The 7 Important Organizations
WHOOOOSHH! After boarding the Cruiser, Heian Ciemnosc felt the spaceship set off and fly through the air. He walked towards his designated room and took a look before heading to an open space. He was greeted by other students, similar to his cultivation base, or even in the Hana-Saga realm, with some teachers acting as the crew’s officials. When he arrived, he looked back to where the Academy was and saw they were crazily celebrating. Heian Ciemnosc opened his Universal Conveyance to see news of the new Mini Warlord feature finally being released to everyone and every Universal Conveyance now and formed in the future.
Clamoooooor~!!... Fireworks~! Pshuaaaa…
“...” Heian Ciemnosc’s darkest eyes seemed to focus on something, and he grinned. Quickly opening the Mini Warlord in his Universal Conveyance, he registered his name in the ‘game’ as Pale Darkness and befriended someone named Darkness’s Wife #3. Afterwards, he received a nearly instant acceptance and was invited into a little battle. Heian Ciemnosc thought, ‘This Elena wants to bully me? Don’t you remember who taught you? Tsk, tsk.’
Beep. Heian Ciemnosc accepted the invitation as he walked back to his room. The early morning lights and glowing celebrations didn’t matter to him. As he read through the randomized map’s options in this pitch battle mode, Heian Ciemnosc received another 2 notifications, this time coming from Darkness’s Wife #1 and #2. Without a doubt, he accepted them and looked at his contact list, finding them going gray after he confirmed positive with them. Undoubtedly, Heian Ciemnosc felt warm in his chest.
He rapidly entered the Mini Warlord’s game, and his mind could be absorbed into a wide image. It was an almost plain terrain with a few bums and a couple hills between his place to spawn his army and Elena’s. Elena’s spot was marked with red, while he was in blue, and they both could see each other’s. However, there was no communication prior to the start of the battle, of which, in the pitch battle mode, everyone had 5 minutes to assemble.
Heian Ciemnosc didn’t know what the distribution of random armies would be, as there were online armies and personal armies, and they were using the former for this pitch battle. If anything, he figured it would be similar, yet not identical, so there would be no exploits whatsoever; a simple, boring, yet functional option. Spirit Sense and Soul energy were worthless here, but strangely, he could keep his cultivation base intact once the battle started, and of course, he would appear on the battlefield as the commander, observing from afar.
Their appearance would be hidden, but because they were friendlisted, this was a private match where no spectators could lurk, and even if they could, their appearances would be hidden from them. They could choose to show their faces with an option. In this case, both confirmed such an option, and the game will allow them to see each other. Neither Heian Ciemnosc nor Elena lost time, and they began preparing their armies.
Additionally, there were 2 personal armies, citizens and cultivators. Since civilians weren’t like citizens, whose wars were limited to those of cultivators, and who couldn’t fight for a civilian’s war, the Mini Warlord game chose the word citizen. Heian Ciemnosc would battle with a citizen army, which had 2 different timelines to choose from. One was the barbaric, and the other was the modern.
The former had only steel and armor, while the latter added cannons and firearms and eliminated most types of armor. On the other hand, cultivator armies depended on one’s cultivation base and couldn’t go beyond their Step. However, one had to ‘buy’ spaceships, weaponry, and ammunition with the in-game currency for their personal armies.
In Heian Ciemnosc’s case, he had 30,000 light infantry soldiers, 10,000 archers, 20,000 cavalry, and 5,000 mounted archers. He didn’t know how many Elena had, but he estimated it to be the same, with a number among them higher than the others compared to his army. After placing his infantry in the center and the rest to its flanks, with the mounted archers behind the cavalry in the left flank, he pressed the start button with his mind.
He took less than 2 minutes to spawn his army, while Elena spent 4 minutes 40 seconds before pressing ready. Once both sides were prepared to direct their armies, the game gave life to their soldiers, whom they started moving forward. Elena moved the slowest, while Heian Ciemnosc simply gave the order to go ahead at regular speed. There was morale in this game, and he watched as it was kept at 100% despite the long distance of over 5 km between bumps and a couple hills.
Elena sent cute faces without using images or icons, spamming them nonstop as if she was experimenting, while Heian Ciemnosc gave a dark heart to each of her silly messages. Before long, their armies met all warmed-up, and they could see the bloodthirst, fear, and excitement on the other side. They were near the hills, just a couple hundred meters in between. Elena stopped her army, but Heian Ciemnosc continued slowly advancing with his despite his army’s morale lowering to 97%.
“Shit!” Elena wrote in the chat when she saw Heian Ciemnosc’s army start charging up the hill. Just then, Heian Ciemnosc received information from his banner-holder soldiers’ view of about 20,000 mounter archers slowly going uphill, shocked at the sight of over 40,000 infantry troops. At once, he gave the order to chase down the hill and not to exceed themselves. Elena ordered a retreat, but her mounter archers were already forcefully engaged in a skirmish.
They were slow to turn around, but once they did, they rapidly fled the hill. However, a small portion of the infantry troops kept their short swords and took bows out. Elena’s brown eyes widened at that moment. Without mercy, her mounted archers were halved, leaving corpses of people and horses littering everywhere while the light infantry returned uphill. When Elena saw her miserable surprise force supposed to shock the opposing army return disheveled with more than 15% of the morale lower, her eyes narrowed at the pale figure atop the hill.
During the following hour, with Heian Ciemnosc’s army morale returning to 100%, he stayed on the hill while Elena tried methods to attack him from the flanks and anything else. However, she received little to no results and was losing slightly more in numbers than Heian Ciemnosc.
Just when she attempted a long run with her mounted archers and 5,000 cavalry while her foot troops sacrificed themselves to keep the opposing side from counter-measuring her move or fleeing. Her cavalry, in general, ran to the other extreme of the hill, got on top, and charged towards Heian Ciemnosc’s army. But when they were just a couple hundred meters away, more than 20,000 cavalry appeared from the other side and started charging Elena’s cavalry.
Despite Heian Ciemnosc’s cavalry not carrying shields or long pole arms because they weren’t heavy cavalry, their number was vastly above Elena’s, and they charged into her cavalry without trouble. Elena’s cavalry contingent plummeted into the earth, and soon after, she lost the first round. After the friendly battle ended, Elena pestered Heian Ciemnosc like there was no tomorrow. He allowed her to do it and gladly chatted about everything she did wrong and should’ve done better, and she bluntly spoke of how badly she was going to pay him for his advice when he returned. Days went by like this…
. . .
8 days later. 2nd month, 2nd week, 2nd day. 1 week and 1 day since the start of Heian Ciemnosc’s assigned supervision’s task. Still 2 Regions away from the Far East Region.
Heian Ciemnosc was in his bedroom as the Cruiser flew to the East still. He had just finished an all versus all pitched battle mode with his COs, defeating 3 of them alone and the rest destroying themselves in the process. Their team leader inevitably won the game, and he gained tons of in-game coins for that. Heian Ciemnosc had just placed his arms behind his back and at the ceiling. His darkest eyes were closed contentedly and at ease.
Knock, knock. “Come in.” Heian Ciemnosc heard a knock on the door and answered 2 seconds later. A Leading Student appeared as the door slid to the side and entered while in a saluting stance. He then spoke after a bow. “Assigned supervisor, we are entering the Region you mentioned. We have confirmed the Door’s Expiring Breath Sect’s Sect Master is there. Other scouts have informed us they had been negotiating with Regions near the Far East Region more than ever in the last year.”
Stolen story; please report.
The Leading Student read through a digital panel from his Universal Conveyance while reporting to Heian Ciemnosc. But he lifted his eyes when he arrived at the word ‘scouts’ to look at Heian Ciemnosc. It was already known, by now, that the Academy’s current scouting system and personnel were all taken from Heian Ciemnosc’s methods, and they were… fucking good, alright. The Leading Student waited for Heian Ciemnosc’s instructions.
“Then, tell the piloting team to go there. Leave me 500 km away from the Sect’s individual territory. Don’t tell them yet what I’m coming there for. Keep the communications silent.” Heian Ciemnosc ordered, standing up from his bed and checking the time. It would still be at least 2 hours before the Cruiser arrived there. While Heian Ciemnosc looked at the digital clock, he realized the Leading Student kept looking at him, no longer in a job-like manner.
“Yes?” Knowingly, Heian Ciemnosc tilted his head, twisting his neck, and asked the Leading Student without turning his body. The Leading Student breathed in briefly before peeking his arm out of the room and dragging someone to his side. Sidestepping to the right, he spoke while presenting a young girl to Heian Ciemnosc. “This is my Younger Sister. Our parents met each other in the 10 year war and conceived her there after being separated. Anyways, she wants to ask something of you. I will be leaving now.”
Sliiide~.
The Leading Student left, closing the door and leaving Heian Ciemnosc with the young girl alone. The young girl had rosy, creamy skin and some freckles, looked innocent, and had chestnut hair. After a minute, she gathered enough courage and began. Her voice was swift, eloquent, and somewhat cute. “Senior, I heard a lot from you. I want to learn about sex. Will you be willing to teach me? In return, I’ll be your plaything for the rest of the journey to the Far East Region.”
“... About sex, huh?” Heian Ciemnosc let the young girl recompose herself before responding with a question. Seeing her nod cutely with a blink of her big eyes, he stepped forward once and saw her chest heaving up immediately. “What is your situation?”
“You see, I have 2 boyfriends.” She innocently explained, “I told them I had ample experience and would make them go crazy after half a night with me. But… I haven’t even done anything other than seeing guys’ dicks from my social media. I have… there are many rumors about you, and those clips from your first years are still shared between your secret fan clubs. I… I wanted you to teach me instead of learning with random people.”
“Am I not random?” Heian Ciemnosc tilted his head to the right and asked. The young girl felt her intelligence challenged, so she tip-toed, planting a quick kiss on his pale red lips. “No, you’re my hero.”
Whoosh! Rustle, grab- grab-… “Sigh…” Heian Ciemnosc acted quickly, enveloping her in his arms and letting her nostrils vulnerable to his scent. Even though she was 17 years old and 21 years old, the mass murderer, warmonger, and ‘cannibal’ Heian Ciemnosc was so evil he was going to do something even worse. And that excited him. “Never meet your heroes, you know? But it’s alright, I can teach you… And you came timely…”
The young girl felt slightly sad until he said he was accepting her offer. Her big eyes brightened, and they looked extra innocent. But then, he stopped his words, slightly traced her right cheekbone with his chin, and whispered in her ear as he lifted her legs to a lock around his waist. “I was becoming hungry, and now I want to taste things.”
“Aah~- ah! Annh…” The young girl felt her buttocks, not big but not too flat, doughed for a while before her body began detecting fresh, cold, yet warm intrusions through her lower mouths. Heian Ciemnosc had to prepare everything about her body, or else she wouldn’t be able to eat him. A long while later, he lowered her to the ground. Her knees folded to the sides. She was helpless and in bliss when a stench that invaded her heart brought her attention up to meet a humongous, terrifying… perfect pale meat pole.
… 3 hours later. Heian Ciemnosc was in the Cruiser’s hangar, of which a dozen Frigates lay waiting for any possible launching. However, since a few years ago, no conflict broke out that involved the Wrath Nihility Academy… and it would remain that way. Heian Ciemnosc, however, simply walked out of the hangar and stepped into the air. However, instead of flying, or at least floating, he fell downwards like a mountain striking from the heavens.
WHOOOSH~!!
But just as the crew looked at each other as if they had just seen the weirdest shit of all, Ornament soared to the skies and arched towards the faraway tall buildings belonging to the Door’s Expiring Breath Sect’s individual territory. Just then, from the piloting team, the Teacher in charge of the piloting team heard Heian Ciemnosc’s commanding voice.
“You can now tell them I’m going there, and for what…” - “...” The Teacher was baffled. He didn’t know why Heian Ciemnosc ordered his intention not to be known until now. He thought the kid wanted to make an impression or put pressure on suspicious individuals. However, with this move, what was he really planning? Suddenly getting a strange idea, which he believed impossible, he ordered the cabin around.
“Contact the Academy and tell them there might be some movement on our position. Tell them that unless we specify it, there should be no problem, and our Cruiser will be enough to deal with any situation. You. Prepare the Frigate teams and the Destroyer team, just in case. As long as we see a tiny dot without explaining how much they are sorry for coming unannounced, they will come out and put security everywhere!”
“Yes, sir!” - “Understood!” - “Heard!” The piloting team nodded and got to work. They were immediately busy, but the one to feel his temples sweat a little was the Teacher. Then, they saw as the Door’s Expiring Breath Sect’s weaponry turned off after what they deemed as hesitation, thanks to their ample experience. The captain nodded at his team while Heian Ciemnosc fearless broke into the Sect’s individual territory.
Viuuuuumm~! Futomp! WHOOSH!
Heian Ciemnosc’s Ornament flew through the aperture of the Sect’s Grand Array Formation. That was, perhaps, their most crucial defensive point in all of their organization. But while Heian Ciemnosc was flying 500 km of distance like it was nothing, he repassed the information he obtained about the Far East Region’s powerhouses keeping the Azure Dragon’s descendants’ Blauw Empire low and in check.
There were no Second Step organizations around it, and only over a Region away was there any Second Step organization near the Far East Region. For example, this Door’s Expiring Breath Sect, whose puppeteering Arts and techniques were top-notch among what’s left of the Blackotia Kingdom’s powerhouses. It was 2 Regions away from the Far East Region but was the big boss from all possible routes leading to the ‘mainland’ that is the Wrath Nihility Academy.
It had become stupidly rich because of such luck since the end of the wars, although they had also taken refuge under Enec’s side in the first war and fought against the Academy’s sympathizers in the overlord war. However, it had now turned over a new leaf and swore to nature its vassal position to the Academy. Now, they were bad kids turn good, doing a good job keeping the region they were in safe and spreading it to the other immediately neighboring Regions.
On the other hand, the influential powerhouses around the Blauw Empire in the Far East Region, which is supposed to be the latter’s rulership, are simply trying to bring down the Blauw Empire to take over the role of ruling a 1* Region.
The order in which these organizations were written in the reports was also the order of upside down from the north to the south on the in-lan territory of the Far East Region. The first was the Clashing Dust Cult, with Arts expertise in Light or Wind elements. Their disposition towards the Blauw Empire was still partially unknown to Heian Ciemnosc, just like any other influential powerhouse in the Far East Region.
Second was the Feathered Valley Pavilion, whose expertise remains in the beast taming of draconic Fauna. They are the closest organization to becoming a Second Step organization. Third was the Blue Emirate Grotto, forming a kind of tri-alliance with the following fourth, the Green Emirate, and fifth, the Sand Emirate. They were one Grotto long ago, but still far ahead from when the Academy-Azure Dragon’s descendants war ended. They clashed with interests and ideologies, dividing into 3 allied Grottoes after several battles and shortcomings.
They also had to ally their old ally-foes for fear of being swallowed by either the Azure Dragon’s descendants or the neighboring powerhouses. The sixth organization, now entirely in the South, was the Wyrm Lord Nation, known for their ‘misbehavior’ against anything related to the Blauw Empire. And seventh was the True Dragon House, which is a fraction of the Azure Dragon’s descendants that, for whatever reason, separated from the main branch even before forming an Empire instead of following being a Clan.
They had been silent ever since then and caused no trouble, but there were usual ‘encounters’ between the Nation and the Empire, giving sense to something brewing in the Far East Region. Left with no ample variety of answers or options, the Academy sent an assigned supervisor, turning the entire Region silent and suddenly well-behaved. All information was kept, and the Region would know when the Blauw Empire threw a banquet… with all those powerhouses showing up in their respective territory.
“... Esteemed assigned supervisor! Why are you in such a hurry? Please, slow down!!” Suddenly, as the Ornament sky-dived towards the Door’s Expiring Breath Sect’s central building, a powerful voice with a high cultivation base waved through the aerial space of his territory. They reached Heian Ciemnosc’s Fighter, but they reflected from its armor like flies turning into paste without even leaving a stain.
