Chapter 536 — 2 Months, The Royal Princess Joins The Army

2 Months, The Royal Princess Joins The Army

2 months, 1 week, and 4 days later. In the 24th year of the new Change, 4th week and 1st day, the Far East Region would be met with a brand new commotion.

In the new plaza before the Small City island's Central Building, more than 100,000 new recruits were formed before the Imperial Teachers, who were atop a platform with instructors and teachers standing beside them on the ground. Today, and this month, there was an extra platform behind the main one, where Heian Ciemnosc stood with his hands behind his back, looking at a pretty young girl somewhere in the middle rows at the center of the 100,000 future Imperial Guards.

The young girl suddenly smiled and secretly waved at him, but her actions didn’t escape the Imperial Teachers’ notice, who reprimanded her with a gaze, but all she did was go back to stand in formation and appear stern. Heian Ciemnosc kept looking at her, showering him with his look, producing a million times more pressure than all these top-notch imperial Teachers standing on the platform. Finally, the one leading this ceremonial entry to the Blauw Empire’s military college.

“Every single one of you here, recruits, already passed the previous assessments and tests. You are now part of the Empire’s military college and will become the Empire’s strength in the future! Whether you’re in the Second Step or barely started your cultivation path, it is in this college that you will become a soldier unit that this Empire begets!” The oldest Imperial Teacher lifted his hands and placed his fingertips together before continuing.

“Forging you into the Empire’s weapon won’t be difficult. That’s something you’ll come to with this after you go through what your seniors, you’ll understand by then. However!” The Imperial Teacher loudly acclaimed, “The time needed for you to join the army and become our proud soldier units fighting death itself for the Empire’s honor, survival, glory, and Her Majesty will depend on you! But the difficulty of giving you a role and battlefield to exchange your lives for the enemies’... will be on us. Each of your deaths, and each of your achievements… will fall upon us.”

“Every single one of you has made an oath…” The Imperial Teacher became solemn… and extremely touched. “But it is not for your loyalty or to chain you to serving the Empire. It is to yourselves. As an Imperial Guard, you are expected to die. As an officer, commander, or supreme commander, you are expected to lose only when you die. And as a Blauw Empire’s people, you are to fight!!”

“When you die, you will leave your loved ones behind, but let your memory return to the Empire and forever bath in your past! Your future is unknown, but you will always be welcome here!! And when the time comes you are taken away or become nothingness, you will be the Empire!!!” The plaza was deadly silent. Heian Ciemnosc could feel a particular mother worrying for her child. Her eyes were on the back of his shoulders, like the weight of this Empire.

“If you’re ready, take a step forward,” the Imperial Teacher suddenly said. It was like a simple chat between knowns, and nothing stern or strict, making the new recruits feel lighthearted. At once, without hesitation or wrongly using the other foot. Everyone used their left leg to stride forth, not in unison, and stepping down at their own pace, but together. STOMP~~~.

“Mmh!” The sound of their movement was greatly evaluated in the oldest Imperial Teacher’s mind. He swung his right sleeve, and a hundred thousand medallions flew towards the new recruits. Thousands came out of his sleeve every few seconds, appearing to be an impossible fast notion, but it was too slow even in First Step cultivators. Only the non-cultivators and citizens here would be amazed by this sight.

“That is your medallion. Take care of it and bind it already. If you are a citizen or haven’t cultivated yet, touch the needle hole at its corner. It won’t react to anybody but to the person it was designed for. Never drift apart from it, or you will be imprisoned for a hundred years the first time, and a death sentence will be discussed the second time. If you purposely do so, that is.” The Imperial Teacher watched everyone use their right-handed index fingertips to put them on the needle holes.

“!” - “Ah!” - “What?!” - “Ewww!” - “Hmm, kinda nice~.” The new recruits started feeling a most rare sensation. Their skin was penetrated, and a needle traveled to their bone, scaring most of them, while others didn’t even notice. However, it did not hurt them. Instead, the needle continued and seemingly went a few inches into their finger, coursing through its bones until reaching his knuckles and stopping. The new recruits felt next a sensation as if their entire blood was sucked and their veins were left dry. Their right arms became momentarily numb before feeling the blood all around their bodies boil without becoming hot. A strangest sensation.

“All of your names are now written in the Empire’s records, forever in the libraries already etched into the Universal Conveyance’s unique space and in the grand array formation. Your hearts, bodies, Souls, and every fiber of your beings are now one with the Blauw Empire, your home. The pride of the past is yours, and let the pride of the future belong to everyone and everything else accompanying us.”

“Huaaa!!” The crowd of little chicks cried, patting their left chests with their right fists’ back of their fingers. Their faces became solemn and maintained that way for several seconds before the Central Building lighted up, and fireworks began emerging from behind. Obscure clouds suddenly joined in the celebration, contrasting the fireworks further as they exploded in the sky to reveal hundreds of names with each explosion, quickly erasing from the clouds.

Pfum- paaah, pfum pfum pfum pfum pfum pfum… paaaah~ paaah~ paaah~paaah~ paaaah~...

“Wooow!” - “Mommy, the new recruits!!” - “I’m gonna be one, I’m gonna beeeee…!” - “Aha, alright… For sure... You’re just 4 years old now. Shut up and obey Mommy and Daddy, alright?” - “Wah! That’s Brother, that’s Brother!!” - “Yes, darling. But you’re not of age yet. Don’t be silly.” - “But they said they will be lowering the age to below 15, if only to become the instructors’ and teachers’ assistants!” - “Mother! Mother! Is it true what they said? The youngest have more chance of receiving special treatment depending on luck and their talent?!” - “Sigh…” - “True, sigh. Sigh…”

The world was watching the names appear in the sky again, as it is habitual every week, every month. College expansion was a definite yes-yes for Heian Ciemnosc and Empress Shuna after the second year, and now that it was implemented, the Empire’s army was increasing to an unbelievable level. They were a Second Step organization in the middle levels, at best, but they were already going for over a hundred million soldier units.

Thus, the college expanded its limits, used more Imperial Teachers, gained new instructors and teachers for the new recruits, and swiftly sent them one month later to the army to learn under the Imperial Teachers. Although citizens received different discipline, they were still part of the same army, and this was one of the most understood rules and regulations within the Empire. Just as it had become free from its racist past prior to funding the Blauw Empire, its citizen and cultivator’s differentiation was becoming thin as time passed.

Every month has been like this, with more than 400,000 soldier units being brought to the army, and the rapidly built Third fleet was already undergoing training in the northern sea. The world kept going, and after an entire month of celebration commemorating the Glorious Victory day, the Empire watched as their people became soldier units in numbers never seen before.

This wouldn’t remain forever, of course. These were too many numbers being taken away from the general population, but for the Blauw Empire, and according to their assigned supervisor’s evaluation, if it didn’t take this chance to soar like never before… it would be lost! The Empire, with an ample past, couldn’t tolerate this. Thus, Heian Ciemnosc didn’t need to give notice about the new articles showcasing brand-new benefits before millions of candidates listened in every island City and at the Small City island.

Most of these people would take years to enter the army and battle like the First and Second fleets have already shown in the recent past. However, the rise of the one and only Warlord organization gained views from all over the world. Other Existences looked on and felt somewhat bored but also ‘glad’ something good was happening after the new Change other than gigantic events and the Wrath Nihility Academy’s 2 consecutive wars before becoming an overlord organization. What’s more, it was news from the Blackotia Kingdom again!

On the other hand, the other Universal Land watched as the Azure Dragon’s Bloodline’s Blauw Empire came to light. After disappearing Archeons ago, all the world remembered knowing about them was that their umpteenth attempt to take inland territory from the Region they supposedly thoroughly owned failed again and received no more attention. The spies and hidden support from other organizations in accordance with the Glorious Nexus Entente.

For once, they were surprised. For twice, they were curious as to what the hell was happening. When they did a 1.5 second search in the Universal Conveyance and saw over 1,500 posts about the rumored new Gifted from the Wrath Nihility Academy, the little black monster, aka Heian Ciemnosc. They became more interested. It was already something to have the only Warlord organization rise in the new Change, just a couple decades after the Great Sage’s perishing and within the scope of nothing major having happened yet.

“... It’s still early today,” the Imperial Teacher spoke, again gaining everyone’s attention. “Get ready for your first classes and lessons. Those will be the beginning of your life in the Empire’s core. But don’t forget this. Even as a soldier unit or supreme commander, you’re just another Empire’s people. So go back to your loved ones and share the joy, for you’ll share the disgrace if you insult the Empire.”

“For the Empire!” - “For the Empire!!!” The Imperial Teacher roared, and the new recruits shouted in response, louder and in unison. Heian Ciemnosc saw this apprentice do the same, already learning how to be alive and all that young people shit. He didn’t have enough time to feel excited in his first organization, so he can’t share their resemblance, but he discerned it anyway.

CLAAAAAMOOOOR~~!!!

After the young girl shouted, and the fireworks kept exploding, the 100,000 new recruits this week erupted in cheers. Orderly getting crazy, they celebrated their initial point in the Blauw Empire’s glory and didn’t feel shy or too embarrassed to show it. Everyone began stepping out of the plaza, knowing they only had about an hour to contact their loved ones. They went to drink, eat, and whatever else they were allowed to as ‘future’ soldier units and leading figures in the army. They weren’t that limited to things, but they already treated themselves that way.

“...” While most left, one of the few new recruits who stayed was none other than the young girl. Her name had already spread in the sky, but the Empire was used to the knowledge of her joining the army. Of course, who knew the others, but other than the mightiest top 2 organizations, the other top 5 might not have known it. Either way, as everyone left, she was one of the few who remained in the plaza.

Now that most were gone, Heian Ciemnosc stepped forward and attracted everyone’s attention. The oldest Imperial Teacher nearly asked if he needed something before remembering something and shutting up before even saying a word. Heian Ciemnosc flew up and arched towards the ground in his flight, arriving before his apprentice to slowly float before her and descend on the ground.

“Teacher~~!” Blauw Ishikyy whispered-shouted as her brightest, cutest aquamarine, azure eyes narrowed. Heian Ciemnosc tilted his head to the right and patted her head, letting her be a cute young ass girl attaining one of her dreams, at least at this stage of her life. She looked at his face after feeling his pats after several seconds. She smiled and went all-in to hug his waist. He was taller and still continued to grow. What the hell was he eating to grow that much?!

“Sigh, Imperial Teacher, do I also grow a lot?” Blauw Ishikyy asked, feeling like she could talk about everything with this impossibly great cultivator before her. Heian Ciemnosc grinned and said in a whisper, but Blauw Ishikyy would’ve preferred if he had just shut the fuck up and never pronounced it. “Why? Did some girls tell your ‘small’ assets are curious compared to your big ones? Ah? Or was it a boy? Do I have to accidentally make others disappear again?”

“Gwah!” The young girl opened her mouth, twisted, and exclaimed with a totally understandable squeal. She looked up at him with widened eyes and raised eyebrows, feeling as if she had been betrayed. But she melted in the next moment, lightly sighed shortly, and said while leaning the right side of her face on his tough solar plexus. “Nah. I know how to handle boys… tsk. Little creatures trying to breathe the same space as I, Heian Ciemnosc’s top apprentice!”

“Oh, hohohoh?” The nickname had changed, putting Heian Ciemnosc in a strange spot. Was he so influential in her life? Oh! Was she learning how to instill fear in others? He was so proud… However, Heian Ciemnosc’s strange thoughts were interrupted by the young one’s words as she looked at the bluing sky. “Every time I grow taller, you grow taller. But you grow more, and you’re older. I will reach my limit in a decade, but you don’t seem to reach yours! How am I to compare?!”

“Why do you want to compare?” Heian Ciemnosc asked with a shake of his head, darkest eyes open, and directly looking down at the troubled princess. The young girl looked at that pale face, dazzled. Then, she responded by putting on a haughty expression, separated from him, and said in a soft, high-pitched tone. “What’d ya care? It’s girl’s stuff. You’re too old to understand. You can’t comprehend me, hum hum!”

“...” Heian Ciemnosc tilted his head to the right again before tilting it to the left. If the young girl had been at least watching with her Spirit Sense, she could’ve at least understood the kind of trouble she would be in tonight after her classes finished. What was worst was that she promised to be in her bedroom’s roommate slumber party. A new recruit had to remain in college, but a royal princess didn’t. Besides, who can make the assigned supervisor’s apprentice not have this little advantage? Not even her mother was confident to take on Heian Ciemnosc!

… However, tens of thousands of kilometers away, and further several thousand kilometers into the inland territory, in the Blue Emirate Grotto’s individual territory. They were just looking at the sky and planning a bit more when the Green Emirate Grotto’s Grotto Master, Jibnyeom, suddenly shouted and pointed at the Blauw Empire’s sky. “What the hell? Look! In the sky! Isn’t that… isn’t that the Blauw Empire’s royal princess?!”

“!!” - “?!” - “!!” - “!!” The leading figures from every top 5 organizations looked at the sky in wonder as a blurry name was erased. They managed to read it before it dissipated, and it was indeed so the royal princess’s name. The bunch of the Empire’s enemies looked at each other before starting to work harder on their round table. They changed a ton of things, and from planning many of their blue dots amassing where the azure dots were to partially sending their blue dots to the azure dots… and slowly finding a way to surround it without alarming the azure dots…

. . .

Several hours later, deep in the night. In one of the Small City island’s college’s residential districts. In the district where only boys or girls live in the same bedroom.

There were dozens of colleges spreading throughout the island Cities and the Small City. It was just that the Small City island had triple the amount of colleges than any other island City. In the first college of the Blauw Empire, where Blauw Ishikyy, fortunately, entered to be closer to her homely home, the Palace, many bedrooms were still lighted up. Because many citizens would share bedrooms with the cultivators, the soundproof walls were top-notch, sparing no effort to improve every soldier unit’s necessities.

Currently, Blauw Ishikyy’s bedroom’s lights were off, but the girls inside it were already in a circle, chatting with grins and exchanging knowing glances in between. However, one person was missing: the young girl, the royal princess herself. She was in the personal bathroom, where only one person may bathe at once, and personal hygiene.

Pitter-patter, pitter-patter~... pitter-patter… pitter-patter. Slide, fwuooshhh~ whoooshh~.

The sounds of the shower running stopped, the doors slid to the side and into the other door rapidly but without force, and a beautiful young girl stepped out of the booth. Her bare, cinnamon colored body was caressed by a slightly cold gush, followed by a slow and comforting warm breeze that became more pronounced as seconds passed by. Blauw Ishikyy’s long, uniquely smooth aquamarine, azure, long hair stuck to her left waist and whole back.

Her body was slender, lithe, and tender. Her front was nonexistent, a source of pouts nowadays. No matter how old she was growing up, she still found ways to get her face to pout. However, her bum was different. Since she was at that age, when she passed by the mirror, she stopped, didn’t turn her head to look at herself, and raised her right hips before taking a look. Seeing the perky, bountiful, and sexy pair of cheeks that shouldn’t go with her age but weren’t bizarre compared to her tall yet young body, she giggled.

“Hehe- gasp! GRRRR!!” Just as she turned her back and watched both bums to their full glory, she noticed someone’s presence. Rapidly turning her body, she covered her chest before realizing how futile it was. Immediately after, she converted her right hand into a pristine, starred azure claw and stuck a tail of the same color and scales from her rear. She bared dragon’s teeth towards the invader but then noticed it was just her personal Imperial Teacher sitting on the toilet with the lid closed.

“Ah~. It’s just you, teach. What’s up?” Blauw Ishikyy dropped her left arm, covering her manly chest, well, flat chest, but kept her claw, fangs, and tail. Her whole front was bare exposed before him, but considering his always on Spirit Sense, he saw everything inside and out of her. However, Heian Ciemnosc didn’t respond to her question and just lightly dusted his lap off before turning to face her with a perverted pair of darkest eyes.

“Why didn’t you tell me you could take your tail out at will?” Heian Ciemnosc asked, and suddenly, Blauw Ishikyy seemed to be amidst remembering something but just couldn’t get to it. Thus, she answered meekly, trying to hide the trembling inside her throat since before. “Just… it’s still too small, isn’t it?”

Step, step. “Nonsense,” Heian Ciemnosc said as he stood up and went over to lunge his right pale hand to her rear. Blauw Ishikyy’s eyes widened, but she didn’t move. Heian Ciemnosc grabbed her tail and brought it to hover before his solar plexus. Then, he said as he smoothly passed the tip of her tail against the sink’s furniture. “Although small. I believe it's stronger than your mother’s at her age. Don’t think too small of yourself. You’re my apprentice. You can’t be like others if you managed to be Heian Ciemnosc’s apprentice, right?”
