplessness on each other’s wrinkled foreheads.
“It’s not gonna be easy,” Ogork said, before appearing tired and breathless. Xue Yoler ignored this momentarily and complained, “No! We still have to ensure the rules will be followed. Whether the Heraxle Clan is in his eyes or not doesn’t matter. We and half the world has seen it already. He is not controllable. But we’ll make him!”
“Mhm, I… will return to my lodging first. We’ll work something tomorrow,” said Ogork. Xue Yoler finally paid him attention and asked after frowning and looking at his seemingly slightly exhausted state. “Are you feeling well?”
“It’s nothing. Just something I felt during the meeting. Like I was drained and reminded of something. It’ll go,” said Ogork, leaving Xue Yoler behind as he exited the meeting room.
“…” Xue Yoler frowned, seeing that her cousin seemed more than just a bit tired. ‘Could there be something wrong with his core? I felt no Soul Art from black monster. Is it just a Soul Race’s side effects when meeting people like him?’
A Soul has no heart to speak of, nor blood, unless they momentarily possess a corpse. But even then, they’d suffer less than an iota if their bodies were crushed. Only in their true Soul body and by Soul attacks could they suffer damage like any other Race. Their ‘core’ was the center of their knowledge, life, nature, and cultivation. Like a Dantian and Psychogenic, and one’s brain.
“Hmph,” Xue Yoler harrumphed after being left with her thoughts. She decided to calm down and deal with tomorrow’s things tomorrow.
… On the other hand, Heian Ciemnosc rapidly moved through the hallways. He thought to himself how ballsy he was to talk to Universal realm peak experts like this, with just a ‘trifling’ Silhouette realm 7th stage cultivation base. Sara also massaged his shoulders as he walked around, following his Fairies’ scent.
However, a few doors before his lodging, Heian Ciemnosc stopped and entered into another door without knocking. There, he saw Elyor and Grietta sitting in 2 chairs in a humble room with pelt everywhere, which only fur was noticeable.
“Oh, hey,” Heian Ciemnosc lackadaisically walked towards them. Grietta wore a top that only covered her bountiful breasts, while Elyor sat beside her left, with his right leg atop his left knee. Heian Ciemnosc stopped before Grietta and went to the point. “I’ve come to ask for your help tomorrow. I only wish to speak freely, but I’m too weak. I can’t just accidentally provoke some people and get killed here.”
“Hahah,” Elyor let out a few big brother chuckles before responding with a smile and a nod, “Sure, we can help the infamous black monster. But, eh, what do we gain in return? We’ve been traveling only through the south, and Grietta will soon birth my daughter. What can you help us with, Heian Ciemnosc?”
Heian Ciemnosc lifted his eyebrows with a jolt. Then, he smugly smiled, looking at Elyor, and said with an ‘understanding’ tone. “I won’t neglect my seniors. I have just begun reconstructing. We’ll travel through the sea as soon as possible. We can let Little Dina know a vast sea before she is even born. Preparations are in construction for her to deliver. Just say where, and it’ll happen there.”

“Here will be fine,” Grietta interjected, dearly holding Heian Ciemnosc’s left wrist. She looked up at him as he returned the glance and said, “We just want our whole family to be there. You have to hurry, she won’t be delayed, eh. You better prepare a magnificent scenario for when we show her to the world for the first time.”
Grietta smiled like a proud mother already, and didn’t let go of Heian Ciemnosc’s wrist. Heian Ciemnosc smiled and tilted his head to the left, contemplating Grietta’s image. He caressed her right profile face before looking at the two of them and said in a light tone, “I’ll make it happen. It’ll be a thanks from me for these years. No matter what is and what isn’t in the future.”
“Mn, thank you, Heian Ciemnosc.” Elyor said, becoming relaxed. Then, a slight silence ensued. Heian Ciemnosc looked at the two of them before staring at Grietta. She felt his gaze and lifted her face, slightly parting her lips as her chin moved a bit. “Well then.”
Plop. Heian Ciemnosc pulled his phallus out after speaking and let it fall on Grietta, encompassing her body from her right thigh to her left breast, landing on her bulging stomach. Grietta’s eyes went dreamy for several seconds before she smiled and vigorously chuckled.
Heian Ciemnosc aimed his maximum length penis’ glans to her mouth and Grietta opened wide, becoming serious in her job as she took the phallic, overly pale meat into her throat. She hadn’t been with anyone besides her husband since returning from the Dragoon Ore Kingdom, but today, she took a dick like it was her life’s purpose to please until Heian Ciemnosc said it was over.
“!” Elyor was astounded to say the least. He pointed at their connection and asked with a slightly breathy voice. “A- are you sure that is alright?”
Plop! Grietta popped the behemoth out of her mouth as her hands kept caressing Heian Ciemnosc’s scrotum on her belly. She looked at her husband, who was looking from the side as she took another man’s body into her mouth with a guffawing longing, and said with a mouth full of precum and her saliva mix. “I will turn every drop of his sperm into energy as soon as he ejects inside me, it’s nothing to worry about.”
Slllllurrrp.
With that, Grietta went back to her diligent work, her head bobbed back and forth a little while Heian Ciemnosc did most of the movement. Elyor looked at them with his neck’s veins bulging. He asked Grietta as she saw her lips wrapping around the phallus and its more gruesome, bulging veins pumping severe amounts of blood. “You meant only your mouth, right?”
Grietta’s eyes narrowed as her left hand held a piece of Heian Ciemnosc’s shaft near the crown. Meanwhile, her right hand worked hard to capture both of his testicles, smearing them over her belly as she massaged them softly and slowly. Grietta’s eyes looked at her husband, whose bulge was starting to soar into the heavens.
She smiled and didn’t offer any explanation, increasing her passion for Heian Ciemnosc as she closed her eyes and naturally moaned with nearly all of her throat suffocating in meat. Elyor stood up and pointed his member at his wife, nearly slapping her belly.
“Hey!” Grietta stopped him and unwillingly let her throat let go of the long piece of meat, feeling pleasant one last time before berating her silly husband. “Be careful where you point my throne at. She’s going to be Heian Ciemnosc’s wife!”
Heian Ciemnosc and Elyor: “…”
‘Even if you have plans for the future, you shouldn’t be this sassy, right?’ Heian Ciemnosc said as he changed his penis’ aim and dropped it from Grietta’s throat to her crotch through her belly. After sliding it all the way down, he showered Grietta’s head and throat of his scent and fluids with his dark Vigor Energy before penetrating her.
… A few hours later, Heian Ciemnosc finally walked into his lodging, where 3 Fairies readily hung onto him and jealously began cleaning every millimeter of his body with their mouths. Meanwhile, the other Fairies sat cross-legged and felt their cultivation efficiency enhanced after Heian Ciemnosc entered his bedroom and bestial sounds came from it.
. . .
The next day, in the meeting room.
Once again, the Dynasty and Empire’s representatives waited 2 minutes since the start of the meeting before they saw Heian Ciemnosc walk in. However, two people went inside with him. Ogork, who was supporting his chin on his intertwined fingers, nearly stood up in alarm. Xue Yoler, on the other hand, felt apprehensive as she also recognized those two.
“Greetings, I’m late again. But it wasn’t my fault this time, I had to wait for my seniors to be ready. Cough, shall we start?” Heian Ciemnosc casually walked in as the door was closed with Soul and Spirit Sense. Elyor and Grietta followed behind him, on his right and left, respectively.
“Of course, but, sir black monster. May I ask something?” Ogork looked at Heian Ciemnosc and still acted polite. A glint in his eyes even showed he was willing to let Heian Ciemnosc have an opportunity to explain himself and wasn’t just playing games or making things difficult.
“Go ahead,” Heian Ciemnosc vigorously moved his head and replied. Ogork fell silent for 1 second before standing up and bowing to Elyor and Grietta. Xue Yoler repeated after him, “Greetings to Senior Elyor and Senior Grietta, you grace us with your presence.”
“I heard Senior Elyor took an apprentice about a decade ago? Congratulations!” Xue Yoler added after greeting them along Ogork. Elyor looked at the Snow Fox and nodded, “Indeed. She is the black monster’s finding. Her talent isn’t bad, but she needed polishing. The Crimsonbreaking Faction offered her half what she needed in the Dragoon Ore Kingdom, but she was still clueless of space battles.”
“… Ah, I see. Sir black monster must have brought many surprises to the Crimsonbreaking Faction. It will surely evolve in the near future,” Xue Yoler nodded and respectfully added. Elyor tilted his chin to the right and frowned with a little smile before commenting, “I suppose. And he isn’t planning on stopping that just yet, hah heh.”
“…” - “…” The 2 representatives were slightly taken aback. However, Ogork didn’t really lose momentum and asked Heian Ciemnosc with a neutral tone. “Why have you invited others to this meeting? It is only to be attended by the representatives. This is of utmost importance.”
“Oh, that… Well, the answer is, in truth, pretty simple.” Heian Ciemnosc sat on his chair, with Elyor and Grietta standing behind him, their stance and its meaning clear. Heian Ciemnosc sat without property. His right leg above the table and his fingers intertwining before his face. “It just so happens that I… felt like I needed some weight so that I won’t feel as threatened as I thought I would.”
“…” Both representatives were baffled. They looked at each other before ruefully sighing and blinking slowly to show their agreement. They faced the Crimsons as Xue Yoler announced, “Very well. From now on, I announce the beginning of our meeting to debate on the matters concerning the Turtle Hiding Region, core-selected Region in the border Kingdom— Lsefattern Upper Kingdom.”
… With the meeting commencing, the 3 sides went through the Glorious Nexus Entente’s articles concerning them and their role as the representatives from their respective Existential Sixth Step organizations. It was fast, since they only had to show their Spirit Sense going over the written Entente.
Afterwards, the things Elyor wasn’t interested in, politics, commenced. Heian Ciemnosc and the other representatives went through the rules that were more than obvious and even overlapped with the untold rules between civilians and cultivators.
After the first series of agreements, the representatives started repeating previous rules and agreements, quickly passing through them, accepting most and only leaving a few to the side. Heian Ciemnosc rejected those few, as the meeting would deal with them at a later hour. They focused on what they could concur with first, and would deal with the complicated processes later.
At last, evening came. Heian Ciemnosc was still alive ad kicking, while Elyor and Grietta had been communicating via Souls. Finally, Xue Yoler and Ogork’s silence was broken by the latter, who signed the last digital sheet and lowered her palms on the table. She looked at Heian Ciemnosc and questioned him about one of the points he refused.
“The inhabitants need to count with Third Step organizations to aid their natural growth. Isn’t this something sir black monster is well known for? Your nature reading helped the world generate an idea of the so-called ghosts. Can’t you see the problems that’ll arise if there’s no such order in their Region? Their home? Their livelihoods are threatened by the lack of this order…”
Xue Yoler slightly enunciated her words bit by bit, staring straight in Heian Ciemnosc’s darkest eyes, feeling compelled to look elsewhere for a moment every now and then.
“I agree.” In another lackadaisical pose, sitting in his chair, Heian Ciemnosc nodded twice, but elaborated with an annoying tone in Xue Yoler’s ears. “But why should it be obligatory? I need no Third Step organizations forming in my territory. A military force is enough. I can keep this Region safe, and procure a future for their civilians. Besides, you talk about helping the inhabitants, but don’t consider raising any significant citizen force.”
“First of all, sir, it’s the Region’s south, not the Region.” Xue Yoler lifted her right index finger and corrected. Ogork looked at her, somewhat alarmed, in a warning. But she continued, “Citizen forces require no strengthening. They are useful for defense and can even become garrisoned units, but placing resources in them…”
Xue Yoler stopped when she saw Heian Ciemnosc’s face saying ‘but I’ve shown otherwise’, and fell silent. However, she didn’t give up and continued after recomposing. “That could be a matter for the future, after the whole Region is stabilized. If you were to make a single military force for the south, that’d be suspicious. Don’t you think?”
“So what if it’s suspicious? Is it illegal? Minor Kingdoms have always faced a sole ruling organization despite their limitations. Even in the past, the border Kingdoms were only visited and allowed a stay by other parties, not ruled along the border Kingdom’s owners. If I want to form a force for, as you’ve said, the south. That’s even in my right, as the Heraxle Clan sent me here.”
“…” Xue Yoler stopped and looked at Heian Ciemnosc with struggling, beautiful eyes. She formed a fist under the table, which she sneakily moved downwards. She contemplated but struggled to agree to Heian Ciemnosc’s words. Xue Yoler looked at Ogork to help her decide.
“That might be possible, but the Region still needs a power that is independent of the Existential Sixth Step organization. One that can refuse an order and do what they seem fit, no matter how crucial the order is, or how convincing their ‘chief’ can be.” Ogork said.
Heian Ciemnosc grinned from ear to ear and lowered his head, looking a little creepy as he softly elaborated with his arms spread to the sides on the table. His palms faced each other from half a meter away. “That is just perfect! That’s where my solution to another article I wish to change for the better comes into play~.”
…
