Explode Into The Brightest Rising Stars
“It's Ishikyy's,” Heian Ciemnosc smiled and said as Alyona took an arched amulet from underneath his clothes. Alyona had an interested expression as she said, “Ah, I know. I was just making sure in case you were keeping some away from me. Mn. Heian Ciemnosc, good luck on your side. Things are already 'finished' on mine. We're just going through miscellaneous preparations. You're a little on your own. But we'll come pick everyone up as soon as it is needed…”
“You don’t need to tell me these. I know you can’t live without me,” Heian Ciemnosc picked Alyona’s hands, grabbing his azure amulet, and said with his face onto hers and his breath brushing her eyes and nose. Alyona thinly smiled from ear to ear, appearing quite peaceful and calm as she did. Her left eyebrow jumped into life, “Quite literally.”
“Hmph,” Heian Ciemnosc’s lips closed and he grinned. Alyona’s body leaned fully on him. Heian Ciemnosc’s arms held her as if she floated in the air. They remained like this for quite some time, with Milyy and Hong Mei joining their cuddling a couple of minutes later. Hours later, until night came, they finally stood up and individually hugged Heian Ciemnosc for several minutes.
“Sigh, Little Any has been doing well, ey.” Hong Mei said after finishing her hug, eskimo kissing Heian Ciemnosc with her palms on his shoulders. A sweet smile spread from ear to ear as she lovingly kissed his eyelids, which he timely closed. Dusting his shoulders off, she pecked his overly pale red lips before finally saying, “It’s not like me to say it, but make the world go off and rumble, okay? It might be a little necessary, otherwise… hehe.”
“Mn, oh.” Heian Ciemnosc obediently nodded, letting Hong Mei toyingly reprimand him with a stern expression. Heian Ciemnosc enjoyed her antics before it was Milyy’s turn. She grappled her hands and feet around his neck and lower back until she faced him and let go of his body, except for her hands. She made Heian Ciemnosc look directly down at her face as she spoke with upturned eyes.
“Mother is very impressed with you, and your cultivation. Keep it going. If you become a Lord, she said you can find a way to help me repopulate my Bloodline. Hmm, who told you to be born infertile? Ah, well. Mwah! Take care. Show us a good show, ey?” Milyy pressed her forehead against Heian Ciemnosc’s and rubbed it a little before smooching his lips and stepping away.
Finally, it was Alyona’s turn. Heian Ciemnosc’s nostrils were still filled with Milyy’s scent and soft, creamy pale skin, when Alyona’s black-coffee eyes appeared before him as she held his cheeks. Squeezing the flesh out, she played with Heian Ciemnosc’s face a few more times before slurping his puckered lips like jelly with her eyes closed.
The sight made Hong Mei close her eyes and shake her head. Those two were always up to something quirky… And from the looks of it, interesting, too. Milyy’s tilted head and shining pupils exposed her thoughts about the image.
“We’ll be waiting the moment. However long it takes, I’ll lead my Crimsonbreaking Faction beside you,” Alyona said, with her right forearm on his nape as her eyes turned dreamily. Heian Ciemnosc was dazzled by his wife. After a few seconds, they engaged in an envious, long, passionate kiss. Although Milyy pouted a little, Hong Mei smiled this time, knowing she’d get to taste the same after they left. Maybe even before that…
Under Hong Mei’s hungry eyes, completely turned into a good co-wife, worthy of Alyona’s standards for his harem, Alyona bid farewell to Heian Ciemnosc and departed with the other two, his three Fairy lovers, and the rest of the Fairies. Heian Ciemnosc watched their backs depart as they suddenly disappeared in the middle of flight, as if becoming or entering something invisible.
WHOOOSH… After a while, Heian Ciemnosc also left the area. He didn’t use Halonso’s aid this time, and they traveled together as Evans and Alejandro were busy, just as his daughter, subordinates, and Eternal Return Team have become after the big celebrations started.
As Heian Ciemnosc flew through the Turtle Hiding Region, heading straight to the Turtle Hiding Fortress with his 2 meters dark tail, the rest of the Region was in a strange, new celebration. Although the civilians and citizens were the most naturally afraid of them, today, they behaved like cultivators and celebrated its… beginning.

Meanwhile, under the dark sky of the night. North of the Turtle Hiding Region. Approximately half the Turtle Hiding Region’s size in distance through the Stormy Calm Sea.
2 Regions were under heavy siege. 18 Fleets were spread throughout the Region’s sea territory, already firing from tens of thousands of kilometers from their shores, coasts, and beaches. The assault was but a sneaky one, and even low-handed wouldn’t be wrong to be utilized to describe it. However, they only attacked after the chief of operations declared war against the Lsefattern Kingdom.
While the Turtle Hiding Region was now renowned throughout, nobody would just bend their knee towards a Region from afar. It didn’t matter that it was a 3* Region, or the black monster. Thus, only if the entire Crimsonbreaking Faction showed with their Space Station would they consider it, but would still not yield immediately.
Long before the day arrived, some Fleets from the southwestern and southeastern ports set off to the south, intending to detour to find a better angle without being bombarded in return, to move around the island Regions. They arrived at their positions a few hours before the big celebrations’ day early morning.
When the war started, declared by their Chief, a Fleet attacked the northern land section of the Weeping Viper Region, and another 2 launched a 2-pronged assault in the Turtle Shell Region’s north.
The latter was ‘walled’ by an enormous forest in the middle of its blob-shaped land. The richest part of it was in its north, and because of their fearlessness to face the Stormy Clam Sea’s other island Regions, they didn’t have many defensive measures. Their north was also much smaller due to the forest in the middle. A smaller portion, similar to the Turtle Hiding Region, comprised the north.
The rest of the Fleets assaulted the Turtle Shell Region’s south, where their main manpower laid, and responded duly to the Crimson navy appearing from nowhere. But that was only in the south. The north was taken aback and rapidly fell until they managed to keep their feet steady, and the respective organizations activated their grand array formations.
A few Fleets assisted the Fleets that set off earlier, bombarding the nearby settlements, where the latter were already exchanging heavy fire with the enemy. Be it the Turtle Shell Region’s northwest, or the Weeping Viper Region’s central land section, which was collectively assaulted from its north to the southeast.
The remaining Fleets, which weren’t more than 4, divided to assault the Weeping Viper Region’s southern land section and the intersection between the central and southern land sections. This left the enemy completely breathless to move their soldier units, let alone their destroyed navy.
From morning to night, the bombardment continued. These 2* Regions weren’t 3* Regions, meaning they wouldn’t have much emergency supplies in case of suffering a war. Moreover, they weren’t comparatively rich to the Turtle Hiding Region, which was one of the richest, at least up to the Third Step’s necessities.
The rest of the Lsefattern Kingdom watched as the battles all around those island Regions unfolded. They didn’t do anything, but they could. However, everyone saw those images of the Est Soul Empire finding themselves in a horrible situation after gaining the upper hand in an offensive against the Medium Cities and Turtle Fortress then.
They could join up and brutally assault the Turtle Hiding Region, reducing each other’s numbers until the coalition’s numbers overcame the Chief’s forces. But, firstly, there was no such intense hatred between each other. In fact, the only unfavorable situation came from the Chief’s extensive war declaration, nothing else. Secondly, if alliances or coalitions were this easy to form and maintain, how could the world have divided into 7 Universal Land? And for the Great Sage to never find a formidable force from the beginning of his ascension?
The other 3* Region also didn’t react, leaving the matter entirely to these 3 Regions, which one clearly had the upper hand, and it didn’t matter how anyone saw it. The Turtle Shell Region’s beaches became deserted a few minutes after the Crimson navy appeared. The rest of their shores became charcoal as smoke flew up into the sky for hundreds of thousands of kilometers after a few hours since the bombardment began.
The Weeping Viper Region had it worse. Although the Crimsons didn’t touch the forest in the middle of the Turtle Shell Region, they slowly closed into the north and south. The extra personnel prepared to set out and enter the enemy territory to start occupying their new land.
On the other hand, the Weeping Viper Region’s shores were small, and many of their Small Cities and their Medium City were incredibly near them. Of course, they had ample preparation beforehand. But unlike the Turtle Shell Region, they didn’t have a richer nature, nor an enormous forest where they could gain countless riches from.
… Within the night, the machine guns’ firing lines and artillery firing off illuminated the sky and water’s surface from the sea. On the other hand, the enemy’s firepower became less and less. In the Weeping Viper Region, the enemy’s coastal defenses were rapidly overrun by the navy.

In one of the Fleets carrying on the bombardment, an Admiral observed numerous panels and digital screens as a messenger arrived and bowed before reporting. “Sir! Molto’s people have replied. We’ve found their shelters and safe houses!”
“Finally!” The Admiral, the only one as a citizen in the navy, currently, lifted his eyebrows and exclaimed. He quickly stepped towards the messenger and commanded as he placed his palms on the messenger’s arms. “Prepare our fastest fellow soldier units. Let the land forces decide the victory in the Weeping Viper Region!”
“Huaaa!” The crew around him, in the central command, cried out before the personnel responsible for exchanging information between navy and land forces got to work. The Admiral seemed truly glad that Molto’s people finished their task, and his mood improved as he could envision the war on this side finishing sooner than anticipated.
The rewards for finding such an easy victory were enormous, and he could already see the citizens’ prestige establishing with a firmer foothold. Time passed, and after 12 minutes, a few, hidden Frigates in the Carrier’s largest inner hangar flew inland with the sky clear of enemy fire.
… On the other hang, around the Turtle Shell Region, the Fleets attacking the south were the first to close in on the enemy’s beaches. The Fleets neared the land enough to allow the soldier units within to explode forwards, rapidly traversing a good distance before stopping and regrouping. The navy offered them firing support, as the Turtle Shell Region still had many people on their coastal defenses.
WHOOOOOOSH- GURGLE GURGLE GURGLEEE~!!
The navy departed soon after the soldier units were all deployed inland. It was like a sudden, smallish wave on the beaches extending indefinitely, contrary to all expectation. The dark wave surged inland and momentarily stopped before spreading to the sides and further inland, ignoring some settlements as the civilians rapidly escaped them and knelt or even fell to the ground in surrender.
The soldier units ignored them and continued in their armored vehicles as the Frigates retreated and prepared to bring a few more Armies into the land. Meanwhile, the auxiliary units got to work, placing their medallion’s beacons so that the navy wouldn’t bombard them. After all, unless the navy had a perfect idea of what was happening inland, they would still bombard their objective in due time. Only if it was an emergency would the garrison, auxiliary, or soldier units use their emblems.
Just 15 minutes after they entered the enemy beaches, the remaining enemy in its coasts’ defensive structures fell back, or to the Crimsons’ blades, blunt weapons, and energy. The situation unfolded immediately, faster than any other Region would’ve imagined, as if the Crimsons were in a hurry.
However, in the north, it was a little different, as the enemy still responded with their grand array formations standing strong, but not for long. They had enough defenses to last for a day against the numerous Fleets focusing their bombardment on them, but not the firepower to deter their invaders.
In one of their organizations’ forts, somewhat near the northern shores, things were scary and turbulent. Gray clothed cultivators sprung back and forth, receiving orders from the purple clothed. Several hours have passed, and the situation was still detrimental. They managed to form a blockade of the Crimson naval firepower, but they received more damage, and their grand array formations might not last as much as they had thought in the beginning because of it.
Atop one of the walls in the fort, with a perfect view of an always shining, bright, cracked web-like image. Unfolding due to the thousands of machine guns firing lines, shelling, and some missiles here and there on the protective barrier. 2 people stood with their backs alternating between hunching and straightening as they witnessed the concentrated firepower the Crimsons could offer them.
“It won’t be long before we’re breached… we might not even last a day. How long has it been? We won’t be standing here in a couple hours more, let me tell you that…” An older, hopeless cultivator said, wearing a purple robe.
“Should have we surrendered?” A younger cultivator, also wearing purple, questioned after hearing his words. The older person looked at him and supported his body on a wall with his left palm open. “I normally would’ve told you to consider things right. Because we aren’t losing until we lose. But… looking at this… I don’t think that makes sense anymore.”
They turned their heads to focus on the grand array formation’s barrier. It was withstanding a tremendously, horrifying firepower they hadn’t seen before, and the young cultivator only heard of during the 10 year war. As for the older cultivator, he wasn’t present in any battle, choosing to hide rather than face sure death.
“Eh… I think… Dying in something like the 10 year war would’ve been better than this, heh,” the younger cultivator said. The older one was about to refute, but a chuckle and a light smile couldn’t help but break out on his face as he seemed gleeful, “Hahaha… I guess it makes sense. Have you ever seen a Godly cult- LOOK OUT!”
“Huh?” Just as they were in the middle of a ‘last time’ chatter filed with comfort and an unwelcoming warmth, the old man’s eyes widened to impossible heights. The young man turned his head backwards, but only found about a million warheads from smallish missiles move towards his general position before his consciousness faded.
BA- BA- BA- BA- BA- BA- BA- BA- BA- BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG!!! BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM~~~~!!!!
The world shook. The grand array formation might survive a million missiles whose type wasn’t destructive one by one, but all at once? It broke like a bubble as the organization was left unprotected. Like a moment where one’s clothes suddenly disappeared, leaving one bare and vulnerable, cold and a little sweaty from the nape, the people within the organization’s individual territory had a moment to appreciate the sensation before jumping into the air.
They couldn’t help it. One moment, they were moving about, preparing a few million soldier units here and there to set off when the grand array formation broke and spread throughout the Region before forming smaller forces to harass the Crimsons. But, in the next one, they saw their northern, eastern, and western walls collapse with their grand array formation nowhere to be seen.
Their walls broke apart as if the ultimatum of fire and explosive shockwaves charged towards them from the outside, breaking them apart with the lightest touch. The mere contour made the walls’ structure bend backwards, like bricks shooting off into the distance. But before these flew away, they became black and gray dust, immediately exploding into something more… into pure destruction.
Cultivators’ bodies flew up and down due to the tremors from the earth. They couldn’t stop, and the mere remnants from the explosions produced internal injuries to anyone below the Third Step. As for those atop the walls…
The old man could only observe as he flew backwards into the organization’s individual territory, and the young man before him had his head eaten away by the explosion’s fire. It was as if a ghost had suddenly started eating the young man’s body with small bites, deliciously enjoying the niche delicacy placed before its grasp.
A hundred million thoughts crossed his mind as he ignored the majestic sight of the walls all breaking into nothingness in the next moment. Then, he ignored the explosions’ remnants as they crippled him from within due to being so close to the walls.
After the first explosion, destroying the grand array formation’s barrier, the old cultivator flew a few hundred meters backwards. Since they were standing at the edge to the inside, he was more or less safe. But the second round of explosions reached him still.
“Damn it! Where- are you alright? What happened to you?! You must get out!” BOOOOM! BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOOOOM!!!
The old cultivator sprung to his feet and roared, denying believing his comrade died just like that. However, as if intending to answer him and shut him down at the same time, another round of warheads flew into the organization’s individual territory. The old man didn’t have time to respond, as these missiles were all the destructive type. His body was engulfed by a plethora of raining explosions and turned to nothingness a moment later.
“AAAAAAHHH!!” - “We’re- we weren’t ready for this! Help! Stop it! Ah!!” - “What the hell is going on…?” - “This is it… shit!!”
The explosions continued, and the decimation of an entire organization only started. The prepared soldier units ignored everything else and flew away, intending to survive. Although they had the mindset of reuniting and joining forces with other organizations, even their rivals before the war, they first had to survive.
This wasn’t happening here alone. The other organizations in the north and south of the Turtle Shell Region were suffering the same after several hours of ‘light’ bombardment from the Crimson navy. They had just started experiencing the mid bombardment, with energy strikes flying over tens of thousands of kilometers, with utmost precision, and even defending some missiles from self-detonating.
Some energy attacks turned into shields to protect the missiles from machine guns, in case they were utilized as a countermeasure for not having enough anti-missile turrets. What’s more, they were used to stop the enemy soldier units from smoothly running away. It was too much of a good opportunity to kill them. How could the Crimsons just let go of it?
“AAH! Defend yourselves!” - “Dammiiit, dammit, dammiiiiiit!” - “Just fight through… Don’t stop!” - “This is so cruel…” - “Shut up, this is war! AAGGH!” - “Shit…”
The enemy soldier units stopped to fend off the energy attacks flying towards them. They worked their brains and assess off to rush away just as lethal missiles targeted them, killing hundreds of them with just a few warheads landing on their backs. Although they managed to flee before being slaughtered from afar, a terribly humiliating, scary way to die, some of them couldn’t leave.
“AAAAGGGHHH!!” - “You’re leaving us behind?!” - “Keep the line firm! You will have your turn later! Come on!” - “Nooo! AAAAHHH!!” - “I surrender, I surrender! PLEEEEEASE!!” - “Shut it! Do as you were taught, and fight it off! We can only get out of here after… AAAAAHHHH!!” - “See? It’s… worthless- BOOOM!!” - “It’s of no use. The Crimsons only accept surrender once, and we haven’t even seen them… we can’t- BOOOOM…”
… Hours passed. 4 hours since the organizations’ forts near the shores were all destroyed, soldier units rushed inland and passed through the forts to check if any enemy was left alive. The orders weren’t to only kill, but even those who begged for forgiveness while having half their face or no limbs remaining were executed on the spot.
From a few thousand survivors who somehow didn’t die to their injuries, only a few dozen were taken prisoners. As many soldier units went further inland and checked the fort, preparing to venture in the forest’s direction, they exchanged small chatter limited from 5 to 10 seconds before resuming their duties.
“Wow, look at this place, we don’t even have to send our energy and crumble at least a wall or pillar. How thorough,” a soldier unit said, looking to his right, where most of the fort turned into an empty lagoon, dried up and dead. Another soldier unit carrying a rifle on his back freshly said with a straight back, “If we hurry now, we can infiltrate another fort and see it for ourselves.”
“Hahaha!” The cultivator soldier unit instinctively shook his head and praised while picking another body and throwing it to an auxiliary unit’s heavy truck. “The navy has improved a lot. They weren’t scarier than us in the ground. But now… tsk, tsk.”
…
