Mobilization
Eyeseeking Region's Small City, inside the new central building, built in under 10 hours. Inside one of the VIP rooms. A day after the war.
Knock, knock, knock. Creak~. Without waiting for a response, Heian Ciemnosc entered the meditation room as a critically injured Ishikyy with many bandages around her body, especially her ribs, abdomen, arms, and legs, wearing clothing that covered her breasts, neck, lower body, hands, and feet. When he opened the door and stepped in, she looked at him. Her eyes lost the innate pride and indifference, turning meek but more receiving as well.
“I was told our star was too reckless and got the beat the shit out of her,” Heian Ciemnosc said as he stopped behind the door and closed it, leaving the room for themselves. Ishikyy kept looking at him and said nothing before finally shaking her head slightly and calmly requesting him. “Sir Heian Ciemnosc, please step in and sit beside me. I need comfort. Don’t you see all these wounds? Where can I lean on?”
“Oh,” Heian Ciemnosc hmmed before exclaiming as he walked forth and sat beside her right. Ishikyy immediately lowered her body on his lap, her upper body comically falling to the side as she closed her eyes and placed her left hand on his left knee. Her eyes opened narrowly, and she seemed to breathe more easily. Before long, she felt the usual as Heian Ciemnosc operated his [All-Devouring Force Chronicles] dual cultivation method.
“You did good,” Heian Ciemnosc said while his hands cupped the back of her head and left side. Ishikyy didn’t say something in return, but her smile was deafening to Heian Ciemnosc, and she didn’t need to utter a sentence. Caressing her head, Heian Ciemnosc said nothing further and spent the rest of the day at her side. She didn’t rapidly heal from her injuries, but it was enough for her to continue cultivating and crossing the threshold into the Neutral Encephalon realm.
… Many hours later, Heian Ciemnosc exited the new central building and was now in the army’s headquarters inside the Small City, with the ground forces stationed outside while the current garrison units patrolled around. A few criminal acts were committed, with the civilians responsible believing their new ‘owners’ wouldn’t care about them, but they were horrendously wrong. Thanks to Heian Ciemnosc’s preferences, they had been executed in some random plaza in public.
Now, he was with the logistics team and the Generals and Admirals whose troops and navy were resting and finished assessing their status report overall. Heian Ciemnosc was reading them as they waited, not questioning him why he was taking his time when even a First Step cultivator could read the documents he had in hand in under a few tens of seconds.
The navy’s 20% of ammunition was used, not by each fleet but as a whole. Their rocket launchers were in a perfect state, and only LBFDs rockets were used. Over a dozen Destroyers were sunken, and one of the Fourth fleet’s Battleships was lightly damaged. They were ready to move, and their crew members were even more so to abide by orders but rested as intended after every war or tremendous battle.
More than 200,000 sailors lost their lives in the first few days of battling the Undermudmusk Region, without counting destroyed warships. These were those that came out and fought outside their warships, protecting a strategic point or making a stand-off against an enemy attempt at disrupting their formation or causing severe damage to any Battleships or Carriers with a suicidal attack.
Their shields needed a few days to recuperate, and the Craftsmakers in charge of that were already working on them. Not many Fighters were used, even from the Flotillas, let alone the Carriers’ storage. Thus, the repairs to the navy were lesser than minimal, gaining Heian Ciemnosc’s recognition and a little nod that made their hearts heavily thump more than once.
On the other hand, the ground forces suffered vast casualties, with nearly 5,000,000 soldier units killed during the war. Most of them were in battle with the defensive forces of the enemy, but around 12% were from the Fauna that clashed with their armies. This opened Heian Ciemnosc’s eyes that the soldier units he’s trained weren’t, after all, everything-proof. Additionally, Heian Ciemnosc knew how vast the ecosystem under the eastern ocean was, so he made several mental notes to start planning an improved regimen for all soldier units.
Of course, he would need the Empire to have even more soldier units, possibly double its numbers, even if the new ones would have to act as garrisoned units in the northern Regions. But it could only happen after the Lightglassed Region was occupied. Nevertheless, the ground forces were always those receiving the harshest hits, even with the navy’s help.
Practically all armored vehicles were used up, and their remains lay around the recently taken Regions, still smoking even if only metallic shards remained. They were already being picked up, but it would be a few weeks before the Blauw Empire could make these remains into half the current ground forces’ numbers. Additionally, much ammunition was lost in the exploding armored vehicles, and not all could be saved at the last minute by a soldier unit.
Nevertheless, the prize in exchange for the ground forces’ armored vehicles was millions of soldier units’ lives, which couldn’t be denied. After reading that the Stone's storage in the navy and ground forces was adequate and that the Fighters of both forces were decently supplied, Heian Ciemnosc looked at the Generals with a casual expression that made them clench their hearts with their own veins.
“... It’s always a tough part of being a General to see too many die for apparently only some’s desires. I know you must feel guilty for their lives lost and bothered by the need to ‘use’ them. But worry not about asking yourself if there’s a reason or if it’s enough. Keep looking ahead. This is a number the 10 year war experienced every hour, at the very least. It doesn’t matter if it is 12 or 12,000,000 soldier units we’re losing. As long as it isn’t our entire army, and we can continue fighting, it will be all that matters.”
“You’ve done well. Armored vehicles can be built again and repaired, and what’s not can be used to become part of another. Living beings’ lives aren’t like that, much less cultivators. These take a long time to produce, especially depending on a few things. You will see as we progress,” Heian Ciemnosc said, letting the Generals at least calm down, trying to see more under what Heian Ciemnosc’s words had left behind.
“Congratulations to the navy for its work,” Heian Ciemnosc turned to face the Admirals and said, causing them to bow and gently lift one of their hands to their chest. Heian Ciemnosc continued with a calm tone, unworried. “What’s yet to come will still be a tough task for all of you. The Fifth fleet is being built as we speak, but it won’t be the last. Before this ‘younger sibling’ comes, it will be for the best not to let them think being any of your warships’ crew members lookalike is easy.”
“Keep your people ready. The First fleet stays here and protects the Undermudmusk and Eyeseeking Region. Second Admiral will show the kids how it’s really done.” Heian Ciemnosc looked at the Second Admiral before continuing, “Make sure to have them do the work. They will be accompanied by the Fifth fleet in the future, and you will be too busy to worry about other fleets. First fleet, choose a Battleship to remain alone with a third of your fleet at the Undermudmusk Region. That will be your spread formation.”
“Generals, the new blood will arrive in 3 weeks. Get the citizens the best medical attention possible and prepare new batches for when the war starts. You’ll need it to crush them, and you can’t just wait and let the enemy recover. Understood?” Heian Ciemnosc suddenly returned to face the Generals, who immediately nodded and bowed in respect.
“Assigned supervisor, we’ll work ‘till our lives hang by sea’s floor, and you have to send folk to pick us up,” the Second Admiral swore with her right fist above her left chest. The Third Admiral nodded slowly but assertively, solemnly, and added, “We’ll continue bringing this glorious Empire to the roots it deserves.”
The Fourth and Fifth Admirals were silent, not ballsy enough to talk among their ‘juniors’ despite one of them being as old as the First Admiral. The Generals nodded again, solemnly, and lowly voiced their thanks to the assigned supervisor. Heian Ciemnosc nodded at them all in return and turned around. He didn’t need to tell them what to do, and he was confident these people would know how to continue the fight, not to win it with seemingly no losses. That wasn’t a victory but a fantasy. A thing of crazies.
Afterwards, Heian Ciemnosc walked around the army’s headquarters and checked everything with his eyes. The soldier units watched him pass, but only the Far East Region’s greeted him excitedly and wanted him to stay with them for a lil’ chat. Heian Ciemnosc shook his head gently and continued walking around. He watched the medical attention every Craftsmaker gave to the almost-dying ones to slowly recuperate.

Most of them would probably not recuperate in even a couple years, but they would have participated in the harshest 2 wars that were the first to take too many lives away from the Blauw Empire. However, it was only natural, as these wars were between Regions and not just within a sole Region. What wasn’t natural was the time needed to occupy them, clearly setting rippling commotions across the Blackotia Kingdom.
The entirety of the world hadn’t received this news, and it was barely spreading outside the Blackotia Kingdom, let alone the Universe it was situated in. But they had undoubtedly reached every substantial place in the former, especially the Wrath Nihility Academy and the western Regions to the Far East Region. And now that the Blauw Empire had seemingly become the bad guys, after their image of getting rid of its perpetual warring state, the outsiders became evermore curious and confused about the Far East Region’s situation.
While more and more people barely started going through what a small minority in the entire world had witnessed in real-time, time slowly passed, and the time limit the Blauw Empire set for the Lightglassed Region reached its limit.
. . .
One month later…
During this time, the Lightglassed Region had become aware of its predicament. However, they hold onto a rope of hope and pull from it, with the other side belonging to the Blauw Empire’s recently conquered Regions. A crazy thing to believe, especially after Periods in which no generational organization had managed to conquer a Region besides the one they belonged to. It wasn’t impossibly rare, but it only needed to happen once to let that said generational organization’s neighbors about how costly and body-counting that is.
From then on, as generations pass by and organizations come and are exterminated endlessly, those who witnessed such acts would pass on what they learned and comprehended from the generational organizations. They would then pass it on and on, lingering the knowledge and ‘advice’ until their organization finally met its end in the passing of the long-gone time.
Thus, as the Blauw Empire started this offensive and immediately occupied 2 Regions as if it was a walk at ease in the park, the neighboring Regions silently looked. When one of them was bluntly threatened, they had no choice but to start preparing. However, they also opted to gain the Blauw Empire’s favor, trying to figure out if that would be enough to appease them, or believing that their previous words were just a bluff, and simply wanted gains without having to do a thing.
While many things could be said about the Blauw Empire, little to nothing is known about them. Thus, the Lightglassed Region and the other sea Regions believed such, although they didn’t discard the possibility of the Blauw Empire actually attacking. Especially after hundreds of warships moved from the Far East Region to their occupied northern Regions everyday. They were undoubtedly transporting not only personnel but materials, and they didn’t seem vanilla but meant for heavy stuff.
Nevertheless, the Lightglassed Region overcame their stress and insecurity and kept sending envoys to meet the Blauw Empire’s army officials, as the Generals and the like no longer bothered to have them as guests. Even then, the Lightglassed Region continued participating in a plan to visit the Blauw Empire and convince them to turn into allies instead. Besides, who wouldn’t want such a powerful ally now?
However, none of it bore fruit. By the time the end of the time limit was only a day before it ended, the Lightglassed Region realized they had no chance to convince the Blauw Empire. Their visits still didn’t stop. Their envoys were well-treated and always returned harmless, after all. But their forces started buckling up in some Cities, and everyone was prepared for what they had already witnessed via Universal Conveyance and the refugees from the Undermudmusk and Eyeseeking Regions, cultivators or not.
… On this day, just 1 month later, and less than several hours before the 3rd day of the 7th month’s 1st week arrived, as the sun set, Heian Ciemnosc walked towards a hill where a unique young lady waited for no one and watched the wonderful sea with the setting sun’s haze reflected on its every wave or splash on the beach.
Whooooosh~... rustle, tap, tap- tap, tap.
“... Mfh, you’ve become more careful with your approach, Imperial Teacher,” Ishikyy said after hearing his body fly through the air and wrap his arms around her waist. Her back immediately felt the fresh, cold warmth that only his body uniquely radiated, and her body felt as if it had just been grabbed by the safest of arms in the world. She relaxed her eyelids and wished to remain in this peaceful entrance for good.
But her eyes were like her mother’s, even if they didn’t appear to have the same glint. It was a genetic passed down the royal blood of the Blauws. She spoke before turning her little head around and looking up at the taller monster behind her, holding her body like he owned it, but ever so softly. Ishikyy grabbed his wrists, smaller than his long hands, and turned her body to face him, sticking to his slightly defined pecs, abs, and that ravishing pelvis and collarbone that made her shake her head again.
“I’m gonna need something for good luck. Otherwise, how am I supposed to stay alive?” Ishikyy said as she slowly lifted her arms to her sides, freeing Heian Ciemnosc’s wrists and letting him grab her waist as much as he wanted. And it was a lot. Especially when he could rest his fingertips on her tailbone, just millimeters from the thick clouds of flesh. Her eyes melted when she felt his grasp on her again, making her feel so tiny… she loved it.
Heian Ciemnosc looked down at her chin. It looked so small and adorable. Then, at her eyes, whose loving tenderness reflected in her retinas as he held her. Her lips were next, passing down her cinnamon-colored tiny nose and defined philtrum. She had grown the fuck up, indeed. Heian Ciemnosc grinned, revealing his canines at the corners of each row of teeth showing, and blurted, “Says the Master Warrant Officer about to turn into a Captain after the next war is over.”
“Huh? What do you mean? Is this a confession to dirty tricks in the army? Is this something I should tell the authorities about? The highest-ranking ‘officer’ is using his power to embezzle a little young girl whose purity is intact, giving her too many promotions she doesn’t deserve and a bunch of tempting offers under the table. Is this something in line with the strict, ‘can kill’ regulations of the Blauw Empire?”
“Tell it to the world, who the fuck dares say something in front of me?” Heian Ciemnosc responded to the sassy Ishikyy, whose face gaped cutely with a small ‘o’ made by her lips before returning her usual, maturing yet meek expression. Of course, she could only relax and repose her attitude only when in front of Heian Ciemnosc.
“Well, are you ready?” Heian Ciemnosc caressed Ishikyy’s face with his right hand, pale and contrasting with her cinnamon tone. She drew her lips into her mouth a little and sucked on them while pressing them against each other. Ishikyy nodded cutely, slightly, and blinked slowly to make her lovely brightest, cutest azure, aquamarine big eyes more notable for whom she decided to be her man.
“... You know, I wanted to find you in your tent, but you weren’t there…” Heian Ciemnosc said after spending a long while looking at each other’s eyes, tilting their heads, and simply eating the other with their eyes as their bodies connected without intercourse. Blauw Ishikyy immediately felt a headache and asked him with an exquisite frown on her perk eyebrows. “Oh gosh! Were they there again? Wait! Where?!”
“Well, Fernanda seemed a little reluctant, but Pou is just too dominant, so they… on your…” Heian Ciemnosc fleetingly said, as if nervous to say someone pushed someone else down another person’s bed. Ishikyy closed her eyes and wiggled her head to the right as if vibing to some music, but it had to be dismal and horrible from her expression. Her eyebrows creased a little longer before she sighed out and smiled a little.
“Well, those fuckers know how to get at it, eh?” Ishikyy said, wrapping her lithe arms around Heian Ciemnosc’s pale neck, covered by his coat. But the look in his darkest eyes was, as always, infinitely self-absorbing and made her feel like she was drowning in them. Ishikyy willingly welcomed the sensation.
“...” Seeing her baffled, cute, silly expression after hugging his neck and placing her chin on his collarbone as if to impale him to death with her huge facial features, Heian Ciemnosc knew yet another woman of his became addicted to his adorable eyes. He lightly spanked her ass multiple times, and despite her uniform and armor, she felt it as if his pale palm touched her bare skin. This trick was nothing to talk about for the current Heian Ciemnosc. He could even dress other people tens of meters away from him or undress them with just his Soul energy.
“Ah, I like that,” Ishikyy said after waking up to a sudden, not crispy, but painful last hit on her bum. Her eyes dangerously narrowed, and her butt wiggled in the air, making Heian Ciemnosc’s hands, now directly resting on them, caress her dearly. Heian Ciemnosc enjoyed the treat for a few seconds before bringing his hands to her face.
His right hand pinched her chin, and his left-handed pale fingers caressed her right ear, making her blush blue everywhere, especially her little ears. Without saying anything, he pressed his head down and planted his lips into hers. His monstrously bloody-colored tongue submerged into her saliva and between her lips and teeth. She became helpless, and by the time she reacted, half her mouth had been licked off by his overly ‘abusive’ actions.
Then, Heian Ciemnosc lifted his hands and placed 8 of his fingertips around the sides of her head, with his thumbs softly pushing circles on her temples. Pure darkness entered Ishikyy’s mind, and as a plethora of his saliva dangled between their lips, with Heian Ciemnosc’s pale red lips moving up and down, her eyes remained closed while her tongue was interrupted from picking all that up.
“Imagine something from the deepest corners of your heart, anything that makes you feel good, anytime,” Heian Ciemnosc’s words were like her own mind speaking to herself. Ishikyy did as told, and the images of her mother simply looking at her, smiling or not, with watery or proud eyes appeared in the pure darkness. Before she could shed a tear or say something about it as she felt her senses returning to her fully, like a train overly speeding down the trails, she woke up with Heian Ciemnosc holding her in an embrace on the floor.
