Re-Starting And Mining
"Ciemnosc, Chief in Command!" Missa shouted lightly as Ciemnosc closed in at a regular pace through the crowd. Whenever he left a great deal amount of students behind, those students would linger and look at his back for a bit more before turning around and going back to relaxed chatting. They could do that all night anyway, and if it wasn't that, they would either rest or play bunny with other students.
"Hm." Arriving before his team, Ciemnosc looked at them before slowly coming to a stop right in front of Missa and the others, with Gallah a bit more to the side as he wasn't a beauty Ciemnosc needed to be close to physically, of course. Once he did, he gave Missa a look with his face, which to her appeared a bit tired; quiet. And then he asked her, "How are the damages?"
“Yes,” Missa looked down and then right after raised it up with her hands going to her lower back, as it did with the other members of his team. “About 17 construction sites are completely leveled down, with a crater accompanying them now. Each of them is quite deep. Those were the places where the enemy’s shelling had it easier avoiding our shelling, so they must have liked not being blocked or something.”
“Around half the construction sites were hurt or half destroyed, too. Only about a couple of construction sites were not reached by any shelling, but the roads all around the base were made a mess out of their attempt at bombing us.”
“The following procedures are already set and tomorrow they will begin. The students’ mindset isn’t so bad as to become little idiots after this event, Genius Ciemnosc. Though they are indeed shaken, their current situation makes them seem not like they were terrified just over an hour ago. They are good seeds, Genius Ciemnosc.”
After hearing some words from Missa’s report, Ciemnosc was already nodding and looking around while his Spirit Sense had only detected a bit of the entire damage done to the base, but the temporary base was at least completely fine; and so were they. Ciemnosc asked with a bit of a fingers-gesture from his left hand as he crossed both his arms in front of his solar plexus.
“How are they going to start, then?”
“Mn,” Missa looked down again just before looking up yet again as well, already noticing the tiredness in Ciemnosc’s body and even voice, but ignored it and continued dutifully. “There are too many craters all around, so a lot of arrays had been ‘ordered’ for the students proficient in them to begin pre-inscribing them for tonight, and tomorrow they will receive some free time; only for tomorrow of course.”
“Mm- mm, no arrays to fill the craters up.” Ciemnosc shook his head, his left-handed fingers also shaking a bit. Missa’s head tilted with her chin slightly up to her right with a clearly confused expression on her beauty’s face. “But, Chief, it will take a long time if we do it normally. All of the damages are repairable, at least for us cultivators, but do we have that much time on our hands?”
“No arrays. That’s exactly what isn’t needed right now. If this is going to be the Rocaloi Academy’s base for the future war’s battles, then it has to be tough, not just in one piece.” Ciemnosc said, calming Missa and his other teammates a little before adding so that things may really proceed. “Tomorrow, I will teach the method to recuperate the terrain. Even an ordinary person could do this, and at a fast speed with just the help of a few devices and told and Inferior Powerful Stones.”
“Oh, understood, Chief.” Missa finally became at ease. Their little boy wasn’t getting cocky or anything, despite being more than capable and allowed to after doing this much shit against an untold number of enemies; at least for his cultivation level that is. Ciemnosc nodded his head in return and looked as Missa was still on his way to the large tent. “Oh.”
“Well, Chief.” Missa kept her clipboard in her own Covert Space bag and slowly stepped twice in front of Ciemnosc while Fatima and Leen both stepped towards him to stand right in front of him in the same way as Missa. Gallant was cluelessly standing to the side and not moving a muscle.
“Well, since you have done such amazing things, big-big things.” Missa began snaking her way on and against Ciemnosc’s front body, her hands and palms softly covering his upper chest and then to his shoulders, while her bountiful enough breasts pressed against his upper ribs while her face was so high up and close to his but still lower with her head inclined backwards.
She looked indescribably exotic, delicate, and tempting - tempting in the best of incredible of ways. Ciemnosc also began to feel more hands around his shoulders and back, with another 2 delicate heads beginning to rest on his arms and shoulders, his hands being grasped by another 2 pairs of hands as well.
Missa had a devious look on her really pretty face, and the darkness around the large and main tent wasn’t doing anything to hide it from Ciemnosc’s eyes and Spirit Sense. Her cocky yet sweetest smile, along with her lower body slowly snaking against the front of his body just as her whole upper body was tantalizing, to say the least when accompanied by Fatima and Leen as she deliberately swiftly whispered onto his face with her lips ever so close to his.
“Tonight you get to rest like the king you are, Ciemnosc…” Missa said. Right before beginning to eat his chin, which according to Ciemnosc’s eyes and sensations of his skin, she deemed to be the most precious treasure and amazing delicacy in the world.
But it only lasted a little, and afterwards, she tiptoed as much as she could to still have her entire frontal body against his to kiss his nose, then his forehead before lowering her eyes while still tiptoeing as much as she could. Her eyes fell on his for a long time until Ciemnosc felt another 2 sets of lips, delicious and meaty as well as caring on both his cheeks. And while Missa moved back to leave his front body alone, his forehead was kissed together by both Fatima and Leen.
Step… step step, step step step step, step…
Missa took Ciemnosc’s left hand and, without caring about it, she brought it to her derriere where the topmost section of her crack was while obviously still hidden by her clothes. She began dragging him into the large tent with such allure, but this wasn’t going to be an in and out game for the entire night, just skin to skin sleeping together - but that was more than enough.
Gallah, as he watched the girls all start getting bare to meet their creator while getting into Ciemnosc’s bedroom, looked one before nodding diagonally and semi shrugged his shoulders before getting into his own personal bedroom.
. . .
More than 2 weeks have gone by, and it has now been 5 weeks since Ciemnosc and his troops arrived at what was currently the temporary base, but that was beginning to be disassembled.
It was in the first week and a half when they almost had to fend off an enemy attack, only for Ciemnosc to save the day and become the respectable, bloody, and brutal leader they never knew they needed and now we're glad they wanted him in the first place. And now, 3 weeks and a half had gone by, with the word ‘change’ never better in describing the current situation.
Before, in the 1st week and a half, only a few construction sites could be seen. As a result, though there were ‘a lot’ of construction sites that were destroyed, it wasn’t to the point that it was entirely a waste of time. Due to their low and kinda inefficient work, the students’ problem was only that of repairing the roads all around the base and even some outside, as even the snow seemed to avoid anywhere that the pure energy explosions occurred.
So after repairing the ‘not that well started’ construction sites, after fixing all the roads in the ‘pro-nature’ way that their bloody and brutal Chief showed them, so gentle and thoughtful not just of nature but of what seemed to be even the dirt’s feelings… or so… The students went back to their respective construction sites and raw material processing spots, working better than ever as they could be seen getting ashamed of themselves in the first days of re-starting to build everything around.
If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
It was a slow reinstating to build the constructions at first. But after just a couple of days, the students were as if injected with several thousand different chickens’ blood all at the same time. And the process of everything was ever so enhanced that even Ciemnosc could only rate his previous army’s mediocre first-starters’ work as below these students.
While he only taught the method of ‘repairing nature’ or so, while caring about the materials in their hands, there were even punishments for those who did not do it right… Ciemnosc also spent all of his time that he wasn’t going out to discover mines around to teach his team more of the Spirit Sense, either in the night or when everyone else was doing their own stuff.
Ciemnosc would then instead be either teaching in a group or to several members of his team at the same time or on his bed and personally giving advice and guiding his teammates, except for Gallah of course. He would have his personal guidance only during the day or when in a group, mhm.
On the other hand, while in a group, and even sometimes in public, it wasn’t new nor weird to see Ciemnosc being given pecks by his teammate. The beauties of the Chief in Command were now known to have extremely potent Spirit Sense, besides already being quite powerful themselves; especially for the orange haired big sister.
And with their Spirit Sense becoming better and greater both in quality and to the point that they even managed to reach the maximum of their respective Spirit Gathering realm cultivation. While Missa was still a couple of meters low of reaching the maximum in her Conflagrate realm cultivation. In the end, the other 3 managed to breakthrough within these 3 weeks and a half, surprising both the students and Ciemnosc himself.
Somehow, even as they had the best Spirit Sense ever possible, he, of course, made them understand how necessary it was for none of them to speak about it and even less so from where they got it. Ciemnosc felt as if there were a couple things they still needed for a seamless breakthrough, or at least one that they could very well unleash their full potential - a much more solid cultivation foundation and a stronger physical body.
But that, of course, was a couple of matters that only Ciemnosc could talk about them as if they were normal things to have…
As for the entire base, which has been completely remodeled from its previous snowy, flat, and plain boring scenery - it had turned into a great view with a couple of buildings scattered here and there all around the base. The temporary base was beginning to be left behind as the dormitories, for tens of thousands of people, were already built and though there was a lot more to be done so that this could all be considered a proper base in Ciemnosc’s eyes - it had the self-sufficient needs that even a hundred thousand would require to live.
As for the buildings or structures that weren’t bad, nor wrong, but were… nonetheless nonessential for a military operation… Ciemnosc, this time, made none of them to be built in the base nor in the future did he prepare to.
While the buildings seemed to be scattered around, there were many of those, it was just that the base’s whole territory itself was really too damn big, and it surpassed the stronghold by an ‘okay-large enough’ margin.
If anything, the only difference and ‘thing’ about this base was that it would need a long ‘road’ to connect them to the Little Lake directly. , and in other words, a much larger port that would require a lot of workers. Which Ciemnosc naturally didn’t have, and if he wanted to have them, there was a need for him to convert this frontline into the ‘rear lines’ so to speak.
Only then would the battle not be considered right at their doors, and lower cultivation realm students could get to enter the base and its surroundings, practically, everywhere that wasn’t the frontlines and was way behind them would be allowed to have just that.
But of course, if the base was to be attacked, there were going to be more protective array formations needed for that matter. And for such things, Powerful Stones were needed.
It was only right that within these 5 weeks in total, before even the base was almost directly attacked, Ciemnosc had already found 2 mines of Powerful Stones. He didn’t have the devices yet to look for such, nor the resources for it. But he had his own Spirit Sense and a few records of what an unexplored, explored, and very well hidden Powerful Stone ore looked and could be like.
He also knew that the extremely rare and most abundant Inferior Powerful Stone ores which could beget a Supreme Powerful Stone or various of such - were always protected by incredibly, and even more so, rarer Obsidiafying realm Creatures at the peak of that realm.
But for the moment, he found ordinary Powerful Stone ores, ready to be made into mines that he had already even begun thinking of how to build and who and how many to send. Though he had never built a mine, and he knew how dangerous these were, that was mostly from the records that had terror story-like endings where bugs’ nests or a huge Creature simply slumbering through the seasons and years woke up to and killed everything around.
Still, and even then, Ciemnosc’s head was already working and hard. For the creation of a mine that was going to maximize both production and safety for the sake of continuing production for as long as possible. Of course, Ciemnosc had to get into dirt swimming and diving in order to really explore the ores - but he only did that to the first 2 he found, from the tens of other ores soon-to-be mines he found after the 2nd week.
Those 2 ores were the closest to the base, and even more so, they were completely hidden as they almost escaped Ciemnosc’s Spirit Sense range. It was also very rare for the scent of Powerful Energy and pure energy magically ‘linked’ underneath the ground to escape his nose… if he wasn’t always in his commanding vehicle and driving at high speeds at all times.
If it wasn’t because of his nose catching such a scent so many times, he would’ve missed half the tens of ores and great mines for the future to be built. And in the 4th week since the base was started to be built around, Ciemnosc sent a third of the students to those 2 mines; now barely started to be built upon by Ciemnosc’s hands.
Of course, the fucker also gave the still weirded out students a manual on how to mine best, and together, while also in how to use their Power Energy within the mines and how to keep building them down. There were more than enough ‘tens of thousands of students to send a few of those tens of thousands right down below into those mines, which the students had to grow familiar with and used to once again after just having understood the importance of building up their own base.
Though there was some discontent at the beginning, starting from that very same 4th week, Ciemnosc no longer went around trying to discover new mines-to-be and stayed within the base. Which could only be now their training grounds for wherever they hadn’t started building yet. Thus, during the night and early evening, the students that for a week didn’t have to go and mine in the mines… were to train all day with Ciemnosc, in whichever the fucka way he wanted them to.
Whether it was seemingly unnecessarily running, hopelessly lifting heavy stuff, and learning the basics of Spirit Sense, which was even below what he gave to his teammates, Ciemnosc had the entire base become a training ground as a whole of sorts where nobody was safe.
And during the night, these confused, poor students had to do their best to refine pure energy into their bodies, turning them into their Power Energy but also wasting it in order to repair their unknowingly sore bodies and unaccustomed to this kind of pain. Before, all they did was cultivate, study, and fuck. But now, they were feeling pain over their bodies, something shocking as it was told only mortals need such physical training and expense of their bodies.
What was worse, for them, and in a way… Was that after thinking that the Chief in Command was making them do these things for a ‘better mentality’ ended up being all bullshit and, in the end, the very first batch of students training under him couldn’t help but feel amazed once more since the time that he one man army’ed the enemy when they felt their cultivation seemingly disperse of its clogging, and their Power Power Energy become much more… ‘smooth’.
Ciemnosc offered no explanation and only had his slaves do his bidding. But deep down, he had already discovered the First Step; 1st Step… It was all about one’s beginning in the journey of cultivation, but that didn’t mean that it wouldn’t have its pains or lethality just by cultivating alone.
While these idiots and everyone in this world seemed not to know, Ciemnosc had not only discovered such but also found out not only that he was already having ideas about what lies beyond the Obsidiafying realm… He himself was already far beyond what anyone would need in order to cross through the entire… ‘1st Step’!
Only, he needed to continue cultivating, amassing his dark Power Energy… until his whole self was ready to take the next realm and the next, and the next after the one before, and the next.
He also didn’t know anything about cultivation, and the manual that he was given a year and a half ago was just a little push into the possibilities of his future. Valeria’s records were also only up to the Obsidiafying realm, and even then there wasn’t much information about breaking through into the Obsidiafying realm, just smallish details.
And it, for some reason, for some weird reason… made all Ciemnosc feel like this… like everything… in this world was… ‘running’.
Every day, after training the monkeys, Ciemnosc just couldn’t help but to k up into the sky with his arms crossed and the soles of his feet solid against the ground.
