Only when her army is destroyed and she has recovered their energy will she fight directly. Although, I could be wrong, that is just my guess from what I have seen so far. I would prefer not to find out if I am right or not, let the human deities deal with her.
I continue watching the battle for a while, but the undead just keep coming. The orcs get wiped out and turn into undead, only to be wiped out again. Once they are gone the humans have an easier time since they only have to fight on one side.
However, more undead keep coming out of the jungle as fast as they are being killed. It isn't just the little guys, there are also animated bodies of beasts with them. The maker is obviously clearing the jungle of life and throwing everything at the humans.
Once the humans are exhausted she will probably attack with the ancient undead. Then she will move on to wipe out the orcs and at that point she will control the island. At least that is my guess as to her plans, but I have no idea what the human pantheon might do.
For all I know they could declare a holy war and have all the countries nearby send troops. If that happens they might be able to win the battle of numbers against the undead. On the other hand, they could completely ignore the situation and not care about the maker.
Or they might just wait until she tries to invade the continent before they act against her. I don't have enough information about the pantheon to even make a guess. While I want to keep an eye on the situation, soon gating here will be risky.
The last thing I want is the maker taking over a gate leading to the ship. Although, I do wonder if there is a range limit for the energy to return to her. If there is then that would be another strategy for dealing with her, but testing it would be complicated.
Although, if she is here and left some undead on the first island that would be a good test. While I am fairly sure she is here, the best way to check would be to see if the gate is still open. Once she comes through there is no real reason for her to leave it open.
Especially since without knowing the spell, maintaining the gate would cost a lot of energy. Since this is an easy question to answer I start flying south over the jungle. As I do I keep my eyes open for the ancient undead, if I get the chance I would love to steal more energy.
However, as I fly south all I see are more normal undead marching north. From their numbers I am beginning to think that the jungle has already been cleared of life. It is a good thing that the elves are already gone, the undead could have attacked already.
In fact, I wonder if I might find the undead moving up the eastern side of the mountains. I can totally see the maker wanting to attack the orcs and then hit the humans from both sides. If that is the case, then Silverstream and her team might be in danger.

As soon as I think of that I pick up my speed, no longer looking for ancient undead. Instead I head straight to the clearing where I opened the gate and take a look. The gate is closed, which means the maker is definitely here on the island.
There is no way she would just send an army through and then close the gate. Well, unless she figured out how to open gates herself, but the odds of that are low. I am fairly sure that if she could open her own gate she would have just opened a gate into the town.
Without the advantage of the walls the humans would not last long against the undead. Their casualties would be too high, especially since there are civilians in the town. The more of them that died, the more undead there would be to deal with.
The other thing that convinces me she is here is the fact that there are buildings in the clearing now. They are simple structures made from wood, but undead normally don't build things. This makes me think they were built so that the maker and her generals can hide from the sun.
That could also explain why there were ruins on that island under the volcano. That place would never see sunlight and would be a perfect home for vampires. If they are vampires, then the chances of there being only five of them should be low.
After all, once the maker got free I didn't stick around to see if there were more. For all I know, after I ran away, there could have been hundreds more released from the ice. Now I really want to go back to that island and see if there is anything left there.
For now, I turn east and fly over the mountains to see if the undead are moving north. As I am flying over the mountains I am just hoping that the undead haven't gotten to the flying beasts yet. Luckily, nothing attacks me in the mountains and I am able to cross them quickly.
On the eastern side of the mountains I finally see the ancient undead I have been looking for. So far, they are just coming out of the jungle and haven't moved too far north. Since I don't see any of the generals I fly down, shapeshift, and attack with the warhammer.
The human town is on the other side of the mountains so this doesn't count as interfering. This is just stealing some energy in the hopes of finishing the healing of my soul. If I can fully heal my soul I won't have to be as worried when exploring the other planes.
Besides, stealing energy from the maker is fun and will benefit me in the long run. I have no idea how much energy she has, but it can't be easy for her to replace what I steal. Once I have collected some energy, the undead start coming to attack me.
The normal undead I just destroy with Holy Light, only the ancient ones get the hammer. It probably isn't a good idea to stick around for too long, the maker should be aware of me. However, since she shouldn't be able to get to me quickly I can afford some time.
Now that I don't have to avoid using divine power the undead are super easy to deal with. In fact, I could probably wipe out her entire army if I didn't have to worry about her and her generals. Since it is daytime I am not too worried about them coming after me right now.
As long as I escape before dark I should be able to do whatever I want to her army. The problem is that I am sure I don't know everything about the maker, she should still have some tricks left. So instead of being greedy, I get the hundred energy I need and then run away.
