Chapter 327 — Massacre Everywhere

Massacre Everywhere

Pam- whoosh. Just as he finished his words, Heian Ciemnosc's Claws Out cut the air before him as he dashed forwards, advancing faster and sharper than if he hadn't used his claws. The enemy Ancestor or Retired Ancestor was surprised as he saw the young-looking man dash at a speed he could barely recognize. Yet, the 'young man's' cultivation base wasn't more potent than a Spirit Birth realm 2nd stage!

The elderly Ancestor tried forming a barrier of Power Energy before him just in case. But he underestimated a cultivator 2 entire realms below his and paid the price as Heian Ciemnosc’s right hand palmed his collarbone, and slight breaking noises were heard!

The Crabstynian realm cultivator was punched, flying backwards with Heian Ciemnosc in hot pursuit, with his Claws Out thrown to the back. The elderly Ancestor reunited his Power Energy, this time in shock and as fast as possible with the terror of being injured by a single punch from that kid! He condensed his Power Energy, successfully forming a barrier this time, and stopped his body at the perfect time to block Heian Ciemnosc’s incoming attack.

Heian Ciemnosc saw the Ancestor turn around, halt his body, and form a thin layer in front while preparing to send out some attack as Power Energy converged towards the palm and mouth of the Ancestor. Instead of slashing at the elder with his claws, Heian Ciemnosc formed a fist again and, with both his wrists placed together, punched right through it!

Brrsshh- swish, rustle, cuh- pshift- bam.

Heian Ciemnosc’s right fist kept going forwards while his left claw-like hand opened up and aimed at the elderly Ancestor’s right shoulder. The sound of his left claw-like hand cutting air and of his right fist following after the Ancetor’s chest was deafening for a moment before his left claw failed to meet its target, and his right hand managed to punch his enemy’s body, but only before being bounced back as a discharge of Power Energy bolted his body into the air.

Whoosh, whoosh… pshiiiftt~. Heian Ciemnosc rapidly ate away the Power Energy, trying to harm his skin, pickling and causing a few tiny red dots to appear everywhere, even in some places where his uniform protected him. Only the regions his jacket protected were without such injuries, though small, were incredibly powerful just now. If Heian Ciemnosc wasn’t in the Spirit Birth realm 2nd stage, that attack would have him sweating from its impact prowess and after-effects.

As Heian Ciemnosc halted his body in midair with equal precision and maneuver as the elderly Ancestor, he then looked down at his enemy. Whooshish sounds from all around could be heard as many presences came closer to his location, his Spirit Sense blocked by a couple of these as they floated with maximum speed towards him. However, Heian Ciemnosc could tell these people were just a smallish force and that a large one had already been attracted to the east.

“You have nowhere to hide now, kid. Thousands of others like me are already surrounding you!” The elderly Ancestor shouted as he walked out from a small pile of dust and dirt settling down. A solid, translucent Power Energy ‘shield’ was formed around his body, with only excessively slim lines of irregular shapes marking down the existence of that being an armor and not an actual shield. And this was the shiel that a Crabstynian realm cultivator must know how to summon to breakthrough.

The Power Energy armor was flawlessly see-thru as if it wasn’t even there. But it gave an awe-inspiring sensation to Heian Ciemnosc as he personally saw it for the first time. If this was already like that for Heian Ciemnosc, an ordinary cultivator would be stricken with fear and trepidation. The difference between a Spirit Birth realm and a Crabstynian realm cultivator became ever so present in Heian Ciemnosc’s mind.

“Do you feel it now? Heh. If you give me your cultivation method and blood essence, I’ll consider letting you live a little longer.” The elderly Ancestor looked at Heian Ciemnosc, knowing the effect it must be having on the invasor, and sneered. It would be so easy to just get to slowly gain of the world if he had a battle prowess like this person and didn’t waste it like he did.

Click-pshift, click-pshift- whoosh. Heian Ciemnosc didn’t say a word and simply waved his hands before him, floating down at maximum speed right after and aiming at the elderly Ancestor’s arms!

“!” The elderly Ancestor’s eyes widened in surprise. But having become used to this speed, he quickly took a long trident from his Covert Space bag and set his feet solid on the ground. Heian Ciemnosc continued to come down, his Claws Out showing as he exposed his fangs at the last moment, distracting the Ancestor for a couple seconds!

Swish, swish, cuh- phhshk. “!” The elderly Ancestor exclaimed and felt his life pass before his eyes as he avoided one claw with a sidestep and was just about to brandish his long trident. At that moment, the other claw came down, slashing from up to below the Ancestor’s face, letting the latter feel emptiness as a fresh liquid seeped from those wounds.

Heian Ciemnosc didn’t lose the advantage, and his Vocón Link immediately came from his left palm and directly touched the elderly Ancestor’s right side. When Heian Ciemnosc missed his claw, though it was indeed a miss, he wasn’t just planning on killing the elderly Ancestor, who didn’t even realize his Power Energy armor was broken seamlessly by those dark things. So when he failed with his first claw-like hand, the elderly Ancestor no longer paid any attention to it other than to avoid it, failing to notice Heian Ciemnosc’s palm opening and facing him.

“AA-aaaaaaa-AAAAAA-AAAH!” The elderly Ancestor opened his mouth wide, not expecting the pain that no living being in this world should ever feel, and screamed, wailed, and wept to the top of his lungs. Vocón Link’s strength, which was the same with any of Heian Ciemnosc’s limbs, smoothly went through the Power Energy armor, only finding some resistance at the first instant of the contact. After all, the Ancestor was 1 stage lower than what Heian Ciemnosc could fight at most.

The whooshing sounds around them became closer, nearing Heian Ciemnosc’s location. When they heard a known Ancestor’s scream go off like that, and with such a terrible notion, they hurried even more, knowing an enemy capable of killing them had finally come. This enemy had to be dealt with sooner than later, and every Ancestor, the 2 Retired Ancestors and dozens of Great Teachers knew it must be done no matter what!

Swush, clank. Swish- swish, clank. Cuuh cuuuh- clank, clank, clank… Whoosh- crreeshhk.

“AAH- noooooooo! Urg-...” Meanwhile, at the epicenter of this enemy School’s territory, at its center nonetheless. Their pal had a much different sensation and sight than them. For starters, he was terrified. It didn’t matter how much he clashed with Heian Ciemnosc. He was forced to the defensive with his Mortal trident already harmed and possibly breaking in a few parts of its shaft.

Yet, no matter how much he sent Power Energy to face a Spirit Birth realm cultivator melee as a Crabstynian realm cultivator, the former always managed to force his body 3 steps back with each move of his arms. Finally, the Ancestor showed an evident weakness. Blinking and gulping amidst a strike after depleting so much Power Energy, even becoming somewhat stiff and corky.

Heian Ciemnosc lunged at him, his eyes like the beast of beasts, his fangs showing, and his layer of darkness covering most of his teeth. The fangs were as long as his claws but on the thin side. Yet, as the elderly Ancestor was exposed to them, he felt like the entire world had abandoned him, and only the fate of imminent death would follow the next moments.

Before the Ancestor knew it, his throat was torn apart, and blood flowed out. His skin ached and burned, his bones felt pain, and his body paralyzed. Heian Ciemnosc didn’t stop there as he clawed into the elderly Ancestor’s right and left ribs, causing another choked scream from his mouth before starting to grip and tighten that grasping motion with his claw-like hands!

… Whoosh whoosh, whoosh…

… At last, several minutes later, the dozens of figures led by 2 people came to the School’s territory center. There weren’t thousands, not even 100, though a few more were still coming here. Naturally, Heian Ciemnosc could tell the elderly Ancestor was lying, especially with that helpful Spirit Sense of his. However, one thing was for sure. There were 2 Crabstynian realm 2nd stage cultivators among the firsts to arrive.

“...” The 2 2nd stage cultivators were much older than the previous Ancestor, whose bones Heian Ciemnosc was cleaning their flesh and blood as he was watched by them from high above in the skies. They had pairing beards, all white hair but with a slightly stronger vigor of their bodies. They were frowning as they watched this strange scene of a ‘young man’ eating in the middle of the School’s center.

The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.

“You, there! Where was Ancestor Po-” One of the 2 Retired Ancestors looked at Heian Ciemnosc and pointed down at him from above. Heian Ciemnosc immediately stood up and looked at them and at the sky. His darkest eyes were serene as he quietly spoke, “I don’t like being yelled at, screamed at, or just someone raising their volume towards me.”

“...” - “...?” - “... …?!”

Heian Ciemnosc looked at the faces of the 2 Retired Ancestors, the several Ancestors, and dozens and dozens of Great Teachers. When his gaze landed on the Ashes Soul realm, Heian Ciemnosc licked his lips, utterly ignoring the existence of 2 Retired Ancestors and several Ancestors. For a split moment, every Great Teacher around felt preyed on by a monster, the reason behind a primal fear suddenly dwelling in their hearts.

… Far from the center, in the west section of the School of Dancing Flowers’ specific organizational territory. A few minutes before, Heian Ciemnosc hadn’t yet met his fresh, moving, raw dishes.

The east and center of the School were told to be restricted areas for the moment. All students and those below the Great Teacher status were to remain behind wherever was safe. Namely, those areas were the south or west. Within the west section, tens of thousands of refugees who were spending time in the east were barely starting to arrive, having run for their lives and almost exhausting their Power Energy, about to enter into a coma.

“Here you. Teachers are forming array formations at the border with the center. Do you know what happened?” A student brought a bottle of mineral water to another and asked, his face worried but also concerned about everyone’s safety, not just this singular student.

The other student drank a little before forcing his mouth away from the bottle. It was too tiring to even drink, let alone breathe and drink at once. He almost felt like he could have killed himself just now. Looking at the asking student, he spoke with a negligible voice, “From the sky, many glows… some lucky… died impaled… some not… burnt to a crisp… huh… Much like… those?”

“Hm?” The student who asked was immersed in the pain, desperation, and hopelessness of the tired student’s eyes, words, and conveying emotions. But suddenly, seeing a calm and peaceful glint in the tired student’s eyes, he followed their direction just as a sword tip fell on the middle of his nose and impaled him on the ground.

The now-a-corpse fell with the back of its head first as the soles of its feet faced the sky where its murderers were floating still and continued in that pose before the stiffness of the corpse relaxed. And as a foul smell accompanied it, it powerlessly fell flat on the ground with only half an entire head. After all, this organization had very low cultivators regarding their lowest-status members, hence why there could be any content inside a student.

The tired student kept looking up and started smiling. It was an at-ease smile, feeling great and excited as if finding an old friend they only have good memories with. And then… it started all over again, right behind the teacher’s noses…

Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom…

… Yet again, far from the east, central, and west, but not that far between the east and west sections of the School of Dancing Flowers’ territory. In the southern district, where a couple thousand students have been murdered everywhere, even Educators and Great Teachers around were seemingly unresponsive to the Teachers’ pleas and calls for help.

It had been 15 minutes since the start of the offensive. Aleksander hadn’t had as much fun as now that, despite dealing with significantly weak targets, his lowered cultivation base made him thirst to assassinate Crabstynian realm cultivators of his own realm. Being the only one at the 1st stage in the CO team had its charm. Aleksander tried to delay news of his mass assassinations leaking to the south. But he was clearly not bothering to cover up.

From the east to the west of the southern section and from the north to the sought, Aleksander had made a town-big painting that could only be seen from several hundred meters above in the sky. It consisted of corpses, most with their bodies complete. But some were ‘dismantled’ and became pure chunks of bloody fresh drying up in the cold, creepy, darker-than-usual - night.

If anything, and if Heian Ciemnosc had the chance to see this painting of corpses several years ago, he would approve simply from how many nutritious corpses were around. Aleksander did as he was asked and formed a mental demon in the hearts of every student, including teachers. The carcasses lying everywhere on the main streets had terrorized many, who then attempted to run away to the center or west.

Most died, cruelly butchered by the unknown, capable, extremely fast, and potent assassin. Thus, for the last less than 10 minutes straight, every student and teacher residing or visiting in the south were turtling in the residences, waiting for the bad guy to come and slaughter them without making any noise… His cloak was also barely stained with their filthy blood…

‘It’s my turn.’ Thought Aleksander as he came out of another residence. This last residence was flooded with blood. Many had hidden there, probably celebrating or about to do something together, like family. But it just didn’t happen in the end.

Tshing tshing. Aleksander implanted his Power Energy into his daggers. They began glowing moonlight so beautiful it could blind one’s eyes in a few seconds, and whoever was looking at it would willingly let themselves be afflicted by such beauty in the world. He looked into the sky where the stars were, melancholy feeling his body, before turning around to face hundreds of incredibly angry Great Teachers. Each of them rushed here to catch the spineless coward, otherwise known as the untouchable and fearsome assassin.

There were more coming, even several tens of Crabstynian realm cultivators. Most were already busy with the east and west sections, mainly the east. But there were enough to send a few thousand to each side and then a few hundred to the center. Naturally, tens of Crabstynian realm cultivators could be sent to the south, where strange occurrences have been transmitted by ‘surviving’ students.

‘Hm,’ as he watched the targets with clear heads, hearts, limps, and necks showing before him. Aleksander remembered their aspect and shapes, Spirit Sense at top work. Then he slowly closed his eyes and let the nightly breeze touch his eyelids… gently.

Shoooooooouuun~. A sound only possibly describable with the words ‘illuminating and glorious’ was accompanied by a sheen so bright it directly numbed one’s five senses, not just sight. Everyone’s sense of smell, touch, hearing, vision, and taste became obsolete. Only one’s Spirit Sense worked, but when they realized that and began operating it to search the coward and kill him, they were already aware of the streams of blood flooding the air right next to them… Before the blinding white became but pure darkness.

… Back to Heian Ciemnosc, it was a whole different scenario than with the flying trio of Esteban, Fengli, and Sakura or the other trio led by Violet with Oleg and Victor. It was somewhat similar to Aleksander, who one-man-army his enemies even as more were coming, especially those in the Crabstynian realm 1st stage. The only difference was that Heian Ciemnosc’s battle prowess made the higher-ups feel a strong sense of fear, one they hurried their elite powerhouses to get rid of.

It was but certain that if these 7 were to fight like this, even with the possibilities of distracting enough forces and trapping some more in the absence of Heian Ciemnosc for an hour. They wouldn’t have the same result as a Spirit Birth realm Wrath Nihility Academy student with the might to kill Crabstynian realm 1st stage cultivators and elude 2nd stage cultivators.

Whoosh, tap, fwiush, piing~. Swoosh, whoosh, swaaa~shh.

Heian Ciemnosc’s feet blurred even to the 2nd stage cultivators’ eyes as they chased after him. Their eyes and actions expressed their fury as they watched Heian Ciemnosc annihilate Great Teacher after Great Teacher. It was a remarkably uncomplicated method, but precisely because of that, every time Heian Ciemnosc employed it, it garnered the hatred of every Crabstynian realm cultivator trying to catch him.

On the other hand, Heian Ciemnosc would run with all his might, using his 32,000 kg of bodily strength to move through the land, lunge at Ashes Soul realm cultivators, and rotate their heads in just a second before pulling it out along their spine. Then, he stored them in his Covert Space bags, one by one, as he ran from one extreme to the other.

Despite seeing so many of their strongest among all Great Teachers humiliatingly finished, the other teachers didn’t dare run away and kept their steady foothold on the ground or in the air to face off against Heian Ciemnosc.

From the teachers, there were countless tools flying to intercept Heian Ciemnosc. Each one was powerful enough to injure an Ashes Soul realm cultivator, and any Educator would be hopeless in the face of such a bombarding of flying and explosive tools.

Yet, to those Heian Ciemnosc didn’t boringly dodge, he simply tanked it and let the School of Dancing Flowers’ higher-ups see their precious and costly ‘arsenal’ become useless against their most fearsome enemy! If only the Director hadn’t gone, in a rage, to kill off those who attacked the east and the School first than any other section…

Tap tap, ckrsheerr. Once again, Heian Ciemnosc jumped at the shoulders of a teacher and grabbed their head, his palms lightly tapping against the cheeks before lightly rotating the head, twisting the neck like clay and pulling it once the body below him was about to limply fall on the ground. When the head disappeared from his hands, Heian Ciemnosc floated down with a quick maneuver, rotating his body, and tapped his left palm on the headless corpse’s chest.

As the corpse also disappeared, Heian Ciemnosc no longer ran about. Feeling his medallion and a signal coming from it, he kept his feet stable and rooted to the ground. The sudden change made the 2 Crabstynian realm 2nd stage cultivators weary. Thus, as they stopped, the rest behind them mimicked their movements.

“...” - “...” As Heian Ciemnosc turned around and both sides faced each other, the former’s face had gone from at ease and tranquil, hungry and predatory… to hold a pair of ultimate cold eyes, serene and… lovable?!

Yet, the teachers surrounding him saw his back as he turned around. Quite a few injuries from the Crabstynian realm cultivators were present, some bleeding, albeit just a little. Fewer showed a piece of his bone, but his pale back was… unbreakable. That sensation was filling every teacher, Educator that surrounded and witnessed the injuries on his body. After all, being chased by such mighty ‘powerhouses’ wasn’t without risk.
