Once Mulan is done with the other island, I head over to extract all of the metal from it. I add half of that to the castle island and keep the rest for adding to the ship. Then I head inside the castle and access the core so that I can start adding enchantments.

Lin and Mulan also enter the castle, but they head to Lin's tower together. At a guess, Lin is probably going to start helping Mulan learn to control her power. Since I am working on the enchantments anyway, I decide to do all of them.

Meaning, it is time to add the time dilation enchantment that I have been working on. That was the whole point of creating the core for the castle in the first place. All in all, I spend several hours adding enchantments to the castle.

"Jarvis, check the new enchantments for me and make sure you can control them."

Jarvis says "The enchantments all seem to be working properly. I have full control of them, including the ability to raise or lower the island."

"Perfect! How about the time dilation?"

Jarvis says "It is operating, currently it is at two times normal."

"Alright. How high can it go? Also, are you able to keep track of the flow of time outside?"

Jarvis says "It can go as high as five times normal and yes, I am aware of the outside time flow."

"Alright, good. It sounds like everything went as planned, that is somewhat unexpected. Still, I am glad that it is all taken care of. Let me know if you find any problems with anything."

Jarvis says "Understood, maker."

I have Jarvis notify Lin, and then I meet her and Mulan in the main room to have some lunch. While we are eating, I explain to Lin all of the enchantments that I added. She is extremely happy when she hears that the time dilation can go up to five times normal.

Lin says "That's great! I will finally be able to get some reading done!"

"Yeah, hopefully this will allow me to get caught up on all the things I have been needing to do. Jarvis is able to keep track of the time outside, so if you need to know the time you can ask him. You can also ask him to remind you at a specific time if you have something to do."

Lin says "Perfect. I will need that, I tend to lose myself when I am reading."

"Trust me, I know the feeling. Jarvis, if the castle is on the ship, would Athena be able to appear here?"

Jarvis says "Not currently. You would need to grant her access first."

"Oh, then grant her access. She needs to be able to come get us if something happens outside."

Jarvis says "Understood."

"Alright. Once we are done eating I will go outside and take the castle back to the ship. Do you want to stay inside or come with me?"

Lin says "We will stay inside. We are making good progress and I want to keep at it."

"Sounds good. When we are back on the ship I will bring the rest of the kids inside to play."

After we finish eating, I head outside, shrink the castle, and put it in my pouch. Then I head to one of the untouched islands and dig through the ice using my claws. Once I am through the ice I use my mana to shape a cave in the middle of the island.

Inside the cave, I make a gate platform, enchant it, and then seal up the cave. This way, if I ever need more floating metal it will be really easy to return to get it. Not only that, this will act as a good relay point to connect the peninsula to demon hunter city.

After sealing the cave, I take a last look around and then fly back to the ship. When I enter my cabin I take out the castle and let it float in the corner of the room. To my surprise Mushu is alone in the cabin and when he sees me he rushes over to hug my leg.

"Mushu, why are you alone? Where are Nala and Albion?"

Mushu says "Training."

"Why didn't you go with them?"

Mushu says "Boring."

"I guess that's true. As a drake, knight training wouldn't do much for you. Lin and Mulan are in the castle, do you want to join them?"

Mushu shakes his head and hugs my leg tighter, so I pick him up in my arms. I walk over to sit down at the table, put him on my lap, and start petting him. As I am petting him, I notice that he has grown a bit, he is now bigger than Ekard.

"Mushu, you have grown. Was it because you absorbed some of Mulan's fire aura?"

Mushu looks unsure but he still nods in answer to my question. Out of curiosity, I breath out the tiniest bit of fire and wait to see if Mushu absorbs it. He snatches the fire with his mouth and chews for a bit before swallowing it.

"Is my fire good for you? Will it help you grow?"

Mushu says "Yes, dad."

"Alright. In that case, from now on I want you to tell either me or Mulan when you are hungry for more flames. Just be careful not to overeat. Trying to force yourself to grow too fast can hurt you."

Mushu says "More?"

"You want more now?"

Mushu nods his head so I spit out another small flame and watch him eat it. I do this three more times before he stops asking for more and goes to the nest. He is asleep within moments of lying down, but that is probably because he is full.

When I go over and pick him up, he doesn't react at all, so I carry him into the castle. After putting him in the nest inside the castle, I head into my workshop. I plan to spend some time going through Jarvis' programming before I work on other things.

"Jarvis, increase the time dilation to five times, please."

Jarvis says "It already is. Lady Lin requested it shortly after you left."

"Heh, that figures."

Since I have plenty of time now, I slowly go through all of Jarvis' programming. Considering the week that I was asleep, I'm not too surprised at how much it has changed. Of course, that makes it harder for me to figure out why some of the changes happened.

Still, the amount of information that I am able to learn from the programming is staggering. I am starting to feel like I have progressed enough to start making more golems. However, I am not going to do anything until I am done studying the programming.

Especially now that time isn't as much of a concern, there is no reason to rush. This is a good opportunity for me to try and clear out some things on my 'to do' list. When it comes time to build some golems, I have more than enough materials.

In fact, unless something happens, I shouldn't need to go outside anytime soon. Considering that I might be in here a lot, I have Jarvis add Stillwater and the others to the authorized list. I also tell him to keep a portal open to the cabin so that they can come in if they want.
