Chapter 507 — Building Has Started

Building Has Started

"... So, Sir Heian Ciemnosc, I was wondering if we could have a little chat about something else?" The smiley middle-aged man, Pastor Miguel, said with a smile as they walked the Blauw Empire's assigned supervisor towards the Central Building's exit. They stopped walking as Pastor Miguel turned to look at Heian Ciemnosc. Heian Ciemnosc looked at the Pastor and saw Preacher Alex's face become lighter and excited, with her eyes thankfully widening towards the Pastor.

“Oh, go ahead.” Heian Ciemnosc lackadaisically leaned his body leftwards before pressing his body weight onto his right foot. He crossed his arms and silently nodded at the Pastor, who nodded with his light smile and took a step and a half backwards to let Preacher Alex continue. They resumed walking with the Preacher nudging at Heian Ciemnosc with her head to resume their footsteps. She then commenced with her hands maneuvering in the air.

“I was thinking that… since my disciple happens to have an affinity with the Water element,” Preacher Alex momentarily paused and looked at Heian Ciemnosc to see if he had anything to say. Getting nothing, Preacher Alex blinked her eyes and looked ahead before continuing. “I know it’s not in our deal to help my disciple this way. She even has a different affinity than the accorded one. But I thought that, since we’re letting your Empire take more space in our territory, we might as well take the opportunity of the closeness you will be to our hierarchy. What do you think?”

“It’s not in the contract,” Heian Ciemnosc said, looking upwards to observe a few more paintings of some beasts. Most of them were long extinct or disappeared. He lowered his gaze, not stopping walking, and looked at her with side eyes to the right. “But I might want to do it. If I have enough time and certain projects go well, I might even let her train with the little royal princess if she’s up to par. What is her information?”

“She’s over 30 now, in the Spirit Rebirth realm peak, and she’s still as haughty and improper as a child,” Preacher Alex gratefully smiled before answering. However, the innate ruthlessness on her face didn’t disappear, nor did her cleverness make her look crafty. Instead, that cleverness made her look somewhat threatening. If Heian Ciemnosc had someone like this as his possible enemy, like now, but was at Empress Shuna’s level, he wouldn’t dare come out from home.

“Mn, I’ll check after coming here for the first few guidance sessions. Is that all?” They arrived at the Central Building’s exit, where many believers were curiously stretching their necks, trying to peak a boo its interiors. Heian Ciemnosc seemed pretty chill right now, letting the Preacher and Pastor feel like it was much easier to converse with. They looked at each other. Their glares told the other that it would be better to conduct their talks alone with him instead of calling all the Cult’s hierarchy.

“It was an honor meeting the famous assigned supervisor, haha!” Pastor Miguel stepped up and walked between the Preacher and Heian Ciemnosc. Heian Ciemnosc’s right shoulder received his left hand, but his eyes narrowed. For whatever unexplainable reason, as the Pastor immediately drew his left hand back, he felt his back want to sweat coldly. But before he could feel his shit’s back wet, the sensation disappeared, as if he was becoming crazy.

“Ahem, is that your Fighter? I hope you don’t mind we placed some Core Believers to keep it clean and steady.” The Pastor pointed up ahead. Heian Ciemnosc looked towards his Ornament and saw a bunch of young fellows whose bone age was between 30 to 100 years old and all close to the Spirit Birth realm, cleaning his Fighter and distancing people who wanted to take a look at it from up close. Heian Ciemnosc didn’t need to open his Universal Conveyance to know the Blackotia Kingdom’s local server was exploding with news of where his Ornament appeared.

“Mn, there’s no problem with it. Of course, I don’t mind.” Heian Ciemnosc calmly said as he looked up. The sun was long gone, and a few moons replaced it, looking spectacularly beautiful and peaceful. When he lowered his gaze, the Core Believers were nowhere to be seen, and the other believers backed away without needing another gesture. Not wanting to be blasted away, the believers looked at Heian Ciemnosc’s legs move towards his Fighter from hundreds of meters away.

Wuuuvv… Heian Ciemnosc floated straight into his Ornament and started it up. Since they were now business partners, Heian Ciemnosc slowly turned his Fighter’s ordinary engines on and prepared the smallish engine start a minute after getting out of the Clashing Dust Cult’s individual territory. The believers looking on felt relieved as the Fighter slowly rose skywards and left their home. The Pastor and Preacher bid Heian Ciemnosc farewell with their gaze.

“What are you waiting for? Scram! From now on, the Cult will be participating in extra activities. You will know more in 10 minutes. Pay attention to your medallions, hahaha!” Pastor Miguel’s smile never left his face, as always, even as he ‘berated’ the startled believers. On the other hand, Preacher Alex slightly tilted her head to the left. When they saw the latter’s actions, it was like their bodies were overdosed with chicken blood. And as if already knowing what these ‘extra missions’ would be like, they started mentally preparing to not see the people they were targeting a few years ago to kill and torture… into respected fellows.

… Heian Ciemnosc’s Fighter rapidly flew back to the Blauw Empire’s territory after traversing a few hundred meters in less than a minute. From then on, he activated its maximum speed with the smallish engine and arrived at the Palace in half an hour. When he landed his Fighter and let the Servants worship the god machine, a little girl who had grown taller in just a year, and not by a little, saw him and rushed towards him.

“Imperial Teacher!! Can I see now how you breakthrough?!” Little Ish now reached about Heian Ciemnosc’s sternum’s height. Heian Ciemnosc looked down at the foolish lil lass trying to tackle him, thinking he couldn’t notice her actions. Planning a couple sudden slaps to that misbehaving owner’s bum later, Heian Ciemnosc shook his head and calmly said, erasing that pout at its halfway-done state. “Yes, come to my residence. I will show you there.”

“Yipi!” Without doubting whether a young man would do something evil to her beautiful and fit self, the little girl rubbed her nose on Heian Ciemnosc’s relaxing clothes’ shirt before leaving in a flurry with azure contrail following wherever her image shot into. Heian Ciemnosc shook his head at the unbalanced nature of the Azure Dragon’s Bloodline’s innate Art. Unlike his, Little Ish’s had a movement Art technique, and they were used to putting on a particular energy barrier besides their transformation to boost their defense.

“Hmmm, I think I got it.” Suddenly, Heian Ciemnosc received a message from his inner self. He slowly walked towards his residence, not planning to take a vehicle, and took some documents off, which he read again with his darkest eyes as he had already read everything with Spirit Sense. As Heian Ciemnosc read, he formulated new actions and plans, remembering what to do next and ensuring it was going in the right path.

“Oh? Yeah? What’s that?” Heian Ciemnosc casually said in his mind as Sara popped into his view inside his head. She wore an explicit, ribbon-like, sparkly wine red dress that only hid a negligible part of her ribs, nonexistent chest, and crotch. This virgin was tempting the devil. She floated in his pure, endless darkness but was highlighted for some reason, and every nanometer of her fiber could be seen as if under perfect light from all angles.

With her right index finger bent and poking her lower lip, she pouted from their right corners and relaxedly said. “Theirs is indeed an innate Art. However, this one can only be a Divine grade. It’s just that… it’s like when I first picked- ah no… It’s like when I first invaded your body and inner being, your Soul was locked. However, it’s not like they can upgrade their innate Art as long as they do something. I’ve seen similar cases in my world before… This is an ‘undeniable’ truth. Nothing can deal with this but with something similar or higher precedence.”

“How so?” Heian Ciemnosc became instantly interested. Sara grinned, knowing her fish had picked the bait and was preparing his wrists and tongue to get to work. She became excited and started explaining while racking her brains to deliver the best sources of information to trade with this manwhore. “It’s something in their blood. In my world, Lineages were something typical of the bigger powers. There could be others in the lower Realms, but that wasn’t much. Only those ruling over half an entire Universe without even trying were worthy of consideration.”

“At times, when such… organizations reached the top, their end would be the same as nearly every other in my world. Betrayal, drama, which you hate, and heartbreaking revelations. In the end, what killed each peak ‘organization’ in my world was ourselves. If there wasn’t such internal strife, this-... none of that would’ve happened. But it was nearly as if that was in our nature… Nature. Huh… what a funny thing, the more you know…” Sara became slightly lost in her thoughts. Heian Ciemnosc closed his darkest eyes before reappearing in his inner body.

“Huh?! What do you plan to do?!” With a shriek, the young-looking Sara looked at the evil man who had just showed before her. Heian Ciemnosc’s face remained non-committal as he darkly and dully uttered, “To rape you.”

“Hehehe,” Sara grinned from ear to ear as she unhesitatingly spread her legs slightly up, forming a wide and short ‘U’ with its middle already so wet… Heian Ciemnosc shook his head as he marveled at the unknown powerhouse’s ability to drip an entire ocean whenever he appeared before lowering his body in midair and parting the slim clothing covering a pretty, luscious pinky vulva. Heian Ciemnosc wasted no time and got to work as both hands started making Sara tremble and roll her eyes. Had he known she was extremely sensitive, Heian Ciemnosc would’ve pleased her long ago in exchange for knowledge she considered vital.

He knew she wasn’t willing to do it for free, but… she also had to pay rent, right? It felt so pleasant to abuse her body ‘without’ her consent. Siiiiigh…

… After cleaning his face in heavenly water and eating the ultimate flower of carnal pleasure while his hands caressed the flower’s petals and pistil, letting ‘her’ owner know impossible orgasms for the umpteenth time in a year, Heian Ciemnosc arrived before his residence. He opened the door and went in to prepare before the little girl came. He looked into his closet and saw the training clothes the Empress had a top-notch tailor from a Third Step organization created via Universal Conveyance market and communication.

There were dozens of sets, but 3 were of different colors. One was air force blue color, another white, and the other metal black color. He looked at the white and thought about not being ungrateful to his sugar mo- no, to the Empress. However, he didn’t like wearing white colors casually. If anything, he’ll use them whenever he can start rivaling the Empress. For now, he was barely at the Dantreulity realm 5th stage.

However, even while he could fight a realm and a half above his cultivation base, Heian Ciemnosc wasn’t sure if he could fight against a Spirit Magna realm cultivator 1st stage just by entering the 5th or 6th stage. He had to do some testing… And testing like that was bound to be dangerous and painful. He already had some plans and even more with the Clashing Dust Cult’s sudden agreement. Everything went smoothly up to now, and Heian Ciemnosc wasn’t planning on fucking up anything.

… Knock, knock.

“Come in, Ishy,” it didn’t take long for someone to arrive before Heian Ciemnosc’s door as he lightly shouted. Little Ish opened one of his residence’s doors and walked in. She first peeked inside with her head before entering, immediately turning around and closing the door while facing it. When she turned again, she saw Heian Ciemnosc waiting for her in the middle of the residence’s space. He was sitting on a sofa with a bluish set of training clothes on.

“Woaah, where were those made by my mom? They look like the wedding and battle attire Mommy had me choose the other day.” Little Ish loudly spoke as she slowly ran towards Heian Ciemnosc, her arms spread to the side and lifted over her shoulders’ height. Heian Ciemnosc turned his head to the left and said, as he raised his left eyebrow. “Oh? Is your mommy very content with your progress that she is already preparing everything for you?”

“Hehe, yup! But it’s not just because of me~.” Little Ish revealed a sly, childish, intelligent grin along her bright aquamarine, azure eyes. Finally, she jumped into the air, floating towards Heian Ciemnosc, and landed on the cushion to his right as he put his right leg over his left thigh. She looked at him fawningly before letting a whispering giggle out her nostrils. “Tenheehee!”

“Hm, I’ll breakthrough here. Look as much as you want. Don’t use your Spirit Sense, nor Power Energy, to probe me. I will attack you back if you do, and while I can measure my strength, I won’t hold back other than to not kill you. Understood?” Heian Ciemnosc narrowed his darkest eyes and said. Little Ish didn’t gulp from his sudden words. She also wasn’t nervous at all. She voiced a little noise while slowly nodding up and down. “Mn~.”

“Move the furniture, make a little space for me to sit on.” Heian Ciemnosc said before standing up to walk around as she prepared things. It felt good to be bossy on his patron’s daughter and more so as his first half-disciple. As she moved furniture and cleaned a spot for her Imperial Teacher to sit on, without using energy or a technique, Little Ish suddenly asked when she was close to finishing her task, not wanting to let Heian Ciemnosc feel she didn’t want to do something for him. “Imperial Teacher, why don’t we do it in your meditation room? Or your cultivation room?!”

“No need to be so excited, ah~,” Heian Ciemnosc walked over and sat on the ready spot with everything clean as he was free of space 3 meters around him in diameter. He sat cross-legged before raising his head slightly to stare at the little girl. “Oh, I also don’t want a certain someone to think I’m trying to ‘guide’ you into becoming something else of mind.”

“Hmmm? Like what?” Little Ish tilted her head to the left, then to her whole right while asking. Heian Ciemnosc flashed her a grin and asked instead. “Do you really know anything about your birth?”

“Yeeeees~, I‘ve told you! Mother let someone conceive a child with her, and the fertility rate is low in Azure Dragon’s Bloodline. My male parent has perished after committing his deed. I know this, and… I know it is not normal, but nobody can take advantage of my Mother! Not even Imperial Teacher, hehe…” Little Ish said. Her eyes rolled at first, but in the end, they narrowed and sparkled with malignant… teasing!

“Oh…” Heian Ciemnosc raised his left eyebrow. The little girl felt danger. She turned around and rushed to the side as she commented without caring, as if it did not matter. “Now that I think about it, I must get my new clothes. These are getting too small for me, and Mother has also instructed the tailor about my ‘new’ size for when I grow up. Who would’ve thought I would change? Hahaha, see you later, Imperial Teacher~~- uhk!”

Heian Ciemnosc saw the little girl try to rush outside his central living room with her buttcheeks sticking out of them from the lower sides in a diagonal direction. Heian Ciemnosc jumped his pitchest-blackest eyebrows at the sight of the growing little one before gesturing towards her back with his right arm as if sending her off with a swing. Vocón Link lashed out from the right side of his back and captured Little Ish’s right wrist.

With a light tug, she stopped and turned rightwards to face Heian Ciemnosc again while trying to escape this strange whip-like tool. However, she felt her body levitate out of nowhere. She lifted her little face and saw Heian Ciemnosc’s left backhand facing her. Connecting the dots, she realized it was all Heian Ciemnosc’s capabilities, and her eyes widened at the realization. She thought, ‘It’s just like Mommy! How can Imperial Teacher remind me whenever Mommy and I play? The ‘little black monster’ is… real…!’.

“Hehee, Imperial Teacher, you are the best, did you know that? So handsome and strong, woooouuh~!~!” As soon as Little Ish floated before Heian Ciemnosc, she felt whatever skin of her buttcheeks was sticking out cold, as if something was about to happen… Indeed, as Heian Ciemnosc looked at her without emotion, 2 tiny whistling noises went off. Before she knew it, her bum was slapped twice by something, on both cheeks, at the same time, and she felt a hot pain right afterwards.

Slap- slap! Slap- slap!

“Aaaah!” The little girl cried. Heian Ciemnosc looked up at her as his hands remained on the ground and leaned his body backwards. She slowly fell on his lap, and he finally spoke to calm her pout and help her mental pain swish away. “Now I’m your Imperial Teacher? Took you some time, young one. Stop whining. Your bum’s covered now. Sit and observe.”

Little Ish still felt pouty, but she moved her right hand to lightly touch her naked skin and realized it was covered by some fabric. It was dark and seemed made from energy, so it wouldn’t last forever. Nonetheless, the embarrassment of having her clothes not fit her vanish, and she felt grateful to her cruel Imperial Teacher. She sat cross-legged 5 meters in front of him, careful to not let her buttcheeks meet the solid flat floor, and posed them on her soles.

“I’m ready, Imperial Teacher,” Little Ish’s tears at her corners were bright as her even more radiant aquamarine, azure retinas focused on Heian Ciemnosc. He didn’t say or do anything before closing his darkest eyes. The strange, dark whip at the side receded and returned to his back, intriguing the little girl. Slowly, Heian Ciemnosc’s cultivation base began crushing the threshold and rapidly soared in quality and quantity under his skin.

“!!” Little Ish knitted her eyebrows before suddenly finding something different! She could ‘feel’ without seeing with her naked eyesight nor scanning with any of her power sources. Pure energy rushed towards Heian Ciemnosc, which later entered his body before circulating along the dark Neutral Energy. The pure energy and transformation into one’s energy were all known, visible events for everyone, but the ‘stream’ she saw as Heian Ciemnosc’s bloated cultivation base rushed upper into the next stage drove her mind to fall into… enlightenment!

… Meanwhile, someone in her bedroom, after seeing the antics her daughter and the assigned supervisor went through: ╮(╯_╰)╭ (´ω`)
