Mild Scouting
"Sir, yes sir!" Hidden Cap shouted. Those behind him followed while Ciemnosc did so only mildly afterwards as if he was caught off guard, to which the elder looked at the boy with an actual smile as if finding Ciemnosc cute for having his first preparation chat and being so silly about it. The elder then looked at everyone before nodding at the acting elder, who then felt amnestied and ordered at Hidden Cap, "Depart now! Bring only future glory and show the mightiness for our and of our Self-Mutilating Honores Sect!”
Step! Step step step step!... Step. Step, step, step, step, step, step, step.
With that and saying no more, Hidden Cap turned around after bowing low to his waist with his Hiddens following right up, then moved towards the exit at the back of the Missions Hall where their vehicle awaited them. Following behind Hidden Cap were the Hiddens, who showed respect for their surroundings until they were fully out of the display, where they loosened up and began chatting amongst each other.
“Hey, you’re a cute kid. How old are you really?” - “Mn, do you know what to do? How good are you at fighting?” - “Hehe, are you big down there? Wouldn’t you like your Senior Sister to know, just in case?” - “Stop perving on him all day, you harlot!”
Ciemnosc was approached by the many members of the squad over and over, they were itching to know this person who by the looks of it had become the upper echelons of the sect’s interest, and they even felt compelled to know ‘how tos’ and all that to look greater than now and also attract their attention.
Feeling worse than ever, of course, Ciemnosc ignored them all despite being a Hidden with them now. There was obviously going to be quite the difference in status taking into consideration he was Hidden 1 and that Hidden 2 was already looking like someone that the group was following around too.
On the other hand, Hidden Cap was talking to everybody, even if they did stupid questions like a horny dog- like the horny person from before who was all handy all these times with the orange curly haired young woman - did before.
In retrospect, despite being towards the front, Ciemnosc was basically being avoided like they were playing a game to do so, with his small frame and seemingly getting smallish figure disappearing as they walked towards the ‘VIP’ park lot of for the Missions Hall’s disciples to undergo the journey wherever was needed to take vehicles to support them on their way there.
Arriving before a couple of cars, Hidden Cap divided them into two. Then as they were divided, he got them to enter a car each and to protect the other smaller car that was going to be in between them as they made their way where their mission would be.
Their cars were almost monster-like, with huge wheels with basically decorative pikes all around protruding out of them. Their fronts had enormous defenses though the lateral sides of their vehicles were pretty much defenseless without even any array connected to them - Ciemnosc could now tell such things and was even capable of seeing where the Synergized Equatrend Mobilizer was located with just his eyes, not even needing Spirit Sense for that matter.
Meanwhile, their length was more than enough to carry 20 people at the back, and 4 seats were for the driving and assessing of the vehicle, which was for a driver, co-driver, and either technicians and/or engineers.
On the other hand, the smaller vehicle was like a truck, with the front only having one seat, in the middle having a lot of tent-like compartments with each having enough resources for setting up pre-inscribed array formations of certain obvious kinds. Some very important tools for setting up camp and for buildings places where necessities would be valued.
Other than that, some food and even medicine such as pills and low leveled forms of medicine in the sect, like unguents and to bandage one’s body and even bags for the dead were all ready to be used. They weren’t to be carried by Covert Space bags since they had to be used and placing them with any other random thing in a bag might either deteriorate them or take away and lay waste to their medicinal properties.
At the back of the smallish car, there was a cabin-like part that had wheels and was naturally the strongest support of this vehicle, it had 3 people in it, and they were more like lookouts for the resources in case there was an accident, ambush, some of them fell off or something. They were other outer sect disciples who had the mission to do just this, slightly stronger than the squad Ciemnosc was in as the 4 of them in that car were at the 10th stage of the Spiritual Condensation Realm.
“You, Hidden 2 and you 8 will come with me. For this mission, unless needed, I will keep quiet and see how you guys do. I trust my team leaders’ capability to assess the situation and for this team, Hidden 2 will be in charge, but while I’m in this team as well, I will be your dead weight so it’ll be only 9 Hiddens in this team and 8 Hiddens under Hidden 2’s commands, understood?”
“Yessir.” - “Sir, yes sir.” - “Sure thing.” - “Mmmmmm, okay sir, okay.” - “Yes sir…” Seeing them each respond to his words, Hidden Cap nodded, Hidden 2 stood on the spot and saw how the driver Hidden and the other Hiddens boarded the vehicle one by one and under his supervision, taking into consideration which Hidden number was which and where they were seated.
Lastly, he waited for the last Hidden of his team, Hidden Cap, who then went to the other team of a ‘larger’ quantity of members, walking in leisurely but also with a strict demeanor...
Step step step step…
“Hidden 1?” Just as Ciemnosc was assessing his team members just like he saw Hidden 2 do, out of curiosity and to see how it felt, how things went, he and the team members under him all looked at Hidden Cap who spoke-shouted towards Hidden 1.
“Yesss, sir?” Ciemnosc said and trotted over to Hidden Cap who remained 3 meters away from them, respectfully in some way. Hidden Cap then moved towards another side further apart from Hidden 1’s team to make it more private, making Ciemnosc naturally follow him farther away.
“Yessir?” Ciemnosc said as he wondered what his ‘sneaking around’ outfit would feel like, he already took a look at it and knew he would be looking mighty handsome but also quite tight there…and that it would be seen if he’s just a tiny wee bit careless. Hidden Cap was, on the other hand, none the wiser as he turned around and comfortably placed his hands around the edge of Ciemnosc’s shoulders.
“Listen Ciemnosc, I know you’re a kid and that you have quite the report for what I could end up reading in the end. It was a lot.” Making obvious gestures by cocking his head around for a bit, he then continued asking with mild concern, “If there is anything you want to say about giving your post to someone else, and not being confident, just tell me right now; it’s your last chance.”
“No sir, it’s alright. I myself have also wondered what it would feel like to do this, I can do it.” Ciemnosc reassured, even nodding his head with a little smile at the end of his words towards Hidden Cap, which indeed; reassured him.
“Alright then, just try to not get killed if a situation is presented. As long as you survive an injury, that works too as that would gain you the most ‘points’ to command them, your team I mean. For now, and nowhere sooner, nobody there will listen to you if…” Hidden Cap looked meaningfully at him, and his next words made Ciemnosc smirk from the left corner of his mouth with such a potent charm…
“...you’re too soft. Try placing some pressure on their asses if you really want them to listen.” Ciemnosc nodded as soon as his words finished, and nodding back in return, Hidden Cap then closed his mouth and went back to his team, getting into the car embarrassingly before Hidden 2, who then entered at the co-driver’s seat and went on.
‘Hmm!’ It was only then that Ciemnosc’s major worry disappeared as he made his way back to his team members. They were grouped up altogether and got to know each other. Also chatting and stuff when they saw Ciemnosc come back to them. Their faces weren’t content, much less relaxed, the females had loose faces of not being satisfied with the decision, and men were rather more silent and gazing directly at Ciemnosc casually.

“Well, start getting in. Unless you want the team to get lost, I don’t have any directions, only an order of following that car’s butt.” Ciemnosc said and gestured. He was kinda cute when doing so and even pointed with his thumb towards the car for light transport already getting in position to follow the first car once it all started.
“... … … … …” They did not say anything, a couple of males nodded at him, with the horny dog-horny guy throwing threatening glares at him and even swinging his head at Ciemnosc; ‘menacingly’. Though it looked dumb, in the eyes of the other team members, it was only right for a kid like Ciemnosc. At least, the casual orange curly haired young woman was indifferent to all.
Once everyone was on board except 2, Hidden 1 and Hidden 8 which was a white skinned, tall man with long black hair and eyes remained outside the vehicle. Ciemnosc looked at Hidden 8 before saying without any chance for Hidden 8 to even say anything, “You drive.”
Ciemnosc then went up to the co-driver’s side and went in, leaving Hidden 8 speechless for a while before shrugging his shoulders and getting into the driver’s seat, all full of emotion as he prepared himself. Looking back, Hidden 8 was even able to see the eyes of his fellow members darkening. While one female Hidden and the orange curly haired young woman threw interested, flirty glances at him.
Feeling cheeky and smug, Hidden 8 sat straight on his seat and looked at Ciemnosc, feeling he was not so bad after all, ‘Ah, this boss is so great! Thank you for this opportunity!’.
While Hidden 8 began liking Ciemnosc, the latter was looking through the frontal windows towards the first car, which was basically Team 2, and he was Team 1 so to speak. But since the big daddy of the squad was in the 2nd team, it was more the leading team that team 1 was, so in any case, Ciemnosc was looking at team 2’s car to see when they set off.
Only with his orders would his ‘people’ move after all. Meanwhile, team members of his team 1 resumed some chatting, which Ciemnosc allowed and said nothing nor tried anything about, not even showing it on his face or anything. Until, at last, team 2’s car began moving, followed suit by the small transport car which by then, the driver looked at them to leave when Ciemnosc finally said. “Drive now, follow the transport car, maintain a distance of 11 meters.”
“B-but…that’s far too long, the transport itself is very close to team 2’s car, just like 2 meters!” Hidden 9, the driver, said and exclaimed as he notoriously but slightly respectfully— at the very least —questioned and reminded Ciemnosc.
And Ciemnosc, not having expected to have to answer to this question because of being the team leader and because it was something so obvious inside his marvelous little head, took 4 seconds to respond, which seemed instead as if he was pondering a quick answer, gaining even worse ‘points’ from his now temporary subordinates.
“Well, why do you think they are so close to them? They are at the front, and they have armor at the front. We do, too, but not at our backs. If an ambush does happen, how- do you expect this ‘tiny’ car with everyone on the back to depend on moving backwards to safety or would you rather not move at all and wait until our defensive tools are depleted and go through the blind spots of our not even practiced at all defensive measures?”
“We wouldn’t even be able of turning around if we are even 8 meters near to the transport car, they can take most of the required sheltered from the front by being that close to team 2, but we don’t have any protection back there, we wouldn’t even be able to turn, it’s not as if they’d wait for us to do so.”
“... … … … …” It was only after he finished speaking that Ciemnosc noticed everyone had shut up out of nowhere. Silence prevailed and it had been since even in the middle of his speech’s first part. He stopped leaning his head against the side of the car on his seat to the right, and looked at the blushing Hidden 8 noncommittally before looking at the back, where every single person including the horny retard were looking fixedly back at him.
Rustle, fwop…
“Go, they are leaving us behind.” Ciemnosc went back to his seat after blinking quite sometimes at them. He exclaimed at Hidden 8 and reclined his head against the back of his own seat, which left him looking like a kid in an adult’s seat somewhat.
Trckrr, vrrom vroooom vroooom~~...
The car then made its way towards the road, the exit having been opened and waiting for them to come out several seconds ago, finally closing after they zoomed in the distance at a very low speed since it wasn’t a long and free road up ahead yet and were still within the sect’s territory.
Catching up a few seconds later, the car slowed down and maintained 11 meters of distance between itself and the transport car, where the fellow outer sect disciples were looking back at them uncaringly but somewhat welcoming them ‘back’.
Afterwards, when finally going out of the sect and with Ciemnosc looking at everything around them for a few seconds in curiosity and interest, not small at all. He took advantage of their initially speeding up speed before he stopped looking around, and their small convoy went ahead full speed at 400 km/h.
. . .
Within the utmost center of the Self-Mutilating Honores Sect, at the topmost floor of the incredible building.
“...Sect Master, they have left the sect’s territory, and are onward to leave the organization’s territory in just a few hours. Their estimated time needed for reaching their mission…is about a bit more than half a dozen hours.” A thin, tall male servant arrived at the most important room of the entire sect, presenting a few documents to a very tall, with bulging muscles, dark-brown skin, and almost gone bald short hair and a fat face.
The Sect Master took the documents and read through them, another 3 people inside the room looked at the Sect Master and waited for him to read through them while glancing at the male servant. Especially from a pair of azure-white eyes that predated over the body of the male servant, his fate was sealed for tonight, ah.
“Very well, you might leave…if you want.” The Sect Master said after putting the documents down. The ambiguous latter half of his words made the male servant gulp, somewhat nervously, then he looked at Ancestor Pu Lianter before nodding… and standing right behind her seat. Making her smile, the male servant didn’t expect a fair, slender hand to begin caressing his right thigh and then towards the center.
“Why does he go almost triple the amount required for when transporting. Does he intend to show some kind of revolution this way? This is a rather new way for Grand Elder to be using her time ‘to change the world’, hahaha, if it is- hahahahaha!” Elder Tin, with his very ordinary appearance, said and cracked himself up, ignoring the rest of those in the room.
“What does it matter? He is now on a mission. Let’s see how he does.” The Sect Master said, and after looking at the now present Grand Ancestor of the sect, he cordially spoke towards the old man with closed eyes and resting. “Grand Ancestor Xing Kei, what would you like to say, anything…?”
The grand ancestor, with his eyes opening, his cold self came out to light, making even the slender hand of Ancestor Pu Lianter holding a snakery object of meat freeze for some moments despite playing and having so much fun with the liquid coming out of it every now and then. He was naturally white haired from how he was older than 2,000 years old, much older.
But he had short hair, a long beard, and creamy skin to contrast the white all around his head and of his robes, with the words ‘Grand Ancestor’ read on the back of his robe with white embroidery but silvery-royal-like outlining the words.
“The boy is smart. He is no puppet, yet. But he could be of use as one,” the grand ancestor stood up smoothly while ancestor Pu Lianter’s frozen hand resumed the playing with her new toy and male toy too. Grand ancestor continued his words as he walked around their table twice and ended up behind the Sect Master. Placing his hands on the sect master’s shoulders to say, “But more importantly, Grand Elder has been really efficient at the Little Lake, with several acting elders of the Preferential Light Justice Sect being imprisoned and several of their elders killed. What to do now?”
The grand ancestor’s words became a tough question for them, and if that wasn’t enough to pressure them hard already, his demeanor when saying these words by raising his eyebrows and protruding his lips made it ever more irresistible to become annoyed.
“... Simple, I propose we make this kid go towards more battle zones, directly towards the Preferential Light Justice Sect’s territory, towards the north - in case he fails or just gives us some ordinary results. That will show us how much dedication he has towards Grand Elder’s ambitions and if…” After seeing no one speak out, growing frustrated at their uselessness, the grand elder said, and towards the end of his words, though he spoke slower and slower, his words attracted the other 3 so damn well.
“If it’s the contrary, then I propose this kid is being given many rewarding processes, make him a squad, platoon leader - whatever is needed.” The grand ancestor emphasized his words, making similar gestures just like before and looking towards each of them, his hands still on the Sect Master’s shoulder, pushing down at the man who wants to rise way sooner than he should.
“Then, we send the Grand Elder towards the borders between our Self-Mutilating Honores Sect and the Preferential Light Justice Sect to keep the strong ones at bay, she is that capable in the end. Meanwhile, the precious disciple she recruited into the sect-...will be going to the Little Lake and help the sect… secure that beginning of… what could be us taking the whole Region for ourselves!”
