Chapter 617 — Rest And Go Back

Rest And Go Back

Wheeeesh!!

All thoughts of using one of the drops of blood essence to impulse her body with Heian Ciemnosc's strike were gone when miss Rila realized she didn't need to. Heian Ciemnosc's kick was too powerful, and she only had to worry about doing her part. As her right arm was lifted and her palm faced the incoming Frigate, it left behind a drop of blood essence that dropped onto the stretched body of the Elemental Eye inside the medium-sized merchant spaceship. Heian Ciemnosc watched as the drop of blood essence rapidly covered it, permeating it whole.

Pshiiiiiffftt~~!! The contractor's body rapidly moved towards the vessel's front, whereas it remained immobile in space, and the enemy Frigate came closer rapidly. Heian Ciemnosc's body was still weakened and semi-impaled to a wall from behind, and miss Rila's body flew forwards with her right arm beginning to blaze in her blood essence. A trail of Neutral Energy was left behind, following her lifted right arm, and the stretched body of the Elemental barrier became seemingly enhanced.

Miss Rila and the Frigate were coming closer to each other faster than Heian Ciemnosc was used to. The Frigate still had its smallish engines on, even as it was under attack by Heian Ciemnosc's Team. Even from inside the vessel, Heian Ciemnosc could see Beto and the others flying around with their Fighters flying by their side, attacking the Frigate, orbiting around it and dismantling little by little but quickly, and dispatching anyone smoothly that came out to defend it.

In the 8 seconds before miss Rila's merchant spaceship and the Frigate crashed, the 1st second went by with miss Rila dropping some of her blood essence onto the stretched Elemental Eye and Heian Ciemnosc contacting his Team.

"Team leader, get away from the Frigate. Wait until it is blocked to resume your assault..." Heian Ciemnosc's message traveled fast through space and entered Beto's mind, who relayed it to everyone else fighting around the enemy Frigate and sent a message back. "Heian Ciemnosc? Is that you still alive?! How are you not half-dead already?! Where are you?!"

"When you see it, you will know when to attack... As for me resting, leave me to it after one last little job." Heian Ciemnosc's words descended into Beto's mind again, but he didn't share it with everyone else, bringing the rest of the Team away. Beto trusted Heian Ciemnosc, although it wasn't like he had any other choice. Nobody said they would face these many rats and a tremendous rat. He sent one last message to Heian Ciemnosc before the Soul communication was cut off.

"Don't... get yourself killed."

"..." Heian Ciemnosc tilted his head to the right suggestively, slowly and smoothly blinking his darkest eyes before finally struggling out of his binding, with metal stabbing his shoulder blades. Were it anyone else in his shoes, their arms and half their chest would've turned into smashed potatoes.

In the 2nd second of both spaceships crashing, miss Rila's right arm started fusing the air before it with melting Neutral Energy. It kept its translucent appearance but became hotter and hotter without using Fire elemental particles, only her blood essence. It formed the shape of an assegai polearm, driving through air and space towards the Frigate as her body visibly lost all might!

On the other hand, Heian Ciemnosc's left shoulder was freed from his semi-impaled, and Beto and the rest of Heian Ciemnosc's teammates flew away from the spaceships. While the enemy felt like a huge boulder was lifted off their hearts and brains, Heian Ciemnosc was only starting, and miss Rila's Spirit Sense was vanishing fast under Heian Ciemnosc's scanning.

In the 3rd second of the spaceships colliding, as Heian Ciemnosc's right shoulder slid off the metal penetrating his pale skin, sending bouts of dark blood to the floor and seeping into the cracks to space and other parts of the vessel, miss Rila's Soul flickered off, losing fragments of its structure inside her inner being.

Miss Rila's blood essence wasn't just taken from inside her body and activated by a forbidden, personal Art. It was completely cut off from her life, and that could only happen willingly. Her cultivation base was beginning to shake and falter, but she kept her posture firm, with her palm opened to the incoming Frigate, and her blood essence Art continued being enhanced.

In the 4th second, Heian Ciemnosc was pushing his body off the floor, feeling quite a few pools of his dark blood under his pale skin as he looked at the wide gap in the merchant vessel's front. The Frigate was already filling most of the direct scenery to space. Meanwhile, miss Rila continued flying towards her objective, but her hair started dropping, as if burning, but without flames and directly passing to become ashes. The ashes dissipated in the air as she exited the protection the merchant spaceship could barely keep holding and entered space.

Miss Rila's eyelids were eaten away quickly by her completely unprotected body, and in the 5th second, she was in front where her central command should've been, but only half remained. Her people looked at her, and she continued flying upwards, as if sliding from one extreme to another, and followed her path with their necks twisting and heads turning.

In that second, Heian Ciemnosc also realized he was genuinely weakened, and his body was subject to many wounds so that it couldn't react in time. If Heian Ciemnosc's calculations were correct, he would have regained mobility in less than a minute, but it would have been too late. Yet, miss Rila continued flying, and she came out of the merchant spaceship's infrastructure, directly into open space, and faced the 'behemoth' before everyone else with the Elemental Eye increasing in size and following behind her.

In the 6th second, the Frigate's smallish engines' sounds could already be heard, and the fear in the merchant spaceships' hearts and eyes became unquestionable. The Crimsonbreaking Faction's Team sent to help them retreated, but the merchants didn't feel betrayed... they knew it would be impossible to face a Frigate, and it was their fault instead. If only they had predicted such audacity from their enemy... it wouldn't have been like this...

But, in the 7th second, as Heian Ciemnosc pushed his heavily and rapidly trembling pale arms off the ground, and his darkest eyes seemed to taint the sclera around them, miss Rila's body glowed with Elemental Poisoning accompanying her silhouette, and her blood essence drops on her tongue dropped onto her arm, or what remained of them. The Neutral Energy in her body dissipated, her Spirit Sense smoked into non-existence, and her Soul quivered as all of its energy fused into her right arm's doings.

In the 8th second, or just nanoseconds before it, Heian Ciemnosc's darkest eyes turned wholly pitch-black, and everyone in all the merchant spaceships felt their sight darkening. Immediately, the enemy piloting the Frigate was amazed upon seeing a dark bubble form from the medium-sized merchant vessel. But they didn't stop, and miss Rila was the only one not going to be engulfed in time by the dark dome, as her right palm finally made contact with the Frigate's utmost front.

Bowwbooumb! Tap~-... crrgghhhh-pssshhh... Miss Rila's right hand was turned into a mushy mess right away. Bones and flesh exploded from within, turning into ground meat and bone dust as her wrist immediately cracked and began disintegrating. A Frigate's speed was nothing anyone, even in the peak of the Second Step, could handle without ample Neutral Energy and their crystallized armor protecting them.

Miss Rila's right arm spewed blood from cracks that hadn't even been formed yet, and her body started growing bubbles under her skin as it deconstructed. Just then, the blood essence and all her power sources poured into her right arm, and forbidden Art exploded into action, and her life dissipated just as the dark dome engulfed her from behind.

After the 8th second, just half a second after miss Rila's lifeless body was engulfed by the darkness as if drawn and sucked into it as a blinding blob exploded and stopped the Frigate, forming cracks around the Elemental Eye her blood essence had enhanced, and started losing stability within the medium-seized spaceship, a pair of pale arms exited the darkness as it dissipated, and a right pale palm and a pure dark left palm landed on the Frigate's front, where miss Rila's effort to block the Frigate was nearly complete, and only succeeded after... Heian Ciemnosc faced it head-on!!

"!!" - "!" - "!!!" The enemy, the merchant spaceships, and his teammates and team leader looked on with tremendous, bizarre shock! Heian Ciemnosc, with his bare hands and without even his left arm entirely supported by his unique Neutral Energy, fully stopped the Frigate from moving forward!!

Miss Rila's efforts almost blocked the Frigate completely. Although the Elemental Eye barriers were broken apart at the same time, and Moy was busier dealing with the remaining few dozen enemy Fighters, the Frigate barely suffered any external damage, even if several cultivators were forced to vomit blood from the force of their sudden halt and miss Rila's Neutral Energy traveling between the solid structure and immediately broke apart its shield.

However, only when Heian Ciemnosc placed his hands on it and as the dark dome dissipated and revealed his dark-bloody shoulder blades and a strange dark whip exiting from his tailbone, forming circular dark screens several dozen meters behind him with different, slimmer extensions, acting as support pillars to help him keep his foothold. The Frigate's front started crumbling under... Heian Ciemnosc's hands!

Crrk~... crrrrrkkk~!

Heian Ciemnosc's sheer bodily strength allowed him to stop the Frigate without the aid of any other power source, halting a massive spaceship Fighter with only the size of a tall person, with a bare torso and veins bulging, about to pop as his darkest eyes' sclera returned. His dark fangs showed, and he moved them to roar in space.

"MOVE- NOW!!"

Veem~, veem~! The 2 Fighters waiting for this call rushed from the same side at Heian Ciemnosc's command. The enemy was shocked silly, watching one sole person stop their Frigate's advancement even as their smallish engines were at full capacity, and Heian Ciemnosc felt his right arm breaking apart as his legs and back bones started breaking, rupturing and making awful sounds only he could hear.

Pshift! Pshift! Pshift! Pshift! Pshift!... Meanwhile, the Fighters under Heian Ciemnosc, with only the orders to do as told, fiercely flew towards the Frigate's left side. They suffered one energy attack after another, crushing their Fighters' last bits of their shields and breaking apart their armor and cabin windows. But did they stop? No! They only flew harder and swifter towards their objective, that luscious, clean armor at the side where some machine guns and a couple artillery guns were destroyed by the Crimsonbreaking Faction's Team.

Even as they were shot with energy attacks, Arts, Earth weapons, and some machine guns, becoming dead asses flying towards the Frigate, and one of the Fighters even continued with no one alive in those Fighters anymore, they still rushed towards the enemy Frigate and...

... B-ng... b-mmm... ~!~!

Heian Ciemnosc, who was dozens of meters from where the Fighters landed and became like knives thrown into a tree, felt the strength of the Frigate's pushing force speeding back up, suddenly diminishing as a pair of muffled explosions rang out. His Spirit Sense looked at it and witnessed 2 tremendous explosions nearly 70 meters in diameter that didn't create further destruction upon colliding with one another but managed to thwart the Frigate's plans to destroy their cargo!

The Frigate wasn't rooted in space. As a result, it was deviated and flown to the side after the explosions, vastly changing direction as the smallish engines were finally turning off. The Frigate's engine system was struck!!

However, as a result, in the same way, Heian Ciemnosc was flung away with the Frigate. He was still holding onto the spot miss Rila had struck, and her sunken pale and pure dark arms remained embedded in them, but not for long.

While Heian Ciemnosc was embedded in the Frigate's front armor, the force it was sent flying away by the explosions was too tremendous, and Heian Ciemnosc's pale body floated in space towards a random angle after the Frigate rotated for the 17th time and continued to do so farther into space. The hit the enemy Frigate suffered was tremendous, especially without shields and their armor spoiled by the Crimsonbreaking Faction's Team's constant assaults.

Heian Ciemnosc, on the other hand, seemed to rest but was yet again unconscious... He remained like this for a couple minutes before his darkest eyes forced him to wake up, as his nature wouldn't allow him to let it be it for the day, not without having dealt with these people!

"..." Heian Ciemnosc's darkest eyes opened slowly, but to his surprise, just as he wished to see the empty blackness of the universe, he instead saw a Frigate rapidly approaching him. There were no more smallish engines, but it could still move with the experts' team piloting it, and Supreme Neutral Stones used to activate emergency array formations, something any soldier unit in the Crimsonbreaking Faction had to know to be tested into becoming one.

'Huuu... hahh!' Heian Ciemnosc exasperatedly exhaled, and he moved his hurting body without a left arm. He was also too drained to form a limb with his dark Neutral Energy, and reuniting Elemental particles now wouldn't give him enough time to defend himself. If he wanted to flee, the Frigate could easily outrun him, even without any smallish engine available.

"!" Heian Ciemnosc's pervertedly handsome, pale face looked straight at the Frigate, and his Spirit Sense flickered weakly around him one last time as his dark Soul flinched, and his darkest eyes seemed to travel dozens and dozens of kilometers in a second to arrive before the team of experts and the enemy commander. At the same time, Heian Ciemnosc's dark-bloody, pale back was shadowed momentarily by his teammates and team leader, each flying in a spaceship towards the Frigate!

"...!" On the other hand, the enemy team of experts looked at the front, and the commander, in particular, felt like a mini-sized of their immeasurably strong enemy, basked in pitch-black- no... in pure darkness flew towards them from afar. It was the size of a baby or a long fist, but the commander and the others were too enthralled in it to recognize the veracity of the situation as the Crimsons' Fighters flew towards them, and this time, to finish the job.

Shuaahuaaa~!... The enemy commander's eyes widened, and his pupils dilated as his irises dulled. The sound of something penetrating through glass and metal sounded in everyone's mind, not just the commander. And as all saw one such pure dark body fly towards them, a pair of darkest eyes replaced it just as it crashed against their faces, turning everything into darkness only to dissipate, with those darkest eyes staring at them. They looked lifeless, yet ultimately cold and serene...

"Incoming!" The one to wake up first was the commander, who watched as the Team's Fighters flew towards them and rapidly surrounded their Frigate. The Fighters orbited the Frigate as the last battle commenced, but Heian Ciemnosc was too tired to keep watching, let alone forcing his consciousness awake.

The last images Heian Ciemnosc saw were of a blurry Frigate still flying towards him but with 7 Fighters orbiting around it and rapidly dismantling its armor, murdering the enemy cultivators inside, and taking layer after layer off its structure and sending missiles deep inside to bombard the enemy Frigate, destroying it from within faster than from the exterior. However, Heian Ciemnosc felt his body rudely pushed away into space again when the Frigate became too big, as big as when he stopped it in its tracks before.

That was when his darkest eyes finally dulled, and his eyelids closed via his Vocón Link's tendrils appearing under his eyelids. He was too tired to move his eyelashes, let alone turn his eyeballs or breathe Elemental Poisoning into his body.

Consciousness faded from his being, and his body felt a little bloated as he felt his limbs, those still existed, limply float in space. Thus, he did the same and fell into slumber.

. . .

An unknown time later... Inside a bedroom, with the bed in the middle, where the headboard was against the wall and a pair of seats on its right. The place looked tidy, humble, and comfortable.

Heian Ciemnosc's darkest eyes trembled. His eyeballs fluctuated as his pale eyelids moved to open. And what Heian Ciemnosc first felt was his left arm regenerating, with many medicinal substances inside his Dantian, Psychogenic, and smeared on his left stump, whose pale skin and infrastructure were re-growing on its own. The second thing he felt was a handjob, for as crazy as it sounded. Looking down, he watched Cara tug him slightly with frowning eyebrows and studious eyes.

"Oops! I didn't know you were awake!" Cara exclaimed, letting go of his innocent prick and covering her mouth with that hand... "Kyaa!!"

Cara jumped from her seat after leaving a bare, sick Heian Ciemnosc with the sheets pulled apart around his crotch as if a molester had taken advantage of him during the night when no one watched. However, it wasn't night as blinding light entered through the comfy bedroom's windows, and it was Cara who assaulted Heian Ciemnosc. He looked at her expressionlessly as she poured her Neutral Energy to her naughty hand, sweeping and cleaning it from his scent... and flavor?

"Ahem, sorry about that..." Cara walked back and sat on her seat, lifted a bucket from the floor, and continued placing unguent all around his bare, pale body. Her fingers traced every bit of his muscles and pushed enough amount to give him a pleasurable massage.

Seeing Heian Ciemnosc still say nothing, she smiled lightly and brightly spoke, "I resisted the first 2 days, but I couldn't after watching it twitch a little. Sorry, bud."

"It's okay. It was a good way to wake up," Heian Ciemnosc calmly said while Cara's hands moved to his right upper thigh. Cara looked at him and blinked before smiling grandiosely. Cara moved her hands to grab another bout and said while giving his knee and shin a massage. "The team leader said that since your body is healing on its own, we just need to keep feeding you and helping the rest of your non-grievous wounds heal faster so your body can concentrate on your left arm."

"We used some emergency pills. It was shocking, you know? Only Beto lost his Fighters. That is very good, considering a surprise like this wasn't supposed to happen. Everyone losing their Fighters and at least 2 limbs was easily predictable. But with your help..." Cara said, letting her hands rest on his right foot as she looked at him and continued with a calm and serious expression. "The team leader told me to let you know this as a reassurance."

"The Faction never commits a mistake or is fooled by others' failure to see the problem or possible threats. What happened to our Team was expected, and the Faction... put us to the test," Cara said, changing her gaze to a stern and mysteriously strict one. "I can figure out why we were tested, but as for you, Heian Ciemnosc... I'm sure you'll see changes in the others' expressions after we return to the Carrier."

"Heh, you'll see. In a few months, more or less, when we return to the space station, you might start having fans instead of growing hatred between our fellow soldiers. He he!" Cara giggled before falling silent. She looked at the natural, flaccid bulge at his crotch and looked at him again suggestively.

"Go ahead, experiment all you want. Thank you for caring for my body," Heian Ciemnosc said, almost rolling his eyes. He immediately felt his glans grabbed, and his urethra was squirmed by a gooey finger. Then, he heard Cara's voice as she started playing with his penis like a scientist finding new bacteria. "My, how polite! You must have had a loving mother, I just violated you after all..."

'Sigh, yes... And this place reminded me of it... a little...' Heian Ciemnosc thought, looking at the ceiling, feeling like a baby tugged in his mommy's embrace again. But the reminiscing period finished when he started feeling a hand tightly clutching him and sending bouts of pleasure to his fragile, wounded body. Ah, life was good.
