Leaving The Wrath Nihility Academy
Heian Ciemnosc walked into the building, where he saw Elena inside, and went up the stairs until he arrived on the same floor as she did, the rooftop. When he looked at her back, he was a little stunned and stopped his steps on the doorstep. Elena seemed to notice his movement halting and lightly turned her head around. Her brown eyes were what came to Heian Ciemnosc's mind first. They were more mature and looked at him dreamily, with signs of stars within them.
“I thought you wouldn’t know how to find me,” Elena said before returning to face the scenery in front of her. Heian Ciemnosc said nothing and walked forward to stand on her left. Elena’s scent went into his nostrils and came from her body alone, not perfume or clothes. It was enjoyable, and Heian Ciemnosc felt some kind of pride to have such a good-smelling woman as his wife. Just a little extra point besides everything else.
“I’ve missed you,” Heian Ciemnosc said without caring about her previous words. The barely young woman he wifed back then had become a genuine young woman, with the charm and maturity of one, and her facial features became more defined, showing elegance, confidence in more than just herself, and wisdom. Elena slightly turned her head to the left to look at her husband, narrowed her eyes to the point they were dangerously entrancing and lightly commented. “It seems you’ve got quite some fun there, but you haven’t forgotten where you came from. Tell me, was it both of them?”
Rustle, pull~, thud. Heian Ciemnosc didn’t respond immediately, but out of her expectations and reaction, he sidestepped towards her and embraced her waist from behind and a little to her left. Then, as she felt a slightly hotter warmth come from his body, she felt safe and belonging in his arms. Heian Ciemnosc’s soft words came out of his mouth and directly into her ears. “We can chat about my time there later. Right now, I want to greet my wife. And I will do that.”
“Sigh…” Elena closed her eyes, giving up. She leaned her back on him, and her nostrils flared up and closed intermittently, but she ignored the scent of another female on her man’s body and rolled her eyes mentally. Heian Ciemnosc could discern this, but he didn’t speak about it and continued holding his wife with care. After about 10 minutes, they fell to the ground and sat, with Heian Ciemnosc behind her, still keeping her in his front.
“You know, Alyona is coming in a few weeks,” Heian Ciemnosc said. “I won’t have that much free time until I report to the Academy tomorrow. I still have to attend things at the ‘main’ clubs, but I won’t have anything else in my remaining time here. It will be like a vacation. Why don’t you spend it with your husband?”
“... If I use all my free time in the next decades to come and do not train hard, study, and meditate. When you leave, I’ll have to work hard nonstop until I reach the peak of the Second Step and become the Headmaster. Wouldn’t I be suffering, then?” Elena said. She held Heian Ciemnosc’s hands still on her tummy and caressed them before hugging them. Heian Ciemnosc smirked before softly and quietly saying, “Then, what will you choose?”
“Of course, I’m getting you all to myself this time,” Elena said along a vigorous nod. She turned around and pecked his nose with the tip of hers before smooching his lips and speaking, forming a dance between their lips. Her charmingly mature brown eyes were wide open, staring into his darkest eyes. “You promised a lot when you returned. So, I promise you this. You have 3 days. After the time’s up, you’re all mine. Whatever I want you to do and do to you will happen. No excuses, understood?”
“Hm? What if you ask me to whore myself?” Heian Ciemnosc asked and teasingly smiled, rubbing his pale forehead on hers. Elena kissed the tip of his nose and looked at him with upturned eyes. “Aren’t you already well-versed in those matters? If you didn’t have wives like us, do you think you’d still have balls and a prick to be used however others want?”
“... That… Well, I no longer ‘play’ like that. I now know how to choose my sexual partners. I’m not young anymore,” Heian Ciemnosc said. Elena rolled her eyes and turned around, sitting on his lap like a damsel, hugged his neck, and continued while facing him at the same level. “We’ll see. I do have a few things planned. So, buckle up. I won’t go easy on you. I’m also near the Blossoming realm… How dare you be faster than me?”
Elena hit his chest cutely, making a soft pout and giving Heian Ciemnosc the best image he never knew he could see from his wife. “Aish, no matter. I’m itching to spar together again. Hurry up and do your stuff. We have a lot to catch up to. But… you don’t have to worry. I gave Sakura permission to even let you embrace her when you returned. However, I only smell enough for 2 rounds. What happened? Did she shy away?”
“Mmm,” Heian Ciemnosc narrowed his eyelids and debated whether to explain before ultimately deciding to do so. “Sigh, I think she was too enthusiastic to show me off. After a little situation, the female COs ended up having curiosity about how a woman could take a virile member like mine. In the end, Sakura grew tired, and her jaws numbed, so we only happened to copulate twice. Why are you asking? You didn’t care about details before.”
Pat, pat. Elena nodded slowly and patted his right shoulder with her left hand as her eyes were closed. Just as Heian Ciemnosc grew curious, he heard Elena sigh and comment with explicit pride in her words. “That’s my man. Well, you don’t know how dementia your COs have become in the second half of the decade you were gone.”
“Arla, for example, started cleaning and lubricating the males before and after they banged their woman,” Elena said with raised eyebrows and shaking her head. Heian Ciemnosc was surprised as he asked, “Wow, really? How do you know that?”
“Bah, they took footage of it at Arla’s request. They blurred faces and most distinctions from the girls’ bodies but uploaded it to many of the Academy’s private forums. You know… those were videos of your first couple of years’ fun parties where you were caught off-guard and so on. Then, after Arla returned from your invitation, she asked me if I had anything for her. I initially didn’t, but as I wanted to squeeze in the power struggle dominion, I used her body and love for coitus to roll in some male and female elders in the Academy.”
“...” Heian Ciemnosc was speechless. It wasn’t like those with an ‘elder’-like status in an organization were old. They were majorly in powerful seats and talented, but not enough to be called Genius, much less Gifted. Only a few were young enough to be recognized as such, although only Heian Ciemnosc’s generation had these many from the Change Merit Trials in just the Academy alone. Elena looked at his expression and asked him. “Why? Do you disapprove?”
“Curious. I was going to talk Arla into helping me do that for Ishikyy. That royal princess. She will supervise 2 Regions on her own. She naturally cannot do it all alone. What better than a sexual martyr whose dream is to sink in debauchery to help her ‘roll-in’ some draconic Race members and proud chicks?” Heian Ciemnosc shook his head and answered, putting a trace of a smile on his wife’s lips. She hugged him tenderly and said, “Ah, we have so much in common.”
“Pfft,” Heian Ciemnosc held a chuckle, causing Elena to smile greatly. Elena sighed again before saying in a gladdened tone. “That’s good. After I started using Arla, she told me she owed me a favor. I didn’t know what to use and was planning to promise her to help you beget a child when you became fertile, but now I have a much more useful one. Right, how was that Blauw Empire? Is it good as I hear from my spies and the news in the Universal Conveyance?”
“Hm,” Heian Ciemnosc decided to ignore most of her words’ contents for now and rapidly replied, “How was it? Oh… If you don’t start moving the Academy to evolutive progress already, in the end, I might’ve given them a good, supporting ally instead of you. What’d ya think?”
“!!” Elena looked up at Heian Ciemnosc with a face that said ‘NO WAY’ written all over her saucer-sized eyes and widened jaws. Elena frowned and became serious, seemingly pondering several issues and deciding many things. After deciding and nodding to herself, she looked up and caressed Heian Ciemnosc’s left cheek. “Husband, thank you. This will make me work harder. After you leave, I will aid your underage lover as much as I can. I can also gain something from it.”

“Underage? She’s just… I did nothing wrong,” Heian Ciemnosc narrowed his eyes in a bother and looked at his wife. Elena looked at him after sinking her chin towards her neck and turning her eyes upturned at him. “Bah, please… I’m sure you did something wrong with that poor little lamb.”
“I did not,” Heian Ciemnosc defended himself. Elena scrunched her beautiful face and added, “Of course… you didn’t do anything. Not even after you tempted her and gave no relief to her pent-up emotions, I’m sure.”
“I. Did. Not… It was consensual, and we were both adul-” Heian Ciemnosc kept defending himself with an iron heart. Elena grabbed his cheeks and made him face her directly, although there wasn’t a need. She spoke with a disappointed tone and a look in her eyes that said ‘you are a monster’ faintly glow. “How could you send a little kid to war? And then sugar-coat candy her with a grown man’s body? Are you the same husband I love and would give up everything and everyone for? Disgusting…”
“I have some memories of her in my bra-” Heian Ciemnosc narrowed his eyes further and commented. Elena’s eyes immediately lighted up, and she said in a flurry, “Gimme!”
‘Alyona, I don’t know what you did, but thank you.’ Heian Ciemnosc smirked and passed some Soul images to his wife. As Elena’s delighted eyes watched the atrocities he committed, Elena couldn’t help but praise Heian Ciemnosc for actually not feeling anything for his apprentice until she was practically trying to seduce him. She felt silly for her previous words even though she didn’t feel them, and hugged his shoulders without saying anything after storing them in her Soul.
The time to frolic and bullshit was over, so they remained silent for an hour before Elena lifted her head from his chest after hearing his beating heart addictively and faced him. Her voice was calm but also a little cold. She was serious. “In these 10 years, the Wrath Nihility Academy has witnessed many obvious changes, my love.”
“The cultivating speed of the Servants, Sub Students, and Students increased, along with the purple clotheds in our Academy, Heian Ciemnosc.” Elena sat and directly faced him, placing her forearms on his shoulders before continuing. “It is strange. Some of the Geniuses in our Academy’s previous tens of generations have started breaking into the Third Step. There have been many phenomena that would’ve extended over the entire Blackotia Kingdom if it wasn’t for our grand array formation and the tools your master left behind.”
“However, those like the Headmaster, Vice headmaster, Deans, and Supervisor have not broken through, and they seem to be stuck in the Second Step. But more and more of our upper echelons are making their way to the Third Step as we speak. It might take them more decades, centuries for some. But it’s happening… The Academy is already moving.” Elena said, becoming somber as she looked at Heian Ciemnosc, and her meaning was obvious.
“It’s already in motion… This means there’s no stopping or going back… even though the Blackotia Kingdom is still a Middle Kingdom. This means the Academy kept resources for this purpose… Sly old owl, huh?” Heian Ciemnosc shook his head as he commented. Elena smiled slightly to comfort him, but lil’ Heian Ciemnosc was fine. After a few seconds of thinking, Heian Ciemnosc looked down at her and calmly spoke.
“The Blauw Empire will side with you no matter what happens in the future. It will be the same for the Headmaster and everyone whom you’ve already won over. You just need to do one thing,” Heian Ciemnosc didn’t care to hide his words despite speaking in the open. Elena finished his words as he caressed her face and rubbed her lips with his thumbs, “Use the rival to elevate my actions and the degree of response they will get from the Academy’s people… and the world.”
“Good girl…” Heian Ciemnosc nodded and stared at his wife with his darkest eyes looking somewhat perverse. His attitude was ultimately cold, but it went perfectly with Elena, and she felt her chest heaving up and down. After speaking his praise, making her blush tenderly, he cupped her small, tomboyish, headstrong jaw and started kissing her passionately.
. . .
1 hour and 15 minutes later. Wrath Nihility Academy. Heian Ciemnosc’s Master’s abode. Within the empty black space. Before Lady Calisneia’s bedroom door.
“Young noble, Her Excellency is waiting for you. She left us a message that she had woken up and to tidy things for your welcoming.” Just after Heian Ciemnosc kissed a young mermaid’s forehead, she half-stepped backwards and looked up at him with worshiping, glinting eyes. Heian Ciemnosc nodded at her and caressed her hair before saying, “Had she been asleep most of the time? When was the last time you saw her?”
“Mn. Her Excellency was only awake and out of her room… in these 10 years… uhm, about 7 days. The last time we saw Her Excellency was… 3 years ago. Please excuse me, young noble,” the mermaid said and bowed before placing her forehead on the back of his left forearm and rubbing it left and right. She left with Heian Ciemnosc frowning a little after the young mermaid left. He stood before his Master’s door for a full minute before erasing his worried expression and walking in.
Step, step… … … … …whooooosh~…
“Heian… Ciemnosc, my… disciple.” As soon as Heian Ciemnosc entered, he heard his Master calling him. He didn’t say anything and walked towards what in his mind was where his Master was, and he believed it would be her bed. However, as he kept walking, he discovered his old, exhausted Master was sitting cross-legged in a simple, low, circular futon with several vitality array formations surrounding her to the point it was blinding to see her, even for Heian Ciemnosc. He stepped until he was standing 1 meter before her and kneeled.
“Master, your disciple has returned. His mission has been successfully completed, even better than requested, and I’ve done my best to research a way to… save you from my past actions.” Heian Ciemnosc’s words echoed in the strangely silent, lifeless, and crestfallen black emptiness. He received no response, however, until he nearly lifted his head to look at his Master. Lady Calisneia’s old voice deterred him from looking any further.
“You were never required to do more than necessary, but you still did it anyway. While it was because of you that I, your Master, was harmed. I do not see you as the reason why I am hurting today. You’re my disciple. I did what I thought was best for you without knowing you. It is life… it is nature…” Lady Calisneia’s words reached deep into Heian Ciemnosc’s chest, but he continued to listen while kneeling still. “Do you have anything else to say? If so, please do it now… I don’t even know when I’ll fade these days, and I can no longer see or hear.”
“Were it not for my sturdy Soul, you would’ve seen a corpse today,” Lady Calisneia said, finally causing ripples in Heian Ciemnosc’s hardened, experienced, and lifeless heart. He kept kneeling there for several minutes, simply doing nothing. Lady Calisneia didn’t feel saddened or hurried him to say something. She waited until he was ready, and finally, Heian Ciemnosc became ready. He continued kneeling and looking at the empty black floor, but his voice became increasingly louder as he spoke.
“Master… I’ve done my best, but there’s no pill that can cure you, no potion that can help you, and no incense that can slow down your dying Soul.” Heian Ciemnosc paused momentarily before continuing. “I worked hard, studied really fast… But there’s nothing in all that exists and there is that can do something like that. It’s simply common knowledge. If it wasn’t because you studied the Soul-exalting Old World parchment— twice, you would’ve been gone by now.”
“There must be something more… Master?” Heian Ciemnosc said, almost imploringly, and still with his head down. Lady Calisneia remained silent. “...”
“... Come before you leave.” Finally, his Master said a hopeful sentence for the first time since he came to visit her. Heian Ciemnosc trembled internally but calmed down with his Master’s next words. She calmly added with a sigh, “I cannot ensure it will… suffice. But since you’re this adamant to see my old self live… I will give you a chance. But do not let your hopes up. Even I am unfamiliar with such a thing and have always been against it due to… the fact that we’d be the first in history to attempt it innately.”
Swoosh! Thud. “I will return before leaving, Master. I promise you, I will do everything to save you. I have no reason to let you die, not yet, not in the future,” Heian Ciemnosc said as he rushed to his feet before falling on his bum with his legs crossed. His voice was ultimately cold as his eyes looked serene but appeared like steel when they looked in his Master’s general direction.
“...” Lady Calisneia was silenced again, but this time, Heian Ciemnosc could feel her gaze on his face and shoulders, unlike before. Previously, she seemed like an uncaring elderly whose knowledge of one’s near-death was certain. But now, his Master seemed to gain hope, even if it was diminutive and didn’t really help in this situation. For the first time, Heian Ciemnosc became interested in saving someone he didn’t have as a lover, and his reasons were… pure.
“Very well, now tell me about your trip to the East. How was it?” After settling down with this development, Lady Calisneia asked her disciple with her right arm extended, old and decrepit as Heian Ciemnosc had never seen it before entirely. Heian Ciemnosc nodded and patted his knees before smacking his lips open slightly and commencing. “Let me begin with something that will interest you, Master. It also has a little something to do with me, heh. Bloodlines.”
“!...” Lady Calisneia’s eyes opened in surprise and confusion. What did it mean? Not even his Master knew what these things were! She looked at her disciple as he grinned and opened his pale red lips…
…
